First time ordering pick up, food hot and ready, staff friendly. Food was good as always, usually buy two days worth of meals as it reheats well.

MT is always an easy option for me. Flavor has never changed which I like but the portion size has diminished,very obvious from a few years ago. Love MT but portion size keeps me from being a regular customer. So sad.

When I go during the day, at this location, the restaurant is always clean inside, and the employees are all super helpful and friendly. That chickles are always freshly made, and that’s usually what I order. So whenever I get those I end up waiting between 10 and 15 minutes, which I don’t mind because they’re making it fresh. The food has always been delicious and hot. I did come to this location at night once, and it wasn’t up to par. But overall during the day, this is a good location for delicious tacos and burritos and the chickles are on point.

We had a massive order, and I was taken care of by the manager there. She made sure every single item was correct (we have a few "modifications" lol) and took the time to check the food & package every item grouped to each person it was for (my son, daughter, husband & me). All the staff were friendly & courteous. Food is delicious, as always! Today, the extra care that manager showed me was above & beyond. She deserves recognition by upper management for the high standards of quality, consistency & also kindness. It really went a long way today! Great job, team! 🌮😋😊💯

First time in a while. Tonight's staff was right on. Super mighty 4 pack beef x cheese medium. Reminded me of how they were made years ago on Seneca.

Husband and I shared a Mighty Taco 6-pack and a beer. The shells were full of corn flavor, unlike the grocery store ones, and they weren't so hard like those either. Filled with lots of well-spiced beef, lettuce, tomato; we added sour cream, as well. Top notch! We loved it!

This location is the best in my opinion. Not only the staff and their diligence , but the location itself is beautiful and reassuring. The landscaping is very professional and virtually no litter here. Just don't plan on making a left when you leave here. It's safe to make a right and turn around where there's a safe place to do so.

One of my "must haves" when in the Buffalo area. Dependably good and reasonably priced. Often a long line in the drive through for good reason. Last visit staff was very friendly given how busy they were.

The food was made correct and very quickly. The cashier was friendly and actually knew custom service. Very impressed by the staff at this location. Don't forget to get your cold beer also!

Every time I am in Buffalo visiting family I stop here to order food. They always have amazing costumer service and the food is always what I expect. I wish I had one in my town. I like this one better than others in the area. My favorite is the vegetarian burrito. The cheese they use is awesome.

For the first time in a long time, mighty Taco was highly efficient . The service was fast and accurate. The drive-up teller had no problem with instructions and was friendly and helpful. Upon going home I saw that the food was accurately fulfilled. Food was also tasty and above the average compared to other visits there. My only complaint so far in the last three visits and historically is that mighty Taco nickel and dimes you for everything that's not in the order already. Sour cream, whatever else you want.

There is a Justin at this location that always greets you with a smile and is just the nicest guy. I hope he’s paid well.

I have always loved Mighty Taco. The prices and portions aren't quite what they used to be, but the taste is still just like I remember!

There's nothing much I can say about mighty Taco besides it's my ultimate favorite I come home to Buffalo from North Carolina and the first thing I do is get mighty Taco when I get home, and got to have that loganberry. Love my super mighty pack, but wow is everything getting very expensive I remember when I could get a super mighty pack for the price of one super mighty now. Oh how times have changed but there's nothing like that fix of Mighty Taco🌮

Good Mighty location. Some locations like the one in orchard park on southwestern Blvd. Are not clean and the food is inconsistent. This location is great. Never crowded inside, great employees and well made food.

You can never go wrong at Mighty Taco. It's been a minute since I've been here and the craving hit. HAD to get an El Nino chicken burrito, with extra fajita chicken. Went through the drive thru on Ridge Road mid afternoon. Longer wait time, but it was worth it.

Great for for the price, simple but fresh burritos. If you’re a vegan travelling, you could do a lot worse. Tastes great.

I did a quick take out via the drive thru, but I've been going to Mighty Taco over 45+ years now & thoroughly enjoy their tacos & burritos, though the portions are small, I like the flavor of them. I think it'll be 50 years I've been going there, & I deserve a Mighty Taco tee shirt lol !

Food is usually always good but orders do get messed up once in a while. The taco sauce is so good I usually but a bottle for home.

If you are going to go here and you're pressed for time, maybe choose a different place. They have both the drive-thru open AND you can order inside and take it out. However, when I was here they were SLAMMED! Remember, everything is made to order as it's ordered, so you'll need to be able to give them the time to do your order up right.

