The Cashier “Dyllon” did a phenomenal job and was extremely nice. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience here that was above 3 stars but Dyllon definitely changed the way I see Wendy’s . It’s so sad to see workers like Dyllon are a hidden Gem but I’m glad I met him. He deserves a raise and the best to come.

I usually get the 4 for 4$, it's quick and just The right size for lunch. Especially if you eat on the go like I do 4 out of 5 days a week. I like the flavor and freshness of the burgers.

The newly renovated Wendy's is very nice on the inside. Service seems to be faster than before. Literal "fast food" is hard to find in Midland, but this Wendy's location might be one of the best options.

4 for $4 is an amazing deal. Add $2 kids meals to that and this place jumps up a few notches in my opinion. The food was freshly cooked and the frosty's are always great on a hot day.

Wife and I love Wendy's. Ordered two double stacks and a coke . $8.00 and some change. I thought it was a little high priced but the food was good and fast service. I will continue to go back just for the fact I have never got a bad burger there.

Visited at 1;30pm 4 cars in line, but waiting time was very short. In and out very fast. I was greeted with a smile, and food was hot when I got it. Order was correct and had no problems.

Love me some Wendy's! Good clean restaurant. Lots of young folks working there, all pretty good folks n liked working looked like to me. REALLY quick food done right. Y'all go on over n check out the baconator! Your tummy will love you for it!!

The people were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The service was slow. The food was hot and tasted good. But our order was slightly wrong. Not bad enough to go complain, but enough so that my daughter complained to me.

My review is solely based off of tonight and tonight only. I have been here plenty of times, and this why by far the best night. The lady at the window tonight, 07/04/2023 @8:29pm, with blue striped shirt and blue jeans, was soooooo nice and attentive. Her customer service has been the best. And the lady that bagged my food, she wore gloves and placed everything in both bags, nice and neat. Wendy’s, if you want to keep getting good reviews, hire individuals like those two ladies. My food was also correct and hot. Thank you ladies for a job well done. I attached my receipt as well, to recognize those who I am speaking of, even though I didn’t catch their names, but Wendy’s they are what you need.

I'm sure there's negative reviews saying they are really slow etc. But they are SO short staffed.. the employees are always running between positions and trying their best. Yea it sucks to wait a little extra or for there to be a mistake, but when there's only 4 people mistakes happen.

I don't set my expectations too high when I visit this store, and tbh, the staff can be a little snippy at times, but it is fast food. With that being said, I always look for the best deal and Wendy's has some of the best deals to be made with their 2 for 6 so I will return.

Pretty standard Wendy’s experience — food is usually hot and fresh, and orders are accurate most of the time. Service can be hit or miss depending on the shift, but it’s a convenient spot for a quick meal. Drive-thru lines move at a decent pace, and the location is clean overall. Solid for fast food, just not exceptional.

Never got a hello or crack of a smile from the second drive thru window, although if she would have got her nose out of her phone maybe she wouldn't have been so rude as if I was inconveniencing her. Didn't get ketchup or salt, fries were cold and the meat patties didn't taste seasoned.

Two stars for getting the order for 4 people correct... But they were out of every dipping sauce, the food was crammed into just a couple bags causing the food to be crushed, and it was all cold right when we got it.

Food was great but the staff was kinda rude and very slow. Neither one of the guys in the front we're in any kind of rush and the line was out the door. And they got my order won't and when I tried to correct them one guy argued with me about the ingredients of the salad and insisted it was correct. Finally after about 5 minutes it was corrected. The food was fantastic as usual but I was disappointed in the staff!!

This place was completely nasty. As soon as we walked in, the smell of oil consumed the whole dinner room. The woman who was working on the drive-thru wasn't wearing gloves at all. She wiped her hands on her jeans and continued to serve food. Then she went to the office to complain about the other woman working the front register. Needless to say, we did not eat here.

Both Wendy's in Odessa and now Midland will not honor the cling in their window. Odessa, I thought I misread. This time I specifically asked and I was told, " No, ma'am. They are not." I purchase a small Orange Dreamsicle Frosty. All they had to do was refund the difference. But do not tell me that I am wrong.

Terrible communication between DoorDash and Wendy's. I went from an order of: 1 burger + 2 chicken wraps + 1 large salad + 1 potato: ...to them now wanting to charge me $12 for an order that was reduced down to only 1 potato (which was all that they could fulfill). I'm not paying $12 for a potato. This was time-wasting and extremely insulting on them even trying to offer only the potato for $12 "as a remedy".

