Man the Pico de Gallo was the bomb this day. I couldn't get enough. Don't get me wrong, the beef fajitas were great but the pico de gallo was awesome. You could taste the fresh tomatoes. Like they were fresh out of the garden.

Rosa's is always dependable for some good Tex-Mex style Mexican food. Service is always friendly and fast. My only complaint is some of the portions are very skimp. Like with the beef or chicken fajita. Sometimes there just not enough. And I don't like the fact they use potatoes as a filler with the hamburger meat. Besides for that it's pretty decent.

So tired of not getting what I order. I just paid $30 for three small burritos, chips and "large" salsa, and a regular sized drink. I got all of the way back to work without the salsa. I immediately called and got a refund for that. Also, I just unrolled my burritos and they have like two pieces of meet. You all know what I am talking about. Please get it together. No response necessary.

This has happened a couple of times and I’ve tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, seems like skimping loyal, paying customers is just a standard business practice for them. 2 stars because the salsa is absolutely fantastic! Service was decent. We were not impressed with the food at all. It seems to just be a glorified taco Bell. Everything was super bland. This place was just not for our family.

Went thru the drive thru today 2\22\2026 at 2:14 pm for chips and salsa. I was told they were out of chips and it would be 15 minutes. How does a restaurant run out of chips ? They didn’t have a full parking lot of cars and I was the only one in line . I was gonna treat myself. Guess not.

We’ve been at Rosa‘s Café twice the chicken tacos are too salty and the meat tacos are too salty. All the food was salty. With not eat them.

Our whole order is completely wrong and everything nothing was right about it and we payed $67 and nothings right when we pay for food everything should be right no matter what they have orders pop up with everything on it we want they still get it wrong please fix this!!! i got enchiladas And it was mixed with chicken beef and cheese i only wanted beef meet and cheese like really? is it that hard to make enchiladas.

What a poor excuse for nachos. We got home and over half the chips are completely plain, everything is thrown on one side, and the chips were so stale we ended up throwing the entire plate away. Not only was the food severely under portioned, but the woman who took our order was so extremely rude that we gasped. When we pulled up, she immediately rushed out “what do you want” and rushed us through everything we said. After interrupting us, we tried to order extra queso and she just said “next window” and didn’t reply again. We won’t be back to this location since they just can’t seem to give fresh, hot food or any good attitudes out.

My husband and I walked in to have dinner and notice one of the female workers behind the counter digging in her nose repeatedly, then a young male worker with long hair shaking his hair and running his fingers through his hair. We canceled our order and left.

Ordered taco salad no beans it came with beans. Ordered chips so I could take same size order that drive thru gets in a bag for later was given very small order in basket. I brought it up main server he said that’s the way it is and basically wanted to argue. Never going back to this location.

Cashier was not focused and did not take order correctly. The worst was how the manger was treated a elderly lady thinking she did not understand Spanish. I was talking rudely about her. The lady did respond in Spanish and took her food after arguing with her. When I asked about my order, she did the same talking rudely about me and towards me. Once I responded in Spanish she, just walked away. I asked for the manger Sadly she was the manager. I did let her know how rude she was, and that I would be calling the district manager and maybe the BBB. There was a lot more said, but I leave it at that.

love the taste just have been noticed lately they are serving very low portions of food specially the main dish, on my case I order a plate of beef fajita through the drive thru and this is what I received! You can see it on picture. Only 6 pieces of fajita meat! this is the third time already!!! so disappointed of this place now.

You would think with the overpriced food their would be some effort put into there food but their isn't... the chips were stale as if it sat out to long. Customer service is horrible! Needs lots of improvement...
