Usually served fast. Once in awhile old hard buns or breakfast sandwiches are kept too long and I find out when I get home

Great service unlike the McDonald's in East Aurora. This place accented a voucher for free food that I had received from McDonald's corporate offices for the poor service I was given by the staff at the East Aurora McDonald's that the staff at the East Aurora McDonald's wouldn't accept. That explains it right there.

Was lost trying to drive back to Canada on a Saturday midnight, cellphone was dead. The drive-through girl and a gentleman working in the back were both very nice and kind, they gave me directions to the highway towards the border. Really appreciate their help, I did not order anything but from outside the building it was a very clean and well-organized property.

This location has always gotten my order right, never any issues. Great food, kind staff, quick service, great area. My go-to McDonald's.

this location is extremely professional: quick and friendly. You don't get stuck in a wrapped drivethru indefinitely like other locations. They also make it easy to give your mobile order information.

I was surprised by how efficient everything was. It was fast service and I barely had to interact with anyone. The staff I did talk to were very kind and I appreciate how hard their job must be with how hectic everything was. Even though there were a ton of people both inside and in the drive thru, it took less than 5 minutes to get my entire order. I'm impressed

Was on a trip and was hungry. Went to counter and woman was very helpful and very patient. We received our order and great time. The food was hot and it was a great experience except when I had to go to the bathroom there was no toilet paper. The garbage was overflowing the bathroom was terrible I suggest bringing some wipes with you.

I often stop at this McDonald's. When I'm working they get a breakfast sandwich and they do a really good job of making my sausage Jake McMuffin because I tell him I want it dark instead of just barely cooked and they are happy to comply. Other things that I've ordered in the past have been really good and they do listen when you tell him you don't want something on it on anything. They make sure that there's nothing on there. That's the way that you actually want it

They place is clean, updated, and streamlined. The biggest issues at this location is that they tend to mess up the orders, not as bad as some other locations but bad enough. I had to go in today because they messed up the drive-thru order, no issue correcting it but it's a hassle to have to order the car, mask up, get out and go inside to get the correct order.

I still don't know why I eat this stuff, but I have to give it up to these guys! The staff is friendly, the food is good... service was quick - nothing like the stores in my neighborhood. They even brought the food to our table. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW CLEAN THIS PLACE IS!!

New remodel for an old classic. Can be a challenge pulling in to the lot, but with exits on both side streets, you can usually get in/out easily.

The fries are good but very unhealthy. And the chicken nuggets are the best I've ever had although they are probably processed. And the cheese burgers arent very good

I had intended to purchase a chicken sandwich, but it seemed that the crew was having issues turning them out. I went with the $5.00 burger meal deal instead.

It's always busy and there's always only one register open. It is always a long wait to get your order in and a long wait to get your order. The restrooms could use more attention and the floors seem greasy

Regularly slow for fast food. The orders are usually accurate. BUT the drive thru has been consistently slow with no explanation. Very inconvenient when needing something quick.

Visited the drive-thru.. Young woman who took my order and money was very kind as always (Tall brunette with glasses and black earrings) but the young man who was at the second window came to it with food all over his shirt as if he spilled while eating, didn't look at me when window opened, and basically threw the bag into my car, and the drive-thru window closed.. Most experiences here have been a bit better than that. One-offs are bound to happen.

An attractive, clean restaurant with employees who are friendly and try hard to please. However, each time that we have visited this location, the customers are all stand around talking about the unorganized service, cold food and mixed-up orders that they have received.

The new self serve kiosks will take some time to get familiar with. Was a little overwhelmed with all of the customizing that could be done to a simple order. New color scheme in the lobby seemed strange to me. Completely different feel.

Burger was a mess.tiik forever for someone to speak on the drive thru and there was no customers in the place. Also hard to get in and out of .bad location. All these fast food drive-ins should put menus before you get to the speaker so you have a chance to read it while waiting in line

Just after a busy lunch; tables that were available needed cleaning. Kid Meals (boxes & prizes) were out of stock when we received our food. An apology was offered; but our Grandsons were totally disappointed. However, when leaving supplies were brought in from another location. The boys were happy again. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par, at least, not to what I used to expect 😢. Definitely better tasting in the years gone bye.