We ordered 5 cheese sauces and they were filled less than 1/4 of the little cup. They were also watered down. My husband informed a worker. He was told that he was given way too little but that they dont fill the cheese cup even half way. Also that it depends on each Wendy's how much cheese sauce they will serve you.The food we ordered was ok. We will only skip the Wendy's in Midland from now on! 🤦‍♀️ 2 stars because the employee was helpful and the food wasnt horrible.

The burger was pretty inedible, the patties dry and tough like it had been sitting around all day, and the sauce had soaked into the bun. Luckily the server had arbitrarily decided I was going to have a combo meal, so I had a drink that kept me from choking on the nasty burger. The drink was delicious, the right blend of syrup and carbonated water you don't often find. The fries were fresh and delicious, with that perfect mix of tenderness inside and crispness outside. The chairs were already upside down on the tables at 830, and customers were very few, but the employees were friendly. If the expensive burger hadn't been so disgusting I could have given the place a great review.

I went into this particular location ( off Loop 250) for a "quick" simple breakfast. The young man who attended to me was nice however as my order is "getting prepared" he tells me there's no egg. I'm like "then what's the point of my order ( bacon,egg, cheese croissant) if there's no egg"? A supervisor passed through and repeats, to him, "there's no egg" without even acknowledging me much less apologize for the inconvenience. So I'm standing there waiting until this other lady ( who appeared to be the Main manager, asked if I had been helped so I explained to her the situation. She said she'd make it up to me on my next visit, so all I got was a double bacon and cheese croissant 🤷🏽

How can you take that long to make an order then mess up the whole thing. Ordered 2 large fries only got one. Order the chili and didn’t even get a spoon or anything. No straws for the drinks. It’s ridiculous and they can say it was busy because there was no line. Mark this location off my list of places not to eat at again.

Ordered through their app and paid. I was informed by the app that the dining room closed at 11:00 pm. I went inside the dining room at 10:30 and they told me they had closed at 10:00. I had to wait for 12 cars to go through the drive through. I will never eat at Wendy's again.

I was in line in the drive thru and had to wait for 15 minutes before I had to go in the store before anyone responded to me. After going in and talking to someone I was told that the headsets didn't recognize the vehicle outside at the terminal. I truly believe this is a cop out for the incompetent management inside. How can you believe that no one is going through the drive thru on a Saturday night. This truly unbelievable. Once I went in and informed them of the situation all that I got told was that it was the headsets. Then I asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager was told about the situation. I was never directed to a manager. I just left because I left my vehicle unattended outside in the drive thru lane. I just can't believe the customer service at this place. I just don't see my self going to this place again.

Their billboard and menu in the drive-thru says peppermint frosty. I ordered and the lady gave me a chocolate frosty saying we don't carry peppermint frosty as she took my 5$ bill. Won't be coming here again.

Literally only went here because whataburger line was too long. I was the only one in line here at Wendy’s they told me no cash because I’m assuming they counted the register early, ok that’s fine no problem, what is a problem though is a cold bacon burger and fries! I am pregnant and I hope that bite of cold meat and bacon won’t make me sick, absolutely disgusting

So so slow and that's with no cars in the drive thru . you will wait for every just to give your order day or night. I have been a few times lately and the food quality is not good at this location, workers are rude,especially at night.. Needs new management and all new employees. Will never go again.

My lady friend and I went thru their drive thru 3 days ago. We asked for 2 double burgers. The said they dont have double burgers. So we said 2 daves doubles. She gave me the price for 2 daves, but didn't change the order on the screen. We pull up and I tell her we didn't want the double burgers and we wanted 2 daves doubles. She then asked me.."So you don't want it with meat? I just looked at her and said.."Yes, but we want 2 daves doubles and not 2 doubles. She said "Yes ma'am, but you dont want any meat, right?" I looked at my lady friend and we just left. UNBELIEVABLE! IDIOTS WORKING HERE!

Everytime we go they never get our chilli right. Tonight me and my husband got the wrong size chilli. We got a small was suppose to be a large. We asked for the cheese and onions, got none. Also the chicken sandwhich we got was hard and dry! It wasn't even warm, then the chilli was watery!

The French toast sticks were greasy and soggy. The potatoes were greasy and tasted terrible. The sausage croissant was also greasy and soggy. We drove to the gas station and trashed it all. The coffee was ok, the milk was good.

