Opinions de Little Caesars Orchard Park
I really enjoy the people in the store. Everyone I've spoken with when I walk in the doors is always helpful and kindly mannered. Enjoy the plan pizza, Hot and ready.
When they tell you the time that your order will be ready, it is true. The best pizza is the Most Bestest Thin Crust Pizza. If your diet is low on carbs, then this is the style of pizza I suggest. The customer service is great and the cleanliness of the store is more than satisfactory.
Hard workers always trying to get you in and out with your busy schedule. This is good quick pizza. If you want good Traditional Buffalo pizza don't go here. Try Nino's Pizza or Strikers around the bend.
I tired the new order online pick up in store, this particular day this they were really busy, the app was good, and not confuseing, and when I went to go get my food I had no problems at the machine. And the feeling of just walking up grabbing my food was magical no waiting in the huge lobby with like 7 people in it jus Bam food and out the door it was a grate experience and I would gladly do it again.
What can I day? Bob, who used to manage a pizzeria in Pittsburgh, sends me there with such regularity, that they know me on sight.... Great pizza at great prices. Love the choice between hot pizza ready to go and specialized pizza to call in.
Noticed a very cool pick up warming oven. Tried the newish pretzle crust.
I always order from the app and pick it up. I've always had the correct order, they always get our order correct. Good tasting pizza to!
Love the machine that holds your pizza till you pick it up! I was able to scan the code on my phone, the correct Pod opened, and I took my food. It also reminded me to get the pop that I had ordered! And the pizza was delicious!
I love Little Caesars Pizza. Don't knock it if it's been years since you last had it and didnt like it then. Try it now. Trust me you will love it again. I love the stuff crust pizza and the fact you can add extra toppings. Its always fresh and now they have the order ahead app and thats awesome. No more wait time. Its placed in a hot waiting station and its in slots that you can only get for your order. Its done by your name an number and the door or doors where your pizza is at will not open for another person but you or whoever knows your info. You pay ahead too and take pizza an go. No more waiting its awesome. Trust me. Its not just affordable, its great!
I run a skating rink and use use Little Caesars for our birthday party's. They take care of me quickly and even modify the way they slice the pizza to accommodate my needs. Occasionally I need 20 or 30 pizzas at a time and they hook me up this is an excellent place and they do run the extra mile
I'm a transplant that was a little letdown by the lack of variety when it comes to pizza in WNY. I'll drive the extra couple miles to get some good, reasonably-priced pizza. These folks made my online-order, that had multiple tweaks, like, light sauce, extra cheese and extra pep, to a T. Their thin crust is legit, I like that thin, cracker-style. Can't wait for next week's Pizza Nite!...after reading this, I sound like a shill... but I'm cool like that, yeah I'm cool like that
Scott was a goat, saved the party. Was very nice and amazing. Helped resolve a problem that my doordash driver created.
Our food was ready when we got there, safely tucked into a warming oven that we were emailed the combo to. Pleasantly surprised at the pizza. The bottom wasn't a cracker and the crust was almost fluffy.
Quick fast and polite service
Under staffed, waited six minutes while staff prepped food behind the counter as I waited patiently.
Store is always clean. The line moves fast because the staff is always working hard and moving fast. Area around the store is generally clean. You can walk in and order although you can order ahead on the app. They have a machine that takes a code from your online order and a slot opens and your pizza pops out hot and fresh. The overall product quality is on par with the cost. With that being said I’m somewhat of a pizza expert growing up working in the biz and traveling the country and surprisingly good.
I’ve been going to this location since it opened (maybe 17 years) and I’ve never really had a bad experience. Never had to wait excessively long unless the place was packed. I’ve never tried ordering through the app because waiting in the store for 5 minutes just isn’t a big deal to me and the wait usually isn’t even that long. As for the food, the place is what it is. It’s fast food pizza. I don’t think it’s terrible, but it’s definitely not even close to the best pizza. You get this pizza because it’s relatively inexpensive and quick. The dipping sauces greatly improve it (I suggest the Buffalo Ranch). The Cheesy Bread is also pretty good with butter garlic sauce. The place is small, but it’s never looked dirty to me.
