Amazing beef on weck!... I got one that was great now I got one that was gross and chewy. The wings also have no sauce. Luckily I'm making them later but the inconsistency here is unrivaled. I've had great wings from here but I'm 3 of the last 4 meals being trash. So Oneils, still a good tailgate spot.

Really liked this place. Had a really tasty bowl of French onion soup and the beef on weck/wings combo. Both were very very good and that's probably my favorite meal so I love seeing that on a menu. My wife had a burger that looked a little over cooked but she said it had good flavor. I had one beer and my wife had two and the bill was still just under $40 with tip so not bad at all. We went at 9pm on a Saturday night so the bar area was rocking but we sat in the back section where it was nice and quiet. Service was just outstanding, food was good, and the prices were very reasonable so we will definitely be back.

I have been doing the Buffalo Wing Trail and I strongly believe they should be added to the trail! The wings were incredible, there is a flavor for everyone, and they were cooked perfectly. The building was clean, service was very quick, and server was phenomenal. I 100% would go again.

My husband and I went to Oneil's for lunch this past Sunday & had such a great experience I just had to write a review. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by EVERYONE who was working there. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. The food was also outstanding! The young woman who prepared our food went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed everything. She even came out to our table to ask me how I would like to customized my side salad! We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert plate. We LOVED the selection of food and you can't beat the price for the portion sizes you get!! The service was outstanding. I can't stress that enough. The waitress we had was very friendly & very attentive. Not only did she provide awesome service but she also filled us in on all of the events and specials they have weekly. Needless to say we will be back very soon!

Went here the night before a Packers and Bills game all decked out in Packers gear. The people here were very friendly. The service was great and the food was awesome. We had buffalo wings and soup, both were excellent. We would go there again.

The food was excellent! All five of us loved it. It is more of a bar atmosphere but we sat in a room off the main bar. And it appears they are adding on to the building. Great menu with lots of options! Great server, too! I highly recommend O'Neill's.

The most unique flavor list I've seen. Jay was great and his suggestions were spot on. The everything sauce is delicious. If you're looking for something other than plain old Buffalo wings, definitely check this place out.

A great hidden secret in Orchard Park! Stopped by for a quick dinner. We were greeted with friendly, helpful service from Austin and Maddie! We ordered the hamburger and fries, along with the grilled chicken breast sandwich and fries! It was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous and the food was amazing! The service was great! They made sure our drinks were filled, and asked if we needed anything on a regular basis. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the amount of food that was given! We even ordered a single order of wings to go! I highly recommend! We are definitely going back soon!

It's a dive bar for sure, but the food, particularly the wings, were AMAZING! Nice and crispy, just the way we like them! Went in a couple Saturdays ago, there was one guy managing the bar and floor, and despite us not sitting at the bar, we never felt forgotten about. Will definitely come back again for that steak hoagie and more wings! Would love to see this place in action during a game!!! Go Bills and Go O'Neils!!!

Love this place. My husband and I are impressed with Jason, He was bartending,answering phones, walking orders, checking on tables, checking liquor deliveries. He always is upbeat and friendly. He does more than any other bartender. We love your steak sub. Never had anything bad here. Lamb pops are delicious! This is our favorite spot to go.

Came in for pizza and wings, ordered a pepperoni and cheese and an order of hot and medium wings. The pizza was delicious and the wings were nice and crispy! Hands down definitely five stars!! Took my son out to dinner for his birthday. We had a table of 6. We ordered appetizers -stuffed hot peppers and loaded steak frys. Then we all ordered dinner -Turkey club sandwich, French onion soup, Peggy’s greens etc , just to name a few items. We were all happy with everything! No complaints! Ordered takeout. Was ready on time, everything packaged correctly. Food was outstanding! Weck and fingers are not offered at many places usually wings. Beef was so tender and fingers prepared just how we like. Brussel sprout appetizer was the BEST! Will definitely order again from here.

Definitely one of my favorite bars in Orchard Park. Absolutely a must visit if you're there for a Bills game, or just in the area regardless. The sevice is great, very fun atmosphere and the food is awesome too. Wings were cooked perfectly crispy and they have a giant chall board of about 100 different sauce flavors to choose from. The food and service were amazing. It is a small restaurant located close to the Buffalo Bill’s stadium. They have over 20 different variety of chicken wings dry rub and sauces alike. So if you are in the mood for some good food Che k this place out.

