Pretty chill environment pretty nice they got some good food they got to me and they did it through the drive-thru when I didn't even have a car when the lobby wasn't open so all in all awesome

Staff was friendly the order didn't take too long. Their fountain area needs major fixing it leaks I'm mainly the Sprite one. This place needs to hire people that actually clean the lobby was a mess. On a side-note they were super slammed. But the line went rather quickly and I was cash out well there ice machine was broken and needs to be fixed.

A lady's car was stuck in the entrance of Panda Express when we pulled up to get some food…. We hoped out to help her jack the car up in order to get the massive rock out from underneath, which was hindering her ability leave, but our jack wasn’t big enough. As we were calling around for tow truck companies to come help the woman, Louis was inside working his shift and came to our aid. Luckily his jack was capable of accomplishing the job, we wouldn’t have been successful in helping the woman if it wasn’t for his actions. With all the evil in the world, be a light! Jesus loves you! I enjoyed panda this evening. I got the bigger plate because I got off work starving. I got fried rice with orange chicken. It was very good with soy sauce and especially dipping it in the teriyaki sauce. The only thing was the rice was a little dry but it was okay.

I've always love this place and they never seem to disappoint. My wife and I took our son out to eat here for a special occasion and as always everything was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and the service we received was great from beginning to end and the food as always was exceptional

Got there 5 minutes early to pick up a catering order and was immediately offered a free drink when it wasn't ready. There was a slight misunderstanding on the phone, as I wanted fried rice and they heard white rice, but they immediately corrected it. Then helped me carry my order to the car. I've been picking up catering orders frequently lately for a student organization, and this was the best service I have yet received.

I just went to panda express I left so satisfied I had to write a review. The drive through girl Taher evers with the blonde hair was so nice and had a huge smile on her face at the window. 10/10 experience. you guys hired great!

I love the food here. I love that they are very up front with the calories in each dish. And it was always nice to see all the fresh cut veggies in the fridge. The employees have always been very polite and professional. And with all the covid challenges, they are doing great with that too. The dining room is closed. You can order and pay online and despite the line around the building, it went really fast.

I was a guest at the Pandora Express located on 19th and the loop. On 6-23-25 I ordered a meal but I had left my money in my other purse. 2 employees by the name of Jada and Rylan paid for my food and with a smile too! I was shocked and felt to blessed and thankful. I went in today and payed it forward. Thank you both for being so selfless and awesome!!!

A busy restaurant is a good sign usually. First, food was good. Service lacked. The guy at the register seemed stressed and was less than friendly. They were out of chow mein. Kind of ridiculous when that is one of the main sides. We ate inside and it was clean.

This panda express is always a great experience. The food is fresh, and the employees are very nice. They pack on the portions and you never feel cheated. The restaurant is always very clean which is a great change from many fast food establishments.

We went right when they opened so it wouldn't be crowded. The staff were very friendly and patient as I had a group of people who had never been. We ordered inside. They offer samples so you can try before you buy. Excellent customer service and delicious food.

Location was painfully slow for 2pm on a Thursday going through the drive thru. I had to pull everything out of the order taker to get selections made and questions answered. He wasn't rude at all, just disinterested. The cashier was delightful and pulled the service number up to a 4. Very friendly, outgoing, and efficient. The food was typical Panda with large helpings of flavorful Chinese food. The new crispy chili shrimp is a winner and hopefully stays around a long time! Angus Steak and the chowmein noodles high quality. Also need to try the new apple dessert! Overall not a bad visit, just slow.

They improved the flavor of their menu line up. The mixed veggies is a bit disappointing though as it lacks variety. The interior of the place is quite nice. The service needs to be better too especially at the counter.

Food was Great at this Location. Service was not bad just very slow. Was taking one order at a time in drive thru. Should take second car order BEFORE dealing with car that just ordered and pulled up to window. This can only help the cook keep up with food requirements. Consequently I had to wait that much longer for my fried rice.

Chinese restaurant. Foods are really delicious. Less spicy. As this is a Chinese restaurant, Asian foods and food tastes is very common ingredients. Variety of chicken and beef item is available here with chaomin and fried rice. Food prices are affordable. Servers are professional and well-mannered. Ambience are decent. Good place for eat-out or even taking parcel.

