I take my mother here at least 2x a month, best Mexican Food in the levelland area. I had a fajita mixed with grilled shrimp, grilled green sweet pepper onion, mex.refried bean and rice with a side ide of guacamole lettuce & tomato salad and pico de gallo all for 12.95 and a diet coke Very reasonable, with chips and very good hot spicy salsa no extra charge. Great service, clean, and they use face mask, and distance.

It's not a tex/mex place! It's authentic Mexican food and probably the best restaurant for a smaller town!! It's our go-to place to eat if we don't want to go to the city. Their salsa is hands down the best I've ever had and their burritos!!!!! Are! HUGE AND AMAZING! The entire staff is kind and I love the atmosphere. I especially enjoy listening to the cooks and waitresses sing along to the music playing in the back ground. It's the most welcoming atmosphere in the entire area! And it's ok if you dont speak Spanish or understand it. They have bilingual staff that help eachother out. It's more than just a restaurant, they make you feel at home. It's on my top 5 favorite restaurants list. I have tried the majority of the things on their menu and I have yet to be disappointed.

First time coming in. Service was great and the food was delicious. I ordered a bit of everything ala-carte. Next time I'll order a chile rellenó with green salsa and pastor. The salsa was a surprise. Thought it would taste like tomatoes, but it was flavorful with a kick. The young man, Roberto, who waited on us was very attentive. Will definitely stop by when in town and highly recommend this place.

We travel about 89 miles from home to this place to eat and it's worth it everytime! Great food. Customer service is very important to me. I love how they treat and serve my family everytime. Clean restrooms, the manager is very polite, and his servers are very attentive.

This is my second visit and I ordered the same meal as I had previously, the barbacoa burrito. The first time I had it with all the fixings - sour cream, lettuce, tomato. This time I had it plain with only the barbacoa. One word - delicious. Barbacoa generally comes with gobs of fat and lots of grease but not this one; I only found one gob of the fat in the first burrito. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I devoured all of it. Before my burrito, they serve warm chips and salsa. Thick tortilla chips and homemade salsa - so, so good. I decided to end my meal with a tres leches slice and cup of coffee. Now, generally I don't eat tres leches cakes because they're overly sweet with a very dry cake. This one, however, was moist and the leche was mildly sweet. Two excellent meals down and I look forward to a third, fourth, fifth meal and so on. Shout out to the staff as well - very friendly and accommodating, and the place is very clean.

Best place in town. Food taste like home, refried beans were a so delicious. My steak and eggs just perfect, tender and juicy meat, potatoes fresh and cook to the perfection. Overall I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I'll come back again with more patrons😉 What to say about customer service... My watrees was so friendly and attentive. Man, their food is so good! It tastes like a home cooked meal! I had their flautas de poyo, and they were the best I've ever had! I am from OKC and have eaten at several different Mexican restaurants, but this one takes the cake for me. I was greeted as soon as I entered the restraunt, and food came out relatively quick. The atmosphere was nice, and their was traditional music being played, which I really enjoyed. Food was also affordable, restraunt was not super fancy but the food was amazing and It was served with rice and beans ( the rice came with small pieces of corn which was awesome.) I also got a healthy serving of guacamole and sour cream with tomatoes and lettuce. I travel a lot for work because of my job in oil and gas. This was the best Mexican dish I've had yet, and I've been to several different Mexican restraunts in Texas, Oklahoma, & Kansas.

Great place for dinner or breakfast. Very friendly and quick. Has a drive through option that is pretty busy and sort of gums up the parking but easily navigable.

The food was phenomenal. It lacked neither in portion size or flavor. I got the Pastor Plate and I was surprised that despite coming in as soon as they opened the food came out relatively quickly and was very fresh. My coffee was fresh and had no burnt taste. I wasn't alone in this as my whole crew came and got their food at the same time. The waitress was extraordinary in her service and friendliness, she wasted no time in getting our order and keeping our beverages refilled and ensuring that our needs were fulfilled. The staff were phenomenal in appearance, as was the restaurant as a whole. I'm from Lubbock, and I'd say this beats just about any Mexican/TexMex food there. I look forward to making time to stop in some time in the near future hopefully.

The only thing I don’t like from here are the chips. They’re too thick, but just a personal preference. It also seems like they changed their flour tortillas. They used to be super soft and fluffy and they aren’t as good as they used to be. Prices are reasonable for the portions.

