It's a bar, but it's a good place for lunch. No screaming kids, no tacky theme, just food and beer. Blue collar workers mostly.

I order a fish fry this evening for a 8:00 pick up. I arrived at 8:10 & it was cash only, so I left and ran to the bank instead of using the atm. When returning at 8:35 the girl went in the back and got me a fish. I waited till I arrived to a different business for another fish fry (I like having options) I went in and got the other fish fry, opened both and began eating them in my car at 8:45!!! Kettles fish and fries were still very hot! You can tell the sides are made in house from the freshness. All around 100/100! I can't really say the same about the other business. 😬 I will return for more, thank you!!!

Came from out of town. Definitely a nice little bar off the beaten path. The nice woman with black hair is the champ at multi tasking. She made mean wings too.

Kettles was the epitome of local, downhome drinking! Arnie was a great guy and always provided an awesome environment to let loose in. As with much of everything, those days are past. However the "new" owners do seem to care about tradition. I am almost as comfortable there now as ever. Granted Joni isn't there anymore. Hell, I haven't seen Erica in a couple of years now either. That's my fault though. Back when I worked at McGard, I'd stop in every week to cash my paycheck and drink a couple of Labbatt Blues while enjoying the regular crowd. Sadly that was a few years ago and I haven't been in yet this year. Tradition speaks to me though and I will be back there soon!

The owner always cares who comes and goes. Means a lot that your treated equally even if your a regular or a new be. You wanna feel comfortable, Kettles is your place. Joelle is a nice lady and cares about her patrons!

Small, quaint biker type bar. We always have a relaxing time. They usually have a band, car shows and what not to attend.

Great, friendly corner bar. The place has been completely redone so it has a new vibe with the same home town feel. Plus the food is delicious.

This place is awesome on game day. I have heard rumour that the bartender has a heavy pour because of a deviated septum due to excessive cocaine use. Although I don’t think that people ever refer to cocaine use as reasonable so the rumour mongers are probably being judgey. Order the wings and bring your own wet wipes.

First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes. Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.

Kettles is awesome! Best place to go to before a Bills game. Their hot wings are some of the BEST in Orchard Park and honestly Upstate New York. It's cash only so be prepared! Definitely recommend checking Kettles out!

When my wife and I got there Saturday afternoon we were greeted by Rob working the bar. We ordered a couple of drinks and some food, burgers and wings, great choice on both. Rob not only served us, he cooked our food. He did an excellent job with both his service and his cooking. I would recommend Kettle's to all.

Didn’t go in but I did tailgate here on the 28’th of December before the Bills game. Thanks again for opening up the lot earlier then everyone else and letting us fans get the tailgate started good and early. Had 2 outdoor out houses for going to the washroom and they were clean for at least the begging of the day. Will defiantly be back to tail gate again.

This is my first time in Buffalo area. Was supposed to be tailgating with friends but ran up on this place. Why are the wings so good? Watching Bills vs Raiders. Great crowd. Both fans here. Bar backs are fast. Drinks are real.

Went here for a sandwich with my mom she ordered chicken wings the sandwich was amazing and well worth the $6 the wings were smaller than we remembered when the other owner had. On the plus side there is a nice jukebox, the sandwiches are huge, they have a huge tv for sports, they are right near the Ralph Wilson Stadium/new era field good beer and wing special and beef on weck. You can park here and walk to the stadium. The only negative is the size of the wings

Its stressful re-opening I get it. The waitress took mine and a friend's order and lumped it together. She asked for no cheese but got my cheese and I got none. The waitress first brought out the wrong order and gave ours to another table. My friend mentioned it was worse the last time she visited.

The best thing about this place are the bartenders, Mary, Adrien, Rachel and Cindy. I must say that the food is too expensive for what you get and the bar stools are very very uncomfortable.

Inconsistent food, bartenders are great until they're not. When it's slightly busy all hell breaks lose (Can't reply, so I'll update) There were 3 bartenders when I was there and no party of 70. There were at most 10 people sitting at the bar and maybe 6 people at tables besides us. Food was good 2 weeks ago, but I won't be back for a while if ever now from the review reply. Wings were tiny this past Wednesday and dryer than dry. I choked them down.

Walked in, nope, walked out. Local bar, scarry people, seemed dirty.

I went with an open mind. Saw the 4.5 star reviews. I am giving 2 stars for 3 things: food was tasteless and the burgers are super tiny. They only accept cash. Chips with a boring burger, not even fries.

I have had to edit my review. Previous this was our go to spot after a Bills game or whenever close by. Unfortunately inflation has taken over and their prices are outrageous. There are more affordable places in the area.

Went for a fish fry and wasn't good and just wanted to drop a new one instead of giving is a chose for something else or money back will never stop for a fish fry again very disappointed with the service today I'm shocked

Female bartender Friday night august 11th was incredibly rude. Told me she would refuse to serve me only because i had an out of state ID and she “doesn’t like them” demanded other forms of ID. Proceeded to gossip to other people at the bar about the encounter as if she was 12. Very unprofessional. Not coming back.