I decided to try this Wendy's location on 3/13/13 10pm Drive Thru after receiving poor service at the other Midland location (see my other review). I waited at the TAKE YOUR ORDER area for over 10 minutes with 4 cars behind me honking with NO RESPONSE from Wendy's. I call there phone (thank goodness for Google Maps) and what do you know? THEY ANSWER THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING!!! I ask if they are open ("yes") and tell the lady that answered the phone KINDLY that nobody is answering the drive thru ("oh really?"). I wait a few more minutes and put my order in. The window takes another 10 minutes and ran out of chocolate frosty s so they offer me a large drink instead. I had to ask twice for a receipt because they knew i would complain. The food tasted fine. I don't live here...in fact, I'm just here for work and leave tomorrow, so luckily I won't have to deal with this ever again. I have written Corporate Wendy's about both of these restaurants.

Every time I go here, they mess up my order. I have to go back inside from the drive thru EVERY TIME. Even when I am in the dining room, I have to go back up to the counter and they get annoyed. DO IT RIGHT AND I WONT COME BACK UP!!! Once in the drive thru they had me pull up and they took 4trips back to my car with my order.. by the end of it I had cold fries, one luke warm sandwich and a hot sandwich. Terrible. I don't advise going here.

DISGUSTING We ordered our food and my burger had black things on the chicken and the wrapper, it was somewhat close to the look of beetles. Never again I'm going to this Wendy's, NEVER Edit: A few minutes later, my Friend threw up what he ordered and it was green mixed with the burger and fries... I wouldn't think he ate anything that was green but that was disgusting and gross. Again this Wendy's is possibly the worst one you can come across to. If your willing to come here, go to another one, you won't survive in the condition, food, service, and staff. Keep reading more reviews and you find the true colors of this horrific place.

Why do I keep giving this Wendy's a chance? They never seem to get it right. 9 out of 10 times I have to go inside because they get the order wrong in the drive thru. Most times food isn't hot. Appears to have been waiting for a customer. Seldom get fresh fries.

I went to get lunch and they messed up my order so I called to ask if they would fix it and the manager called me a liar essentially. She said she had made them personally and she didn't even know what I ordered or my receipt number. I've worked in fast food for a long time you do not treat people like this. I drove 30 minutes away to go to this Wendy's and was treated like an idiot! I know what I ordered it was even correct on the receipt and they still messed it up! I'm never going back!

I waited at the register to order for almost 20 minutes. It took that long to even be acknowledged by the staff. The drive thru was efficient it seemed but that meant they totally ignore the dine in customers. The food was sub par and sloppy but the service was the worst part. I will never eat there again.

They gave me syrup instead of the flavored lemonade I ordered. I was able to dilute it, making 5 drinks it was so strong. They also gave me two hamburgers that were undercooked, when I ordered chicken nuggets. *Edit in response to the owner's reply: It is so frustrating because it is careless negligence. When you receive an undercooked burger instead of chicken nuggets, it gives one the feeling that they have no passion or desire to give a customer any value for their money. There is always room for improvement, but that was an insult. My experience with drive through service in the Midland area is a horrible one. I come from Houston texas, and you'd figure the volume they have compared to the volume you guys handle in Midland would make Midland superior, but nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, the comparison is unfair. Not trying to be rude, just some constructive criticism.

ask for the manager, but dont know what she manages lol. She hates her job so much she dont even want to help a customer with a deal on app. I told her 3 times i had a free burger and she said no it may or may not work, finally when i asked for manager she tries and says I AM Manager, well act like one haha

I ordered a nugget meal, and a junior cheeseburger. The nuggets were barely warm, fries were old, mushy and cold and the burger was made wrong. I called to ask a manager to replace the meal on my next visit because I wasn’t able to return the same day. I talked to the manager Lucy and she said she would write down my name and order so that it could be replaced on my next visit. I returned tonight to get my meal replaced and was told that they wouldn’t be able to replace because Lucy never told anyone about my call or wrote it down anywhere. I understand not wanting people to take advantage of your business, but when someone provides a name of someone they talked to and a receipt then I feel it’s in good business for the manager to stick to their word. I’m disappointed because I love Wendy’s, but I won’t be returning to this location.

If I could go lower than one star I would. I went in on July 18 2022 to order a chocolate frosty. Took 5 minutes before we were acknowledged at the counter and then the girl told us just a hold on for another 5 minutes before she served us. Her co-worker hands her a cell phone to take to the back lockers. She gets back without Washing her hands, and then wipes her node with her hand and goes to scoop chicken nuggets... disgusting food techniques. Not only did she lose a party of two, for service, she lost a party of 6 behind us as well. Thats 8 people who could have payed good money, that walked out the door. Lack of service, and lack of hygiene. Do not recommend!!! And honestly, food hygiene at this Wendy's isnt there. Please avoid. Y'all dont want food poisoning.

