China One Express Food

I got it delivered to my apartment after class today. The food is delicious! The fried dumplings are amazing, and so are the rice and noodle bowls. Would recommend to someone looking for good Chinese food.

The Sichuan specialty dishes are the best—even better than restaurants in big cities. A true hidden gem in Lubbock!

Food is always good and hot and it's a 10min drive for and still hot when I get home chicken not sweaty hands down it is better than china **** my opinion and prices are reasonable for the amount of food u get they will have me as a customer until further notice

I have frequented this location numerous times since moving to Lubbock last year. Staff is always friendly and helpful, dining room is always clean, and food is always fresh and good. I would recommend.

I have been sick for days, nothing has tasted good, nor settled well. I went here with very little expectations and was stunned! The egg drop soup was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The broth had such an amazing flavor. No clue how they did it, but it’s amazing. And I’m from California, it’s rare for anywhere in Texas to impress me food wise. Price was reasonable and service was quick. I’ll be back.

The workers are really nice and always make sure I have napkins and silverware when my food is delivered. It’s always hot and fresh. I always feel welcome when I go in.

China Express is consistently delicious and fresh. The BEST Chinese take out in Lubbock. My husband and I love to order China Express on Door Dash and it is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Tonight we Door Dashed and our lo mein was forgotten at the restaurant. The China Express staff reached out to us before we even realized it was missing, and personally delivered it to our door. They were so helpful and friendly and even gave us extra fortune cookies. I cannot recommend enough! Plus the lo mein was especially good tonight!

Very kind natured people running the place. The service was great and fast. The hot and sour soup is very rich and dark, which I loved. Atmosphere is definitely lacking, but the food and service make up for that.

I can't say that I understand the negative reviews of this restaurant. I have ate here for years and never have I received bad service, bad food or any issues that weren't immediately resolved. The portions are huge for the price and always taste great. I will support this local business as often as possible!

Why would I even try this place? Well, it had some Szechuan dishes on the menu, and I thought maybe it would surprise me in a good way. The boiled beef was tolerable, but definitely the worst I have ever had. The quality of the beef was poor, but at least the bok choy was fresh. The seasoning was not adequate. I went back to try General Tso's tofu, which was super sugary, with that weird unhealthy oil smell that some Chinese food has.

I was the only customer there, and they were all just standing there when I came in, so it is doubtful that they accidentally mixed up their orders. I've worked in food and I understand that mistakes happen. But the terrible part is that rather than fixing it, they refused and hung up on me. And then they blocked my account on Google. By the way.... WHERE IS MY RICE? Whoever is giving five stars has never had good Chinese food. The food was worse than Tai Pei microwave dinners. But go ahead and take your chances......

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The man working was very sweet, I don’t want to be rude or hurt business but genuinely do NOT eat here. It’s now 3 am and the food made me insanely sick. The food looked great but had no flavor and was definitely sitting on a hot plate of who knows how long.