Ate here for the first time yesterday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have so many varieties of wings that it's kind of crazy! Didn't want wings though, so I had a bacon blue burger. It was tasty! The parking lot is gravel, so I could see it getting nasty in the winter or after heavy rain. Place itself is a little loud, but the Bills play directly across the street, so I guess that's to be expected!

O'Neill's is a great bar and restaurant. We had great service. Ordered french dips which were great. Fries were hot. We also ordered wings with a Chipolte dry rub. The wings were not our favorite. Next time I will have a saucy wing.

My wings were cooked right and tasty. Their menu has more wings sauce flavors then a 48 pack of crayons. They charged to have sauce on the wing, seems kinda goofy but whatever. Other food choices delivered to surrounding tables looked better, might ditch the wing thing and try something different.

Went back for my favorite sandwich. Grill cheeses with granny apple and walnut. I just couldnt eat. Horrible oil/ margarine taste like it was rancid. Waitress was king enough to take off bill.

This place is fantastic! I especially love that there's an actual pizzeria connected to the restaurant. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. We had the pleasure of being served by Grace, who was excellent—polite, efficient, and always smiling. They also offer a great selection of craft draft beers and plenty of entertainment options, including Quick Draw and DJ Trivia on Mondays.

Wings lived up to being on the Wing Trail. Our favorites were the Memphis Rub and Soy Garlic. They had tons of tons of different sauces to offer too. Definitely a must try, especially if you’re looking for wings beyond your traditional, which they get that right too. The place had a good atmosphere and they also host trivia on a certain night.

A small, local eatery and hangout spot close to the Bills Stadium. The atmosphere is tight, lively and busy. They have games yo play and music to listen to or you can watch the many televisions that is showing sports. They were nice and helpful in helping me make up a gluten free menu. The portion was generous and the dish was served quickly. It was fresh, warm and delicious!

Went here for Taco Tuesday's but was told the deal had been changed and it was bar only. The sign outside doesn't say this. And you have to purchase two alcoholic beverages. The food was good, I had chicken wing soup. Took awhile for food. Also, refills are 1.50 and our sever didn't tell us that. I feel you should tell your patrons that when they start to order a refill and let them decide if they want to.

We placed an order for take out this evening. One of the selections was chicken wings in chavettas sauce. Opened the box to find one side of the wings charred and the other side totally black. They were totally dried out and inedible. I called to report that we had a problem and the woman who answered the phone sounded offended that I found these wings as bad as I reported. Told her I could bring them back to show her (she said she was there for the preparation of these wings and they were "charred" as they should have been) and I said that there was definitely a difference between charred and black. I was told there was nothing they could do for me anyway. No sorry bout that or anything. So disappointed! Rest of our order was well prepared but this has definitely soured me. Sad.

We went here before the OTRII show, once we were seated the service was great. The food was really good. However when my husband went to the bar he was totally ignored by the female bartender. Another patron had to flag her down and order our drinks. We spoke to the other male bartender he apologized, but it was still frustrating. I'm only giving it 3 Stars because of the food and the table service only! Unsure if I will ever come back.

Wings and fries - delicious . Beef on weck - one of the worst we’ve ever had. I’ll start with the positives - fries were fresh cut and perfectly salted. We very much enjoyed them. Wings were good as well. Beef on weck was horrible - fatty pieces throughout the beef, middle of the sandwich was cold.

Went for the wings (over 50 flavors) and was impressed. Excited to see lobster danties on menu and we had to get as an app. Unfortunately, the danties were extremely rubbery/almost not edible. Even the hot melted butter didn't have a taste. Disappointed cause I definitely would have been door dashing to myself lobster danties in the future. Maybe it's because it's January? Overall a good experience.

Best food and wings around. Also the service from the staff and bartenders are great. I had a terrible experience with the manager on duty. She was going around yelling at everybody and everyone. I felt as if it were an episode of bar rescue. I felt so bad for the employees she was yelling at, they were doing a good job. I would have punched her if she were my boss. All in I would give this place 5 stars when that MOD is not working.

It's a fine bar for what it is. Decent selection of spirits and beers. Covered patio out front gives access to fresh air, which is nice for when it gets humid and whiffy in the bar area next to the ladies and gents facilities. Side dining room for sit down service. Parking is... well, it has issues when it gets really busy. Won't speak to the food because I don't eat here. It's a dive bar which happens to be in the shadow of an NFL stadium and that's all you can realistically expect.