Good food however almost Everytime I go through the drive thru my order is botched. Asked for chow mien and rice, was given two chow miens due to lack of communication between the two workers that were handling my order. Update- went through the drive thru and got orange chicken and mushroom chicken. Opened box to see about 7 small pieces of orange chicken, three big zucchini’s and barely any much room or chicken. Disappointed.

Normally its good but my last visit I had to wait about 5 to 7 minutes for a cashier to cash me out. By the time I sat down my food was cold. Everyone kept walking by and looking but nobody tried to cash me out real quick. They weren't even that busy.

The food is good, but they don't ever pickup their phone. I'm just trying to see if they can throw in some spicy mustard in with the order, because there's not a way to add condiments to the order (spicy mustard, soy sauce, etc.). I've called several times, waited a few minutes, several times... And they just don't pickup the phone.

Most of the time this location does well. Food is really good most of the time. Their problem is that they don’t always get the orders right. I order online a lot and there have been quite a few times that I pick up my order and it will be wrong. Instead of telling me that they are out of what I ordered they just double the other entree I ordered. They hadn’t even completely finished my order when I walked in so they could have told me and asked if that’s what I wanted.

Three stars because the food was good. The service was not and a lot of double talk as to why I was charged almost $4 more for a $1.25 up charge for the shrimp! PS - We ordered bowls and got plates=more charge!! First time going there. Probably won't go back.

Staff was nice at first but then one of the employees was very dry, she had a mad face while I was ordering my food plate. I went with my mom aunt and uncle and it was a good price and food was very good, it’s just the one lady that took care of us. My mom wanted a cup of water and we got told the fountain had water and we were going to share but then she noticed there wasn’t any. I had to go buy a water bottle. Also I wanted sauce and when I asked for sauce the lady maybe didn’t hear me or chose to ignore ? The serving sizes didn't make much sense to me. I ordered two big plates, a plate, and a bowl. The big plates and the regular plate had the same amount and they didn't give us the third entree on the big plates. So next time I'll just order the plate instead of being charged extra for nothing more. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it so we will be going back again.

I haven't been here in a long time but thought I'd give them a try again, this location has to be the worst at portion control. Like Wow! The drinks are almost alwys watered down. Food is mediocre at best the Chowmein is cut like why would you do that other than to serve less.

This place has never had good customer service or cleanliness, but tonight, I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before getting my food. When I got to the window, it was obvious my food had been prepared for a while, so I had waited all that time for them to finish some food item for like one or two cars. The employees didn't have the presence of mind to simply have those cars pull around.

We picked up food from the drive thru. They said teriyaki would be 15 min so i chose broccoli and beef.The spring rolls were cold we had to put them in the micowave. The food didn't have much meat. Very unsatisfied with this simple meal.

I feel a little bad, because I know this location gets busy, but I ordered here through DoorDash and they took over an hour to even get my food to the delivery driver, and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called to ask about the order. Hopefully they’re able to get things under control and work on getting orders out quicker, because as is this is by far the slowest Panda Express I’ve ever been to.

This place is amazing if the people that worked there had better customer service. I love that the food is fresh. However, most of the time we don't get there u til about an hour before they close and they usually make a huge deal about not having ANYTHING left. We visit about once a week and there have been several times we have asked them to make bejing beef and they made us pull up and wait. When they bring the food out they never put the meat in the bowls.

My wife loves Panda Express, but I personally beg to differ. For some reason, their chicken is always chewy and feels like it’s almost undercooked. Not sure whether it’s their chicken vendor or how they prepare it, but would not recommend. Definitely not worth the $8 per bowl with the portion size being so small

Order was incomplete as well as way under portions(we didn’t order a “kids meal”) the broccoli and beef had no beef! The sweet fire chicken was missing and the quantity was extremely low portions! Very disappointed and I would like a full refund. I called the facility but there were no management to report this experience.

They didn’t have any tea brewed, none of their lemonades made, no chicken or beef made other than one option of each. They had someone actively scrubbing floors with chemicals while the lobby was open (I’ve been a fast food manager before and you are NOT supposed to be doing that around customers, that is an opening or closing duty). Manager seems to have some trouble communicating with her team and allocating proper efforts in the right place. Charleze, the blonde girl who works here, needs to be manager instead of the older woman. Charleze was single handedly ordering other staff, taking orders, and running the line. I was thoroughly impressed with her vigor and ability to take charge when management is obviously lacking.

