There was only 2 cars in front of me when I ordered and I waited for 35 minutes. At that point I asked for a refund because I had no more time to wait with frustrated kids in the car. Such a waste of time. Don’t go here unless you have plenty of time to wait

If u want something quick,not the place to go. Only 3 people working an not one could quit filling drinks long enough to take orders from people walking in. Was told they had a big order called in. Understand,but u can fill drinks,stop take an order go back to filling drinks. Not have people who have to go back to work waiting an waiting because u had a call in order. Been wanting to go eat here for months,just ruined it Went to work on the farm without food. Thanks only break we got and they ruined it.

Walked in to order a precious customer brought up that the menu showed one price and the registered showed another before tax. They then turned off the menu screen. After listening to the manager argue and yell at another customer I left.

Called in an order. Showed up twenty minutes later to pick up my order. Was ignored in the drive thru. So I went inside to pick up my order. Only to find that my order was never even dropped. The staff was joking and eating behind the register. I left without my food because I didn’t have another twenty minutes to wait. After I called it in and drove and waited.

Picked up my order of chicken tenders through the drive through at 11:30 this morning. The chicken tastes like maybe it’s from yesterday. It’s like jerky and the fries were burnt but cold.

Poor experience. Waited at the counter someone to notice me. Ordered 6pc tenders $14.39. Fried are cold and soggy. Feel like #1 I wasted money and #2 did not get much food for the money. Won't be going back.

Every time we pickup food after a certain hour we get the old leftovers. We had to come home, throw the entire $46 meal away and make dinner. Just be honest and say we don’t have anything fresh and what we do have has been under the heater dying for hours!

This was my first time eating there the tenders seem kinda pink inside and the fries was burnt. I wanted fried okra but they were completely out of that. They didn’t have rolls at all, all the employees were sitting in the lobby with family. The establishment was nasty the lobby was dirty, there was a spoiled old smell coming from the cooking area. People use to speak so highly of this place I want to try it. So I tried it and I will never be back again
