The steak wasnt quite right, and without me saying anything the waitress was ready to fix my order. I kept the steak the way it was but it did end up being pretty chewy. She asked again if there was something she could do to make it better. I denied a replacement steak, so she brought me a salad to-go and a dessert on the house! What a way to keep your customers coming back. Great job!

I enjoy the baby back ribs and they did a good job. The portions are smaller but that great smoked grill flavor was on point, my hat off to the chef. This is a great place to take the family, the employee were friendly and the food was delicious. 😊

It's a chain, but they run it like it's a family business. Low staff turnover. On our last visit one of the servers had that big corner table on its side so that that could get a front loader in there to clean up after the family of seven (including five young children) that had just finished annihilating that whole area. The server just smiled and said, "They were messy but pretty dang cute." Nice place.

I had the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad & was Delicious & My Wife had a Salad too. We both had Coffee & a couple refills. Many TV's with Sports on them. Awesome. Great Atmosphere. Good Staff. Nice Bar.

I have to update my review because I am beyond satisfied with my meal last night. I ordered to go for the first time last night and I was very pleased! I ordered the 2 for 20 with the Buffalo wings appetizer, the fiesta lime chicken and the Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. I also ordered the chicken wonton tacos and a side Caesar salad with two breadsticks. A shout out to the men in the back who made my food. I’ve never had better tasting food than I did last night.... keep up the great work guys..... I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Went to dinner on a Wednesday night with my wife and two kids. The kids picked Applebee's, we picked the location. We were seated almost immediately. Instantly greeted by our waitress, Kym. She was fantastic. And the food was delicious! We are very pleased with our experience today.

Our server, Kym was most helpful, super friendly& should get a raise for her efficiency. Best service ever, especially since I was treating my husband, a vet, for his service & Father's Day! Thank you Kym, for all you do to make our dining experience awesome👍🌟🌟💞

I would really like a manager to do something special for their closing crew on 05/30 My family and I came in probably an hour or so before close due to a very long day on our end cooking just wasn't a thing for us. We came in with my son (pokemon jammies) The entire staff made his evening. First, He asked our server for the cookie Juice he meant the Oreo shake. He was super excited to watch the lady at the bar make it she brought it over with a smile. Our server was great I didn't get her name but she had the black thunder bolt earrings she was super sweet and very attentive. Our food was fresh and tasted great. So much so our son wanted to send a thank you to the man who made it but they were both very shy. On the way home our son told us about his love for Applebee's and how one day he wants to work there as well. It's literally his favorite restaurant he tries to choose it above all else. If he sees a commercial he goes insaneeeee he wants it immediately otherwise he'll talk about it for days. I also wanted to say Thank you from a stressed mom for making my son's evening he loves this particular restaurant. The other locations he's okay with but this one is his favorite.

The service was great as well the food we ordered. The restaurant was clean. We had the bourbon street steak and the strawberry salad with breaded chicken. Both dishes were awesome and did not disappoint. Our waitress, Trayc, was very friendly and pleasant. We look forward to coming back here again when we're in the area again.

OK. So haven't been to Applebee's in like 20 years. Had a gift card so me and the gf went. Honestly really surprised. The steak was delicious. The sides were also really good. Just stopped by on a Wednesday evening for a quick by. There was no wait to be seated. Ordered a mudslide, the 2 for $22 you can choose 2 salads or an appetizer to share and 2 entrées. Great deal! Everything was good!

Food was okay. I asked for a well done burger but it was still pink and bloody. Husband didn't like the chicken Alfredo. He only ate the breadstick. Boneless wings were okay. The queso was very runny and not enough chips for a table of 5. Shrimp, chicken and potatoes were a. Extremely small quantity. Was big enough to feed a 15 month old NOT a 15 yr old teenager or adult.

Food and service used to be better. Was sat immediately, waited 5 minutes for server to ask for drinks, found a hair in my salad. I told server, host and manager. The manager gave us free mozzarella sticks. I almost ate someone else’s hair!! That is beyond gross.

Went for the boneless wings now endless, they were a little over fried but to be expected with how many they're probably making. Went on a girls night, was still enjoyable.

(Nancy) so me and my daughter arrive and we get seated, and then shortly after I hear our server yelling at the host for seating us in her section as she had to leave early that night or something. the host apologized but it made me feel pretty awkward…. Then she took forever to get our drinks which I understand since she had customers there before us. Then she messed up my daughter’s drink but it’s fine she brought it out when our appetizer came and apologized that she didn’t have any lids that’s fine. And since she had to leave early I let her know we would like to order dessert since it’s my daughter’s b day. She said ok and brought out the food. My order was slightly wrong (Bourbon chicken) but there wasn’t any Bourbon seasoning on it, she never came back but it was whatever bc I was already done, she never gave us a refill of course my child drank her drink before the food came. We got the dessert I guess they don’t sing anymore which is fine I took care of it all myself. Definitely sucks when you don’t have family in the area your living and you gotta make the most of your child’s b day by yourself and I had a flat tire on a Sunday. Which made the night suck even more. So just wanted to write this review as the server could have been nice. Friendly, smile at least once. Instead of makeing us feel like we’re a burden. The chicken and cheese quesadillas had very little chicken. The sauce on the pasta wasn’t the best and the fries were lukewarm. It was a clean restaurant but our server wasn’t around and didn’t refill pops or see if we needed anything. With so many similar dining choices in the area I probably wouldn’t come back.