Don’t get me wrong, this place is nice. But the staff are always the problem. The large man who took my order sounded miserable and rude. Literally felt like something out of a movie I couldn’t beleive this dude was real 😂 but in all seriousness he was pretty rude and lacked customer service skills Ive never experienced a more miserable employee. I don’t mind this, but every time I come I have to pull forward and wait for food.

It's McDonald's. But the girl at the drive thru window gives off a rude vibe. When she asks, almost interrupting you, "Anything else?" With her super bored tone, she gives the impression that she doesn't want you to order anything else! Take a half second pause, converse with the customer! Not: "I'd like a small fri-" "Anything else." Try: I'd like a small fry." "Ok. Would you like anything else?" Makes a huge difference. I felt like ending my order before I ordered everything because she kept really rudely cutting me off, and had that bored tone of voice, like she would like nothing better than for me to go away.

Waited forever inside. Took mostly all orders in drive-thru while I stood there. Got home and was shorted 1 cheeseburger, but had already paid and was home.

There was only 1 family and 1 guy in the restaurant when I walked in and ordered breakfast meal and then I sat down. It took about 10 min for them to bring me my food. I looked over at the counter as I am waiting and I see the worker on her cellphone.

They were so rude,one of the people there called me stupid on the phone.and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager.

It was clean they seem to have a steady business but for some reason I had just come from the urgent Care and all I wanted was some nuggets and a milkshake and it took for freaking ever! Other than that A okay

1st.. I had to place my own order at a kiosk and didn't pay less for doing their job for them. The employees were standing around doing nothing.. Liberally! I was the only person waiting for their food inside the restaurant & I had to wait 25 mins after I placed the order. And it would have taken longer if the manager hadn't stepped in (after I told him) to make the order! The only reason I have them 2 stars is because the girls at the window & the registers were nice to us. I guess that's what they are paid for.. To stand there.

The food was fine . But very recently this particular McDonald's installed computerized kiosks that you have to order from . I don't like this at all . It's easier , in my opinion , to just tell a human being what you want and then pay the person . Now , you have to go to a kiosk put your own order in , then you go to the register and pay the person . So , they've added another step for the customer . They've made it easier on themselves , not the customer . I'll go to a McDonald's that hasn't installed the kiosks .

I ordered a mint green shamrock McFlurry. It looked kind of gross.... I almost didn't take it. It had this intense level of radioactive looking green layer on top that was dripping down the side, and the lid wouldn't stay on. The spoon handle was completely slimed too. The green flavoring wasn't mixed into the McFlurry...it literally was only on the top. It was very weird, and I wouldn't order it again.

If this McDonald's wasn't at a convenient location I would avoid it. They mess up orders (BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER A DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER, SO FAR I HAVE HAD A 50% SUCCESS RATE OF GETTING THE SECOND PATTY INSTEAD OF A NORMAL QUARTER POUNDER). Also quality could be better.

Advice: If you plan on a breakfast sandwich make sure you do do before they start changing over to their lunch menu. Very bad biscuit with our sausage sandwich fell apart and was not really pleasing. Overall you get what you pay for.

Came to get the new crispy strips they were not made to order were half soggy half crispy don't bother with the app to report anything it's useless and employees are no where to be found up front nor do I have the time to wait

I came through the DT for a smoothie, a big Mac meal and a Vanilla shake. I waited in the DT for almost 10mins just for my shake to be wrong and my fries stale...as a fast food employee I get it but it was highly disappointing since I just got off my shift at Tacobell...I think we treat the McDonald's employees well especially on nightshift...so it wasn't nice

Cant get an order right....ever!. Ordered 2 cheese burger meal, and 20 nuggets with sauce. I get home and theres no burgers, and no sauces. So I'm stuck with 20 dry nuggets and no burgers.

Ordered food through DoorDash. They never gave me my french fries with two different meals.

They allowed someone to sit in the drive through window for an exceptional amount of time. By the time I got to the window for my food, it was cold. I asked them to remake it.

My app has been malfunctioning for a long time despite repeated attempts to fix the problem, I only went to this location because I had a 30% off discount on the app, the mobile order would not register and the manager either lied or was incompetent in saying she couldn’t manually discount the order when other managers have done it apologizing for the inconvenience

McDisappointed again! Seems more often than not my order is not filled correctly. Was looking forward to being the big hero and decided to bring stuff home to the little people in my house. But mostly looking forward to my big mac. Had to wait and milk shake/ice cream machine were down. Got home with filet o fish and warm mush fries. My son even commented. Why do you go there? They always screw up your order! I dont know son, I dont know... Totally Mc Sad !