They got a boy flipping burgers that messed up my order twice.. no big deal! But he comes to front with an attitude, getting loud and asks me “What’s wrong with your burger now” and procedes to tell me how he made it exactly how he was told and then changed up his story saying he thought it was a double.. Of course someone would try you when you’re with your toddlers.. any other day, if I was by myself, I probably would’ve reacted a little different This restaurant should invest a bit more money in training their employees in customer service. Also some training on attention to detail wouldn’t hurt. If you don’t like your job, quit! Find something else that you’re actually good at..

Just went here to order breakfast for a few guys at work and they refused to sell me 10 chicken biscuits. Management needs to intervene and reevaluate their business model. Drove next door to chic-fil-a and got my order without issue. Thank you Chic-Fil-A

Pathetic service. I ordered two meals in the morning, I was told to pull out of the line to wait for then to bring it out, then waited 10 minutes with nothing happening and no one else in line. I walked inside and waited another few minutes at the counter before someone asked what I needed. Then watched them START making my food. This is ridiculous.

I won’t be returning after tonight I get off of work just wanting a warm meal in my stomach but what I get over fried fries that was not edible, burger is cold and my chicken nuggets missing. Called their number 8 times no answer. Not to mention who ever was on drive through you could here people laughing. So serving poor quality food is funny. Well I say no thank you.

Food items were missing key ingredients, burritos didn't have any eggs or cheese, biscuits was missing cheese and sauce. Had us pull over to the side for two drinks and 4 other items when there was one car behind us, not sure why. Cashier was friendly but weird set up.

Burger was so cold it couldn't have even been sitting under a warmer! Veggies were so old they were almost liquid. Frys were warm but not full cooked and uneddible. Young drive thru girl is always rude. Refusing to supply requested condiments.

Ordered at the drive-thru window today. I asked for a moment.....she again asked to take my order. I repeated I needed a moment. We had only ordered five things, and my amount seemed large. I asked to have my order read to me....it was wrong. The girl who took my order appeared, and seemed to be acting as if I were the problem. Paid...got to second window girl that was at first one handed me my food, and said very sarcastically have a nice day. I said thank you! Pulled into parking space to go over our order....had to go in because something was missing. By this time Im frustrated....no excuse...not busy at all!! I ask to speak with the manager and find out it was the girl who treated me terrible at the window. I never got to speak with her the employee just handed me my missing item. We are a family of six...we eat at Wendy's quite often. After today I may have to find a different spot for our burgers. If we are to spend our hard earned money somewhere we should be treated respectively.

Made a mobile order. Got to the store and there was no food in the mobile pick up area. I had to wait 10 minutes while Elias the cashier was running around helping customers. When I was finally able to talk to Elias about my mobile order he told me that it was already picked up. I said I’ve been here waiting for 10 minutes I promise you I didn’t pick it up. I said I want my money back, was told I would have to go through the app for that. I said I want my money or my food. Was told that they normally don’t remake it if it shows to be picked up. Not my problem. Finally got my food made and drove home. Had a raw chicken sandwich. I would not recommend eating here. It’s a waste of time and money. I will be calling corporate in the morning about the experience as well.

Running errands today 05/10/2024 and stopped at Wendy's to grab a quick lunch for my 8yr old and 3yr old daughters on our way back to my office. We ordered a kids cheeseburger for My 3yr old daughter. She took two bites of her burger and luckily, she discovered onions on it so wife took her burger to remove them. When my wife removed the bottom bun she discovered the outside was covered in mold! I immediately called the restaurant. I called a total of three times and no one ever answered. I then called the Wendy's 800 Customer Service Number. After waiting on hold for a while I was finally able to speak with a representative. I told the entire story. He assured me he would have the District Manager call me as soon as possible. As of the time I am writing this review over 5 hours later I have not heard back from anyone. We took pictures of the burger and I recorded the call with the Customer Service Representative. We also called the Midland County Health Department and registered a complaint. We have also not heard back from the Health Department. The Wendy's we visited is located at 4412 Loop 250, Midland, TX 79707. Store Number 5276.