We have been eating at this panda location for over 4 years. But until they get a better manager there we will not go back. 30 minutes after eating the orange chicken and the walnut shrimp, my wife was throwing up, 10 hours after she ate, diarrhea hit. This went on for 3 days. We called the manager at this location explaining that what my wife had made her sick. The manager was very rude saying oh we go through a lot of training for food poisoning and it takes 24 hours to hit. But if you’re throwing up after 30 minutes and that was the only thing you have had all day. It can be food poisoning. Could have been under cooked chicken and seafood gets bacteria super bad if not handled or cooked properly. We called the district manager and they apologized for the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the manager at that location. And it wasn’t about getting a free meal, we didn’t want anyone else getting sick. So now we will be looking for a different location.

So disappointed! I ordered a honey walnut shrimp bowl with fried rice and 2 egg rolls in the drive through window. When I pulled out I noticed I didn't receive my egg rolls so I returned to get my egg rolls. The lady was very nice about that and gave me an extra egg roll (that's why the 2 star review). When I sat down to eat 20 minutes later (because that is how far I live), I opened my container to find sweet & sour chicken! That doesn't even sound like honey walnut shrimp! Wow!

Had to change my review, usually the food is good, and staff is friendly but today they were out of a certain Item and said it would be 20 minutes. I was fine with that but after 10 I went to check on it and they hadn't even started on it nor did they let cooks know and said it would be 25 minutes, so I chose different Item and 15 minutes later Item was done, they didn't mention anything and it actually was ready quicker than stated and I didn't really get what I paid for.

At the drive thru, I was privy to a two minute disagreement between the window clerk and another staff member about a big order. The drive thru clerk did not remember my order, I had to repeat it at the window. Then I was told my side dish would be ready in "two minutes, please pull forward." After a six minute wait, I went inside and a line clerk told me everything was ready. Now, it's my fault for not checking before leaving, but I didn't get either of my sides and did not get the requested sauces. I was late getting back to work as well. But the entree was pretty good. C'mon, Panda. Do better.

Been here 3 times in the last month and was disappointed by a different thing each time. First time, the chow mein and beef broccoli were overcooked and didn't look/taste right. Second time, the honey walnut shrimp was way too tough to chew. Like eating pebbles with shrimp. Then the third time the soda machine was out of cherry coke syrup and the regular coke was flat.

So me, my husband and kids just had the worst experience with “ Zelena Brandy - Team lead “ so from the point of ordering and telling her we were their for a replacement from last week from the wrong food bag. She keep saying I can’t hear you if you don’t mind spelling what your saying like wow and than proceeds to say “ just pull up “ so we get to the window line already long she is swinging her hands up and down running back and forth saying she don’t have time for this sucking her teeth leaning over she than started to hit the rice cooker over 3 times just veryyyy poor service I can not believe we have been treated this way. I will not be returning!!!! She literally had us holding the line up for over 20 minutes saying she can’t do it and to come back tomorrow the only thing she can do for us is bring the policy book to read it since we’re so good at spelling just in total disbelief

Ordered through the app for pick up at 9:30PM, arrived at 9:30PM to all of the doors to the lobby closed. Ok, I think. There is plenty of time for me to make it through the 20 car line that is the drive thru. 10 minutes in line we moved 1 car length. If this location wants to close early that is fine. But don’t let customers order in your app, rob them of their money, not give them any food and waste their time.

We order/eat here regularly but after today we will NEVER go back. The customer service is beyond Awful! Amanda, working the drive thru window, was more interested in cussing me out for being early to pick up an online order that was placed yesterday from my company. Amber, the manager, was just as rude, canceled my order without offering any kind of resolution to the issue, she actually stood there while Amanda was cussing at me and did nothing. This is unforgiveable and uncalled for behavior. Never will we order from this location again.