I asked my husband to go into Little Caesars and tell them that we would like too large cheese and pepperoni pizzas and two orders of cheesy bread. They gave them the pizzas and two orders of crazy breads. Does anybody see the problem????? If you really like Little Caesars or go here often, then you would know that cheesy bread and crazy bread are two different things. Later when I called they said they didn't have any cheesy bread at that time so they gave us crazy bread. They just failed to tell my husband that they did not have the cheesy bread. They charged us for the crazy bread. 📞😳🫤😤. We where in town and we live 45 minutes away from town. 🤯 We didn't know what happened until we got home. 😧😵💫😡
They promise to be fast and cheap and they keep their promise. For $5-6 for an entire pizza which fills a family of 4 is great no matter how you look at it. I went in to the store, asked for a cheese and a thin crust, and there they were. I paid and was out the door in 5 minutes. I don't care too much for the regular pizza. It's not my style of sauce. But put it on a deep dish or thin crust and yum.
Stopped in today 11/19/23 830-9pm. A young man and woman working behind the counter were kind with great customer service. They support their local law enforcement and I'm very grateful for them. Thanks again 👏💯
Haven't had one of these pizzas in a long time! It actually was good! Hot and ready was a quick fix! Price went up but not much. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean and we were glad we stopped by!
First, a takeout lunch for six dollars and change is value, value! I had the pizza puffs with pepperoni. This is a four pack of deep dish pizza cupcakes with pepperoni under the thick crispy edged cheese. The pizza puffs come with that crazy good sauce that Little Caesars is known for. However, I always get extra crazy sauce for dipping. This was a filling, delicious, and quick lunch option while on the go. The pizza puffs were easier to eat in the car than a Big Mac ever thought of being. To be honest, one of the best features of Little Caesars is that online carryout orders are held in a commercial warmer that is opened with a QR code or a three digit pin. I walked in the door after being notified on the app that my pizza was ready, entered my pin and out the door. No waiting for counter service, no unnecessary line, just grab and go. Great Job Little Caesars!
Great value for decent pizza. It's not like a regular corner pizzaria so dont expect that and youll be fine. Location is next to a video store so it's a nice Friday night in one stop plaza. Food is always hot and fresh. The employees could be a little friendlier. Theyre not mean, just not exactly welcoming most of the time.
It was a great experience the women that look ether Hispanic or black whit glasses was working mad hard and was very polite the white man cashing people out on the other hand needed a attitude adjustment!. They should have more employees like the women and less like the white man
We use the app to order. It is amazing. You order, they notify you when it is done and you go in, take it out of the kiosk using a code and you are on your way. Food is always consistent. You can't beat the price either.
Didn't order ahead but still stopped in. The cashier said 5 minutes but took a few minutes more than that. But, really, that wait for a pizza is a 5th of the time in any other pizza joint. The food is always decent for something quick. No complaints.
Believe it or not I've never been in little caesar's. I was heading to my sons he hadn't had lunch or dinner (he was working on his house) he asked me to stop and grab a deep dish pizza. I did it was made fresh about 8 minutes. Wow it was great. Everyone was very polite. I will definitely go back again 👍👍👍
Used the app for the first time and the pick up portal. except they didnt put my sauce in the portal. Minor inconvenience that was rectified quickly. It would be better if employees followed through and took care of it at time of putting food in the portal. Good concept but takes thoughtful workers for it to succeed. Food goods for the price, looked like workers just threw ingredients on the pizza, otherwise good.
I never thought about ordering a veggie pizza at Little Caesar's (I tend to like pizza with meat) and appreciate that the manager offered to make one for me on a day when pepperoni pizza was not a good idea. My four-slice Lunch combo with green peppers and onions was delicious. The pizza crust was fresh, ample veggies were put on the pizza, and I would have rated it five stars except for the fact that I like a little bit more cheese on my pizza. Thanks Cameron for the recommendation!