Went for the endless ribs/shrimp/boneless wings. After getting 4 helpings servers avoided our table and did not even return to take away used plates. We waited over 15 minutes and eventually left even though we would have liked to order more.

When we arrived there were many customers waiting and there were many tables vacant. Did not see many waitress, so they must have been short handed. It took a while for us to get our food after ordering and the ribs I ordered were ends with very little meat. Poor experience for my first time a Applebee's.

The one dollar strawberry daiquiri was awful. If you offer something as a promo to interest people, make it good! The server did everything possible to upsell us to the $5 daiquiri. Told us it was cheap tequila... I wanted to try the promotion, it was bad. Really bad! The food is low grade in general. Everyone was nice enough, no issues there. When people leave, it's way too informal for the greeter to say "Have a good one.". That's fine for friends after a night of drinking, but not for businesses.

Stopped here after a 3 hour drive just hoping to get some food for my boyfriend and I. We waited almost an hour for our appetizer then another 45 min for our food. His 8oz steak was the size of a baby's first and was burnt on one side. We waited another 30 min for his food to be remade just for it to come back still burnt on one side and completely cold and raw on the other. The waitress was kind and refunded his dish.....but after a 3 hour drive and just wanting to sit down for food ....we ended up waiting almost 3 hours and didn't eat. The cook has no clue what they're doing

Ordered from this location only twice and both times my to go order was missing extra sauces that I was charged for. The food was alright, pretty good actually. Just annoying when you want some extra bbq sauce for your ribs and it’s not there even though You paid for it. I probably sound like a “Karen” but it makes me regret tipping 20% both times. Probably a better idea to dine in at this location.

Very sad for an Applebees. We were there for an hour, got our appetizers fast and then we ordered. After another 45 minutes a friend showed up and he ordered. There were a total of 4 to begin with. The kids did not get their meals first like it should be. My son adult got steak and chicken first and then my friend who came last was served before the kids and myself. Never offered a discount or nothing, VERY BAD SERVICE. Won’t go there again while in town on business. Plus another family of four came in after us and they got seated right away.

First time I've been here in years and now I remember why I stopped going to Applebee's. This is what happens when a soulless corporate sellout chain restaurant puts their stock value ahead of just about everything else. The food was not even McDonald's quality. McDonald's food is actually much better. My steak had the consistency and taste of shoe leather. Some restaurants serve prime cuts. This place serves the gristly chunks of meat that other better restaurants rejected. Also the AC was on full blast despite it being freezing cold inside. Your shareholders would not be happy with this egregious waste of electricity. There is literally 0% chance I will ever return to any Applebee's, ever.

My family and I decided to go to Applebee's after our trip to Rochester. The waitress was not attentive at all. We placed our order and. We were told abruptly that there is no brisket it is frozen. I was taken back by her answer. Then both my kids orders were wrong. I think she came back to ask if we want refills when we were all done eating. Very poor service. Sorry about the review but it's the truth. Very disappointed.

I recently went to Applebee’s for dinner. It was a mistake. The restaurant was not crowded when we got there. We were seated right away in a section where there was only one other booth occupied. It was kind of dirty. After about 20 minutes, I asked the hostess if anyone was going to take our drink/food order. waitress came over and took our order. Another 20-25 minutes went by and our food came out. I ordered the Tuscan Grilled Chicken salad. The menu says it is served with a lite lemon & olive oil vinaigrette dressing on the side, so when she didn’t ask what my dressing preference was, I thought nothing of it. The salad came out with a side of ranch and about a quarter of the salad was also covered in ranch. She said “I gave you ranch but I can you something else.” Ranch is my least favorite dressing. I don’t like it at all. She took it back to have it “remade” but when it came back, it was half the size and it had a side of balsamic dressing. It was obvious they just scooped out the part that had the ranch on it. The dressing was thick and not very good. Where was the lemon dressing? I tried it and the first piece of chicken I tasted, tasted like fish! I gave a piece to my husband and he thought it tasted like fish as well. It didn’t look like fish, but it tasted like it. I’m thinking they used a knife or bowl that fish had previously been in ?? The lettuce was brown and pink, wilted. It was not fresh at all.we had to ask for silverware, napkins and condiments. I know staffing is an issue but how hard is it to make a salad? It was not a good experience at all. Service, the food, everything. I won’t be back.