If your from WNY you know there is a huge difference between Mighty Taco and other places. People never forget the Mighty experience. It only begins when you enter but it doesn't end until the next morning. Perfect spot to come after getting slopped up. Come in and demolish a few Burritos, Its a perfect ending to the night.

My order was perfect and the suggested apple empanada was a perfect ending for my meal - prices are always fair and affordable- it was also made within a reasonable time. Love this place

Love Mighty. My favorite tacos anywhere and much better than anything I can make at home. It's fast food but I still prefer it to a taco from a pizzeria or sandwich shop. A hard shell Mighty and a beef and cheese burrito with a cold loganberry is tough to beat. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Just over $20 last time for two people is way too much for fast food.

My only complaint with Mighty Taco... love the food but it's so inconsistent. You could order the same thing for years and it's always different size or one minute I could order everything medium and it's fine and then I go and get something medium and it's burning out my mouth. I'm a big fan of the fish taco when they have it I wish they would have that year-round that would make it better. When they have it if you get it at the wrong timing you get dried out chewy fish pieces but when it's fresh it's amazing.

This location is clean and efficient! The staff is very friendly - I visited on Easter Sunday.. I'm not a huge fan of the restaurant, but the food was decent and I really enjoyed myself. I would definitely recommend visiting this location if you're in the area.

Ordered food off of their app today and one of the workers on the table apparently bumped my order without making it... they had 15 mins advance notice and still wasn't ready... everyone else was nice though

The quality of these burritos has decreased slowly but they are almost inedible 😩 Taco Tuesday is big at our house but your tacos are definitely last on the list. I LOVED the veggie burrito. But the last three times I’ve gotten a veggie it actually was dripping WATER? First off let me preface this by stating that overall I really like mighty taco and there food is usually very good when it comes to fast food. The service is usually fantastic when going through the drive thru and they always repeat and verify your order which is nice. The reason for 3 stars is the preparation of the food. The dining room is closed due to covid and there is a pretty long line line for the drive thru, not complaining about the time as the guy in front of me ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food and I understand that it takes time. However when I order jalapenos and sour cream and either the sour cream on every taco is all at one end and not spread and 4 of the 6 tacos in the mighty pack had 2 jalapenos on them that's a bit annoying. Sour cream is pretty much always an issue where it's not spread but come on, don't skimp on the extras a customer orders. Hopefully next time will be better.

The food is always good & the staff is nice, but man they seem understaffed, every time I use the drive through wether it is 6pm or 11pm it’s always a 20+ minute wait with cars around the building. Not blaming the staff, because I assume they’re overworked and overwhelmed, but it keeps me from going often.

Well there's really not much to say .. half the locations are good half are bad. Some dont even know how to fold a taco others I question if they even know what a taco is. Food taste is good as it looks. Can't imagine they use high quality meats. They usually mess up my order once every 5 times I go here. Just fast food places in general are hard to rate. Mostly all of their bathrooms are filthy my main concern for mighty and other fast food places of the sort is their employees just dont care! Then again who can blame them for the Penny's they make I dont hold them fully accountable. But do your job take pride in it , it will go a long way for you in your life

Food was good and the person that took our order was very nice and pleasant. I went to the restroom before we left and found that there was no hand soap- immediate red flag.

It took 26 minutes for us to receive our order. The front of the restaurant and the area they were making the food was dirty, and quite frankly disgusting. We witnessed the male manager scream at an employee when he did something wrong. The female manager disappeared to count a drawer while there were about 10 cars in drive-thru, and 6 in the dining room waiting for food. The 2 orders inside that were placed after ours were filled before ours. The male taking orders at both the drive-thru and inside the restaurant had horrible customer service. The male manager threw a couple bags on the counter, yelled the numbers out, and walked away. When those people came up to get them and asked which order was which, they were told to look in the bags and figure it out. He had horrible customer service. We were there on 9/7/23 and placed our order at 8:43pm. We received our food at 9:09pm. Almost a half hour is not fast food. This location has been getting worse every time I go there. Hopefully someone will do something soon to rectify this.

Doesnt matter day, time, date, weather, how many cars waiting, astrological signs... It will take you a minimum of 20 minutes to get food from this location. Great if you have a nice book to read! Otherwise I still love my Mighty/

Never been to Mighty Taco, but it is a Western N.Y. Mecca. It was ok, better than any Taco Bell, but nothing spectacular. Definitely a late night after inebriation stop, but not outstanding. It is fast food though.....On the plus side all the veggies in their products seemed very fresh...

