Good, consistent quality and amount of toppings on their pizzas. Convenient location albeit in a somewhat busy area. However, their specials could be a little more enticing hence the 1 star off.

Bottom line the chitown tavern pizza= sucks. Born & raised in chitown had hundreds of tavern pizzas and this is not even close. Sad.

It is a good place to get pizza however the quality in terms of flavor has gone down a lot. If you get a pizza on sale I'd say it's worth it but if not, there's way better places to get one. They're friendly and usually very fast in making the pizzas but that doesn't make up for taste in my opinion.

I purchased a Pepperoni Lovers’ pizza size large with double pepperoni. For a size large, I thought the pizza was too small: comparable to a medium from many other pizza outlets in metro Buffalo. Also considering it supposedly had double pepperoni, I felt the pizza was a bit short on pepperoni. I will not return to Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future. Regarding taste, the pizza was just average relative to other metro-Buffalo pizzas I have eaten.

I ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas for Valentine's Day. It was getting a little later in the day than I expected to order so I called. They barely spoke English, now I understand why they want everything done online. And honestly that's completely okay, as long as I can actually put an order in. But they couldn't even understand what I was saying when I was telling them. I just wanted two heart-shap pizzas to be picked up. I picked up the two heart-shaped pizzas brought them home. They honestly looked so delicious. I had them well done and they were perfectly well done except for when my daughter was chewing. Her pizza and a huge hair was melted inside the cheese and the dough that she ended up choking on and throwing up. I work in hospitality and I completely understand things happen. But there should be no reason that a hair should ever be in your food. I can actually even understand if it was on top things happen, but the fact that it was actually melted in is completely disgusting. That's what they make hair nets for. By that point I was already annoyed. So I didn't even bother calling and complaining. I feel like they do have good food it's just so gross when things like this happen especially to a young child.

I ordered a large pizza it was nothing like the original Pizza made by Pizza Hut. It was not worth the money. You're better off getting Frozen. It was very thin cheap ingredients. It was overly salty. I can't see how they reopen this franchise just horrible. Don't recommend.

Did not get the order right ! Then tried to charge for a extra pie . When I asked about which one was our pan pizza , I was told I not getting one even though it was on the receipt . Pizzas were less quality than a Tony's pizza .

The pizza and breadaticks were horrible, smelled rancid. Like the smell of really bad grease/oil rancid. We couldn't even eat the pizza, I tried calling and kept getting hung up on as soon as they heard there was an issue. I did contact Pizza Hut Corporate. The boneless wings were very good but the pizza and bread sticks. Nope

Ordered a medium pizza and an order of breadsticks, was left at our doorstep without a knock or doorbell ring. Did not realize our order was outside on the ground until it was covered with bugs. Asked for another pizza, did not come for another hour and a half, before we called them (people on the phone didn't seem to give a shit) and told us they gave our money back. Will give an update on whether or not that will happen 🤷‍♂️

Do not eat here! There are plenty of pizza places that are cleaner with better customer service! I placed an order for pickup and it wasn't ready when I got there. The kitchen area was very messy, noone was wearing gloves or hairnets. I ate 1 piece of pizza and it was undercooked but fine otherwise. Then I bit into the 2nd piece and found a piece of hair. Then I looked over the rest of the pizza and found another hair. I called the restaurant for a refund and was told I had to call customer service. Called customer service and was told the only way to submit this type of complaint was on their website. So I did that and received an email that someone would reach out within 3 days but I never heard from anyone. So I sent another email and they still didn't respond. I called the store again and was told I'd receive a call back but didnt. It has now been over a month with no resolution. They clearly don't care about their customers and this location should be investigated because of how dirty it is.
