Can't go wrong with Weinerschnitzel. This location is open until 3 am and let me tell you even at 2:45 am they give fast excellent service. The location is very clean both in front and behind the counter. The staff is always friendly. I will pass 4 other locations just to get to this one.

Love the chili cheese fries. I hardly eat here due to the cost. It's cheaper to make your own chili dogs. They sell the chili in a can if you really want it.

Hot and fresh every time

Food was delicious, hot and fresh and prepared quickly. The bathrooms were clean and the entire restaurant seemed to have been recently renovated because all of the decor was modern and new. The staff was friendly and quick to acknowledge and help us. Definitely will be back.

My sister and I visit Lubbock twice per month for business purposes. We always drive through Wienerschnitzel. I want to give a shout out to Misty Cooper, store manager. Misty is always upbeat and super friendly. This evening we decided to dine in and Michael took our order. It was a bit chilly inside and he quickly turned up the heat for us. He came by our table and made sure we were comfortable. Before we left I had to tell Misty what great customer service she always provides and her positive energy truly inspires her team. So thank you Misty and team for the pleasant experience.

One of the longest going restaurants in the Arnett. There's a reason too. The food is always great and the wait in the drive thru is never too long. The employees are always nice and I've never had a bad experience here and I grew up in the Arnett and still live there. The best Schnitzel spot in all of Lubbock. And it's a great place to get a few dogs after a TTU football game!

Went here a couple nights ago, right after a Tech basketball game. It wasn't busy at all, it was our first time visiting one of these and the staff was helpful picking something the hubs and I would both like. The prices aren't bad, and the food was delicious! I'm not a huge fan of chili, but had the junkyard dog made with Angus beef and the bacon chili and cheese fries...and was amazing! This place is worth checking out, did not take long to get our food. Was very filling for the price

My All-Time Favorite place to eat in Lubbock,Tx. Been here a ince i was a little boy and is still going strong and barely scratching the surface. The $6 Deal 4 Real! The ChiliCheese Burger is my favorite and has been all these years. They recently upgraded the burger as it now comes with a quarter pound hamburger patty and that minor detail has been a major change in the quality. The ChiliCheese Fries are the bomb especially when you add a side of ranch to them, mmmmhmm the bestest in West Texas! Thank You for the Great Food for all these years and helping get Lubbock thru the Covid-19.

This Wienerschnitzel in Lubbock has great food!! First time visiting a Wienerschnitzel and we were super impressed. The young lady helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful since we didn't know about the different types of hotdogs. This location is very clean and the dining area is very comfortable and has a cozy environment. I highly recommend this Wienerschnitzel for your next hotdog crave!!

Always wanted to try this place, and finally did a few times while I was in Lubbock. Actually surprisingly decent. And their sauerkraut (although cheap and not the best), actually stays true to real German sauerkraut as far as it's flavor/temperature. Americans like to make their sauerkraut really pungent, but in reality, Germans love it mild (as they do most of their food!)

This place is usually the better of the two that I occasionally visit. I usually taste as good as wienerschnitzel gets which is really really good. However the last time I went the CC burger was perfect but the CC hotdog, the very first bite had a taste that immediately caused me to spit it out. I've never tasted anything like it. Horrible! To say the least. It almost tasted like very strong soap but it WAS NOT Soap. I inspected it and did not find any thing but man... That taste got me a little scared. Fries good burger good drink good.... But that hotdog... Idk.

The service was awesome . The homeless person cleaning her shoes out and her feet in the dining area kind of ruined our meal. But the staff was being super nice and letting the person use the phone. They were just being good host.

I was just in from out of town and I went here late on a Sunday night. Not too many options after 10pm so I stopped here thinking it was a Whataburger because I saw the big "W" logo and I wasn't paying too much attention, I just needed food. When I got back to the hotel to eat, I really enjoyed my burger but thought it was much smaller than what I had previously experienced from Whataburger... well, that's when I noticed it was Wienerschnitzel. I think the last time I went into this brand of restaurant was when I was a kid. So compliments to them on a very tasty (but smaller than expected) burger!

This is one of my go-to Wienerschitzel restaurants whenever I'm having a hunger for chili dogs. The employees are friendly for the most part and my order is always correct. My food has always been hot when I pick it up, and that's so important when it comes to food especially french fries. There's nothing worse than cold stale french fries that have been sitting since the last food rush.

Ordered Junkyard Dogs which are supposed to have sliced cheese on them with no mustard when I finally got them all they put on there was Chile and fries no cheese I explained to them it was supposed to have sliced cheese it even shows it on the menu and they just handed me two cups of shredded cheese it didn't seem anybody that was working there knew how to make them correctly check your orders before you leave

They gave us double fried poppers so when we got home we discovered they were hollowed . Called to see if we can get them replaced as I love in another town they wouldn't answer the phone plus the cashier had a stank attitude I'd avoid it and go to another location

Ordered through the drive thru and we forgot to mention we had a coupon and had already moved up so we proceeded to go to the window and the receipt says Angel so I assume thats his name, he gives us the total and we let him know we have a coupon and if its too late to add it he then smacks his teeth and turns around. I mean honestly if it was that big of an inconvenience just say its too late and we would have been fine...but to proceed with an attitude when your whole job is customer service is ridiculous.

I went through the drive through and I ordered all my food and I don't live in town. So I was on my way out of town, and I didn't realize how I was like an hour away, that I was not given 2 corn dogs, and when I tried to call the store it up, sent me to this weird voicemail thing that I had to enter the phone number in a passcode, which I didn't have so I can't even call the store to ask them for a refund.

I was eating dinner there and everything was good bt a manager walks in a starts to talk to another employee and started to bad mouth another(she has her son in emergency room )employee jst because she had to work the other emloyee shift. I thought that was very unprofessional

There were only 2 employees to work the lunch rush creating very long waits with many customers walking out due to the long lines. Both employees were doing a great job of staying composed given the circumstances.

Tried to charge us $12 for a 5 for $5.95 chili dog deal. Came here once before after dropping family off at school and the inside smelled like a disgusting bathroom and all of the workers were outside so we and another customer were forced to wait around 10 minutes before getting service.

The chili had a word taste to it and I called to tell them. They said that they make it fresh every day. I'm feeling somewhat sick from eating it now. I hope I don't get food poison.

They would not a take survey coupon from the register receipts, because it was from the store on Quaker. All of the Dr Pepper soda was not working. I hate Pepsi products so I asked for a refund for my drink. The manager did not know how to refund it back to the card I used to pay so she paid the refund in cash. Usually they always want to refund the same card you used. My chili cheese fries hardly had anything on them. Not a good experience.

They charged individually instead of a meal that makes it expensive. Sonic serves better tasting and reasonably priced chili dogs. Thousand island Fries gave me a confusing taste. Never again!

We literally went like 15 mini before and there were still cars there and they told me they could just make me an order of jalapeño poppers. I know and have friends that work at other weinerschnitzels here in Lubbock and know that they work i tile the closing time. They do what fits to be done. Screwed up on my order, wanted me to drive across town to give them the food that they screwed up. Said that they don't do refunds. The manager who answered the phone was very rude.

I gave them 1 star because on National Chili Dog day Four Chili Dogs for $4.00 they wanted to charge me $10.83 because I’m Jewish and only eat beef hot dogs. So it seems Weinerschnitzel doesn’t support Jews or Muslims religious rights, shame shame shame!

Went there for lunch. Went to the drive thru. Nobody was wearing gloves! My order ended up in the trash.