I ordered teriyaki chicken I couldn't even eat it because the texture was so nasty it was slimy I also ordered beef and broccoli there was hardly any meat in there six little tiny pieces like the size of a nickel. I also ordered another beef and broccoli same thing small little tiny pieces hardly any meat charge you alot for hardly any meat ridiculous also the rice was flavorless horrible food will never go back very disappointed and they also forgot the drink I ordered bad customer service bad food I would not eat at this place ever again or recommend it to anybody.

They haven’t had Teriyaki chicken the last 3 times I’ve went and it’s been weeks apart. That’s all I go there for. Don’t understand how they can run out of chicken 3 times on different months. Other Panda Express is way across town. Each time I came to Chipotle. Still haven’t got my panda fix in months!

50/50 chance your order will get messed up if you go there at night. Went back with my receipt and lady at the window didn’t give two shots just quickly gave me the right side and shut the window. Bad service

Super small serving size for what I’m paying for. Didn’t know we had to ration the orange chicken on the bowls here. When I asked for a little more as it’s a low amount they wouldn’t do anything for me. Pretty weak all around here.

Asked to try a sample of Beyond to see if too spicy for my daughter. Manager Adrian said no. Ok that’s fine. I ordered it for myself and then asked if I could try a piece out of it so I know what to order my daughter and he said I had to pay for it first. I had to go pay, try it, see it was too spicy for her and wait back in line to order her something else. That was so unnecessary & terrible service.

GEORGE H! At the drive through window at 8:00pm had me all the way messed up! His attitude was really nasty! Got bent out of shape when I asked him to repeat the order to make sure it was correct. Literally told me you really want me to repeat the whole order? Then starts opening all the boxes and yelling out loud what it is. I thank God he granted me the patience 🙏! But then I get home and I'm missing half the order! Literally almost busted a vein in my forehead trying to wrap my mind around it. This is why people ask you to repeat the the order so that you don't drive 20 minutes home just to find it all messed up! You should always put the nicest employee you got at the window! Today panda failed at it! Thank you George H! I will definitely have a good day 😊

If i had the option to leave no star i would. They take my order wrong. 3 plates all are the same but charge 2 plates one price each and three 3rd a different price. To begin with they took order wrong. I get the line is long and they're busy but to avoid a bad review take the time to place the order correctly. Then when trying to let them know it's wrong they say it's ok and that the line is very long. Excuse me, you messed up why us the long line my problem? Take the time to fill the order correctly in the first place. Then i try calling. Called 11 times and not one person answered. Don't go here unless you want your order messed up, over charged and no one to hear you out

I asked for a bigger plate, they gave me a plate while charging me for a bigger plate. I asked for decent servings because the previous time i came they gave me the bare minimum of food. Guess what they gave me? The bare minimum again. They even got the entrees wrong and when i asked the person that gave me the food whats up with that they just said my bad. No apology or explanation. Is this place run by monkeys or what

Went there today, and it took forever to get my food. Not only that but nobody talked to me about what was going on, obviously they had no chow mien noodles which is what I ordered and thats what took so long. But to top it all off, the noodles were not even cooked all the way, very upset about that. The only thing that made it better was the girl that came to the window to give me my food, she was very polite, other than that not happy with this location. Boo!

They had the doors locked at 8pm. So I waited the 40 minutes in their drive through only to finally get to order and they were "all out of rice"! Like what!? That's one of the main dishes you serve!!

Ordered today from the drive thru. Service was fast and i thought all was well until i opened my order at home. The portions of the entre were very small. i barely had any orange chicken on my order. Get your stuff together!

Mariana was yelling in front of customers at a customer Food has been ready since 12 since had a pick up order placed for 12 and just needed to be bagged I was asking her if I could just grab it and she said to let her get this customer up front at which point she has already helped two customers who came in after I did I asked for a manger and she started yelling and saying they were not there. That’s when the new girl came from around the corner to help when I asked her for a manager she was very helpful and the First Lady just dismissive and had THE WORST customer service!! Her name was MARIANA and she should be reprimanded for this behavior.

The worst service I’ve had in YEARS. Attitude from the very good go while ordering we got cut off before we could even finish our order and once we got our food to go because we just didn’t want to stay in an uncomfortable spot it was the wrong order. We get Eye rolls when going to try and fix it, we’ll never come here again.

