Lyrik was our server and she was very attentive. Drinks constantly refilled as well as our endless appetizers. She had a bubbly personality and I’ll be coming back specifically for her!

We really enjoy coming to BWW to relax and listen to live music. Their wings are good and the beer is cold. This specific night the performer interacted really well with the crowd and played good old country music. Highly recommend visiting after a long day at work.

I gave them a bad review a year ago, but I deleted that one and want to thank Buffalo Wild Wings for giving veterans a free meal on Veteran's Day. I came in yesterday (Veteran's Day 2025) and got a free 6-piece wing & fry meal and it was delicious. So thanks from us Vets!

Awesome service, did was spot on!!!! My husband cut his arm right before we arrived at the restaurant and the manager quickly grabbed bandaids etc. and helped without hesitation.

This is always the place to eat and drink! We decided to celebrate the new year by dining at one of our favorite restaurants. Our server, Emily, was fast and courteous! We took advantage of the buy one, get one free traditional chicken wings with medium and honey bbq sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings is currently offering many promotions, so while we waited for our fried pickles, we ordered the watermelon martini and the tall wild herd beer. They were fantastic alcoholic drinks!

My experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was great. We had an amazing server, Alaisa. She was very attentive, paid attention to detail, and had a great attitude. If I could receive that kind of service everywhere, it would be amazing. The only issue I had was when I went to use the restroom. The trash was overflowing, the counter tops were full of water and soggy paper towels. There was standing water all over the floor, and had a stench. All in all it was great though. I'd still come back for sure. Thanks for a great time.

Excellent service, cold beer, the new chicken tenders are a game changer if you like chicken more than you like hard bits of sauce-free batter (boneless wings). What is it about a BWWs bar area that has a certain unpleasant smell after it's been open more than a couple of years? Can that be fixed? Otherwise, like I said... Excellent service and cold beer.

I always love B-Dubs. I usually get Lemon Pepper and Desert Heat. I tried some new flavors but are they running out of sauce? These look halfway sauced. What's up with that?

I always forget how loud it is here! It’s insane. Next time I’ll opt for the patio because the wings are the best, and the jerk is so flavorful. Unfortunately our table felt forgotten but the food was still great. Definitely an atmosphere for people who drink.

Sooo tasty! BDubs have the best chicken/sauce hands down. The. Chicken is very tender, and breaded just right. Top that with teriyaki and Asin zing, oh man! It's just so good. The service was also shockingly fast. If I had kids and needed to feed them fast, yeah BDubs would be a great pick. We also had pickle chips, my wife thought they were a bit too greasy, I thought they were good. Now maybe I am just a penny pincher but for the cost of eating 1 time at BDubs we could eat Wingstop 3 times. Drinks are crazy expensive, and just ok. Also thought the wings could have used more sauce, but I should have asked. I really like an unhealthy amount of sauce+ranch. Overall, it's so very tasty but I will hit Wingstop several more times in a year because of the value.

The service was a bit slow. Our waitress didn't come back to check on us until she brought the food. The music playing was rap, which I feel is inappropriate for a place who caters to families with young kids. Perhaps allow that sort of music after 9pm when the families are done coming. Not a great location... bar top was completely empty, yet sticky from end to end. Took a while to get service, but it was one bartender making drinks for the whole place. So can't be too mad at him…

Had the 10 piece wings with honey BBQ and Nashville sauces. Also had fries and carrots. The meal was poorly packaged. The box with the honey BBQ was on its side so sauce got all over the box and the bag. It was very messy. Wings were huge and tender. The honey BBQ were by far the best but I wish all of my sauce wasn't all over my bag. The Nashville were good but they were a little dry. The fries were cold and tasted old. I only ate a few of them because of that. Carrots were good but there were only 8 pieces. Food was ordered online and was ready almost 10 minutes before it stated on the app so I was glad I got there early. Will try again because I like this restaurant but will probably eat there.