This review is for the owner. My daughter were in this past Sunday(4-6) and we got a double order of wings. We had 10 cherry bbq and 10 old bay. We also were charged a sauce fee 75 cents for each. It was my birthday. We had such a great experience when we came for my daughter's birthday I picked here for mine. However when I asked about the fee I was told owner does not know about charge but manager does. Your menu does not say anything about a sauce fee. If that's the case the menu needs to say that. Also I feel you should know Jocelyn and Hailey were not very friendly. Still gave them a good tip and wings were excellent. However not sure we will be back. You need to address this. Thanks.

Two fish fries, both fish overcooked. Sides were good. But the waitress didn't even come back to the table to check on us or we would have asked to get new fish made. I couldn't even find her to signal her to come back to our table. When she finally came back with the check, we had eaten all the sides and she saw our plates where we tried to just eat the fish and scrape off the batter (which is the usually the best part). I would have talked to a manager but couldn't find one and the waitress disappeared with our check and payment. We just wanted to get out and not keep looking for someone, because we had a funeral the next morning. I would not recommend the fish fry.

Went for the wing special on a Thursday, make sure you pay attention to the fine print , you have to follow the wing rules , 10 per person extra for blue cheese , sauce , celery. If you go over the 10 wing per person limit you will be charged full price , best part of it is the servers never mentioned that . So we had to pay full price for an extra 10 wings . I didn't like the way they pulled that off , food is good but will not return .

This bar/restaurant was absolutely horrible. I was starving when I got there and ordered a BBQ burger medium. When it came it was fully cooked and tasted charred on the outside, even with lettuce bbq sauce mayo onion rings and cheese on it. So I sent it back and ordered a stinger on sour dough bread but , asked them to cut up the steak and chicken. It came with the steak cut and not the chicken. By this time my date had eaten his meal and I lost my appetite. I was very very disappointed to say the least. Also, we sat in a booth on the aide that is more like a restaurant instead of a bar so it could be a little quieter....so we thought. There was only one other table of 5 sitting in the same room and they were louder than the bar was when we walked in. When mentioned to staff they just shrugged their shoulders and gave us a look like there's nothing they could do. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anybody.

My family and I decided to try takeout from here Tuesday night, but unfortunately, we were really disappointed. We ordered chicken fingers with fries, a burger, and a wrap. The burger and wrap were just okay nothing special, but edible. However, the chicken fingers and fries were practically inedible. Both were extremely overcooked, hard, and overwhelmingly salty so much so that even my kids wouldn’t eat them. For a total of $56.08, we expected much better quality.

Has gone down hill with their food... use to love their food. Ordered 3 of their "famous" grilled cheese, it was skimpy as hell. Barely any cheese, skimpy on the walnuts, all you could taste was bread. Fries tasted like they were deep fried hours ago and thrown down for a second to heat them up. They were hard as a rock. Pretty disappointed. Won't order from them again.

Ordered food by Pino via Door Dash. Apparently they have stopped making Italian soups but still have them listed and still charge you for them. They also seem to lack the ability to follow their own instructions such as “onions upon request”. I did not request onions but miraculously they came on my salad anyway. So 2 parts of my dinner gone. When I called I was told they can’t refund me that I need to call Door Dash. Also I don’t believe the same person from Pino’s (now closed) is preparing the pasta broccoli I ordered. It was bland and the pasta was overcooked. Door Dash gets 5 stars for refunding me and O’Neills/Pino’s gets 1 star because it’s the lowest I could give. First and last time for this place

I was in complete shock and disbelief by the way that the staff was treating customers during a Bills game. At one point I had thought that a waitress was an aggressive fan because of the way they she was talking to customers. The manager (older brunette women) was treating everyone like low class citizens. We even took video footage of her screaming at a table full of people. However the bartenders did a great job of managing the crowd and were nothing but pleasant. I think that the staff needs to realize that customers have the right to post reviews, videos and their experiences online. It understandable that emotions can run high during a busy game but don't take that out on customers who aren't causing any trouble and are paying good money for what you call "the ultimate fan experience". I'm sure that this place is great during the week or if you're a "regular" but do yourself a favor and never come here during a Bills home game.

Been here 3 times since my initial review and honestly I would give zero stars if possible. Wings were over cooked and like sawdust, next time crab cakes were awful and the 3rd was so bad I can't even remember what it was but I had one bite and couldn't finish and when our server asked why, he was extremely rude with me after. Then today 10/14/2023 thought let's try the pizza. Cheese was good, sauce extremely sweet and then the crust wasn't cooked, it was raw. We threw an entire pizza away. It was gross. So disappointed and finally done with this place. Was a 5 star year ago wish I could put zero today. Not eating at a place that I could get food poisoning

Horrible !!! one star because zero is not a option. The best thing on my plate was the celery. Everything was over cooked and dry. You could break a tooth on the French fries. I ordered the combo beef on weck and wings. The beef was cold and dry. The wings were so dry that I couldn't finish one of them. The fries were so over cooked they were hard and hollow. My husband got the Ruben sandwich which was also burned. We will not be back and I do NOT recommend this place.

