My fiancé took me here for my birthday and we had such a lovely dinner. The service was accommodating and very friendly from the start. The food tasted great, and the atmosphere had a homey feel. If you love wine, they have an amazing selection. I would definitely come back for the reasonable prices and how great everything came out!

Nice upscale Restaurant ordered a Tomahawk great Place for a date. Must go for anyone wanting to wine and dine. Make Reservation prior to arrival or your not getting in. Outstanding service Try going it’s worth the experience.Baller status only. One other thing missing is some music.

Everything about Venezia was great during our visit! We made a reservation and were able to be seated immediately upon arrival. Our waiter Ruth did not hesitate in bringing our drinks and helping us with the menu options. She was awesome! Our food was prepared quickly and accurately. I don’t understand how people can complain about the lack in taste when it’s an Italian restaurant, they don’t season and spice your food like every Hispanic restaurant you visit in the south. Personally, we loved the taste of Venezia and were able to enjoy a new variety of combination of textures and flavors. One last note on the food: Venezia is the only restaurant in Midland/Odessa where I’ve ordered a medium rare steak and actually received a medium rare steak! The dessert was nothing short of delicious, I even told my wife that I want to order an entire German Chocolate cake from here for my birthday! We were expecting to pay twice as much as we did and we’re fairly surprised with how low the bill actually was. All in all, it’s a great restaurant that I can’t recommend enough!

This place is very elegant, and the inside's decor is stunning. There's a certain hue that surrounds you as soon as you walk in. The food was delicious. I ordered the burrata caprese as an appetizer, and it could have been all i ate that night since the portions are large. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing I would say could use some improvement is the staff. My cup was empty, and I only saw our waitress 3 times throughout the night.

I super like the decor. Don’t like the service so much. Probably caught them on an understaffed night. The food is great. Enjoy 10/18/23 update…. LETS BUMP THIS TO 5 stars!!! Was incredible tonight!!!

Overall, our dining experience was nice. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was good as well. One note, the portion sizes were generous for the prices. The standout is the actual venue as it has a great design inside and out. The only critique I have is that our waiter checked on us once while we were eating, but then we didn’t see him again for a while. We basically sat around waiting after we were done eating for him to come back and had to go ask someone else to get him to come. When he finally showed up, he already had the check and takeout boxes, which we planned to ask for anyway.

Our service was wonderful, we ordered an appetizer and three entrées. My husband’s duck was excellent, and our son’s spaghetti and meatballs was great it was just as tasty the next day! My blackened redfish was flavorful and nicely portioned, though I felt the price was a touch high for the overall quality and pairing. The wine was fantastic, and the patio, paired with soft live music, made for a surprisingly comfortable August evening in Texas.

My husband's work Christmas party was hosted here. I thought the vibe here was amazing. It was decorated really cute! The service was perfect and the wine I had my waitress pick for me was delicious! My chicken was super dry and I almost choked on it swallowing. But, other than the dry chicken everything else was great. The meatballs were yum. Their bread was good. The fettuccini Alfredo was yummy too. I would come back for sure if I'm ever in Midland again. Oh, and I would suggest offering sweet tea too. Unsweet tea in Texas should be illegal. 🤪

I recently dined at Venezia Restaurant, and the atmosphere transported me to the charming countryside of Italy. The welcoming ambiance made the experience enjoyable. However, I found it puzzling that they served water in wine glasses. The food, showcased beautifully in pictures, was generally impressive. The avocado and lobster appetizer, paired with a creamy cheese soup, was a delightful start, though the lobster was slightly undercooked, making it a bit chewy. The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious, but I wished for more sauce and a slightly balanced ratio of spaghetti. Despite these minor critiques, the overall dining experience was really good. The attentive service, with the server keeping a watchful eye on us, added to the positive atmosphere.

Service was very disappointing. After waiter took our drink order and finally our food order. Never saw him again,(another server brought out our food),Until we started requesting our bill. Waited almost 30 minutes for the bill. However, I will admitt the food was pretty good.

I don’t think the menu has had a significant change in 30 years and that’s not a good thing. My pasta arrived with underripe tomatoes, greasy, stiff in some places like it had sat under a heat lamp for way too long, and soggy in others from sitting in a puddle of tomato flavored dish water. Would not recommend. The decor is dated and some of the chairs are in bad shape, but the outdoor atmosphere was quite pleasant, and the staff were helpful and congenial.

So, my family came here with a reservation to celebrate my mom’s birthday but the service sucks. The hostess was very nice otherwise we would’ve walked out. But sadly our male server seemed like he did not want to serve our table. Maybe it was because most of the other guests were prominently white and we are not. The food however is superb, so I do highly recommend their food but unless you’re white, I recommend getting it to go or delivered (if those are options, I’m not sure).