I would give them all a 5 star but I have to second guess why we keep coming here! The beer and food is always good BUT, housekeeping is HORRIBLE!! For starters the front doors, NASTY! I always wash my hands as soon as we walk in! 😳 The bathroom walls and floors, need a deep cleaning!!! The carpets and floors need to be cleaned often, it’s a restaurant , do as others do, keep the floors clean! We always have something to eat here and it’s always good, but should I be worried about what we can’t see and what it looks like back I. The kitchen? The glasses always look dirty, so I always order bottle! Come on, where are the inspectors and managers, DO YOU JOBS, inspect what you expect!! Went to the new one, atmosphere was not the same, so please keep up with the cleaning and I won’t complain anymore!

The food was great, but the place really needs some basic maintenance done like touch up on paint and a good cleaning. The beer was very cold but the bar and glass smelled like dirty dish water , but the staff was nice.

We arrived late, service was a bit on the slow side but I think this was a result of unexpected numbers turning up. Staff were friendly and polite despite the delays and the food did the job.

We decided to go on a Monday night...no sporting events that night. Only 8 tables in the main dining room and 4 sitting in the bar. We were told to sit where ever we wanted. We sat down and perused the menu...for 10 minutes before a server acknowledged us. Drinks were delivered promptly and then took our dinner order. Meal came out in approz 7 minutes, cook properly. I ordered a cheeseburger with swiss cheese with all veges and fries. Burger was good, but I had to ask for mustard. Fries were fries, nothing special. The Bahama Mama was the best thing I had. Noticed there were alot of servers standing around just waiting for customers. We will come back, but not very often. Usually too loud for conversation, but a great place to watch sports.

Took forever for service and food and the food wasn't correct and just "warm" not fresh.

Overwhelmed manager got temper with me when I had to drive back to get my wings that they left out of to go order. She explained that in thier system if there are more than 3 sauces that the computer cuts it off and cook staff are not able to see the remaining sauces for the order which is why my 4th sauce of wings where missing. Which is a silly explanation if thier system actually is like that. Either way it yelling at me because they messed up my order and I asked them to fix it is inapropriate.

Upon arrival, the tables were wet from a very poor attempt to wipe them down. We asked if they could please clean it off to which they complied. The waiter was very kind and pleasant. We were disappointed on the length of time it took to prepare our wings and finally come out. Upon our food coming to our table we quickly realized it was wrong. The waiter apologize and due to our time crunch we just ate what was brought to our table. Overall the quality of the wings were great. Will not be returning to this location.

We came in about 2:30 and sat and ordered. 40 min later still no food still, everyone around us had their food. The people that walked before us and the people after us got their food. We asked for our order to go instead and it was still brought out to us on trays and we had to pack our own stuff. With it being slow hour of the day the service and food was so slow and wasn’t worth my 80 bucks.

While I realize that the BOGO promotion will make for a very busy restaurant, the restaurant should plan for this. Service was very slow. They had a college basketball game on that was way too loud. It was so loud I could not hear my wife sitting 2 ft away from me. It will be a while before I visit the 19th Street location.

My favorite chain to eat at. By far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in Texas!

A buddy and I went in to eat last Saturday we just ate a appetizer and drank a beer. The waiter threw out our recipe that we left with a $10 tip on printed a duplicate forged his signature and added a $1000 tip on it. On top of that all we got was attitude from all higher ups we talked to after that, oh how they care about their customers.

This place was just nasty! The fries were hard as a rock, the chicken tenders tasted freezer burnt and the Nashville hot dipping sauce literally made me gag, $72 for the worst chicken and French fries ive ever had my entire life not even exaggerating, such a disappointment.

Went at 5:30 pm Thursday, and it wasn’t busy at all. Lots of empty tables. We seated ourselves as the sign said and were completely ignored. 5 waitstaff standing around talking and laughing. Two others were waiting on other customers. We finally left after five min of being ignored by the waitstaff having a good time together.

Went to pickup my order for 20 boneless wings and fries with carrots and celery they said ready in 40-60 min so I got there at 40-60 min later to find they have my order to someone else so I had to wait even longer and when I finally got my order the boneless wings were only crust very little meat and only gave me 2 celery sticks and 2 individual carrots. Very disappointed never going here again I’m taking my business to Wingstop. Probably cheaper there too.