Man. I'm torn. I would like to exercise a degree of loyalty to a homegrown chain. But it gets more painful every time I stop. Long line at the drive through that moves like drying mud. The food is only a slight improvement on the mud....but it is predictable, reliable mud in a convenient flour tortilla. Nothing could be further from flavor or finesse or anything approximating a taco. But...its mighty taco man. Hard to loathe, but getting easier to just drive right by and not in.

I went there around 10 p.m. and the place was dead, we ordered four burritos which for some reason took 10 minutes to make and one of them was ice cold the other one was room temperature and the rest were just slightly warm. I was so disappointed with my meal I threw them out.

I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks, Both times the drive-through was backed up with about10 cars in the drive-thru and the wait time was over a 1/2 an hour. This has to be the worst drive-through in the history of America.

Waited in drive thru for at least a half hour or more. . Understand it’s was busy at that time but after I ordered , got to the window paid and waited for 15 minutes to get my order . I had a nachos deluxe and a super mighty chicken so it wasn’t that complex! When I finally received my order, no apology from the guy working the window! And he just seemed to stand there and not help!

I entered in the Ridge road location! I went to use the restroom! It had zero soap in the men’s room! Went to the counter, told the kid working there about this situation. His reply was i will get right on it! I waited! Saw 5 other customers use the bathroom! While we have our order to go, but my guest wanted to eat his food! I saw a male employy leave the male bathroom puch in code to enter the kitchen and go straight to touching the food! I then went to counter ask for the manager! I told him what happened and what employee that just came out of bathroom! He blew me right off by telling me how busy they are! He walked away telling me he would take care of it! I tossed my food in the garbage because i was so upset at his behavior, and was truly grosses out about this entire situation!

It has been a few years since I visited a mighty taco location and I must say Im severely disappointed. The fresh chips they had are now bagged and the ones we got were stale and disgusting. They use to offer bacon to add to tacos and when I ordered the girl kinda laughed and said they didnt have bacon anymore. Their cookies use to be freshly made and yet again disappointed that it is bagged and from another company and tiny for the price. Most likely we wont be coming back due to the changes.. the chips (commercial.. the cookie commercial.. its not the mighty taco that we grew up with)

It took me longer to order 2 El nino burritos with extra sour cream and med sauce with a diet Pepsi than it needed to be if I talked to a person. Might as well do the drive through. Quality has really plummeted over the years. Burritos are almost half the size of what they used to be. Also, seems like very little effort is being put forth in their training. Burritos always seem to be an extremely greasy/drippy mess (usually end up with a grease puddle on the tray) and they usually fall apart before you get halfway through eating. Pretty low standards if you ask me. A real dissappointment. I Think I'm gonna go to a different taco place from now on. *Update 5/26/18* I decided to give this "Mighty" another chance and well... Nothing's changed.

As always the food is thrown together with there being more fillings outside the tacos than in them. While I find my last three trips have consisted of the above detailed complaint, I will be back at some point next week because you have tacos available at a drive thru and I am to lazy to drive the extra 5 mintues and go to Taco Bell.

Horrible asked for a chicken fajita Gave Me no chicken in my fajita all messed up!! Called them very rude cause they were almost closing ! i go to this mighty taco all the time and usually have a present experience, food is good. tonight however i wanna complain about how the management treated a new girl who messed up our order. me and my bf didn’t care they messed up, we calmly went back in and told them it wasn’t a problem, and they were so mean to the new girl who messed up it was repulsive! everyone makes mistakes, she looked like she was about to cry. we weren’t mad and they should’ve been way nicer to her.

I'm from Ithaca, NY and just happened to be in the Buffalo area. I was quite hungry and wanted to try something new. Mighty Taco got my attention as there were lots of great choices on the menu and the prices seemed fair. After ordering 2 beef and cheese hard tacos, and 1 bean beef and cheese hard taco, I headed over to the drive-thru to pick up my order. I guess I was expecting something similar to Taco Bell. I expected salty but flavorful greasy ground beef with my usual fixings, (which all cost a little extra), consisting of: salsa, sour cream, diced onions, hot sauce, cheese, and of course refried beans. I didn't see any cheese on either of my 3 tacos, but I doubt it would have helped mask the flavor of the "ground beef". The beef literally tasted like burned dog food and had no saltiness to it. I will however say that the portions were very generous for the price.

