Asking for my food was pretty slow, but the blonde girl taking my order was so nice. She gave me extra napkins and Braun’s sauce and even got a new icecream scoop since it was melting. Ok service at first but getting my food was really quick.

My first time trying out the ice cream at Braum's. I tried the strawberry shortcake sundae and got the triple dip (scoop) to share. You can't beat the $1 frozen yogurt cone! The sundae was huge and delicious. Can't wait to try other things on the menu soon!

I can't explain the joy my kid feels when she gets to choose from so many flavors. They have fun colors of ice cream and new flavors. They even have sundaes that satisfy the sweet tooth with tons of fixins, without breaking the bank. They have good food too. However....we go for the ice cream lol

We had the pleasure of trying Braums ice cream and I must say, it was delicious! The ice cream was creamy and flavorful, and the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. I also had the chicken tenders, which were crispy and flavorful. The combination of the two was perfect and I can't wait to go back and get them again! Highly recommend Braums ice cream and chicken tenders!

This is one of the only places still open at like 2am. The burgers are top notch. Small but packed with flavor. The bacon is on another level, it's latticed so you get bacon in literally every bite. The milkshakes are the best in town.

I go mainly for the deserts which are absolutely Top Notch but if you need just a bag of burgers they're the best of any I've tasted around town and the prices are absolutely crazy cheap

We drove through Lubbock on our way to Midland. There was a young man (Issac) at the counter. He immediately greeted us with smile, welcomed us in. My daughters ordered and then I ordered. My order is a little particular. With out hesitation Issac ask another employee if she could show him how to put in the computer what I was asking for. She helped him and was really nice about it. It’s awesome to see a young man not be afraid to ask for help when he needs it! Thanks for serving us this afternoon. Great job!

Braums have possibly a top 5 banana split in the state. Then I found it depends on the store. Wolforths they made me one that was better then the other braums and they make good splits I recommend braums banana splits to all they are a step up from most places. Dragger's handyman service gives braums two thumbs up.

Had to wait for someone to take our order and didn't really help when asked for suggestions. Ice cream was good and they have great prices.

I've only had the ice-cream but it was not bad. More of a custard base from what I can tell due to the heavyness of the product. Decent quality of items to select from and the store is clean. Also the staff was attentive and helpful. I will be back to try their other items.

We've been fans of Braums for a long time but the recipe has really changed. The service was friendly and fast and the burger really good, but the ice cream just didn't have that same natural taste to it. Disappointing. It gets 4 starts bc the burger was good and the salad a good size - the ice cream was a 2.

On today's visit. I ordered a CB combo. An ice cream cone. Well while my food is cooking which. Is At least 10 mins. Right away. They made my ice cream cone an left it on the stand holder. Don't you know it will melt. By the time I get my food order. Now why do that?

Chicken tenders were dry but the service was great.

Man, this place was busy, 10 pm on a Friday night all the college kids were there. Was in line for about 8- 10 minutes. Food took another 5-7 minutes after ordering. Hamburger was good. Will try this place again

The food here is great as always. The ice cream is the best. Also, the employees at this location are very hard working. I went during a busy time and the few employees there took care of everyone as quickly as possible. Things would run a bit smoother if they had additional help.

My first time at a Braum's, I enjoyed the food but the service wasn't the best. They forgot a limeade I ordered which they make in the back, and when I took my receipt and told the lady working the pick up area, she was very very rude and told me "Well I'll get to it when I can". Waited another 20 minutes for that drink and my sister went and told another employee who got it right away. Other than that really liked it. I thought it was just ice cream but they have so much more than that, plus a little store type area.

I love braum's. They have such good ice-cream and it's way more affordable than it's competitors. They also have really good burgers at a decent price. The staff is rude sometimes, and they don't always seem like they know what they are doing or what's going on in general. I think the options and prices outweigh the staff issues though for sure. I also don't understand why it's so hard to see a menu of the ice-cream they have without going inside. if you go off the website they won't have 90% of what you see. it's frustrating

I stopped by for some ice cream, and the person at the counter was incredibly welcoming. It's clear that this spot is a local favorite, serving not just great treats but also a social hub for the community. They offer samples of their many flavors, which is a fantastic help when deciding what to try. My husband ordered the banana split, and it was quite large. While it was good, it wasn’t anything extraordinary.

