What can one say about Wendy's except that it's the best. Who can argue with a square patty and piping hot fries? You can even slurp down a Dr. Peps if you want. The sky is the limit here at the temple that Dave built. Do yourself a favor and get down here as quickly as possible to get your fill. The Frosties ain't half bad either.

Nancy at the ordering counter was a delight! Positive, friendly, smiling and patient. I wish there were more people like her serving customers. Our burgers were delicious, too.

Don't really eat fast food anymore once in a while I will get a Wendy's that's about it,had breakfast biscuits with egg sausage and cheese it was pretty good.

Wendy's has a varied menu and the food is consistently reasonable and delicious. There is wheelchair seating and parking. There is also a drive thru to get your food quickly and conveniently. I can't have beef but I do enjoy the salads and chicken sandwiches. The counter employees are friendly and helpful. Try the frostys... They are really good.

Wendy's is such a dangerous place to stop by and pick up something to eat because Wendy's has some of the best fast foods out there! It's dangerous because I can't choose and I always get too much lol! The customer service is always outstanding, polite and patient and friendly while you have trouble getting just a few things to eat! Let's not even talk about dessert or I will have to go back to Wendy's and get some lol! Bon appetit! Or itadakimasu!

I went there to order a 4 4 4 and I was greeted really well I felt welcome. An employee named Dylan went out of his way to bring my food to me, he was very nice and attentive. And the food was great as well. 10/10 experience!

Dine-in and take-out are both coming soon but drive thru is available. I ordered ahead on the app and forgot to get a drink. The staff at the window were understanding and let me order one then and there. Everyone had masks, and the food taste good

This location always has really nice workers. One time a worker gave us free mints which I have never had at a Wendy's! It's all about the little things. You can't go wrong with a 4 for $4! That's the only thing on the menu that is worth the money in My opinion.

It's fast food so you get what you pay for. I always get the Spicy chicken sandwich only mayo cheese and pickles and a small or medium fry depending on my mood. While the sandwich was edible, when I arrived there was no one there so I likely got precooked chicken mediocre lukewarm fries. I like their fries too, just prefer them to be hotter and fresher.

Went during lunchtime so it was busy which I can understand. Was ordering for the shop so I had a big order got the food and they forgot the 3 large sprites. Had to wait in the line again to get them since I went through the drive through. I wasn’t mad at all since I get people make mistakes and I did order a lot of food during one of the busiest times of the day but what made my day was they threw in a free frosty for the mistake. Good job on them very happy with the service

Food and service on par with other fast food restaurants. Since remodeling this restaurant it has a cold cafeteria style decor. Clean but not inviting.

This building is both Wendy's and Tim Hortons. I have had good service and bad service at this location from both companies. The setup for drive thru is a bit weird. Tim Hortons drive thru order station is in front of the building and Wendy's is at the rear. The front of the building faces Orchard Park Road. You can gain access to the plaza from either Southwestern Blvd or Orchard Park Road, no direct access off main road. I only go to this Tim Hortons location now for coffee in a pinch. Haven't been back to Wendy's since bad service.

Good service, the food was okay. Overall we have had continuous good service at this location. The only frustrating thing about eating here is the location. They share a building with a Tim Hortons and there are two drive-thru’s on opposite sides. They wrap around the front and back of the building. Parking is on the sides where the drive-thru windows are. I hope that one day one of the two business will move allowing the other to have the entire building.

Really hit or miss here. Sometimes the staff is friendly, others they are insufferable. Sometimes it's super fast, other times it's gridlock slow. Sometimes the fries are just right, other times the fries are way too salty or not salty at all. If you go to this Wendy's, expect to treat it like a coin flip on if your experience will be good or not.

While it was a decent restaurant and they did get the order correct. The lines were incredibly slow even though there were not very many customers.I don't know if they were short-handed from somebody calling in sick or if they're just slow at that Branch.