I waited 20 minutes on a Saturday night 10pm didn't even get to ordering window. Pulled around and parked. Waiting SOoo long in line I needed to use the facilities. Ordering inside took 12 minutes with only 3 customers. Waited another 45 minutes inside for a super mighty taco, rice and Logan berry. Unelectable!!!! 2 guys working were CLUELESS AND TOSSED FOOD, REOPENING FOOD TO CHECK ORDER! LAZY, DIDN'T WANT TO WORK, NO HUSTLE!!! Manager had poor staff to do her job

I was in line by 11:40pm, and 20 minutes later when I finally got to the intercom to order I was turned away because they said they close at midnight. I waited in the drive thru line for over 25m waiting my burrito and chips. i dont know what was going on inside but i could hear the manager screaming at the top of his lungs to the workers. absolutely unacceptable and will never return. Had to wait an hour in the drive-thru line. They only had one person making the food, and it took forever. Drive-thru is always busy, with long lines, it's probably because it takes so long for them to get your order made. If you are in a hurry, don't bother getting in line. Go someplace else.

They had a special where you get 50% more meat then regular burrito & We were very unhappy when we got home to find out we had 4 super mighty's rather then just 4 meat & cheese that we ordered.Wife does not like tomatoes at all especially on her burritos so needles to say she only ate half of a burrito & ended up going with dinner.

The star is for the food quality. The “steak” was gray microwaved onions and peppers were slimy, the hard corn shell was not good. I had to buy sour cream separate to be able to eat what they called tacos. My mother had what they call fajitas and she said there was no flavor and very runny. The highlight I can give them is the place is very very clean and the 6 staff people they had were constantly working. I saw they did a lot of drive thru business but to be honest a few small changes in how they prepare the food could make it a decent place.

7 Times in a row...YES 7. My order is messed up. Very disappointing. There is an issue and I'm sure I'm not the only one. No one listens! Crazy I have never experienced anything like it. Always go thru drive thru. BBQ Burittos dripping wet in my bag are they scooping and not draining they never have been like this... How can you screw up 2 meat tacos with lettuce and tamotto?? well let's not put the lettuce and tomatoes on them. Chips and nacho Cheese. NO Cheese...come on. Then I call and Bit$# and tell them I'm not paying and take my tacos back and they make me pay for more. One other time I place a order 3 Burritos and 3 Tacos and a cruncher i get home no cruncher and missing 1 Taco. I paid for them!!... I call and im told how do they know that i didn't receive them being i wasn't there.... who says that to a customer?? Order with sour cream no sour cream....Who owns this place??? Went here a little bit before closing and the employee who made my food was friendly, overall I am very unsatisfied with my order I got a super mighty burrito but it seemed to taste very old, it was an unpleasant taste to the meat and to the vegetables on the burrito. Very disappointed. Employees should disclose if the products aren’t up to date. If they wouldn’t eat it why should we?

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I got in line at the drive through at Mighty Taco Ridge Rd in West Seneca at 11:15 P.M. I waited in that line for 45 minutes! When I finally pulled up to the window at 12:01 I was greeted with “I’m sorry were closed.” There was about three cars behind me. That is completely unprofessional we all got there well before they were closed and spent nearly an hour waiting in line to be denied food. They should have at least finished the line that was there before they were closed. Very rude and inconsiderate!!!!! Do not recommend this location!!!!

For some reason my girlfriend loves this place, but me personally I'm not a fan. The meats are always chewy almost rubbery, the wraps or taco shells the use are like a plastic, the fajitas were made sloppy and saucy... gross... even their fountain drinks didn't taste right. Almost as if the machine needed recalibrating Or fresh soda needed to be put in the machine. $15.00 an hour starting should be for people who care about the quality of food they are serving and putting out to people. Sorry guys maybe next time......

i’m confused by the good reviews… taco bell is much better. the food was horrible like cafeteria or wal mart level. the staff also isn’t super friendly but i don’t expect that from fast food joints these days anyway.