Pretty unpleasant interaction with the first cashier. I'm being very polite because I want to still be able to buy food here, but basically she pointed out a flaw on my car and insisted that I had to be the one to fix it then mocked me when I said I'm a woodworker and that's not my specialty. I'll live with a small dent. I've worked in customer service a long time, I know what is and isn't acceptable. I'd keep an eye on her personally as a manager. Sometimes talks in a British accent. If someone heard me talking to a customer like that when I worked in food service I would've been written up.

I marked 3 but it's more like 3 1/2 ⭐. The food tasted very good. The people were all nice, and everything we could see was clean. However my order was wrong. The burger I ordered was supposed to have mustard, not Mayo and it was not supposed to have tomatoes or onions. It came with onions pickles and Mayo. But the gentleman at the counter did repeat our order. I corrected him on the part of the order that was wrong. It appeared he corrected it reread the order correct. But it didn't make it in the bag correct. Better luck next time maybe.

I would have gave it 5 stars. But that front counter employee is rude. Our family went on Monday 04-26 around 6:30-7. Who ever you have working that counter needs people skills. This isn't the only time, my husband has been there a few time for lunch with co-workers and the same employee is very rude to them. Other then "her" prices are good and some food items.

The ice cream is wonderful but they can't ever get my burger order right and by the time I get home it's too much of a drive to get back and have them fix it. I can't eat their cheese so that's all I ask for off and every single time they put cheese on it. And every single time I have to give my food away to family because I can't eat it. This is absolutely unacceptable for me. If you don't have a button for no cheese on the register or computer that you're using to ring up the order then make sure you tell the person making the burger not to put cheese on it. And it's not a dairy thing that makes me unable to eat the cheese.

The only thing I like here is the Frozen Yogart cone!

We waited for a REALLY LONG time just for some ice cream and a milkshake! Several people got their orders before we did. They seemed a little confused.

Normally I am an easy sell. Greet me with a smile, deliver the food in a reasonable time based on how busy this restaurant is, and it feels like a win. I like Braum's, and my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. However, today was an exception. The food was fine, and the timeliness of order delivery was fast. However, I stood by myself for two or three minutes at the counter, waiting for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. Meanwhile, the people in the back were joking loudly in the back, dropping the f-word conversationally several times. I'm not offended by such language, but it added to the impression that I was inconveniencing them by my presence. When a lady came to take my order, she was surprised I had not been helped, acted distracted, and left immediately after taking the order, not even handing me my drink cup.

It's a hit or miss with this Braums location. They haven't ever been very consistent in the ice cream area. My favorite is the Oreo Cookie Sundae. Sometimes it comes with a generous heaping scoop of ice cream, and other times it is like the desert was coming out of the person who handle my ice cream's pocket. Come on now, people...

HORRIBLE chicken sandwich!I can't believe they actually sold it to a customer as opposed to making a fresh new one, especially when, as a customer easily have access yo social media and can post my review. I went to Braums and ordered “two scoops of vanilla ice cream with Oreos and hot fudge”. The lady type in my order and I paid. She then called a fellow employee over and said “it wouldnt let me ring in her sundae so could you just add some fudge to the top of her ice cream”. The coworker came over and looked at how she rang in my order, then told me she put my order in wrong and there was about an 80¢ difference and asked me to insert my card for a refund and then to pay again. I did as he asked thinking he was doing me a favor, turns out they charged me an extra 80¢. I was surprised they would charge me extra for their mistake.

I know times are tough for all stores right now, but we waited over 15 mins in the drive-thru for 3 salads. The gentleman working the drive-thru just stood there with the window closed, never informed us what was taking so long or anything. To me its a small ask to inform your customers of the wait. Or ask me to pull around... but to just stand there...