FYI- I've already called that hotline 3 times and talked to a human. The owner doesn't call you back, so you can disregard their dishearted comment. It has been eleven months without a response now, yet the manager responds within two weeks to everyone else. Even if you pay for extra sauce here, you will rarely get it. The location on 84th street is good every time, but this location has been terrible, for the last 4 years. Never going to get better here. It's worth the little extra drive, to skip this location.

That was the WORST SERVICE I’ve ever received at a restaurant in Lubbock… first says seat your self cool I’ll do that… then we waited 10 minutes to be greeted while the staff stood in a hurdle in eye view of us…. Ordered the chips and guacamole it was brown and spoiled had to flag someone down to get that replaced 10 minutes later they finally replaced it… mind you before I get to the next part there was three tables on the side we were on so we sat there another 15 minutes before I ONCE AGAIN flagged another waitress down (not ours) to get a refill ordered wings and fries the wings were the best thing going they were fresh but the fries were ice cold we arrived at 930 and it’s now 10:50 and we’re just leaving. I can see this IF they were busy but this was horrible. I tipped still because I’m a waitress and my husband cooks so on both side we know this is unacceptable service… will probably never return just due to the unwelcoming and poor service

I’ve been in twice with my kids and on both occasions, we were not acknowledged for a long time. When we did finally get service, it was very poor - coming from a former waitress myself and I always give the benefit of the doubt. This was on two different occasions though when the dining room wasn’t busy and we had two different servers. Very low quality experience.

Do not order delivery!!! Your order will not be a main concern! Will say it’s ready at a certain time but it’s a lie they don’t ever have it ready on time . The service the worst . Couldn’t get help from anyone and no one is help at the take out.

We walked in at 2:58pm today and a male sever greeted us and told us it was open seating. We sat down at a booth table and waited for someone to come and take our drink order. We waited for over 20 minutes with both servers looking at us and ignoring us. We walked out at 3:20. It really made us upset and it felt worse cause it’s my birthday 😞😞 I don’t think we’ll be coming back anytime soon.

The server Pattie was great, but the lunch time Manager Adem was ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes from 12:12p to 12:52p once our food came out it was cold and dry. We asked for one of the meals to be taken off because one person had to leave to go back to work. The manager sent the server to tell us that he would not do anything as long as we wanted to take our friends meal to them. When we asked to talk to him he came over extremely rude to tell us that he cooked the food personally and did not believe it took wrong. The hour on the receipt is not very visible but we also have the time stamp from the text we made about not yet having our food, I want to be clear this is about the way that the Manager handled it not the food if he had been polite or understanding instead of combative we would have been fine.

Third time trying this place out and takes a 30 min to get 20 wings no napkins no silverware after I asked for some were still waiting for our check 1 hour later shouldn’t tak over an hour 20 wings and water we need our check Everytime it’s aweful service Also never gave us a extra plate so this is what we had to deal with absolutely aweful , we had to get up to get our own napkins

Can’t even rate the food because we waited over 30 minutes with no service. Made direct eye contact with 6 different servers and no one bothered to come by or even greet us. Witnessed other people sitting waiting for service and leaving. Mind you, there were maybe 3 tables with people actually sitting in them and eating so they were not busy at all. This place sucks. Definitely won’t be coming back at least for a while.

We had the WORST EXPERIENCE. First off we waited over an hour for our food. We get it and it’s cold. Then the kitchen staff was cussing up a storm and loudly!!! I told her we will never come to this establishment again. I’m hoping that this girl gets more management training because the way those employees acted I would have either sent them home or let them go. The cussing was just flat out ridiculous.

Fries are already sticking to the dam box again and their already hard, the wings barely had any sauce on them, and the wings were very hard as well , dry, and I literally had to pick off half the chicken on the bone because it was so hard!!!!!! I’m writing this as I stand in the TO GO area for another extended amount of time. Almost every time I place a pickup order for this location, I have to wait and wait for anyone to show up in the back area so that I can notify them I am hear for my food. The last time I had to call the restaurant and let the phone ring and ring so that she would come to the area. Today I placed a to go order over an hour ago. Me and another young lady are still here waiting for our food after being given a pickup time that came and went 30 minutes ago. To tip it off, the young lady “working” the area tonight lacks common courtesy.

