Love Pizza hut! This location is awesome with all the TVs it's like a sports Bar. Pizza hut has the best traditional wings out of any restaurant I've been in the US! They are constantly great no matter what city you are in. They kick the shizzle out of Buffalo Wild Wings, Wing Stop and any other wing place I've been. Of course their Pizza is always amazing!

This place is one of my favorite pizza spots, not just because the food is consistently great, but because of the people. The staff is always welcoming and makes you feel at home every time you walk in. Rachel especially went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and even took the time to help us clean up without us asking. That level of care really says a lot. It’s places like this that keep me coming back: great pizza, great service, and people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend.

I've been here a few times but i say that Brownfield's is Top Tier. First of all they're big new yorker pizza is absolutely Superb their Honey BBQ chicken (oh my gosh) you have to get them they're addicting and my kid's love dinning in it is always clean and they love the decor.

This is the nicest PH I've ever been in. Most PHs are old tired. Not so here. The young lady at the register was polite and professional. The pizza was fresh and hot. We enjoyed it very much. Great job Brownfied PH!

actually we ate at the taco Bell that's part of the same building and got to say it was one of the best taco Bell experiences of our entire life. We were extremely hungry so that made it easy but the tacos and burritos were put together as if they were going to be in a commercial and the jalapenos were fresh and crispy with just the right amount of heat. My order was ready fast...the bacon was raw in the pizza melt,so they made a new one with pepperoni lovers the dude was on his phone then made my melt and got back on his phone if I get sick that's my fault I should have just left with my money...do better people be at work to work...is this OK now days? I think 🤔 not!!

The food was good, fast, & correct. The service sucked, they made our order to go then ignored me when I came to get plates to eat from. Glad I'm passing through and it's not my hometown pizzeria.

We always had a good experience until last time. Our pizza was under baked and cut terrible. We had a hand-tossed but one side looked more like thin and crispy. Didn’t taste like regular Pizza Hut pizza either.

Pizza Hut made their melts smaller, must think customers wouldn’t notice. Food quality gets worse every year, they are worse than dominoes now. Use to be the best.

I've always loved this pizza hut but I am very disappointed in the last time I was there. The pizza has sauce only in the middle and too much sauce on one side and not enough on the other.

We had delivery, our order came and we were missing things. I called and they said if they remade it then I would have to come pick it up. So even though I paid the delivery fee and a 20% tip i would have to go pick up the food because of their mistake. Not very professional or courteous in my opinion.

We ordered pizza ahead of time at 8:15, showed up at 8:30 to eat dine in and were told we couldn’t eat inside because they close at 9:00(which is plenty of time to sit down and eat!) Said he was waiting for the 2 tables that were occupied to leave and that he still had a lot of cleaning to do. Completely ridiculous, we were treating our kids for the end of their softball season, had already brought them inside, sat them down, and had to leave!!!!

Reminds me of a sports bar that doesn't serve alcohol TV screens everywhere can't hear anything just spent $27 on a pizza and a salad for one person the old Pizza Hut that was here about 5 months ago had a buffet salad bar and pizza and pasta for 10 bucks I hardly call this an upgrade.... even though I'm sure the food will be good Harley covers the price of what you pay everywhere else service is slow my table is dirty in the ice machine is out of ice but I just spent twice what I used to was much happier if you keep this up Pizza Hut I will be forced to take my business elsewhere won't be coming back here maybe the Taco Bell next door attached to the same building will be better

Pizza's is always too greasy and taste like raw dough. For the price I pay here, I can drive to lubbock get better food Update: watching how food is being made. Why isn't anyone wearing gloves???? Not cool. Where's a manager??

We ate at this restaurant the evening of August 3, 2019. It was a very disappointing experience. I have no idea what the employees were doing other than throwing/dropping the trays. Loudest noise ever. Our order were served over a time of about 30 minutes. Order was incorrect and they tried charging us for condiments that are suppose to come with order. The noise were the worst problem, no question, but adult supervision is needed.

I asked her about the advertised 11pm closing time and she said, "yeah but our cook has already clocked out..." The cook said that he was already clocked out so we would have to go somewhere else. I asked if the manager knew that, he said, yes, go somewhere else.