Stopped by for a large candy bar mix but for some reason was only charged for a small. When I pulled up to grab my order, I was handed a small which I quickly informed was incorrect. The employee at the window was not very kind about the situation and notably was not wearing a mask.

I grew up on Braums and love Braums. This location was amazing until they removed the Fresh Market. I used to buy all my milk, ice cream, steaks, and produce there, but now I can't! HORRIBLE DECISION BRAUMS! Also no breakfast when you are surrounded by college kids that have to get up early for class 👎

Our last visit: The one cashier we saw disappeared into the kitchen as soon as we came in. No cashiers came out for about 20 to maybe 30 minutes, or any of the staff for that matter, with no explanations given. Many other confused customers were with us and the line grew very long. The thing that didn't bring this to 1 star was that our orders were correct and our food was very good. Maybe we were just hungry, but at least the food itself was a relief.

Forgot ONE tender of a 6 tender meal along with a WHOLE cheeseburger. TBH ruined our night and they had an attitude about giving us braums sauce. Braums is a classic so I am disappointed. :(

This place was a good place before I don't know what happened but they gave part of my order to someone else had to argue to get it remade the tables were dirty and the burger was a mess when it arrived. It was pretty tasty and the fries were fresh.

For the past year I have been visiting this location at least twice a month. It’s usually crowded with students because of its location, the service is always sub par and often the dining area is dirty. however, In the last week or two they have ran out of a majority of their ice cream flavors, all milkshake and malt ingredients along with much more. They do not post this anywhere except for a hastily written sheet at the register. How does braums run out of ice cream??

Reason for this place getting 2 stars is because the ice cream is good. Other than that, horrible service, staff ignores customers, and tables are not clean. I came into the restaurant to get ice cream and luckily we were helped immediately since there was already a few people in line. After ordering our ice cream the cashier told us it would be a few moments, so we went and sat down. After waiting for 5-10 minutes I look up and noticed that the ice cream ordered was mine just sitting on the counter, they never called out my order number. During this time, 1 customer walks in and waits, 2 more walk in and wait, a family of 7 walk in and wait. 10 people now waiting in line as the employees in the back are casually ignoring customers that are waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Since my time of being here people are coming in and having to wait 5-10 minutes before being helped.

Not to good. Kinda rude. Ordered a hamburger & asked for a certain cheese & was told we don’t do that. Ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken, no chicken was on it. No dressing was given either. Maybe the service is better inside. Just don’t go through the drive inn.

Came to the store to get a cookie dough shake (drive through). As soon as I left the store I tried and it and it tasted absolutely horrible. As In something was spoiled. I take it back into the store to get something different. As soon as I walk in there are four people sitting there talking not paying attention to customers as well as some one behind the register who is standing there on his phone texting while there are customers waiting. I finally get to the register and tell them my situation. The person helping me barley knew anything and had to go to his manager for everything. The manager finally came over only to tell me they can make me a different one or give me a refund. I insisted on getting a twist in a cone which is cheaper than the shake. They said no because it was a different price. I would understand if it was more expensive but that was not the case. Like come on. Professionalism was not there nor was Customer service. If there was an option for zero stars. That would be it.

I will not visit this particular Braum's ever again. They seem to have a lot of employees but only maybe two are working others are standing around, the floors, tables were filthy, trash containers were running over, it was horrible! I only had ice cream which ws good!!!

As someone who used to blow trees, I can assure you that people have got to be doing the same here. Smells like a skunk as soon as the drive thru windows open. Maybe this is also why the food is over cooked and the staff is super awkward.

So ordered a simple double scoop chocolate icecream sunday with chocolate fudge topping I get for the topping a marshmallow topping that i never said . I ask young lady what the topping was she said if I wanted chocolate I could add it. I reply that's not the topping I ordered she comes back with 2 scoop vanilla with chocolate topping. Horrible listening skills from the person taking order to young lady at the serving window.