Awful. Time and time again orders are messed up. No sauce on wings. Went back they provided me with 2 of each sauce (tiny containers that barely covered the wings) and they gave me a hard time like I was trying to rip them off when I went back for the sauce. Didn’t have the right amount. This is the 5th time in a row something is missing / incorrect. Go to hooters for wings off the loop, way better. This place is trash now.

This is definitely our last time coming to this buffalo wild wings. The fried pickles were burnt so bad that we didn’t get to enjoy them. Our fries were very stale and tasted like they were 2 days old. As you can see in the pictures, our wings were just thrown in the container and tossed around in the sauce. I’ve had lots of bad experiences at this location, but when going to other ones I LOVE it! I’ve talked to many people and they always tell me the one on 19th is horrible, and now I agree. Will not be coming back🫶

Worst customer service. Had to go and serve my own refills, food took forever to come out even with almost the entire building being empty. When we finally got the food it was cold. Half of our order was wrong. Didn't even get ranch for our wings. Wolforth BWW was better.

This location is terrible. Walked in and sat for 15 minutes and all the servers walked by and just looked at us while serving other tables around. The place wasn’t busy for a Saturday night. Paid for my order online got there at the time the order was supposed to be ready and they told me I didn’t paid for my order therefore it wasn’t ready. I have to show them proof that I paid for it and waited 30 minutes to get my food!!! Came back to this location after 5 or so years and I got the nastiest driest wing plus one wing still had FEATHERS on it!!! Freaking disgusting… I dispossessed of the entire order after I realized the feathers were there.. Btw y'all never made it right the first time so I don’t expect you yo make it right this time.

Took 10min to get a drink order didn’t come back with them for another 10 had to get someone else to find my server. Finally got the food but the order is wrong and I paid $10 for an appetizer the same size as a side of fries! Absolutely ridiculous not only that but they never gave me a refill after sitting here for over 20min. (They aren’t busy there are 2 other tables here with at least 5 servers that I can see)

Waitstaff seemed like they could care less. Watched a waiter punch a wall 3 times. Only good waitress there is Melinda. Asked to speak to a manager and upon speaking to the manager it was clear where the problem started. Manager could have cared less that her staff and kitchen failed to due their part. Manager Liz brushed us off like we were nothing and took zero accountability. Will not be coming back to this location.

August 9, 2024 Performer Do not play anything that was enjoyable. Very depressing and every situation possible. Payton was great. Customer services was awesome. She made our visited great. Service was so slow, food wasn’t good. I will never recommend. Haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in awhile, Waited at least 5 mins watching the hostess’ talk to be told to sit wherever. Waited at least 45 mins for room temp food to get to the table after ordering. (Only got order of 15 boneless wings & a 12 combo wings order). The combo meal boneless wings were clearly sitting under the heat lamp awhile as the sauce was literally dried to the chicken, they were NOT saucy like Nashville hot should be, looked like a dry rub 🤦🏼‍♀️. Also the ranch was terrible!!! Waiter hardly checked on us for refills, once we asked for some refill even that took near 15 mins to get to us. The bathrooms were filthy&we left with lost appetites. Haven’t been this disappointed in quite awhile. Definitely wasn’t worth $75. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 please take this review to heart & don’t waste your time or money.

Service was not the greatest. Upon entering the restaurant has an ugly smell like a soda spill or something like that but from days ago (possibly under the rugs, once I got to sit down and saw the drink station area it kinda explained why it smelled like that. Restaurant seems dirty as shown in the first picture and also there was few staw pieces by the bench (waiting area). To explain the second picture It represents the reality of customer service. A customer walked in a little after me, stood there waiting about 8 mins and left without being attended. Then the phone starts ringing for about 20 seconds multiple times and seems like no one cared to answer the phone (possible sales). In general it seems like this restaurant (location) doesn't care about cleanliness, customer Service or even quality of food at all. My experience ( Same day, same time) Got to the store 15 mins after placing my order online and got told that they barely got the order and it will take an extra 10 mins. Fine I'll wait, waiting usually means freshly made, hot, good quality etc etc. 14 mins has passed and a worker happen to walk to go to the restroom and notice I am there waiting asked me if I have been helped and I said yes waiting on my order. She went to the back and I hear she started bagging an order etc. Once I received the food and got to the car it was kinda warm but not even hot.