Went in for breakfast and phone had died I needed it to charge so I can handle some business before work Cindy or the gm came up to me and told me I had to leave because I couldn't be in there longer then 2 hrs I ask for corporate number to confirm what she had said corporate told her she lied and she doesn't have corporate number And for me to leave my number I refuse so she gives me a ticket with the store number instead of corporate number. Don't go there maybe because of the homeless they treat people that way but I never experienced that in my life and I use to eat there every other day

I've been in here three times over the last couple of months, I'm a glutton for punishment I guess, and all three times I've been ignored standing at the front counter. Only once in those three did anyone acknowledge my presence and that was to ask " you wont sumtin?" , and yes I spelt it just as it was pronounced. Twice at least two and three staff members walked by me and just looked at me expressionless, I get not liking their job but it is customer service driven business after all. Not to long ago there was a change for the better and the food and the food greatly improved and was the best it had been in a long time,I saw upper mgmt frequently in the store but not lately and it shows. The new menu is fantastic and the times I've had the fries they are the best in the fast food industry. I'm done with the attitudes. I'll go to the new McDonald's with minimal contact services and deal with lower quality food then the ridiculousness at this location. I was craving their fries and didn't want to drive across town so I thought WTH I give them m another try. And I'll certainly not do it again since there has been no change in certainly no improvement in service.

Went for a drive thru late night snacks. Next day found out they double charged us. Called them but the staff I talked with just claimed it has nothing to do with them and to just call the credit card company for dispute.

Ive been here a few times and i wish i Couldnt say that. These have got to be the worst burgers I've ever had. My wife wanted to go get a side the other day it was like 930pm nobody in line. We pulled up the the drive thru. And waited and waited. I thought we'll maybe they are closed. So i pulled around i saw a girl in there with a head set on.. i thought she was maybe cleaning up about to go or something. So we went to panada express. While i was waiting in the drive thru i googled the time for Wendy's to close they were still open the girl in the store just didn't bother to answer the drive through. Never will i ever go back

Worst Wendy's in town. No other customers were inside when we got there, yet all the workers just stared at us for like 10 minutes before anyone came to help us. We weren't ever greeted - cashier wasn't even a little bit friendly. On top of that, my order was wrong. Won't bother coming here again.

Do you people listen to what your customers order? I said two Dave's doubles with extra cheese, mustard, onions, and pickles. No mayo, no ketchup and no tomato! And you forgot my drink! If the guy at the window spoke English, I might give you a better review..... Nothing changes in Midland. It's still the same old sloppy service! YOU SUCK!

I’m pregnant and I had slimy and brown cheese and lettuce in my taco salad so I couldn’t eat it, the last time I had gone here we asked for no mayo on the burgers and they all had Mayo on them, which to some may not seem like a big deal but we have a special needs person in the home who will not eat it of mayo touches it, again, waste of money. Every time we go here we have issues

This was absolutely pitiful! I hardly ever go to Wendy’s anymore because of how downhill fast food service has gone down in recent years. I placed a mobile order through the app and the employee that brought out my food to curbside was rude, the order wasn’t right, and on top of that I was waiting for at least 30 minutes after checking in. I had to go inside and the employee gathering the food for the rest of my order picked up some chicken nuggets that had fallen out of the container and onto the dirty counter and put them back in the container. Absolutely disgraceful how much fast food has gone down in West Texas because there isn’t any decent help. Chick-Fil-A is about the only fast food business that I NEVER EVER have anywhere even remotely close of an experience as I did here at this abomination of a Wendy’s

Stopped at this wendy's for lunch...I order Jr bacon biggie bag and a son of baconator because it was $3... first off they upcharged me when I didn't ask to be. Then they forgot my nuggets... watch your order

This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to in my life. I went to the drive through at 11:00PM. I was the third vehicle in line. There were ZERO CUSTOMERS in the lobby. The person talking on the drive through speaker sounded and acted like Cheech from Cheech and Chong. He would say “hold on one second maaannnn”. And wouldn’t say anything for 7, 8, 9 minutes! Both cars in front of me drove off pissed and didn’t order! I tried my luck but got the same VERY long second. I burned off too. Was afraid what might come on my burger if I actually got one ordered and made. The night manager and the person working the window need to both be fired ASAP. I still don’t know if they were clowning around or just stupid.