Seems like new staff and is much nicer now. The pizzas come out well done, so just check them before you leave. Convenient area and higher prices but not terrible.
Went to this little caesars because it’s close to my work and had to try this new “Stuffed crust” pizza and was pleasantly surprised the pizza was pretty good for 10$. I placed my order inside and waited inside about 5-8 mins and the pizza was ready. I grabbed my drink and drove the 11 mins back to work. Upon arrival I feasted into the pizza and was amazed the cheese in the crust was nice and warm and the crust was crispy. Definitely will stop in again. Only note is I wish the staff was a bit more friendly.
The pizza portal wouldn't open. I showed up to pick up my online be order. When I got there, they were busy line was going out the door. I was happy I ordered online. But the door didn't open, so I needed assistance. But the food was actually as expected
Great product. I started ordering little caesars 7 months ago. I am grateful that I did. I have ordered biweekly ever since! The pizza is tasty while the prices are economical. The phone app and portal is tremendous. You just place an order on your cell phone;. A code is texted back at you with a code when pizza is ready. Give them a try!
The food is awesome especially the deep dish and cheese bread. The service is not that good. 3 people will look at you standing there waiting to order and walk away. The last time I ordered there the cheese bread and deep dish looked like deflated footballs. Great food and great price depending on what time you go and who is working.
We get hot n ready's(classic or deep dish) pizza and breadsticks w/ marinara dipping sauce typically once a week or every other week. Can't beat the price and honestly the food is pretty good (most days). What's in the box!? No, What's in that sauce!? I love the pepperoni lovers deep dish and my girl loves the classic cheese deep dish... the kids however eat everything like wild dogs... actually no.... wild dogs atleast they eat everything so there is no mess. My kids eat most of their food and leave a mess everywhere they go. The staff, or atleast whoever runs the register, well that's where they loose points in this story. I know it's hot back there and I did my time in a pizzeria 20 years ago - but if you make your customers feel like they're bothering you for placing an order then you may be doing customer service wrong. Bonus info: If the lobby is full of people waiting for food, stop whining about your personal life so loud that were all uncomfortable; please. I know everyone has some kinda bad habit in someone's eye's, that doesn't concern me. What does concern me is that 6 people are waiting to either pickup or place an order and the only one using the register is outside smoking, didn't tell a single co-worker to cover register or watch for us little people that order food... It's happened more than once at this location. *shrugs*
Food was great. Didn't take too long. Enjoyed the pizza and bread sticks for $3 you can't go wrong.
It's little Caesars so it's not the best pizza but it's edible and inexpensive. Experience I've had is if you place an order when they're busy sometimes the pizza will be overcooked slightly.
The food is good for low priced, fast food style pizza. I like the crazy puffs a lot.
I didnt realize they do not have a 5 dollar hot n ready anymore .... Exact same pizza as before but just more money it was exactly how I remembered it we got 6 pepp 2 plain cheese 4 bags of bread sticks n was 75 bucks WHICH IS NOT THAT BAD BUT FOR PIZZA THAT WILL NOT TASTE GOOD LATER YA NEED TO GO BACK TO 5 BUCKS JS
Went in for a hot n ready. Order crazy bread had to wait for them, no biggie. When I got home pizza was old and crazy bread fresh. Called and said something and they made me another pizza. Didn't really want to go back but didn't want old pizza either.
Pizza is consistent and tasted just like all Little Caesars. I actually like chain pizza places so I was good with it. The problem here is the service, it's so show that I almost walked out, this was after I paid too. I called ahead around 5:30 and ordered pizza that was supposed to be ready all the time between 4 - 8. They told me on the phone it will be 15 mins. I have them extra time just to be safe and showed up 20 mins later. Was in line for at least 5 mins, paid for the pizza and I was expecting them to hand it to me. They didn't. I wanted another 15 mins in the store, super frustrating. If they told me it would take 40+ mins that would have been fine, I would have just showed up later. Finally they hand me the pizza, I say thank you, and they say nothing at all. No apology, no "your welcome", nothin'. If you order from here, just be prepared to wait as they are extremely slow and not all that friendly either.