Worst location in Lubbock. The employees don’t understand what “cup, not a cone means”. Horrible listening skills. My order was completely wrong for the fifth time and I can’t through to anyone. They must have lost so much product from having to remake orders. Some of the employees I’ve talked to act childish and have lots of attitude. I’ve been in food service for many years and it just doesn’t take all that. Sucks that this the only location that stays open late.

Worst Braums I've ever been into. Out of everything and staff seemed to think it was hilarious to wait for us to make another attempt at ordering and then tell us they were out of that too. 3 times I asked what they DID have, and just got more giggles. Get a staff that acts like they are not in middle school.

Does not know how to make any sundaes, one time I had to wait 35+ minutes for a frozen yogurt and I went through drive through the other time they told me to wait for a bit and I waited 20+ minutes said hello multiple times no answer so I ended up leaving. And once I peeked to look at the kitchen where they were making ice cream and oh lord how disgusting it was. The service and the way they make the food is not worth going here.

On July 22, I had went through the drive thru and got a chicken salad in addition to other food. Got home took a bite from the salad. As I was chewing I noticed that the chicken was raw pink in the middle. Which disgusted me since I was still chewing. Called 4 times no answer on the phone. So I had to take it back up there and I do not live close by. The manager NEVER apologized for the issue or even offered to remake or replace with something else. She did give me a refund on the salad only. I felt as if she should refunded my whole ticket. For one since I had to drive back up there and didnt even get an apology. I wish I could add the picture from my salad but there is no option to add a photo. Do not recommend.

Kitchen Staff dont wear masks, Every time I eat here my order is messed up. My Sweet tea is rarely ever sweet, my salad has old lettuce, and when I order a burger they always put the wrong stuff on it even after I explain it to them. Ive told Management multiple times and still the same results. Also I got a medium fry by mistake and ordered a large, they just put the medium fry in a large carton and handed it back.. They close early are are rude if you show up after then. The Night Manager goes out of her way to be rude and then acts like its justified. Like I just want a damn burger.

My boyfriend and I drove through the drive through, waited 20 minutes for our order. No one inside, no one in the line, why the wait? Then we got our order and in our fries we found a long black strand of hair.

Waited over 40 minutes for one chicken strip dinner. Went through the drive thru and was told my food wasn’t ready and to drive to the front and someone would bring out my order. I waited for quite some time and no one ever brought my food out so I ended up going in to get it myself. The food was cold and was missing the Braum’s sauce it comes with. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this location! Save yourself the trouble and go to the Braum’s location on 82nd and University instead. They are so much better!

I went here tonight for the first time ever. I ordered in the drive thru. It was not good at all. I'll never go back. Sucks that I had high hopes for "delicious food" but it wasn't at all. I order a chicken strip combo but when I received my food it was a kid's meal with a small drink. I'm still hungry 😑.

I called on my way to make sure they were opened and it rang all the way to the store… about 6 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. Arrived at the 905 location in Lubbock, Tx at 1:46 am this morning because I looked at hours and they stated they closed at 2:00 am. As I was walking to the door, a female locked the doors in front of me. I went to the door as I was going to buy prepackaged ice cream and I’m told they won’t sell it thru the drive up. I knocked on the glass and pointed toward my watch and then pointed toward the ice cream area. They all just turned around. As I was there a friend I had with me walked around to the drive up and they told her they would serve us thru the drive up in a car. I called them to make sure and they never answered again! So we go around to the drive up and there’s a Car in front of us and one behind. It appears they never took the order of the car in front as they drove on thru. I waited a few minutes for them to take my order and they never came on the speaker. So I drove on Up to the window and there was a black girl I there and she ignored me. So I tapped on the window and she did a slice across her neck gesture and turned around to finish mopping/sweeping. It STILL wasn’t 2:00 am … it was 1:58 at this time. I’m not believing these rude kids can run this place and choose to close it up at anytime. But… I called corporate today and there was no one there in customer service to answer my call at 4:55. And By the way, I am disabled and that didn’t make any difference bro the girl that locked the doors early as I walked up using a cane.