Naomi, that’s working there(the bigger Hispanic girl) on night shift at 9:21 p.m., was super super rude. We were saying, “thank you” and can she fill my lemonade to the top, because it wasn’t full. If I’m paying for anything, I expect service to be good, especially when I am being a customer and not treating you rudely or bad. She was rude the entire time. She didn’t crack not one smile, not one you are welcome, nothing, but straight attitude. I do NOT appreciate that. And she basically slammed the window, because she didn’t do her job. Every time I come by and she acts like this, I will update this until someone steps in and either redirect her, or until she’s gone and can change her ways. You are working in fast food, and that attitude will only get you so far. And the other skinny, hispanic lady(she wore white), I’m guessing the shift supervisor, should’ve told her that she was acting unprofessional. I called after leaving to get the corporates number, but of course they didn’t answer. And when we left, there was only like 2-3 cars in line. So, no excuse! I want the corporate number and I know she does this all of the time. If you don’t like working or too lazy, then find you somewhere else, because this isn’t it. *And to add the male hispanic, that’s working drive thru and taking the money, he was the only nice worker there. I wish I had his name, so he can be recognized, for being professional and nice.

I always seem to get the worst drive thru experience here. Twice back to back I decided to cancel my order bc of the carelessness and bad attitude on the drive thru. Hope this gets better. I keep trying this location with hopes that it will. Good luck to yall. I will change my rating when I have a better experience. But unfortunately this has not been the case yet.

Pulled us to the side and make us wait for 30+ minand then the girl that brought it out was rude and had an attitude looked like she didn't want to be there then our order was completely wrong. She took the food inside then another guy came back out with the same wrong food asked what we ordered. Come to find out they rang up the wrong order he took the food back inside then finally came back out with the correct food.

Why?!?! Order a regular chicken sandwich ( asiago chicken sandwich) and last THREE TIMES they put a spicy chicken patty. Every other location can manage to put the right patty on. But not this one. Ordered extra topping for the Cinnabon icing. But nope neither. And best part.... the sauces for nuggets not put in bag either. How hard. I am in retail, senior management. And I know what it is like to deal with customers. But such incompetence is just blatant disregard for your guest. Especially when it is a reoccurring issue. How hard is it? And now I have a hungry child without dipping sauces because children want the sauces. Have the receipt showing paid. And never get it. If a customer orders why not actually fulfill the order. Never again. Tired of being out of money and never getting whole order. Hire people that can take care of your customers.

I get off work by 11 and I swing by immediately after. They’re rarely open till midnight as advertised on google and the website. Manager tends to close up early witch is frustrating as there are no other restaurants open at this time.

One other person left as the person in front of them was waiting too long to order, they kept cutting me off asking the same question 5 times, acting like their machine is broken at the drive through. These people hung up on me 3 times when I asked to speak the manager all 3 times. This is not how you run a business and corporate will close this location down due to low sales

Walked in the place the shift manager looked at me didn't even bother to say anything just walked around. I waited a few minutes and walked out. Unprofessional and rude definitely won't be back.

Well , we went inside to eat and nobody greeted us at all ! That’s fine , no problem , however we stood there for 5 minutes while the one woman we saw there was leaned over the counter playing on her phone . We said Hello ! ( very friendly ) and she turned , huffed and walked away . Waited a few more minutes and just left and went to Roadhouse ❤️ Anyway , customer service was beyond terrible and the store was filthy disgusting .🤢 Won’t be going back there at all.

Despite the presence of staff, order processing was unavailable. Previous experiences with this location have been marked by concerns regarding quality and service, and it appears these issues persist. Moving forward, alternative locations will be considered.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger biggie bag with nuggets. They WILL GIVE YOU AN EMPRY CONTAINER!! Got a cheeseburger ,no nuggets and 10 fries!😵‍💫 tried to call and they picked up the phone and hung it back up! Whaaaaat!?.? Stay away. Bad food if you get it and poor service. 😔so sad.

Baconator was LAME. McDonald regular cheese burger is about same size. One mini piece of bacon on my "BACONATOR" Showed Manager and she didn't give a care or even wanted to look at my order. That's what I get for going to Wendy's.....

Had a horrible experience here. On 1/29/23 around 11:00 am we walked in to order food they had us standing at the counter for 5 minutes. They didn’t greet us, tell us to hold or nothing they just kept walking pass us until we got fed up and walked out. I will never go back to this location. There were 3 Hispanic women working and they just stared at us the whole time smh

Ordered chicken sandwiches and they weren't cooked all the way thru, and all they did was refund $5.40 and apologized. If I could I would leave no stars at all. On top of that all our sandwiches and burgers were drowning in mayo. The tomatoes are disgusting. Safe to say we will not be eating here again. I just hope my husband does not get sick from eating the raw chicken before realizing it was raw. HORRIBLE SERVICE