I just had a door dash order for it, n I think the first person who accepted the order took it, n had 6 others decline it because apparently it was already made. I tried calling up there n figure out what was going on because they refused to remake it. I am never ordering there again, crappy customer service on their part, I work in food as well n if there was an order missing from our store we would remake it. Because that's what a good business does

Second time I ask for not that many vegetables and open my plate and I have way more veggies then meat. Can we not read notes customers add for their order. Stop cheating your customers. Ratings won’t change until special request are actually handle correctly.

They didn't have 2 items we wanted. Teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. The chicken I received was way over cooked and was like eating jerky. Not good at all. I ordered 6 egg rolls and only received 5. I asked for lots of soy sauce and didn't receive any at all. I even asked again before leaving and was told they had put a lot of soy sauce in my bag but when I got home the only thing we received was sweet and sour sauce. I was in the drive through for 40 minutes and was not given my receipt after they took the one I was given to make correction and so they would know what I should be given. Poor poor service and very poor food.

I ordered delivery through the Panda Express app & after waiting nearly 2 hours the restaurant cancelled my order without delivering it. Apparently they used door dash to pick up the order & the dasher kept my order. Instead of remaking & sending it out or contacting me, they just took it up on themselves to cancel my order. They still charged my debit card for the food I didn't get delivered. I'm currently in the process of disputing with my bank. As a restaurant manager who uses the same doordash dispatch system for overflow orders myself, this type of service is unacceptable. I would NEVER charge a customer & not make sure they got their food. I will NOT be returning.

HORRIBLE service. I went in for lunch (during work) and when I got back to the office to eat it, I realized I had been charged for shrimp when I ordered and got only chicken. I called and the response was “Are you sure?” and they said “I guess you can come back in and we’ll fix it.” Sorry dude I’M AT WORK. I come back in after i’m off at 7:15 and got no help. The lady was hesitant to give me a refund (even though i had pictures with time stamps) and when i asked for a refund got upset walked off and said. “We’re busy.” If you’re too busy to help when I waited in line patiently and was not another buying customer again, then do it right the first time please!!! It makes things worse when I can’t get helped about the error.

Didn't have something ready at peak dinner hrs. I don't mind waiting. But the employee should say to the costmer if they would like to wait. Tell me how long 10 min. Don't have someone waiting for God knows how long. While me other food is getting cold. Management should be better.

Visited this location about 25 minutes ago. Very horrible experience. The fried rice I was served smells very bad, stale and horrible presentation. The rice is not fit for human consumption. Please keep the public safe and serve safe food as stipulated by the FDA and state health authorities.

GOT GHOSTED BY PANDA EXPRESS ***NOT CLICKBAIT*** I got in the drive thru line at 10:10pm (they close at 11). Waited in line to order food and finally got to the speaker. I used to work a drive thru so I waited awhile until I said hello because the employees might be busy. I said hello and got no response. I asked if I should go inside or leave and no response. I looked behind my car and drive thru cones had been put up behind me. They had put in the effort to close early but didn’t put in the effort to let customers know. I got Chic Fil A instead. Finally called the store because I was curious and I was hung up on multiple times. Finally got a hold of them and they said they had a store meeting. 100% get it but please just communicate that with me instead of dodging me. Peace and love but yall suck for that.

I pulled away from the drive thru before checking my order. My son checked it just as we left the parking lot and discovered we were missing one item. I immediately turned back into the lot and went back through the drive thru. The young lady working the drive thru immediately accused us of falsely claiming that we were missing an item. She then claimed it was in the bag when she handed it to me. I told her that I literally turned right back into the lot, and had no reason to lie about not receiving an item. The manager was at the window during the conversation. She looked into the bag, and at the receipt, and proceeded to tell me that the item was not listed. I told her to look again because it was listed. She and the other young lady could not get their stories straight. I told her to just keep the other items and refund my debit card. She advised that, that was not an option. My first and last time visiting this establishment. Hopefully others will not have to experience this!

The drive-thru window girl with a blonde bun seems to be overworked. In the seldom event that I go to this location, she's always the only one working drive-thru. She also has a terrible attitude. I think she probably needs some time off to reflect on how to be a kinder individual. Her mean attitude is never appreciated, but this time was SO bad it prompted me to leave this review. Do better. hun 🫶🏼

This Panda Express line CONSISTENTLY takes 20-30 min to get your food in the drive through EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME… why dude… like why even have a god damn drive through… what’s the point. And then you can’t even get out of the damn line to leave because you’re trapped… DO BETTER.

