My husband always says the girls run a tight ship at the WS building! We love their pizza and wings. We dont really dine in so I cant rate that. Its always done in time. Never a bad pie. You can order on line too. Just be sure to have the correct location. I didnt that once and the staff was very helpful and called the other location and made my order there.

Was recommended by a friend to try this place out. I've had my fair share of pizza, but I figured, why not? For one, I enjoyed the pizza. The crust is pretty thick yet had a crunchy texture. It didn't have liberal amount of cheese, but it was enough to warrant satisfaction. The tomatoe sauce wasn't too profound and just flavorful. Speaking of which, the most profound and flavorful part of the ingredients were the pepperoni toppings! Smoked and flavorful. Next time in this neck of the woods. I'm definitely gonna try a different variety besides the pepperoni slices.

I ordered the chicken Philly, ive never seen an open sub, cut in 4 pieces before so I was a little skeptical. But this was by far the BEST chicken Philly I've ever had!!! The chicken was flavorful, the peppers and onions were perfect and the cheese was melted and crispy around the whole thing. AMAZING!!

Picasso's is a little pricier than your typical mom & pop shop, but they provide that extra something to make it worth the cost. From subs that are beyond par to a "large" pizza closer in size to most sheet pizzas, to their excellent ingredients and magic "crust dust" they use, I've never ordered from here and wished I'd spent less. One tip I will give is to place your order over the phone. On their website, they have coupons, but they're only good on phone orders. I wish they'd integrate these specials into their online ordering system, but until then I'll always call it in if I can take advantage of the savings.

This was a pretty good pizza, I like that the sauce wasn't sweet and I could really taste the flavor of the herbs in it. Good amount of cheese, crust was good. I would eat this again

Buffalo style crust isn't really for me, but the sauce was good, loads of cheese and excellent pepperoni. Very filling as well.

We ordered the Medium cheese pizza and added sausage, and the BBQ Chicken Ranch pizza. Also ordered a small salad. Was happy with the amount of chicken on the pizza, however it didn't have much flavor.

It’s been a few years since I’ve had a Picasso pizza as there wasn’t a location near our old house. Now that we’ve moved closer to one, it was time to try them again. The ease of parking on both sides of the Union Rd location was a nice plus. As well as our pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be. The total was just over $30 with tax. That was the first ouch. But people rave about how great their pizza is. So, I don’t mind paying for great quality. I have to say this is one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in recent years. Looking at my picture, you can see this pizza was left in the oven way too long as it’s way overcooked. It wasn’t burnt. But it was definitely way overcooked. Such a disappointment. I’ve had much better pizzas locally at half the price.

Idk for $11.75 for the slice special I would hope for consistently good slices. The past handful of times they have been old, and sloppy looking. Todays slices looked like it came from two separate pies. Half the slices I threw out bc they tasted not good. I'll still go go here...but not for slices. Not when there's less expensive options, and better consistency.

It's always hit or miss with pizza..wings are good at $21,49 but you think they could give you celery at that price 🤔 nothing.. you need that celery between wings.. 🪽 it's a Buffalo Tradition people shouldn't forget.. or else it isn't a Tradition.. just like blue cheese 🧀. Next that will be gone.. Stop being cheap.. you charge the most in West Seneca.. Blue Collar.

Sorry but I just have not had good experiences with the food here. Last time I wanted to grab a of couple slices and they were very dry and overdone. I wish they were displayed so I could have seen them before paying for them, but they were behind the counter out of sight somewhere. I guess it's my bad for not asking to see them or check in the box before I paid, but I just trusted that it would be a regularly cooked pizza. The sauce has good flavor and spices so I will give them that. Perhaps some people like their pizza cook this way but not me, luckily there's enough pizza places around here for us all

I used to love this place. This would be one of my 1st stops in Buffalo when traveling back from Charlotte. The Barbeque and Buffalo fries used to be crispy and saucy. These were soft and dry. Also service was not great. It definitely was not service with a smile. Perhaps I need to try a different location when I return. The salad was okay and my mom said her pizza was burnt.

$25.88 for a large pizza with extra sauce. NET WORTH.....$12.00. For 25.88 you better deliver a pizza that has extra sauce, even distribution of cheese, hell extra cheese.. and pepperoni that's not charred!. Seasoning the pizza is not going to make up for the lack of ingredients. The pizza was dry, burnt with gummy thick dough..how does this happen when the pizza is burnt??? Is beyond me. Right now, y'all pizza can't hold a candle to LIL Ceasar's....#damn#.

Heard good things, took a shot at a pickup. Ordered mushrooms and sweet peppers. I should have opened the box when I got there. Instead, I was at home and had to throw the whole thing away. They put pecorino cheese on the whole pizza!!! Nothing says it on the menu, totally ruins it. Listen to Dave Portnoy! That stuff will kill any taste, smells like dirty feet

I ordered the snake in the grass last night because my husband worked late and I figured he needed a meat pizza. What was delivered was not what they claim to be "steak" and at least a third of the pie didn't include the steak... major disappointment. Only part of this was the girl delivering was wonderful.

The staff was not really at all engaging nor welcoming & this pie was burnt at the top and uncooked at the bottom. I've never had a bad experience until today.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered a sheet pizza, with half cheese and half pepperoni for a party. The pepperoni side was not edible and half the slices in the middle of the cheese had no sauce or no cheese. The pieces that were edible were not good. Not 1 person who tried it, liked it and that was about 10 people. Not to mention the staff there is rude and they piled the pepperoni on and then burnt them to a crispy black so that it was crumble in your mouth like charded residue from a grill. I would NOT recommend this place. There are so many better options to choose from.

I was given a burnt pizza and when I went back the girl kept arguing with me and saying that all of their pizzas are always purposely burnt and that if I don’t like it then I shouldn’t order. I’ve ordered from other locations and never had a problem.
