Tea Leaf has always been a favorite of ours! When we first moved to OP we would drive to Amherst any chance we got to visit- so when the southtowns location opened we were thrilled! We've been going since opening day and have never had a bad experience- the flavors are always amazing, the staff is always so nice and ready to offer awesome recommendations, and there is constantly a rotation of new flavors, jellies, and boba! We really love the side door access for picking up online orders (the screen facing outside to let you know when your order is ready is such a nice convenience too!) Hands down the best quality and variety for bubble tea around! 🙌🏻

I love this Tea Leaf location! The decor is so cute inside, and it’s nice and clean. The online ordering option is also super efficient. The staff creations at the counter are very fun and have encouraged me to try new flavors. Some of my favorite orders otherwise are the piña colada smoothie🥥🍍,the red bean milk tea🫘, and the mango fruit and milk tea🥭. The tapioca pearls are also always super soft, and they don’t cost extra. Such a wide variety of flavor combos at a good price with friendly and fast service. Very good! I asked for extra pearls and I got a large amount. I’ve had the Strawberry, Papaya and Honeydew! So far, Honeydew is my favorite! 😊

One of the best places to get bubble tea, especially with their specialty flavors related to the Buffalo Bills. It’s also nice that you can order ahead but we never need to wait long to get our drinks. If I had any feedback it would be to maybe have friendlier service as sometimes I feel more like a burden than a customer. But it’s a convenient location and a nice treat if you’re out shopping.

Ordered a milk tea and was pretty disappointed with it. The taste was extremely artificial. My wife had tried a couple of their other flavors and said that they both tasted artificial as well. Too bad. Was hoping to have found a good place but I guess we will keep looking. The service was really nice though and I haven't seen any other bubble tea places in the area. So I guess you could say that they are the best bubble tea I have found in hamburg, but I haven't found any other bubble tea in hamburg.

Tapioca was hard and Tiramisu was frozen :/ I’ve had better boba. Price was okay but I’d rather pay an extra $2 to get high quality tasting boba milk tea. Interior was cute and very spacious. The staff was friendly. They should invest in better tasting flavors for their beverages.

Walked in and heard the employees making immigration ice jokes. Tea was good though! Edit:You guys mentioned how it is like ICE mentioned immigration and continued to laugh about it. If it was a “joke” it was a poor joke along with your customer service by saying such in front of costumers. I’m glad you have enough privilege to degrade a situation down!
