I never have had 1 bad experience here. I'm known by name, (I go to much haha) and they have always been very kind. Never use to be a Starbucks fan, but with sweet treatment, and actually being known by name, instead of another customer, has made all the difference 🖤 What an amazing manager and staff that location has!

I tried to use my Starbucks gift card and the barista informed me it was declined. I paid with my debit card. After getting to my car, I called Starbucks Customer Support. The person who helped me was extremely friendly and informed me that there is a error in the POS at that location and that the store needs to have a technician look at it. The other issue is that because this location is not a corporate location they cannot accept promotions. This means when you earn a free drink you cannot use it at this location.

The music was so loud it was difficult to study. Staff seemed friendly just the loudest coffee shop I've ever been in, it became quite frustrating.