Right along side the railroad tracks. Nothing to look at from the outside, we had doubts, BUT once inside, warm greeting, friendly staff, quick service. A lot of menu choices. The food was delicious with large portions. They have a brisk drive up business plus we watched several take out orders go out the door while we ate. Reasonable prices, the 2 of us costing $19. And we had "take home boxs". Well worth the stop. We will be back.

Man!!!!!Over the top tried this place out for the 1st time being that we were in town for work and around lunch time and there was no disappointment everything was good food, service and prices the menu has alot of options to fit your needs and wants food came out fast and fresh asked for a to-go tea and that was even over the top almost didn't fit in my cup hold in my work truck but the tacos I ordered where just right not over ran with grease but wasn't dry either no complaints here restaurant looked very clean and organized must try this place out if you pasting through

Went yesterday to have dinner with my family who lives there ..and the food was amazing the employee's were all so sweet and kind....I know my nefew was a little loud and running around but he has autism and they were so kind to him ...most definitely will be going again ....I order menudo to bring home since I live in Amarillo and that menudo was chef kiss so good after being reheated....will definitely be back... Again apologize for all who came to eat and was looking at my newfew I know some don't know about autism but he is so smart and so sweet....thanks for the patience...

Chips and salsa are so good. Hot, hot, hot chips. Cold beer. Barbacoa tacos are really delicious (all meat no crazy stuff in them). I had tried chicken enchiladas on a different visit- they were just 3 stars- not my favorite but the barbacoa was the thing to order. Rice and beans were totally fine. Queso was good as well. Service was efficient. They offer a cash discounted price- I think if you pay with a CC they add a fee.

Food was really good and very reasonably priced. The only reason this is not a 5/5 review is because when we entered the restaurant it took several minutes for anyone to even greet us.. and they looked right at us several times; including the waitress that was sitting with some customers playing on her phone. Was very dissatisfied with the customer service but the restaurant was clean and the food was good.

Autentic mexican food very good !

It was good... I ordered some beans and cheese nachos with lettuce and tomatoes. I just wish they would put a layer of chips with beans and cheese and then the next layer that way I can have beans and cheese with all of my chips instead of having the last layer without anything on them

My parents and I have been visiting this restaurant for years. The wait staff has always treated us like family, they basically have my parents orders the second they sit down. It's never too busy, so you don't have to wait long for a fresh drink refill or fresh chips. The food is classic. Due to the age of the restaurant and the tables and chairs, this would be a flaw for me, but if you can overlook that then it's great.

I ordered 10 tacos, 5 corn tortillas, and 5 flour, and I got all flour tortillas. When I got home and we started eating, I realized that all tacos were flour tortillas, and I was disappointed. Maybe next time, check before I go. I don't trust the employee at the time they serve me. So next time, I'll be more aware.

Good rice and beans,tacos nice and fat. Great service one great waitress. Took our time eating and enjoyed it. Hot sauce not so great. Maybe I'll order out and make me some good hot sauce.

I ordered the carne asada plate. It came with tortillas, guacamole, rice and pico. On the side was charro beans. Chips and salsa were brought to the table. The chips were a bit darker than typical but tasted great. The salsa was fresh-tasting without much heat. The asada was flavorful but a bit underseasoned. The charro beans were piping hot, well-seasoned with ham and bacon. The rice was fluffy and included small bites of potato. The pico and creamy guacamole were both very tasty and perfect on a tortilla with the meat. The portions were quite generous. One entree could easily be shared by two adults. The sevice was stellar. All in all it was a satisfying meal at a lively local restaurant full of local customers. I would like to come back for breakfast.

The food is great. However, they are chronically disorganized and their parking lot (or lack thereof) is a mess.

I ordered the gordita plate and the gordita wasn't cooked right and the beans were dry. Everything else was great.

Pretty bland. Nice people though and pretty quick. Brought us chicken nachos instead of nachos fajitas chicken that we ordered. They have both on the menu but don't understand the difference. I do not recommend the margaritas either.

Food is good in portion size and taste. Barbacoa was very dry and flavorless , my second try I thought they just had an off day, I have gotten other plates that were delicious. Service wasn’t very well, our server was nice but never came to refill chips or drinks unless it was to bring out the food or we stopped her passing by. 2 to go lemonades were $9 extra. Also didn’t like there’s no itemized receipt to see how much everything is.