It was ok...doing what they do. I will say I got 2 of their regular pepperoni they have ready. One was normal..fresh and baked well. However I would have gone back there if I lived closer(and asked for a diifferent one) because the second one was obviously old and had been sitting there. It was hard...overbaked and had that stale leftover taste. Usually it is ok there..the pizza while not your great corner pizza is not bad.I am just chalking it up to a bad pizza. I will ask them to show me the pizza from now on...
When did Little Ceasars get so expensive? What happened to the $5 or $6 pizzas? Def not at this location. Hot and ready? Yea no, had to wait over 10 mins for thwm to make.and.cook pizzas.
Place was packed! About 10 people ahead of me waiting.. But they still got me two pizzas (1 classic one build your own with 3 toppings) in under 15 min. Very impressed.
I love little Caesars pizza, but this week I ordered 2 and they arrived cold and dried out. They were over cooked, hard and no sauce near crust. Was not delivery's fault. They must have grabbed pizza that was not picked up and given to me . Very disappointed and a waste of money
Great value! Fast service and depending on what you order it's ready immediately.
Will update after I get the food. Service is very slow, I ordered online 10 minutes past pick up time and my order still not ready. The 3 guys in the back look very unpaid, do not care for no type of service/proper cooking. A lady just brung back two boxes of crazy puffs, completely uncooked! And I’m still waiting for my online pre made pre paid order.
Wayyyy too much cheese and sauce and the crust is NOT crispy.. slices were not cut all the way through, so when you go to grab a square it all just rips apart.. defeats the purpose of the thin crust pizza.. was a total disappointment.. on the positive, it was only $6 and some change.. have gotten them (thin crust) from this location previous and they were 100% better.. This one was definitely Amateur Hour..
Food was undercooked and took allot longer than the app said. The app said to pick up between 8:20 and 8:25 and wasn't ready until after 8:30. And then to have it undercooked is unacceptable in my opinion. I tried to speak with the associate working the counter, but she was unable to help me telling me " she had no idea how long my order will be" . We will probably not be back here.
This location is horrible. I suggest ordering through the app but Then checking your order while still in the store. They constantly get the order wrong and are very unprofessional as far as customer service goes.
The store was a mess today. We have been there before with little to no issues. But today, it was a nightmare, there were 10-12 people waiting for their food. One lady asked for a refund because she had waited over 20 mins. I waited about 10 minutes past the estimated done time. I got in the store and saw the wait and waited 10 minutes and then I heard the employees talking how they weren't getting names with orders and the system wasn't working well. The staff were calm but clearly flustered with the overwhelming situation.
I ordered a pretzel crust with red sauce, cheese & pepperoni, Italian cheese bread & crazy bread for my daughter & her friends. The pizza was overcooked with all of the cheese brown & the crust was burnt. The cheese bread was cooked the same with all of the cheese brown & bubbled. The crazy bread is usually fluffy, soft & buttery.. it was thin & cooked to a brown crisp. Not a single piece of the bread was soft. I don't know the team that was working that night but they all need to be fired putting out food that was inedible! The only reason that it wasn't sent back is because I was away and had someone pick it up and drop it off to them so I never saw it until later that night when I came home and most of the food was still there because they wouldn't eat it.
This Location is hit or miss. Sometimes order is made with no issue. Other times it's like the food had been sitting out for awhile. I've picked up from the portal and the counter. Pizza portal seems to have a mind of its own. Works when it wants too. I still don't understand why This company doesn't put parchment paper in the pizza boxes to help absorb moisture/grease. I also believe all completed pick up orders should be placed in a warmer, lower decks would make sense. But definitely not just let them sit on the staging counter.