I go to this location all the time and get a triple scoop got fudge sundae and ask for extra whip cream and there's absolutely nothing on it . Disgusting attitudes by staff this black gay male that was at the second window nothing but attitude when my order was just not put in correctly it's not hard to simply apologize instead of feeling entitled , slow service and got my whole order wrong .

Decided to go to this location as it was closer to our hotel. Big mistake. Kids, and I say kids on purpose, working had zero clue. Scooping ice cream the girl broke my husband's cone in half and just said "oops, sorry" and handed it to him. When we asked for the candy bar sundae she said they didn't do that (they do, I think she didn't want to be bothered), and when we asked for 2 cones with whipped cream in for our dogs she looked at us then went and asked an older kid who looked at us and said they couldn't do that. Reading the reviews on this location, we should've driven the extra mile and eaten at the one we did earlier on Milwaukee.

1 Star is giving way to much credit. Ordered a vanilla malt, strawberry shake, a DP and a chocolate ice cream, and it was read back to us correctly. When we got to the first window, it had been changed and it took a bit to get it correct. The lady at pay window was extremely nice and laughed about it with us. When we go to the pick up window, the chocolate scoop of ice cream was setting there waiting for us. It took a little bit of time but a young lady finally picked it up and handed it out the window, no words were spoken. She then went about making the DP, opened the window and handed it to us, still no words. A short time later she returned to the window with the small strawberry shake, still no words. After a few minutes a different young lady came to the window and informed us we would have to pull up and wait for the malt. We informed her that we had been in line long enough, and we were not leaving the window until our order was complete. She then shut the window and went to tell a young man. He came to the window and told us we had to pull up and wait, we told him no as well. 5 employees (including a manager) then congregated in front of the window and called us names and laughed at us, as if we were the problem, I guess they thought we could not hear them. Finally we received the malt. Turned out it was not a malt, as it seemed the malt powder was left out. I then pulled around and went inside. The manager who had been with the group talking about us at the window, was helping to get orders out at the counter. I told her that after all that trouble to get the malt, it was not correct. She informed that it had malt powder in it and was indeed a malt. I told her there was not enough to taste. She grabbed the drink from my hand rushed to the back and firmly tossed the drink into a trash can. She returned with a new drink that was not near full, but I had, had enough of her behavior so I let go. I then noticed that the drink was a tan color. After putting my straw in and tasting it, it was obvious what she did. She showed me, by putting a abnormal amount of malt it, to where that was all I could taste and all of the powder did not even get stirred into the ice cream. So she intentionally made my drink incorrectly because she was mad at me. I was not going to write this review as I know, how damaging they can be for a business, but I called customer service and got no answer and no returned phone call. Your restaurant is a joke, because of the manager. If she has this bad of an attitude and shares it with the crew, then all of them are incapable of taking care of customers. If she worked for me, she would be fired and any employee who thinks she handled it correctly could go with her. It was terrible.

I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and never had issues before, but lately it’s gone downhill. I don’t know if there’s a new night crew or if they just don’t care anymore. Every time I order, my food is messed up—even though I explain clearly how I want my burger. When I check it, it’s never made the way I ordered. On top of that, the meat patties haven’t been fully cooked and are still pink inside. I’ve continued to give this store chances, but after this last visit, I won’t be coming back. I was even woken up with a really bad bowel movement afterward, and I’m hoping it’s not food poisoning. I’ll be avoiding this Braum’s location for a while.

I come to this location because it’s in my area but I just decided to no return because I have to either deal with a rude crew or a rude grown manager I usually like Braum’s but I think they need to do something about management at this location because that’s where good customer service starts at It’s sad wen you have to drive across town to get good customer service👎🏽

I am an Amazon driver. I came into this location to use the restroom and get lunch. I walked in smiled at tge young lady behind the counter. Before I could get around the corner where the restroom is, I heard the young lady tell another coworker "I wish the bathroom were for customers only" As I'm in the restroomI'm thinking to myself does she expect to order my food and take in the bathroom?? Does she expect me to eat with filthy hands?? Like I understand not wanting random people just loitering. But I was here to purchase a hot meal on a cold day and enjoy my break. Not giving yall my hard earned money now, just to have someone be ugly natured. Life why would i pay for that??? I will never be back to this location!