Worst place ever point blank period! How are you going to have a sign that says open bar and dinning then not acknowledge the party that came in and sat themselves. 4 waiters plus manager on duty in the dinning area who literally walked passed US several times! (A little hi we'll be right with you would have been nice) Place wasn't even busy at all (11 pm on a Saturday night), all we wanted were some drinks but get treated like we weren't even there. Pretty sad when you have to walk to the bar to place an order and pay for some drinks (to take back to the table you sat yourself at) and when that happend the bartender seemed very disorganized like she didn't know what to do. (Once coming back to the dinning area with our drinks we finally are acknowledge 30 mins later after arriving) This location has fallen so bad! Maybe you should hire reliable people or train the whole staff at this location the proper way so they know what customers service is. Never again will I be stepping foot into this place.

I understand when it starts getting late but if you come at 2am why be out of stuff... It took about 10 minutes just for the waitress to order the food then about 30 for the food to come out and when it did my wins were cold. When I asked for them to be redone I was asked if I wanted new ones or to just warm them up... I said wanted to then asked for them to go. Nope but sorry I will not be coming back to this establishment again....

Didn’t seem that busy but the service was disorganized the drinks lacked the alcohol that should have gone in them .. Ended up canceling the order &. Leaving …… Pretty sure they’ve also cut the size of the appetizers … or it was just the last of the cheese curds … if I didnt have to give a star at all to leave a review I wouldn’t have , save your time , patience &. Money …

Came here on a Saturday night to watch the TTU v BYU game and UFC. They had issues putting either on and we were listening to an episode of 48 hours for like 15 minutes. Not impressed. Will be sure to go to another sports bar to watch sports. Too many other options to settle for a disappointing atmosphere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY NEED TO HIRE A HOST. The food is fine, but the open seating is not working. It took 20 minutes to get a waiter which we had to find ourselves after being passed many times. Then the food took an additional 40 minutes to arrive.

Servers were good. But the manager on site tall skinny guy with glasses was very unprofessional. Yelling at the servers in the bar area and in the dining area. Very very rude manager look like he had been drinking alcohol

I had joe as my server and the manger came up to him and was cussing at him because he was handing me my check.the manager reeked like alcohol and appeared to be on some kind of substance and kept picking at his nose. Tables were left unattended for 20+ minutes. Would not recommend to anybody.after he finished yelling and cussing at Joe he told him to go home and clock out because he was finishing his service with us .

January 26/2026: Our experience here today was horrible. Service was extremely slow and we were denied putting requested games on because they were “busy”. Only 3 tables of people… we were then waiting over an hour for our food, and didn’t get checks ins or drink refills why we waited. Finally we were served ranch with hair in it and were told we would get extra wings for the “inconvenience” however when we asked about them later in the night she denied even telling us that. To top it all off we were not getting service while we were watching her sit on her phone in the corner and she was cussing at the table. Also tables around us were left dirty for over an hour and bathrooms were discussing. Terrible experience.

Waited 40mins for my food , Service? was none . People walked in after me & was served ahead of me ( take out order ) . Employees acted like I was a ghost . Them after told I was waiting for 40 they bring out the food cold like it’s been sitting there but they just ain’t care to bring it to me . 0/10

10/04/25. Walked in the restaurant and instantly had a bad smell. Sever was training and had her take our order where she proceeded to tell us “ to slow down”. Waiter was constantly rushing us and trying to get us to leave when we barely had our food. Our wings didn’t look cooked enough and when we nicely asked for them to be cooked a little longer. Manager came and spoke nice words but was very condescending acting like we have never had wings before. Server dropped off our check before our meal was even half way done , before asking us, and stared us down so we would put our card down. Not a pleasant experience

