I really love the food it was good. I'm from Arizona and I appreciate my aunt for telling me so much about the place. I didn't mind treating her and my uncle for a meal.😊

This was our last stop on our way back from a long road trip and may the best dining experience during the trip. I say experience because it was not just the food that makes me give 5 stars but the hospitality they showed. First off, the food was great! Their fired rice, lo mein, Pastries, Soups and strir frys... all were pretty good. When we walked in and told we were vegetarian, they were ready to make us something..they made us some veggie spring rolls, a veggie stir fry. They proactively helped us figure out which vegetarian safe. Didn't expect to find such a nice Chinese place in such a small town. As soon as I got back home, I re-read Jennifer 8 Lee's book, Fortune cookie chronicles with a little bit more admiration.

I went in to get their egg drop soup, hit with a nasty summer cold, this is one of my favorites when sick. The gentleman came from the kitchen and ask if I could wait 3-5 minutes in order to make a fresh batch for me. This is unheard of service in today's times. Thank you so much for being a wonderful restaurant here in Brownfield, where our choices are definitely limited.

Stopped to eat real quick while passing through to Houston , they have a variety of Chinese common foods and deserts , very clean and they refill food frequently. Tried the Chinese donuts — WOW Delicious- hot , soft and sweet . Even had to buy some to go . Come and try them out - you won’t go wrong - homemade fresh Chinese food .Hospitality was amazing and very hard working people .I would definitely stop by again when I’m in town .

Typical all you can eat buffet. About half entrées and half jello, cake, etc. Nothing outstanding. Nice staff. Lots of diners.

It is decent food. Looks like they did not finish decorating the place and its a little pricey for lunch in Brownfield

Food was good, more on the older side like left on to long, alot of empty spots and got tired of waiting for certain food to be crougjt back out, snot enough serving tongs so people were using tongs for desert items, than using them for other non desert items so my egg drop soups crackers had a desert taste, broccoli was very uncooked and hurt my teeth to try and chew, egg rolls were very oily like they didn't have oil to temp before cooking, our server was was great!, just want to put my honest review. Might give them another chance to earn a 5 star later on if they are willing to earn my buiness and faith

The food is very good. Waitress never goes back and ask if we need refills. Little disappointed. Wish they had better service.

Best Chinese food in West Texas! You would think a small town like Brownfield wouldn't have good restaurants, but Honk Kong Buffet is Amazing! Not too many options, obviously a small restaurant, but the food is a MUST TRY!

The place is a bit old but the staff is nice We took a peek at the buffet and despite the low price we opted to just get 2 order of house fried rice to keep the kids fed. Surprisingly the fried rice was flavorful with generous portions of chicken, shrimp and char siu.

The food was decent, but got there when they first opened and they didn't have the whole buffet out yet so had to wait for some items to get cooked, but it was fresh!

There for dinner. About 7 tables occupied. The service was good but the food choices were pretty limited for the buffet which is what we came in for. The pans weren't refreshed/replenished like we would expect. Worse the food was not hot. The icecream was frozen rock hard and almost empty so there was no getting any ice cream out of the tubs. The very little I scraped out tasted old. Those that order dinner off the menu may have a different experience. I don't think we will be back.

Typically this is my go-to place. but the last two times I've been in there the food qualities been very poor. Given I didn't go during a rush which I strongly advise you always do when eating Chinese food from a buffet. Not sure if I'll go back.

Never get good wait staff. Takes forever just for a refill, even with a near empty occupation level. While the waitress walks around like she hates her life.

Placed 2 orders for take out for chow mein noodles and they gave me 2 bowls of cabbage? Not a single noodle to be found literally all just hot watery cabbage I don't know how it was messed up so badly.

Worst food ever. They would not refill food on buffet. Buffet was almost empty. Nothing tasted good. Staff was too busy visiting with each other so never received a drink refill. Horrible atmosphere. Will NEVER eat here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely herendous, could not find one redeeming quality, generals chicken was spongy fat pieces, could not find chicken in it, rice was soggy yellow, thought to myself, hey I could just eat some egg rolls, wrong again, the egg rolls tasted like cinnamon. Took the loss and went next door to McDonald's. If one person chooses not to dine here I would feel better about the 11 dollars I threw away. Avoid at all costs.

If I wanted a plate full of onions I would've ordered that but it seems like no matter what you get from them, they will only give you a handful of meat items and a pack the rest of the plate with vegetables. I guess that's their way of conserving their costs. Will not buy from them again.
