I would rate this place ZERO stars if I could. They have the worst customer service, the employees are very rude. My pizza was cold. And me and my family were kicked out of the lobby at 8:50 pm because the lobby closes at 9. The employees complained out loud about having to make our order. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. And I find it funny the owner only replied to all the good reviews (which are about 2) and had nothing to say to all the "bad" reviews. It was my first and last time here.

We waited over an hour for our order (and in a line of 9 other people) just to never be acknowledged. No one ever came to the front they just stayed in the back yelling at us threatening to call the cops for “getting loud” with them when we asked about our orders. We could literally see our pizzas. The workers were so rude and wouldn’t give out the number to the gm or corporate when asked. Refused refunds. Customers ended up calling the non emergency line so we could get our orders. DO NOT GO HERE.

Need times posted at window. Thought it was open because there was someone there. Didn't even come to the window to tell us it was closed. You can't see time posted at front door from vehicle if you're going thru drive thru

We love pizza that little Caesars offers and great prices but the service and the drive-thru here in levelland goes to be the worsted in town he'll in the whole entire state of Texas what a shame surprise corporate has it done something about it wow

Are they paid extra to be rude and hateful they never have anything ready and asked me to drive around 4 times before my pizza was ready I understand if they were busy but they weren't and it's evrrytime I go and they tell you they are closed at 9 pm even though online it says they close at 10 if they even bother acknowledging you at the window

We were at the Little Caesars drive-thru since 9:30 p.m., waiting at the window for almost 30 minutes with no one acknowledging us or taking our order. When someone finally decided to talk to us, they told us the place was already closed and they couldn’t take our order—even though their posted hours clearly say they close at 10:00 p.m. To make things worse, this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here. Every time we visit, we end up waiting 30 minutes or more just to get one or two pizzas. This kind of service is unacceptable. If they weren’t going to take any more orders, the least they could’ve done was let us know. We won’t be coming back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This place has to be nasty inside because there was a black hair BAKED INTO my pizza (pictured with proof). I nearly vomited when I discovered this. I attempted to call the store 5 times with no answer. I then attempted to email their customer service line and my emails kept getting kicked back. At the end of the night I paid $27 to feel absolutely disgusted and throw the rest of what was supposed to be a pizza family movie night dinner in the garbage. Absolutely nasty!

Walked in to get a 5:00 pizza no one greated me took 15 min for them to realized i was in the lobby. On guy was just on his phone and the other guy showed up 3 min later..... pizza was good. Could work on people skills and customer service. Night shift on a tuesday.

I ordered pizza online. I spoke to no one so I had no service except for the ones making the pizza. The pizza was in the box on time but when I got home and opened the box I found that they only put toppings on half the pizza so I called the store. No one answered my call so I left a message and thus far no one has called me back. It was a waste of money. I will not buy from Little Caesars again unless they give me a full refund. At this point I don't want a free pizza.

It's not the first time i have to wait on my "hot and ready" pizza , I placed my order and I was waiting for my pizza at the window then I was told to pull up front, 35mins later no pizza then I go inside it toom about another 3 mins for someone to come up to the counter, finally got my pizza I get home and my damn pizza isn't even cut or hot anymore oh and so thin, not the thing crust just thing not like regular size pizza, so much for hot and ready, levelland little ceasers you guys got to do better

The owner should be ashamed! If I had the money to franchise I'd make sure I had quality employees. I feel bad for the ones that work there and tough it out. I went to get a simple Peperoni Pizza and it wasn't "hot and ready" as ADVERTISED! The lobby was closed as usual, because they cannot keep anyone working there. What does that mean? Poor management! Period! Informed me they had NO pizzas ready and there would be a 12 minute wait. they had a very long drive thru lane. I waited ten minutes to be told I'd have to wait 12 more. That's 22 minutes for a pizza that is advertised to be hot and ready, but never is. I will be informing corporate. This place needs closed down.

Employees in the back playing and eating food in the cooking area. Food wasn't finished till 30 minutes after it was supposed to be according to our app. Pizzas were supposed to be the $9.99 Fanceroni, only got the normal hot n ready pepperoni. It took so long the first time, I didn't even consider going back in to get what we actually ordered.

We are here at your store where we ordered three pizzas and crazy bread. The lady told my husband to Come back through the drive through so he did. She opens the window and asks him if he needs soMething else. He said no you told me to go back through the drive through. She then tells us there will be a wait and closes the window. Then she sends a male employee to tell us we need to wait out front. Now that’s not cool. We were not being argumentative. If she had been more clear with her communication we would have parked. We thought it was odd that she asked us to drive back through but we did exactly what she asked and we were faced with an attitude. This location has really went down hill quickly. I don’t believe the owners care anymore because this seems to be the norm with this place now