Absolutely appalled by the behavior of the owners. Me and my husband came in for a peaceful dinner and one of the workers told a customer trying to dine in to ‘drop dead’. Completely unprovoked. This wasn’t just rude, it was violent, degrading, and unprofessional in every sense. If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine the kind of values this business is built on. Shameful, toxic, and deeply disturbing. You’ve lost our entire family’s business, and I’ll make sure others know to stay far away.

The Waiter thought she wasn’t getting a tip and stopped serving our table. Then we had to go up to the bar and ask for our check and then paused it. Then she came back and slammed our check on the table and “don’t give me this shit” with the change, and at this time we were putting the tip on the table. So my buddy went to try and resolve this issue and they were rude to him so we picked up the tip and left. Rude waiter and food wasn’t that good.

The bartender/waitress just ignored us for 10-15 minutes while we sat at a table and aggressively made eye contact with her. We just walked out without ordering any food or drinks. The place was empty and I expect it will stay the same with that kind of awful service.

Was going to call but the slice app pops and tells you they prefer you order through them, for a.95 fee. The app is useless , ordered ahead for a specific time and curbside pick up. App tells you it's ready however you get there they haven't started it yet. Don't use the app! Then the fresh cut fries should never be allowed to leave a kitchen the way they were , cold, overcooked and petrified... completely not edible. Sandwich, triple s, soggy, seasonless and sloppy. I ordered here before, the fish fry was good but the brussel sprouts, great concept but way over slopped with the seasoning. Don't recommend, never a problem across the street!!

Be very weary of this place, I visited this establishment on a visit to a buffalo bills playoff game on January 19th. After paying for our food/drinks at the establishment (Paying on Jan 19th and the payment being posted on Jan 20th), 3 weeks later me and my friend each found a brand new and separate charge on our credit cards for a random large amount which obviously raised a major concern. Please be weary of providing your credit card to the employees. Re: There was a brand new charge on February 6th and the charge was posted on February 7th. The lack of concern and sarcasm with your response is quite telling. As you stated all customers pay at the point of sale immediately. Clearly there is an employee engaging in fraudulent activities and collecting personal information. A brand new set of transactions being randomly posted 3 weeks later is grossly unprofessional and it was reported immediately once discovered and thankfully flagged as fraud from our banking institutions upon investigation. As I said please be weary of this location! Travelling to Buffalo was a great experience, unfortunately this incident left a sour taste. Go Bills

I went to O’Neils for the very first time tonight with a few co-workers. Our server was very nice . Then a bartender started to talk very loudly about our table. She claimed that we don’t tip well. She was so rude, belligerent and verbally assaulted us. She claims to be the owners daughter. I’m so sorry for the owners that she would behave like that. We paid our bill took our food to go and left a 20% tip to the nice server. If this is how they do business I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I’ve attempted to reach out to the manager, Kristen (sp?) several times with no call back. I recommend you go elsewhere and steer clear of this horrendous establishment. I ordered the beef on weck and wings combo and my combo came literally cold. The fries were ice cold. It was advertise at the meal came with coleslaw, which I also did not receive The wings were cold, I had no meat on my beef on wax sandwich or even in the box at all. I just got the roll which is extremely disappointing and annoying after waiting over 45 minutes for my order. The wings were advertised to be in any of the offered flavors on the menu. I picked honey garlic and even put it in the notes. My wings came cold and mild. The buffalo wing soup was wrapped in Saran Wrap and cold like it had just come out of the fridge. I’m extremely disappointed at the quality of my order as I won’t be able to eat any of it especially after spending almost 40 in food. I will be calling and speaking to a manager or owner

I am convinced there are 0 places to eat in Buffalo that are ACTUALLY good. Everywhere I have been to in the past THREE years is disgusting. I got the California chicken wrap, the first time I had it, I really liked it. Tonight, the guac was old, chicken was undercooked. Chicken fingers? They’re Tyson. Criss cross fries are good but very salty. Garlic bread? You mean a sub roll with American cheese and ketchup like marinara? Gross. My two year old who lives off of garlic bread wouldn’t touch this. Yuck.