Since I had came here by 15 walk to eat in the dining they didn’t allow me had inside since the closing time is 11. It’s disrespectful and I question the night manager’s integrity. Staff and shift supervisor or manager they are rude. Worst experience ever. We ordered soem and after some time we are about to ordered more.

Since I had a mobile order (they hadn’t made it yet from 20 minutes prior) I asked for help to get my money back and they were no help, just pushed me off to the app which doesn’t seem to have simple instructions on refunds. At the end one worker said they would make our food but we had to wait longer since the fryers are cold. It’s disrespectful and I question the night manager’s integrity.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and I've officially placed my last order. I normally order the family meal which is almost $60 and it has gotten absolutely ridiculous how they pack the order with vegetables and no meat. The chicken and mushroom was 80% mushroom and no zucchini which it had always come with until this order. The beef and broccoli was 80% broccoli. I expect the order to be 50% meat 50% veg. This is a complete rip off and if this is the guidance of the brand, you should be ashamed. If it's a rogue manager choosing to do this to boost your profit, let's see how that works out for your when people stop buying from your at all which would be my recommendation. Don't buy from this establishment ever!!!!

I work down the street and picked up lunch before my shift and my order was wrong. I called and talked to management and she said to bring my receipt when I was able and they would give me another meal. I went back in and AGAIN my order was wrong!

I love eating panda express from all locations and this location is one of my main locations I always go to and I love to come to this location because it normally has good food but today I got chicken teriyaki with rice. The rice was kinda hard and the chicken is burnt and I don’t even look like teriyaki chicken. It looks like chicken meat I don’t even know if it’s chicken all I’m saying is please do better next time because I hate leaving bad reviews. Also the lady at the window was really rude. She basically just put the bag in our faces so never coming back this to this one again but please do better with y’all’s workers and y’all food.

Went here on Wednesday ordered the family meal pack we all ate at home well yesterday on thrusday went to pick up our daughter at school she wasn't feeling good she was sick all day all night and my husband and I woke up sick also so went to the urgent care today and couldn't believe they told we got food poisoning from teriyaki chicken we all ate from this place panda express 😢 now we're all here resting taking medicine to get better and over this so be careful people qhen you order food from here cause we got sick and the manager didn't show no type of concern for us for what happen 😢 but thought I would let you all know don't want any one else to get sick with food poisoning from this place have a blessed day

Normally I don't bother with reviews because they're mostly just rude for no reason to food service workers, but I had to leave one in this case because this is the worst Panda Express I've ever had. Legitimately. Nothing tastes like anything. My orange chicken and honey sesame chicken have no flavor. They also feel like they've been reheated in an oven like Walmart chicken nuggets instead of cooked on the wok. I'm probably about to just throw the rest of what I haven't eaten away because it feels like I'm forcing myself just to get my money's worth. Never going here for takeout again. No diss to the staff or anything I'm sure it's unrelated but I'm not spending like $11 for a mid plate in the future. For what it's worth the service was very quick and they checked to make sure I was the right person picking up my meal, which was cool.

Service took forever we had a 30 minute lunch. We got there at 11:06 didn’t leave until 1125 through the drive-through. The manager was just standing there like it wasn’t a big deal. They ran out of chow mein. They should’ve been more prepared for lunch Rush.

I ordered a plate with chow mien Broccoli and Beef Honey walnut shrimp cheese Rangoons The lo mien was mostly cabbage, hardly any noodles at all The cheese rangoons were soggy, zero crunch The worse was the walnut shrimp The shrimp tasted spoiled, had a sour after taste so I trashed it. Very disappointing!

I’ve had this incident happen more than twice! Why is the restaurant getting locked up 20 mins before actual time?! (Mind you, I called ahead of time to make sure the time it closed) While employees are playing around in the lobby? This place never gets it together, I always get teriyaki chicken & they never add the sauce even if I ask for it, they always forget my straw literally everything. I’ve gone back a few times when I realize I’m missing things & they give such bad attitude. This Panda Express is closest to me so I go here but I can’t believe not once have they actually gotten something right.