Would not add mushrooms to a thin crust pizza, said it would mess up thier counts. Asked for district managers phone number, and they couldn't find it. Stupidest thing I have ever heard of, either poor customer service or poor training. Good thing Domino's is opening more locations!
I ordered on line. I still waited 35 min after my slotted time. I was not impressed with the pizza. It was just off.
The pepperoni pizza was over cooked and the pretzel pizza was cut by a 3 year old. Customer service was terrible...the lady working the counter greeted me with "what do you want?" Not worth it.
The pizza was burned on the top. This was my 1st visit here. It was disappointing because I hadn't had Little Caesars since 2017 because I moved out of the area.
I got a pizza there once. The next day I was hungry again but didnt have any cash. So I put some sauce and cheese on the pizza box I still had and ate it. I couldn't tell the difference between that and the pizza I'd eaten the day before.
The food was terrible! Pizza rolled tooooo thin. Just was not appetizing at all. Will never purchase from this establishment ever again! It was not a clean well runned Little Caesar's pizza.
The two times I’ve eaten from here I’ve gotten Food poisoning. My bf and his buds had this locations pizza on 1/28/23 and three of them are now sick. Blowing chunks sick. Please don’t order from here.
Tried ordering online and couldn't get it to work multiple times. Store said their online ordering doesn't work. Wouldn't give me the deal. Had to order full price. Bait and switch. Is this legal?
Had two instances where the workers didn't put my food in the pickup shelf and it was cold, asked for help on deaf ears as one employee was mopping and discovered the food by accident. Horrible
My husband went to get a half cheese with half cheese stick pizza. Worker says an amount my husband knew was too much. When he asked him what for, the worker says for the pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks you ordered. My husband said that was not what he ordered and the worker began yelling at him because now had to cancel and redo the order. He also said to me that the worker seemed irate when he walked in. Perhaps he was understaffed, but that's no way to treat the elderly customers. My husband told him to forget it and went to pie o mine instead. They are courteous to their customers!
3 or 4 people working with insane waits, took basically an hour for 1 pizza and some breadsticks
Tried to order a pizza. I asked what the combo pizza was called on the menu and tried to order. I was hung up on 3 times after being told what to order. The employee was very rude and disrespectful and I will never return to that location. I’ve been going there for years. Management should really remove people like this from the workplace
Sad to write this. Little ceasers has always been a easy go to for a simple meal. Our electricity was out due to a squirrel or something so we couldn’t cook. Decided on this location and it was simply AWFUL. I’ve little ceasers for years so I’m not knew to the taste. But when the crazy bread tasted awful. And that’s CRAZY. idk what this location is doing wrong but save yourself and drive an extra 5 minutes to a different location. Wished I spent 5 extra and went somewhere else. Literally can’t even eat it
Why is the credit card machine always down at the orchard park ny store? Then when you go get cash they tell you it will be 30 minutes because they can’t do anything with the register til they call to cancel the previous transaction that isn’t working. Fix your credit card readers please! And the workers will look right at you and not say “it will be a few minutes” they just ignore you while you stand there waiting as they make pizzas.
Got a slices-n-sticks pizza, it was not cooked all the way. Called the location and was hung up on twice. They said Because I used the little Caesar’s app I was told that door dash should have check to make sure it was done prior to being hung up on. I said that it was their responsibility to cook it and they said door dash should be checkin. I said so they should put their hand in the pizza to check. They said yes. I guess they assume door dash should shove their finger in the pizza to make sure it’s done.
This Place has really gone downhill as of late. I dont see it being open for much longer unless something is done. The food is terrible. Shame on the manager for allowing this. Someone is going to get ill off of this gross old food, not cooked properly either.