This is the second time at this location the order was a literal mess. Last time, they gave me a bag with guacamole all over the bottom of the bag, and I didn't notice it until I set it down the seat of my car. Took forever to clean the fabric after their carelessness. Then tonight, they put the nacho cheese inside the bag upside down and open. Cheese all over every item. They also forgot to give me my nachos deluxe, and when I went through the drive thru again a minute later to notify them, they were beyond rude. They even accused me of lying about it by saying that they "camera reviewed" the employee putting it in the bag. I'm sorry, you can't camera review in the minute it took me to get from the microphone to the window. Also, you could have seen the employee put it in someone else's bag, not mine. This was the rudest I've ever been treated at a fast food restaurant, and I don't appreciate being accused of theft, essentially. Wow. Just wow. This used to be my favorite location, but I will never go there again. Shame on you, Mighty. Your employees messed up and then you accuse the customer?? And they didn't even give me my receipt back so I don't have an order number to file an official complaint... I'm sure that was done on purpose. This may be a small detail but I am absolutely furious. Gave service a 1 star but it is Zero to me. I stopped on my way home from work Monday night. My receipt says 9:13 p.m. I got home and did not get the Apple Empanada I ordered. I decided before too much time when by I would stop and get the Apple Empanada I did not receive Monday. It was raining so I thought, ok I'll order food again while I'm here. So I placed an order I think that came to about $15. I then told whoever was taking the order about not receiving the empanada on Monday and that I had the receipt. He said, sorry, you have to come back the same day. I told him it was 9:15 at night and I was on my way home from work. They don't know who waited on me and who was the Manager. Really???This was 2 days ago. I said the girl had marks on her neck. No, sorry, that's our policy. No money back, no empanada. So I told him cancel the order. I am never coming back here again. I get home and look at the receipt and it has the girl's name right on there. So tell me we have no idea who the Manager was that day? It was 1.99 plus tax. Certainly won't break me but not the point. I live 4 or 5 miles away in OP and I was going to turn around and go back after working all evening?? I went out of my way specifically to go there on my way home from work today. I'm still furious. I will say, I have never run across this before in all the years I have been going there. I don't even check my order typically because it has always been right. This experience turned me off this location for good.

Last two times I have been here—today and a week ago—no one in the restaurant—no one at counter or preparing orders. A couple weeks ago, similar experience: no one at counter, but two staff preparing orders; however, neither greeted me or approached me and asked me what I wanted. So by my count the last three times I have stopped here no one has been at the counter to take my order. Maybe that’s not so bad; maybe, judging by all the orders these folks have mucked up recently, I’m one of the lucky customers who,because he didn’t pay for something he didn’t want, didn’t have to go through the hassle of getting the mistakes corrected or a refund.

Never ever ever go to the Mighty on Ridge. They can't get a simple order right I'm not exaggerating when I say that 7 oit of 10 times the order is wrong and it happened today again. My GF had to drive 10 minutes back to fix an order again!! SMH! I go to the location on Southwestern and it has been right every time. I'm not sure who's running the Ridge Road location but they need to fix it. Finally!!!

In the drive thru i ordered a large chicken fajita with peppers n onnions hot. A xl beef n cheese burrito hot and nachos deluxe no sour cream hot. I noticed the recipe said lettuce and tomato instead of peppers and onions said something to the girl n the said she will remake it. I ask if the rest of my food was going to get cold and she told me to relax it only takes 2 seconds.i get my food home and realize they didn't put sauce on anything. Not mild not medium not hot absolutely n I sauce period. Mighty taco used to be a decent fast food restaurant now I place them lower than taco bell. Never agsin

Been coming to this location for years. Put an online order in for my Fiance and I. For whatever reason they didn’t receive the order but still charged me 25 dollars. Showed the manager the order and the money taken out of my discover account. Refused to make me the order unless I paid again. Like really?! You want me to blow another 25 because your companies app isn’t working. 50 dollars for fast food for two people?! Screw you! Took me 3 days to get my 25 dollars back. This manager should be fired from this location for awful costumer service.

Walked in at 10:57 PM door said closes at 11 PM joke of a staff member and the GM stand around while I wait to have my order taken and then say they are now closed inside. Great customer service there. I’ve worked in the industry and know it stinks when ppl come in late but I always respected the time we closed. I will never come back there and will tell everyone I know not too. Was in the hospital all day and wife wasn’t available to go though the drive thru at the time. They just laughed like I expected from a minimum wage employee. Edit: I understand I wasn’t the nicest and I understand that I shouldn’t had acted like I did a I apologize for that but I wasn’t planning on eating inside I just couldn’t go though the drive thru and the door says 11 so I would think I would still be able to order inside and then leave. The only apology I got was from the guy up front sweeping which I appreciated. Oh well obviously you guys can care less about it so I’ll just not care about it either I’m just a customer what do they matter but again just because I’m having a bad night doesn’t mean I should of acted the way I did. But the places I always worked the manger would try to fix the situation even if they didn’t agree with it that’s all I don’t want anything free either I just want you to honor what’s on your door that’s all.

Put in my order.. checked my receipt to make sure my order was correct. While I was there.. someone preparing orders told everyone that she never gave the complete order out so that person might be back. Got my order and left.. only to take the 1st bite, and being allergic to lettuce, had a whole mouth full of what I didn't order. I called mighty received no professional response, went back to get my correct order only to see another person standing at the counter.. he too had the wrong order. I reached out to their corporate office.. no response..
