Easy 5 Stars. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. Wife and teenage son enjoyed their dinners also. Nancy W. was the perfect waitress. Super friendly, attentive, great recommendations on the food. This Applebee's location is definitely on our places to eat when we cross the border for a day in Western New York.

Can never go wrong with the Fiesta Lime Chicken. The cheese curds went over well, too. Solid fries. The waitress was pretty attentive and seemed to be having a good night. You know what the food looks like. Here’s the rest of the place.

Had the sirloin steak cook to my liking but had no flavor. Chicken lime was good. Chocolate lava dessert really good. Salads are great.

Just stopped by on a Wednesday evening for a quick by. There was no wait to be seated. Ordered a mudslide, the 2 for $22 you can choose 2 salads or an appetizer to share and 2 entrées. Great deal! Everything was good!

The chicken and cheese quesadillas had very little chicken. The sauce on the pasta wasn’t the best and the fries were lukewarm. It was a clean restaurant but our server wasn’t around and didn’t refill pops or see if we needed anything. With so many similar dining choices in the area I probably wouldn’t come back.

Very sad for an Applebees. We were there for an hour, got our appetizers fast and then we ordered. After another 45 minutes a friend showed up and he ordered. There were a total of 4 to begin with. The kids did not get their meals first like it should be. My son adult got steak and chicken first and then my friend who came last was served before the kids and myself. Never offered a discount or nothing, VERY BAD SERVICE. Won’t go there again while in town on business. Plus another family of four came in after us and they got seated right away.

First time I've been here in years and now I remember why I stopped going to Applebee's. This is what happens when a soulless corporate sellout chain restaurant puts their stock value ahead of just about everything else. The food was not even McDonald's quality. McDonald's food is actually much better. My steak had the consistency and taste of shoe leather. Some restaurants serve prime cuts. This place serves the gristly chunks of meat that other better restaurants rejected. Also the AC was on full blast despite it being freezing cold inside. Your shareholders would not be happy with this egregious waste of electricity. There is literally 0% chance I will ever return to any Applebee's, ever.

8/2/25..5pm. Seated in bar area . Bartender is our server . Blonde hair girl. Rude, dry, no refills, took wrong order. She should be in the back washing dishes, she has zero personality, and can’t even make a Pepsi. I’ll never come here again because of her. Ugh!!! She sucks. Manger on duty some guy was great he gave us free dessert because of her horribleness.