I placed an order yesterday for 2 and a half hours later, I got there at 3:40, the pickup time was 345-3:50, I waited 10 minutes and walked in at 3:50 my order was still not done, 5 minutes later they put it in as done, I take it and think to check outside, wrong order. Had my name on it, had what it was supposed to be on the receipt, was the wrong order. And I'm not the only one. One woman came in for a pickup and she had to stop them after they gave her a normal pizza, because she'd ordered a deep dish, women after me, left her go to go back in because her order was wrong too. All the while there was a dash driver who's been waiting at least half an hour for the pickup and complaining about it. I told them to cancel my order at the counter, which they heard and tried to stop me saying my order was ready, it wasn't, before I called a support number and was told they would deal with the refund. I'm now waiting to see if they actually cancelled my order, or if they marked it as picked up or something and I need to call my bank. My suggestion, I last visited 2 years ago, it's still a hard. Find a different place. Even if this is the closest location to you, do not go here. It's always been horrible.
I tried calling to place an order, and unfortunately they picked up and hung up on me 5x. Didn't get a Hello. Just picked up and hung up. That's a serious red flag that they're unprofessional and I'm not eating there.
I just stood there for 15 entire minutes while the girl behind the counter poured sauce into cups. I’ve worked in a pizzeria for 5 years I know you get busy sometimes but when all I want is a lunch special right in front of me that’ll take you 2 seconds I definitely do not expect to stand there for 15 minutes. She waited to service the guy after I had said to her “hey can I just order my food it’s been 15 minutes” until I walked out of the place that’s when she was like yeah let’s service this guy. Absolutely ridiculous.
Waited for over 20 mins. They didn’t cut my pizza. Twice. I went back, they took it, “cut” it and gave it back. Still not cut all the way through!!! Looked and tasted awful as well. The district manager doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t seem to care AT ALL. Finally after calling customer service multiple times (on hold for at least 10 minutes each time) I was sent a gift card with a $0 balance. What ever happened to people simply doing their jobs and good customer service???
Have waited over 45 minutes for just some dang pep pizza. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back. Haven’t even got my food yet. Just amazed how bad the service is.
The place was filthy. The young man, although pleasant, kept pulling up his pants and fiddling around his junk! No gloves! When handling transactions did not wash his hands when returning to handle the food. I didn't want to order from here and my daughter was not covert in her, ok mom let's go, look at your face. I took a chance and ignored my initial gut feeling and ordered from there anyway. The pizza WAS terrible! Rolled too thinly for the regular crust, and wet soggy undercooked doughy pizza for the deep dish. Everything we ordered was awful and not the new standard for the new much better-tasting Little Caesars pizza! Will never use this establishment again. Corporate really should temporarily close this one down for a deep, deep clean and reorganization, on top of retraining on how to properly make a pizza.
I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza from the orchard park location and it was delivered. The pizza was burned so bad I couldn't eat it. For them to knowingly give someone a pizza like this is beyond me. I'll never order from here again.
Received a pizza that looked and tasted awful to the point that no one could even eat it. Put in a complaint as I didn’t look at the pizza until I got home. A “manager” Bill called me and I missed it. Called him back 4 minutes later and two days later still no response. Ridiculous. So unprofessional to ignore call backs not once but twice and then not call back at all. Check your pizza before you leave this establishment or your stuck with what you get!!
Placed my order for 2 hot and ready pizzas and crazy bread and waited for my order. 5 or 6 orders get processed and served hot and ready pizzas, as well as a special made pizza, after mine and I am still waiting. After taking another order they decided to ask me what I was waiting on and I told them. He then told me that they were making hot and ready pizzas and that it would take another 15 minutes, at this point I asked for my money back and left with no food.
I was very disappointed in the services. I went to get some pizza at 11:10 am and the doors were still locked and there was a female behind the counter just talking on her phone. When i ordered my food she complained I took all of the food she made. (I got only 2 normal pizzas, an extramostbest and cheese sticks). The extramostbest pizza looked just like the 2 normal little caesers pizzas. There was no extra pepperoni on it what so ever.