Third time this month they have put mayonnaise on my burger after it being the only thing I ask not to be on my burger. The value of the burger is being diminished by the amount of trips I'm having to take for one. Please have your cooks take their time reading orders. Edit for another bad order I'll add pictures. Asked for no mayonnaise they gave me no pickles no lettuce no tomatoes no anything... I eat here every single day I contribute, All I want is a product that I'm asking for. How do these workers have jobs The manager offered to replace, but that is not a fix in any way form or fashion. Me driving back up there is me spending more money for a bad burger

Tried to charge me 17 $ for a bag a burgers that is 6.99 because I added jalapeños on the side. I asked for a refund and explained im not paying more for jalapeños than I am burgers. Called me racial slurs spit at my car and refused to give me all my money back. I had to file a police report and am still waiting on my 20$ dollars back. Horrible nastt people other 2 location in lubbock fantastic this store is horrible and just nasty nasty people.

Devin at the counter was incredibly rude after we finally got our food after pulling around and waiting out front. I went in to get sauce, ketchup and napkins that weren't in the bag. Devin told me to fill my own the ones behind the counter were for drive thru only. Even after I explained we were from the drive thru he gave me a handful of ketchup packets not to the new style and 2 sauces. I told him I had a large order and he said sorry, I can only give you 2.

I have always been a fan of Braum’s but this particular store on university was very unwelcoming. The blonde middle age male working the front was very disrespectful and the proceeded to up charge my friend for her meal and messed up my salad order. I am not usually the type to get mad about my food orders. But I do not appreciate being treated disrespectful at the counter and then My food order be all kinds of messed up. I am not hating in braums in general I typically love there hospitality but the one on university is one I will not be going back to.

Food was terrible the vegetables in my burger were old tasted awful and bacon was so hard I almost hurt my tooth my kids fries were old and I also found some stuff in my shake I opened it up because they didn’t give me any straws I was going to use a spoon and I noticed it had brown and black specks in the my vanilla shake.

I can't express this enough. If the managers have to yell at their employees constantly and pretend to do everything themselves. Don't give them the job. Waited in line for 20 mins for a milkshake and was treated terribly by both the staff and management. Said that my order "never" went through the system even though I have the bank statement that went through. Extra bonus, moments later after having my shake, I've been greeted to atleast 20 min restroom breaks constantly For the rest of the day. (I'm not lactose intolerate) I can't stress this enough go to another location because braums on university is not it.

Came in the drive through and ordered a vanilla banana split. When the person at the window went to hand it out, I said “oh! This is supposed to be vanilla”. He then gave me attitude and said “this is only vanilla”. It is not only vanilla. By the looks of it, they use frozen bananas and the peel. Personally not a fan of peel in my banana splits.

Went through drive thru, no car behind us. She was patient but distracted she repeated the order back correctly but we still got onions on our burgers. The fries could've been fresher. The Dr peppers tasted as if they have been sitting there, flat, no flavor. As we were checking the burgers the lady w at the windows asked if they were wrong I said yes, and she asked the cooks yall put onions in them. Then closes the windows, that's it. Matt was friendly but could've handled the situation in a better manner. I was very friendly when i placed the order and appreciate people that are handling my food. He did agree to replace the drinks. Will not eat there again.

Last time, they forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. This time, they forgot the bacon and the cheese on my bacon cheeseburger. Of course, then, you have to wait for them to fix it while your already lukewarm fries just get cold and your sundae begins to melt. This time, the "corrected" sandwich they gave me was cold and dry and stale and disgusting. The meat was as dry and cold as if it had been cooked 30 minutes before and the bacon was just as bad. This is the worst Braum's location I've ever been to. There was also barely any mustard on the sandwich.