Just kind of disappointed with my enchiladas.. same sauce used for carne guisada.. guess i was thinking more of a red sauce.. everyone makes them different now days.... had chicken enchiladas.. looked like a chicken mix but waitress said it was not mixed with any other meat.. changed it to cheese.. only thing then cheese was cold in center..beans and rice were hot though..but by then i was just not hungry anymore..

The place could use a window washer and someone to update the building. I dined in andthe front door is bad has dirt in it sonce the first time we ate there a couple years ago.Food to me tastes generic. This used to be our place but we have opted not to eat here lately.

There food would be so good if all of there employees knew the menu and how to take orders. One day you will get an employee who understands English and gets your order right and the next you get someone who doesn't and messes your order up but you still get charged. I only keep going because of the few times that they get it right, it is really really good. They are right on the verge of being good.

This restaurant used to be one of the better restaurants in town at one point. Lately the food has been less than appealing, I will go as far as to say subpar. When I spend my money in a business I expect better than overcooked, rubbery shrimp, underseasoned steak, and avocado (I can't even call it guacamole because it was literally just an avocado slightly smashed.) I really hope the quality can get back to what it once was.

Ordered a taco plate, the taco's were just meat and cheese in a shell, they advertised that it came with a salad but the salad was just taco fixings not a salad and so basically I has to make my own tacos, if I wanted to do that, I could have stayed home and made them myself and they would have tasted better.

Stopped by for dinner. Had barbaco tacos, and they were just ok. The corn tortillas were alil dry, and the barbaco was pretty lean. The service was better than the last time I visited. Not my favorite Mexican food spot, but it's ok.

Service can make a business or break a business. The only reason I am giving this more than one star is because the food was good. The service was horrible. The waitress seated us and asked me and my husband what we would like to drink and completely skipped my six year old daughter. She was extremely rude the entire visit, did not check on us and almost skipped her food order. We also had to ask for extra silverware for, yes, my daughter. That was the first and last time I will ever go there.

Half can barely speak any English, don’t comprehend English on over the phone orders and act rude towards you when you repeatedly keep telling them what you want and they can’t comprehend what you’re saying. Long story short ended up eating elsewhere, I know I didn’t miss out on any good service or food.

They got my husband’s order wrong.My husband kindly let them know but they just took the order back scraped off the stuff that wasn’t supposed to be on there and left soap on his food. The waitress she completely ignored us when we needed more drink because she was too busy flirting with the guys from the oil rigs.

If I could give them half a star I would. I have a food allergy bad I explained to the waitress and she said ok. Comes out has food all over her hands from serving the next table comes out with my food still with the food from the other table. Asked the waitress to please wash her hands and bring a new bowl of beans. Asked my daughter to watch the food see if she gets new food. She doesn't she wipes her hands of with a rag wipes the bowl off and brings the food back out. My daughter told me don't eat the food she just wiped the bowl off. After I asked her she gets mad and says whatever. Told her it will make me stop breathing. They need food handling skills.

I'm new to the area . Heard Food was good here. First visit was good. Second visit was disappointing. Noticed several food handling mistakes. Waitresses eating in holding and prep area when filling cups with ice they just scoot back in with the rest bare handed. Dropped to go cups of salsa some straws and utensils on carpet Matt on floor and then return to main containers with the rest. Did not see anyone of the take time to wash there hands. I guess passing germs and bacteria is a common practice here. I won't be buying tacos here.

Place was super busy Saturday mid morning. We went thru drive thru. They waited on all dine in people Before drive thru. People came in ate and left before our breakfast burrito came out. That is unacceptable! Food was mediocre. Definitely dont dont do drive thru unless you have at least 30 - 40 minutes to hang out!!!

Small as portions when ordering to go such a rip off

Me and my wife tried to have breakfast there this morning 3/30/25 we sat down and waited where we sat there was only 1 other occupied table the waitress took there order brought there drinks walked away we waited for an 10 minutes with no service we got up and left we will not be back

Great place for great comfort food. I love the tacos. But they charge you extra if you use credit or debit cards to pay with. I liked the food but I hate getting ripped off. I would not advise anyone to eat there until they stop ripping people off.

Ordered a burrito waited at the window for over 30 min and no one even came to the window to take my money or even speak to me I had to leave to make it to work on time 2nd time it's happened at this place I don't recommend at all.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead on mobile and they hadn't even started on it. Also they got the order wrong ,and to top it off they ran out of eggs. Customer service is horrible here and they weren't busy, and still unprepared.