Worst service ever. So disappointed. I waited for 30 mins in store and NO ONE acknowledged me. My food sat ready that whole time. It was cold and not fresh. Never have I been treated so poorly. Unbelievable- will go out of my way for another store because that was bullshit
Given the wrong order, went back to get undercooked wet pizza by the kids wearing AirPods. Little ceasers? More like Massive soggy dog water
Phone doesn’t get answered. Orders get lost, online orders especially! Apparently they are so slow here they can wear Bose headphones while working. Just ask Jolimar! Any manager working here?? Please reach out to me! Your employees sure sucked today!!!
I haven't stopped at this location in a few years, and to say I was disappointed in my lastest trip is a understatement. First the location itself is gross, even the front counter and condiments are covered in grime, grease, dust, and stains. Second the terrible customer service, I was greeted by a younger woman who walked up to the counter after I waited few mins in an empty restaurant. My presence must have annoyed the employee as the only thing she said to me was "What?" with obviously resentment. Whatever get home open my food, and 2/3 of the pizza is crust, maybe one full slice of worth of cheese on the entire pie, the cheesy bread still uncooked in the center and uncut. If I could give less than 1 star I would, the health department needs to shut that place down.
Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered 2 pizzas and didn’t receive the correct at all pizzas, called about a refund and associates had a nasty attitude and refused a refund. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again. Not to mention they also didn’t give me the sauce for the crazy bread ordered. Just completely got order all wrong and manager said it was because someone came in and didn’t want to wait so they handed it to them.
I used to like this pizza for a quick dinner when we didn’t have time to cook. Always ordered the deep dish cheese and pepperoni. The 2nd last time the pizza was dry, so this last time I ordered special and requested extra sauce. It was just as dry, undercooked (or the dough was days old), and simply not as good as it was over a year ago. It’s gone down hill fast. That was our last visit. I would not be surprised if this place closes due to the poor quality food, which may be due to poor quality workmanship or inattentiveness. It’s too bad because it used to be ok imo.
A complete disaster. Wanted to adjust my pickup time. Called for a half hour never once did they answer the phone. After not seeing any updates on the tracker, I arrived when my order was supposed to be ready, and they had no idea what was going on. They hadn't even started it yet. There were an average of 5 people waiting along with me the whole time enjoying the same experience. When I got the order a half hour after the time it was wrong.1 star because zero isn't an option. The person I assume is manager was nice about at least. Never again.
Absolutely 0 stars. My pizza wasn’t even cooked. Flabby and practically raw dough,my whole family got sick immediately after even attempting to consume.from other reviews it sounds like they’re not very sanitary so I’ll be calling the Better Business Bureau to have their manager investigated because apparently being on your phone and serving dropped food items, and not wearing gloves,is how they run this business. Do NOT eat here.
I ordered a pizza that was on special for 9.50, I got 2 of them and they double charge me, I also got 2 crazy bread that was on special for $6 and I got overcharged. When I complained about the screw up I wanted the bill corrected and to be refunded the overcharge portion of my bill. I waited 25 more m minutes for my order, and I was told they canceled my order. This incompetence is unexceptable! This location is terrible, it should be shut down I waisted all that time there and missed the bills game. I never had to wait 40 minutes for a hot n ready pizza before, these guys in there are all slow. I will not be ordering here anymore. I encourage anyone reading this not to either, there is a reason little ceasors shuts down in multiple locations, the service sucks and it's manned by people that don't know what they are doing.
I ordered a LARGE cheese & peperoni with an 8 piece MILD wings. I was told that it would be about a 20-30 minute wait. Not very hot and ready if you ask me. When going to pick up the pizza I was not greeted. Employees were having a conversation that seemed to make them forget that they were in a professional environment. They charged me for a large cheese and pepperoni, I received a small 14" pizza which was extremely soggy. On top of that, they gave me Buffalo wings that tasted microwaved and they weren't crispy at all. The total cost for this disaster of a pizza dinner was $20.06. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering from this one EVER again. Such a shame. Little Caesars is usually my go to pizza place in any other town but apparently not in Orchard Park NY. 👎👎👎
