I appreciated the fact that the dining room was open. I can't buy chicken at the drive through because I don't eat chicken in my car. Thank you for having the dining room open during this Covid pandemic. Also, both the food and the service were very good!

Better than brownfield KFC, the food in brownfeild all taste like all the foods together cause grease ain't ever changed. Leveland always great and good folks too

This place has improved alot! Use to our food orders were a disaster! Never...ever...got our orders right! But now all they may forget is the honey or butter if you go through the drive..but that's no biggie!

The new Spicy Chicken Sandwich is pretty good! They did forget our white gravy on our mashed potatoes but all is forgiven.

Good food! Its not a burger and the typical fries! Manager was very helpful! Ill eat here again!

Overall, not bad. They are often out of menu items, so it's hit or miss alot of the time. There have been a few times when you could see lighter parts in the breading that were not as fried, because that piece was touching another during the cooking process, but over all, not bad. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. Would this location meet the colonel's standards? Probably not, but good enough to meet mine!

Kfc is not how it used to be when it was by burger King but it still strives for that great tasting chicken we all love .. I would recommend dining in with family to enjoy some nice hot heart warming chicken

Very customer service oriented. Most of the food was delicious, though one piece of original recipe was a bit undercooked.

Price is so expensive can't eat there often food is always hot and who doesn't love some good chicken because it's finger licking good! Rolls and mash potatoes are amazing if price wasn't so bad I'd gave higher rating. People are ok!

Very dirty. Floors & seats were sticky. Soft drink area was filthy too, spills & ice everywhere. It was lunch time but it wasn’t busy inside at all. No excuse to be dirty.

I went to KFC in Levelland TX. on Monday afternoon of the 20th of Oct.2014. I ordered a 20 piece bucket, chicken only in extra crispy. The service was fast and friendly. The problem as there was not one piece of extra crispy in the bucket. The pieces apparently came from a sparrow or maybe a pigeon. Now for the biggest problem, the workers there KNOW you won't come back after you go home to eat. I am very disappointed in the chicken I received. I will call and complain but doubt anything will be done. Now this is a new store that opened several months ago. I had these problems at the other store that was here. Was hoping it would be different. The employees were probably laughing knowing they had screwed me. Hope this gets them fired and yes the girl that took the order repeated back to me that I ordered Extra Crispy.

My husband went and picked us both some KFC for dinner, we ordered the macaroni cheese bowl, the regular and spicy. Well the workers do not know how to read orders,, one was the spicy macaroni and cheese bowl, the other order was NOT the regular Mac and Cheese bowl, it was a mashed potato bowl....

I have been going to this location and ever since they added the Georgia Gold I have asked for 12 to 20 price meal with extra sides every time. Never had an issue till today stopped by to me my usual Georgia Gold and was told can't do that. The cashier asked her supervisor and she said no cant do it. I told the supervisor I have always order like that. No cant do it, so I walked out guess customers don't matter to her. I won't be back

Asked for white cream gravy at the speaker and again at the window for my tenders, they said yes it's in there. Drove all the way back to work just to find out they didn't put any in my order at all.

Have gone there more than once during the past year... ALWAYS out of the chicken we order, they get the order wrong as well. Do not recommend going here!

I went to go order some 12 piece chicken they gave me a four piece then I asked them is this a 12 piece one of the ladies said yes it's a 12 piece and slam the window door so I honked to get their attention and I think a manager came up and another employee came to the window and had a attitude ... I think the manager and then the two employees should lose their job That's no way to talk to a customer or treat a customer.....

Found a cockroach in my ice tea, I can't imagine the filth in the Kitchen. Completely and utterly disgusted and will NEVER frequent this establishment again. Employees all look like parolees, don't want anyone of that caliber even remotely close to my food. Gross

I went to KFC tonight & was very disappointed in the food quality and service ordered 5 fill up boxes & I wanted them all extra crispy the lady on the drive-thru said they're out of chicken I told her I would wait she said that they already turned off the fryers it was 7:05pm they close at 10pm I said it's fine she was rude at the window if she doesn't like her job she needs to find her another one When I got home the size of my chicken legs were smaller than my salt shaker I didn't get a discount on my food so I'd appreciate if they would give me a real normal size chicken leg not a chicken drumette, Also they forgot my cookies in my boxes So I had no dessert to eat The next time I decide I want to eat chicken I will drive to Lubbock and go to church's chicken at least they give me full size chicken & is cheaper and the customer service is alot better. Here is picture of my chicken and my recipe. I hope the manager & District manager address the problem asap. The way the cost of everything is going up people are not going to want to eat here they'd rather choose to eat somewhere else where they get good quality food and service for the price they're going to pay... I ordered my food it was very prompt however I get my food and drink but there was no clean tables empty dinning room and the guy with nothing to do I asked for spray to clean the table he said one of the girls would do it. One was completely busy bagging ordered the other was in the window taking orders. Tell me why his lazy person couldn't take 5 minutes to do it. He literally was doing nothing and had me waiting. He is very unprofessional. I was trying to give my order as he's yelling from the back for the employee to come to him. She had to yell back that she had a customer. Nothing was wrong with my food.

Would rate 0 for the attitude and incompetence they had with me. I understand if the mobile orders mess up but you don't have to have attitude and turn me away even when I spend money on an order that they are gonna say no to. The person in charge was the worst being very snarky and acting like a know it all. I also didnt respect the fact that they were talking shit the entire time making the order and then walked away all rude after giving me an incomplete meal.

1 year ago I gave this place a raving 5 star review, today I took in a coupon that was delivered to every mailbox in the area, and the girl tells me they have never had anyone bring in a coupon? She call the manager at home to figure out how to ring it up, then I was told it would be 8 minutes for original dark,, 20 minutes later I asked if my order was ready, after another 10 minutes I finally got my food. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