I thought Wendy's employees dressed like they worked at Wendy's, instead of looking like a bunch of guys who thought they would go to work. Decor at this Wendy's could use an upgrade, but won't likely happen if employees wear jeans, sweatshirts and dirty hats. Food was ... eh. I looked forward to this visit, big disappointment.

This is an average Wendy's, neither especially good nor bad. The staff was polite and helpful, and did their job. The order was correct and the food was provided promptly. But Wendy's in general offers an underwhelming guest experience. The facility is not particularly comfortable or welcoming. And it would be helpful to have more healthy food options.

Terribly slow service. People in-line for too long. Someone actually was told to pull up in the drive thru and had to come in because no one brought him his food. Manager in charge must not have a clue.

The sprite was super flat, they didn't offer any sauce for free and I had to pay .75 for the honey mustard I did receive. I paid a little over $20 for two sandwiches, 1 fry and a soda. You mean to tell me you couldn't offer at least 1 condiment for free?!?! Disappointing. Will just go to Chick-fil-A since they offer at least 1 or 2 sauces for free and I won't feel taken advantage of.

Very slow with 2 people in line because they like taking care of 5 people in drive throu first. The lettuce on my chicken was hardly a piece at all and the bacon on the burgers are pieces instead of slices like other places. They had at least 40 trays on top of both garbage cans and tables needed to be cleaned and they still have 4th of july decor out!

Chicken was ok but the fries were cold. To-go ketchup is ye old packets, which is hard to manage while driving. It's been a while since I've been to a Wendy's and it will probably be a while before I go again.

The Pretzel Baconator is back! Lots of hype on this but what a huge letdown. Priced waaaaayy too high for what you get. PretzelBun lacked any semblance of seasoning or flavor. Burger was drier than the fries. You really should come up with a different name for what you're trying to pass off as bacon. I knew it was supposed to be the "bacon" because it came in strips but that's where the resemblance ends. We'll continue to buy the Biggie Bags but won't venture anywhere else on the menu. Disappointed

I’ve never experienced the “fast” part of the food. Multiple visits with 15+ minute waits for food. Doesn’t matter the time of day. Always slow and never sure why

Food wasn't hot at all. Kind of tough like it had been on a rack and re-warmed.Frosty was only 2/3rds full. This is the 3rd time that's hppened. I expect better from Wendy's. You used to be my favorite. Sad to say you aren't anymore. 😔😌

Wendy's is some of the best fast food you can get. Unfortunately this location has employees that only care about there paychecks at the end of the week. Customer service means absolutely nothing here, they don't answer the phone, they forget food if there's more than 3 items in your order, they have to finish their texts before taking care of customers at the counter, and whoever works the drive thru at night is pretty rude. I've never been somewhere with worse service than this place. Your foods good, but your service is absolutely horrible

Probably the worst wendys in the area. Lunch time, 1 car ahead of me and maybe 2 groups in dining yet food was cold 😑 fries were crispy at least just all was cold.

3 times I have gone and have gotten then the 4 piece of french Sticks. All 3 times it's been wrong. First 2 time gave me no syrup with my stick. This last time they gave me blue cheese ,BLUE CHEESE. That's crazy . Like blue cheese with french toast. This is buffalo but that's still wild. Syrup with french toast is basic math . Blue cheese don't even go with it and if any of the employees at this location feel that way the are animals.

I worked retail for many years so I know the struggle. That being said these employees, no matter how nice you are, are some of the rudest ones I've seen. The last three times I ordered a baked potato they didn't have any.

It use to be a great store. Now the Dave's double is a joke. I have a pic of the bare "double" burger that I have received twice.

I went in to the men's room first. While there I observed a worker come in and use the urinal with his apron still on. He lifted it up a little in order to go from under it. I expect splash would get caught on the apron which he would wear while food prep. I couldn't order and just left.

All I ordered was a sour cream and chive baked potato (on their menu) and they didn't give me any sour cream or salt. It was not even busy.

