This is easily one of my new favorite spots in Lubbock. The service was great and the food was amazing. I had the Chicken Milanese, which is in their specialty menu. It was a massive serving size, easily could be shared. They also serve fresh baked garlic bread which could be it's own feature. My only downside was that it's an open restaurant, making it somewhat loud once it's busy. I also found the TVs to be distracting from the atmosphere. I will be back, and bring my friends and family.

Went there for a large group party, out ables were set up and ready for us. The staff was patient and and gave great customer service. Had the chicken alfredo, it was very flavorful and fresh. My only regret was that I left my left over box.

Warm and welcoming. Great dinner music. The bread is amazing. Our server made great recommendations. The Tonis chicken has the perfect amount of zest. A definite must if ypu visit Lubbock.

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant during our stay in Lubbock. Initially, I was a bit hesitant when we arrived, but I was pleasantly surprised as soon as we stepped inside. We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions that turned out to be fantastic choices. We began our meal with fried ravioli and cheese sticks, paired with a delicious dipping sauce. For his main course, my husband chose the chicken Parmesan served with spaghetti. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the same wonderful sauce from the appetizers topped the pasta, making it a delightful dish. The chicken featured a thin, crispy crust and was tender and fully cooked. I opted for the chicken with tortellini in pink sauce. The chicken was just as incredible as my husband's Parmesan chicken, while the tortellini was delightful, and the pink sauce was creamy and perfectly seasoned without any one ingredient overpowering the dish. The portion sizes were generous! The bread served with our meal was fresh and light—definitely worth trying with butter. Although the restaurant was quite busy, our food arrived in a timely manner and tasted freshly made. The portions were so substantial that I enjoyed some leftovers for lunch the next day, and they were even better! This place is a definite must-visit when you're in town.

Our server Cassie was delightful and attended to our every request. Very busy, reservations recommended for Friday/Saturday. BYOB is awesome for a nice bottle of wine. Portions are generous and salad and soup is optional for those that want full meal. Pink sauce is a very homemade option of traditional red and white, recommended. Lasagna is served bubbling hot and goes well with garlic bread.

This is a very nice old school Italian restaurant in downtown Lubbock. All the food our large party had was good. The servers were very efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a large gathering, as we had for a graduation event. It's BYOB, so the adult beverages were reasonably priced. The age group for our party ranged from 5 to 80+ (the 80+ folks wouldn't say how many). The menu is extensive enough so everyone was satisfied. And yes, many folks took to-go boxes with their leftovers as the portions are generous. All-in-all, it was very nice restaurant to celebrate with the graduate.j

From the outside, it doesn't look like much but pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It's very big on the inside with a large seating area. Everyone was talking and having conversation, but the noise was muffled, creating an atmosphere that was warm and cozy. The food is outstanding! We ordered 5 different dishes, and each one tasted amazing. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Also...BYOB. Will definitely be back!

While the building is a bit run down and they seemed short staffed so the service wasn’t as attentive, the food was so AMAZING who cares! We had shrimp florentine, chicken Alfredo, the Italian salad which is big enough for 2-3 ppl, the best stuffed mushrooms I’ve ever had ANYWHERE and the delicious bread. Everything was amazing, and I know food and am not easily pleased.

This restaurant was suggested by someone at our hotel on our last visit to the area. The food was great then, and we returned on our first night here this go around. The food and service were outstanding. Our server made several suggestions, and I agree their pink sauce is worth trying. The food came out hot, and we didn't capture any pictures. Update: We went back tonight. It was a wait due to graduation, but the food was still great. Photos were obtained this time.

Best Italian restaurant in town. Best thing is fresh garlic roll and fried cheez ravioli ⭐⭐ pink sauce have amazing taste. I ordered breaded chicken spinach Milanese. Woooo really good taste. In dessert tiramisu is yummy. I will definitely goes back again and again.

This is some of the best food in Lubbock! The atmosphere is great, and the prices are reasonable. The one downside would be the parking, but the delicious food makes up for it.

The rolls were amazing. My salad was very fresh. The service were really awesome. I did not care for the food and neither did my partner but I will add that 2 of the members of my party really liked it. And others must as well because it was hoppin the Friday I went. This place is also BYOB which is very cool.

Great enjoyable meal. Marinara was on the watery side. I hope it was a bad night because they used to have an amazing thick sauce. (This is the reason for 4 stars). Environment was lively and energetic. Staff was friendly and worked hard. Caesar salad was good, next time I will ask for my dressing on the side since I like it on the lighter side.

We did not have a good experience. We called and made a reservation for 7. It seemed pretty busy when we got in but didn’t think much about it. We got sat right away and they brought out some waters for us. My problem is when we ordered our food it took exactly an hour for 3 chicken fettuccine and a lasagna. We sat there and no one communicated anything. Almost 40 minutes we asked about our food and our waitress just seemed annoyed that we asked. When the food was brought out 2 of our chickens fettuccine seemed like they were sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The other 2 came out steaming hot. Multiple people that arrived after us received their food and we were still waiting. We really wanted to like this place but we did not get great customer service.

Went here just over a week ago on a Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend. It was not a very busy day based how many people were there and eating. We were sat right away and honestly the table we were sat at did not look clean i grabbed the plate they have on the tables and there was an olive stuck to the bottom of it. On top of that a server never came around we sat there for almost 20 mins and not once did someone come over to get us drinks or anything. I tried getting anybodys attention to no avail. It was such a shame because the food looks amazing but honestly the lack of service we received that day and the overall cleanliness of the place better lack there of made me not want to try this place again.

My wife and her friend visited Italian Garden today during lunchtime. They each ordered a salad and a pasta dish. Everything seemed fine while they were eating, but immediately after finishing their meal, things took a serious turn. Before even leaving the parking lot, my wife had to open the car door and threw up violently and without warning. Moments later, her friend also became extremely sick and threw up as well. This all happened within minutes of leaving the restaurant with no other food or drinks consumed beforehand. Her friend went back inside to inform the staff about what happened, not to argue but simply to make them aware in case something was wrong with the food. Instead of showing any concern, the staff dismissed the situation and refused to even consider that it might have been related to their meal. They said it was a coincidence even though both customers became violently ill at the same time right after eating the same items. We understand restaurants do not want to admit fault but completely disregarding a legitimate concern especially when multiple people got sick immediately after eating is unacceptable. Even some basic empathy or willingness to check the kitchen would have gone a long way. This experience was alarming and based on how the situation was handled we will not be returning.