The server, wearing a jack-o-lantern t shirt and a french braid, could not answer simple questions about the menu nor try to find out those answers. My partner’s beer wasn’t brought out until 15-20 minutes after it was ordered. That is also after we received and finished our appetizer. Also, it’s after I walked around the restaurant multiple times in an attempt to locate our server. I found her and asked about the beer to which she told us she didn’t forget about it, sure. Came to the table with the beer and an attitude and took my partner and son’s order and turned and started to walk away while I attempted to order. She turns around takes my order rudely and walks off. The worst experience I’ve had at this location. We’ve been coming here for years and it’s one of our regular spots. I don’t typically leave bad reviews as I worked in the restaurant industry for a decade and I understand people have bad days. Poor experience! We’ll go eat at 82nd from now on.

On 10/18/25, I ordered to-go from Buffalo Wild Wings on 19th. My guaranteed pick-up time was 3:50. I got there at 3:52; it wasn't ready. Okay, so at 4:00 PM, they brought my food. I didn't check it; it's late, they should have made sure everything was there. So I get home, I'm missing my loaded potato wedges, so I called. A girl answered, and I told her. She said, "Okay, let me talk to my manager." Ten minutes later, the manager gets on the phone, tells me everything I told the girl, then had the nerve to say, "We ask people to check it before they leave. Did they not ask you to check it?" No, they didn't, but that tells you right there people be missing food if the restaurant asks you to check it before you leave, but if they did, I would have noticed the missing food, duh. Then she says it was "busy," huh, and chuckles. What's funny? I don't find anything funny. Unprofessional then says, "Can I put you down to come get one later, or do you want to come back today? I'm on my way now." She then tells the girl, "He's on the way to pick it up." I don't know how she became a manager, but she shouldn't be, nor will I return here.

they’re dictated by horrible management and use that as an excuse to mistreat their employees and customers. their bartenders only care about themselves and provide horrible customer service. The only good bartender is Daniel, he’s always so amazing and make such good drinks!! Nalani is also a great server when we’re in bar, but please never get served by Jazlyn she’s horrible and rude, slow, and her drinks never taste right.

Never come here!! First off, it’s dirty as hell in there, you guys should maybe clean all the food and trash on the floor. Second off, horrible customer service. We waited over an hour for our food, which brings me to my next point, the food quality. This was probably the worst wings I’ve ever had. It’s pretty hard to mess up wings and they found a way, and the fries were cold. I paid around $25 for inedible food and lost around 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The food took a long time to come out, and on top of that, our drinks were never refilled. I sat there and watched one waitress taking care of about 10 tables all by herself while another employee just walked around, staring at us waiting for refills, and only wiped down tables instead of helping. The poor waitress was clearly stressed and overwhelmed due to being understaffed. To make matters worse, this was opening week for college football in a college town, you’d think the restaurant would be prepared for the rush. Instead, service was slow, frustrating, and unorganized. Definitely not the game day experience we were hoping for.

Came to this Buffalo Wild Wings? And had the most terrifying horrible service. I've ever had. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When the food came out, it was cold so cold. The fries stuck to the plate. The cheese on the macaroni was solid. When we asked to speak to a manager, he came out. We showed him the food and asked him to touch one wing. He proceeded to touch all the wings with no gloves and expect us to eat . Then he explained the reason why was because they were on a smoke break.before that I had. Asked the server how long it would take to get our food. Because they were all huddled up hanging out Talking. Then the GM comes out. Looks high. Can barely open his eyes? Showed him the hair in ranches. He answers , " You take the good with a bad?" That's the best they can do, and we still pay the ticket. I guess the GM was on the same smoke break as the staff.

The worst wings I’ve ever tried to eat. I ordered 15 boneless wings and they were somehow burnt cold and had no sauce on them all at the same time. I picked up the order at the exact time that the app said they’d be ready. But clearly these wings had been burnt long before I ordered them. They were the nastiest wings I’ve ever tried to eat. Why eat them? Because they cost me almost 40 dollars and I didn’t have time to return them. Absolute trash. I will never go back to this b dubs again. I can’t say it enough, these were the absolute worst wings I’ve ever seen smelled or tried to taste. God awful.