Alright. So my family and I just cam here for lunch, and we've been waiting for like 10 minutes just to get our meal fixed. Our meal was wrong. Guy at second window was rude, and my step dad went into the restaurant to fix it and give a piece of his mind. He has not come out yet.

The employees were so rude it was unbelievable. The girls working in there should be replaced immediately. It was the worst experience at a Wendys I've ever had.

Workers were very unprofessional. Taking orders through the drive thru you could hear laughing in the background and all of their conversations. Didnt pay attention to their customers at all. Very rude night staff.

They often forget items and always tell you to pull ahead to fake their numbers. One time when they forgot to give me an item they forced me to pull through the drive thru again while that same person who brought my food out just stood outside chatting with people. Avoid this place!

If I could go into the negative stars I would. Aric or whoever the kid running headset was being very disrespectful to my weight he said that instead of eating you should be running. I've seen bad stores but this is the worst one I've seen yet. He also took a picture and said he was going to send it to nearby stores so they wont serve me.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s drive through in the south towns. It’s no wonder McKinley location won the drive thru award. This place literally takes and makes a single drive thru order at a time. If your staff can’t keep up maybe it’s time for a new staff. There is rarely anyone in the dining room. They should be able to handle the drive thru. Last time I’ll wait in this line. I’ve had enough time to sign into my account make 2 phone calls and right this review. I’m still not to the order post. Lots to be desired. Great location to make money being on the 5 corners. Profit is going out the window with people pulling off not wanting to wait(me). I think the the person with the checkbook this effects would want to do something about that.

Normally go to this Wendy’s on the way back from East Aurora into WS. The girl taking our order in the drive through (12:00pm 3/5/22) was either high or drunk. Her: what do you want? (Slurred) Us: #3 medium combo with a coke Her: sauce and drink? Us: coke and ketchup Her: anything else Us: #5 medium combo with a Dr Pepper Her: a Dr Pepper for the first one? Us: no with the number 5 Her: okay so a small number 5 with a coke Us: no, *repeats order* Her: so a small #3 what sauce and drink Us: *repeats order again to check* When we got up to the window she said $12 something for two combos and two cookies, the screen was also wrong. We told her the order for the fourth time and she was still confused. She spend another 3 minutes staring at the screen. We just left and went to another location. There is NO WAY she was sober… and if she was, that is a true liability if she’s the one who handles cash Tried to call the manager to inform them, rang for 5 minutes. TERRIBLE. Last time we go there!

The only way I'm allowed to rate this restaurant is by typing on a star. You have given me no opportunity to rate this ZERO... as in the worst dining experience I've ever had at Wendy's... The uncleanliness I witnessed, and the flipping attitude of the manager when it was quietly brought it to her attention, and then her complete ignorance to the fact the server in question needed to wash their hands and change her clothes immediately...pretty much sums up my dining experience

Ordered chicken sandwich with cheese and no mayonnaise. Got a sandwich with mayonnaise and no cheese. Manager took order so I wonder how the rest of the employees. They didn’t have vanilla coffee drink so I had to get the chocolate.

Ordered the 4 for $4 meal. Given my drink with soda running down the outside of the cup, no napkins, nuggets aren't fully cooked and the fries were barely half full. I'm thinking minimum wage is too much to pay these employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never seen such a slow drive thru in my life. They take 1 order at the speaker and then WAIT until that car has their food to take the next order. Resulting in an extremely long line that blocks Tim Hortons drive thru exit and a half hour wait with only 2 cars in front of you. Sad excuse for a “fast food” place. Oh, then after your half hour wait your order is most likely completely WRONG. This place needs a new manager.

Always gets my order wrong, not sure what’s so hard about a double stack with only ketchup. I’ve had to bring it back and replace it multiple times. Sometimes they don’t even remake it they just pick off the stuff and give it back which is absolutely disgusting. Staff is very unfriendly also.