First off, I want to say I rarely write negative reviews, but feel the need to do so because of the experience I had at this Applebee's today for lunch. The first thing I noticed was the greasy smell throughout, and the table felt grimy, and windows were dirty, with fingerprints on them. I ordered hot tea and the inside of my cup was stained. Now, my cups get like this at home, but I would never allow them to be used at a restaurant in this condition. Then both plates used for appetizers were dirty, with dried on food. When I took them to the staff, their response was very nonchalant and they did quickly replace them, but by them, I was loosing my appetite. My salad was good, but frankly, it was hard to eat based everything I just described. So, for one appetizer, a hot tea, lemonade, and two salads the bill came to $46. I will never go back, nor recommend this restaurant or any Applebee's for that matter.

I was at Applebee’s today (03/31/2020) at 6:30 to pick up some to-go orders and i have never experienced such poor service in my life. I called the restaurant to let them know i was here to pick up my curbside food and the woman on the phone was unbelievably sassy. She told me “you are just wasting my time right now calling me” and hung the phone up on me. I was baffled and shocked. She looked about 5’5’’ and had dark hair. She was the only worker i seen outside so whoever was delivering curbside orders to customers today needs an attitude check. Ridiculous and absolutely not okay.

The last few times we’ve been here, and it’s not often, have been terrible. Burgers being cooked wrong, twice! Their “steak specials” are disgusting, to put it nicely. Food presentation is pitiful. Since when do burgers come with nothing. Can we get some lettuce, maybe a pickle? And the host staff is less than pleasant. I’m done wasting my money here.

My son and I had burgers at this restaurant last night. Both of us experience food poisoning over night, diahhrea, throw up, chills, headache. And couldn’t go to work/school the next day. Just a warning for others.

Ordered a steak from the 2 for $25 menu and my husband got ribs from that menu. My steak was supposed to be medium and came back TWICE so raw I couldn’t cut it. The waitress asked if I wanted something else so I asked for a piece of chicken. I told her the sides were fine with my steak and I didn’t need new ones. She said it was totally fine and brought me the full chicken meal to go, but charged us full price for the chicken meal and only subtracted $7 for the steak. Really disappointing experience since we love Applebee’s in general. Won’t be going to this location again any time soon.

After a $90 bill we left hungry and disappointed. My husband's burger was dripping with grease... the owner came over asked how things were and he knew by the look of our face something wasn't right.. so he made my husband a new meal.. it came out the very same way.. my broccoli chicken pasta was absolutely terrible...and the bread stick tasted freezer burnt... the waitress said was your meal ok?? I said I didn't care for it she said she would take it off the bill,and I said its ok I didn't want it for.free but she insisted because I didn't take but a bite of the meal. We got the bill and both mine and my husband's meal was on the bill. Just terrible I can't see going back again after that. The owner was great very nice and waitress was great as well the food I wouldn't feed to my dog and I didn't even have a dog.

I went there today for some carside to go. Figured I'd go just after the lunch rush so I went for a pick up around 2. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:10. I parked at 2:08 and notified them of my arrival. 17 minutes later, my order still had not been delivered. My GF went in to check and found the girl in charge of that sitting next to the register eating a fajita instead of doing her job and walking the food out. So of course now I no longer had a warm meal by the time I got home. The real treat was a little over an hour later, my stomach started feeling upset and I felt like I had gas. About 4 and a half hours later, I was vomiting up the remnants of their "Neighborhood Double Burger" and the food poisoning continues 4 hours after that. So please come here for the lack of service, or if you want food poisoning.

I am fond of Applebee's and have eaten at locations throughout the country , I know the taste of their BBQ SAUCE , For the ribs at this location because they are doing all you can eat they put season into three house BBQ Sauce that gives kinda a jerk taste too it , they do this to discourage you from asking for a second a second plate , When I DID ORDER THE SECOND PLATE THEY PUT 2 PIECES 3 1/2 INCH BY 3/4 INCH , The Bone which has thickness of 5 sheets of paper was so broken up and so fragmented every bit I had fragments of bone in it , (My Biggest question is what animal did this come from to have that thin of bone going almost whole 3 1/3 inch of riblet) . The waitress that keep came every 3 minutes to rush us since time we received our food , I explained the issue with ever bite bone fragments in it that I almost choked on one , In the fake Tone " I am So Sorry , So you will not be wanting plate ". I Stated " I would not ". This Rude waitress came back two minutes later and gave the check , IT WAS NOT OFFERED BUT I WOULD NOT HAVE EXCEPTED THE ITEM TAKEN OFF BILL BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT MY REVEIW TO DIMINISHED , I think the management is unhappy and worried about a RED LOBSTER ALL YOU Can eat situation causing losses , But for this location to tamper with the BBQ recipe to add a spice and awkward taste to People have not eaten Caribbean before just so they do not order 2nd plate The restaurant atmosphere was great a nice lady came up to me and ask me a question that I thought about all night with a smile. The strips are dry and size close to the MCDONALD'S Strips and yes Gave 1st order and The Same Waitress Was unhappy were were not eating the fries but still brought 2nd Order Fries . @applebees I sure hope you really look at their inventory Purchases VS Sales Receipts to see the scam they are doing to discourage asking to for seconds , Same price to eat Chinese Buffet better option and better service , I normally never do a review but this place worst Applebee's I have been ever to and worst waitress I have encountered in a long time .
