The food was good except someone else got our order and the woman that brings it to the counter was very irritated and treated us as if it was our fault. She seemed angry that another order had to be made and it was only 2 breakfast sandwiches. Plus many of the tables were dirty. Had to clean our table ourselves.

Never had such a bad experience, first time ordering through the app. Granted, I was dog walking as I ordered and wasn't familiar with this location, Not my local store as I'm dog sitting. None of this, however, should be met with the argumentative attitude I received even after I apologized for not knowing the area. Not at all a reflection on any of the other staff, but the one girl(I assume was shift supervisor/team leader or the like) had the most awful attitude & zero customer service skills on my visit at 9am on 10/19. Sorry for the other staff working on this shift as she deserves this review, not you.

There was dried feces all over the toilet in the ladies room, I told the cashier the ladies room needs attention ASAP and her response was ya ok what can I get you today, we placed our order and she continued with the drive thru and completely ignored the fact I brought it to her attention. There was 1 car in the drive thru and 1 customer at a table it wasn't a busy time to wear someone could have taken care of the facilities

Tim hortons don’t differ much, nothing special that sticks out at this small location. Sometimes you get a great breakfast sandwich and sometimes you get something hastily thrown together then thrown in a bag. Coffee is usually hot n fresh

Management is the worst at this location! Rude, completely disassociated from the patrons as well as staff, and by her own admission, " would rather be home than dealing with this!" Great management strategy and business model. Run your customers off so they dont come back

The tim Hortons app didn't vaplly my discount. I said something to the girl. She's like well sometimes it doesn't work. They need to fix the problem. Won't go back again.

I just had another bad experience with one of the employees tonight around 9:20 PM. This is actually the second time I’ve dealt with the same person, and both times she was very disrespectful. I really hope management looks into this, because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. I was at the speaker calling for service and got no reply then drove over to the window and she told me to go back around and she can’t serve me.Unfortunately it’s not the first time with the same employee

The staff was super unpleasant, the wait was crazy and don't get me wrong I've worked in fast food I understand it's not easy and always an in and out but that was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they constantly mess up on orders. They repeated my order back to me but when it was time to get my coffee and food all that was checked out was my coffee and then they had the nerve to be snippy with me when I said nevermind about the food because I was in a rush and was expecting after 25 minutes they would have had a bagel ready. Will not be visiting this location again.

While standing there the gentlemen in the back seemed to be zoning out in his own world.. it took him 16 mins to make an avacado toast. 1 slice to toast and add the avacado and seasoning. While in this process we ordered doughnuts and our drinks. They were Luke warm to cold by the time the toast was done. We asked the cashier if he was new and were kinda appalled at the comment we recieved back. I will drive further to get better service

I've gone to this Tim Hortons about 5 times and they've messed up my order every single time. It's my fault for going back. This morning I paid extra for extra sausage and bacon on my sandwich and when I get home there was no meat on the sandwich. My wife asked for chive cream cheese and they gave her regular cream cheese with barely any cream cheese at all. Do yourself a favor and find another Tim Hortons .

Every morning I order the same thing . Double stacked farmers wrap . Which is not cheap and 3 times in the last week a and half I get a regular wrap ...bullshit so better