Do not eat here. Ordered and paid for a double and got a single. The French fries were seriously undercooked and the burgers were dry as a bone. Unfortunately I went through the drive though so I didn't find out until I got home. The people at this Wendy's do not care what they hand out the window.

Waiting 10 minutes in a Drive-Thru I was told to wait an additional 5 minutes a total wait time of 20 minutes and I finally had to drive away to get back to work on time. the lady in the window was rude and the manager was even worse when I called to say I'd like a refund when I get out of work. Fries were either fried in old oil, or fried left to sit out and then fried again and left to get cold again and then served to us. Asked for no cheese or mayonnaise, after opening sandwich and kinda checking it beforehand saw no cheese, got home and sandwich was covered in mayonnaise. Paid for 2 large meals, got 1 large meal and 1 medium. This was at 11:47 am a time when people are frequenting the business, I’m surprised the employees were allowed by management to put out such a poor product. When you spend $30 on fast food and it’s more disappointing than a freezer burnt burger with stale fries, it’s disheartening.

Just sat in the drive thru for 1/2 hr 10/1 waiting to be served a meal that was thrown together for top dollar $$. Just ridiculous other customers we’re driving away unfortunately I was already at menu and unable to leave. Never again will i visit a Wendy’s restaurant service has gone way down hill. Staff was not understaffed counted 5 workers just standing around.

Place is dirty, employees don't listen to your order, food tastes like it's been sitting and extremely slow. With the price of what it costs and subpar food I'm done with this location. I have gone there multiple times thinking it was a fluke but it's constantly like this.

Service was good but they forgot some of my order, I ordered a baconator a small fry a large fry and a bacon cheddar cheese burger with a small chili with cheese. They forgot my burger and the cheese for the chili. No big deal until I went in and asked for it the short woman by the carry out window hears me ask for it then says why don't you just put your own cheese on it. I didn't care about the cheese with the chili just the burger. If I pay for something of course I would want it.

Past 2-3 times food has been stone cold going through the drive thru… eat in person and it’s warm. Rather pay the extra couple bucks and go eat something decent if I’m going to get cold food ordering through the drive thru

Never come here at night. They grabbed my phone because they did not know how to do their job and in New York state. It is illegal to grab the customer's phone and bring it inside the building. I repeat do not go here at night ever!! The night staff has the worst possible service it took them 10 minutes to be able to find out and figure out how to scan the coupon because they didn't know and they held my phone hostage during the whole process

I recently made an order on the mobile app and went to the drive thru to pick up. I waited for about 15 minutes to get to the speaker where they told me to pull forward. After waiting 10 more minutes to get to the window they told me they were out of the item and that was it. Very poorly communicated and then handled after that. When I left the drive thru with nothing, I had already paid. I called the 1-800 number and was told the local store had to refund and they forwarded the concern. It has now been over 2 weeks with no call and no refund. They essentially just took my money for nothing and told me sorry but you paid for nothing. I would avoid this store at all costs. Slowest service and zero care to rectify a situation where they take your money for nothing.

Ok. No stars here. The dining room is supposed to be open until 10pm (as per the sign on the door) but is closed at 8pm. As I passed on my way to the adjacent Tim Horton's bathroom, the employee was lounging against the wall, playing on his phone. Close the dining room and goof off the rest of the night.

The guy behind counter is clueless I waited 25 mins to order with 4 people in front of me. I got saucy nugs not spicy. It took 10 mins to get my food, they didn’t toss the nugs and they gave me spicy nugs. Place is horrible spot just don’t go it’s a waste of time and they will mess up your order anyway.

The order screen was covered with an opaque advertisement preventing me to see if what I ordered was correct. There were rats running around the speaker box. And when I told the woman working about these issues. She replied with "I just work here"

The worker was rude to us because we are Deaf who can't use drive thru to order food because they said they are closed but its 9pm and website says 12am and the sign says dining room hours closes at 10pm and she couldn't answer my question about that and just kept saying they were closed rudely while chuckling like um????