So THIS is what a higher fast food salary gets you at a McDonald's. A Burnt burger, one pickle, and half a shriveled up thin meat thing. Wait no onions anymore just 2 lonely onion bits. Orchard park where we pay higher taxes and our fast food is so fast we just get a bun.

This place was horrible the burgers we so over salted so were the fries my burgers were also burned and i dont even know how that's possible I used to work at one the grill is on and automatic timer to make sure you dont burn them and they managed it horrible horrible experience iv been here a few times and every time they sucked avoid this one go somewhere else

This is by far the worse McDonald's ever. We come here just for the play land. If they didn't have the play land I would never come to this location. Food is always cold. I ordered a hamburger no pickle I got a hamburger only ketchup when I took it back they were all behind the counter manager included talking about the "N" word just laughing and carrying on. While waiting I noticed my receipt also had a artisan chicken on there which I did not order or receive. When I asked the manager about it she gave me my money back for the chicken sandwich as well a a eye roll. Instead of standing around talking smack like y'all from the hood maybe they should be cleaning instead. The place is disgusting. To be clear this is the McKinley near Abbott rd. Location. ( the only playland left around here)

The food is McDonald's. You know what your getting. The service and atmosphere was disappointing. While eating at a table there was a associate who seemed to be running the place that was heard yelling at another employee, tell them if they didn't like or do something(unknown what that was)then to just leave. The employee being yelled at was upset and went to the bathroom. Not only was this inappropriate behavior for any employee in a workplace but it was immature and embarrassing to have to witness. I was in a booth in the front of the building and heard the argument as clearly as if I was standing next to them. I child sitting at another table nearby even asked his father why they were yelling. I know it's difficult to find good workers but the level of professionalism must be stepped up.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and got vanilla ice cream. No hot fudge on it at all.

Order has always been correct and food was fresh. Edit: just ordered lunch and got to work with the worst sandwiches I have ever seen. Ordered an Egg Mcmuffin and it just had an egg on a muffin, no cheese or Canadian bacon. Ordered a Sausage Mcmuffin with egg and received a clearly old muffin and a one third peice of square egg, not even the egg that comes on the sandwich, or the whole thing. They clearly were low on supplies and gave me scraps to complete the order. That is not acceptable.

Ordered a Qtr Pounder w/cheese but no pickle. Received my sandwich and it had 4 pickles under the cheese. The sandwich only when properly dressed is supposed to have two pickles and they are to be placed on top of the cheese with the other condiments. This is why I gave them 1 star because I believe they did this in spite.

They tried to kick us out after taking 25 minutes to make our food. Rude workers and wrong order still. DO NOT GO THERE if you have any common sense!!!

Took almost 25 minutes to even get my food during non peak business hours and when I did, the quality was extremely poor. I've ordered the same order at other locations and not once have I not been pleased with the product I received. This isn't the first time that this location has had issues like this before. Now, usually I wont post reviews of places like the one I'm posting now but, I feel that this needs to be out there for people to see.

Food is okay but the service is terrible. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to get attitude from some little girl. Usually when I come through I am greeted with a smile from majority of the staff that run window. but the blonde taking cash in the back is the rudest and makes you feel like an intruder. The last thing anyone wants when trying to get food. I don’t need some 16 year old girl boosting her own ego while working a fast food job. Just a tip for this mcdonald’s to train their staff better and teach them to be nice to the customer. After all it is their job

Order at 10:25 on app (everything available) at drive through window at 10:28, order confirmed, at payment window (10:31) manager says they can’t make breakfast food and could make me lunch substitutes instead. I left instantly and canceled order on app. Magical breakfast Barrier. Complain to corporate to fix the app so unavailable food isn’t available in app or make the food that comes in the order it’s not rocket science. Won’t be back and although I may be ashamed at how much I eat McDonald’s, I would go to this location TOO often.

the staff here are weirdly condescending , including the manager guy. seemed like they got off on being really alienating and belittling towards me for asking for a shot of espresso in iced water, instead of hot water. it wasn’t that crazy but they made a huge spectacle about it, made me explain the drink several times (again, it’s a shot of espresso in iced water, it’s not for everyone but i enjoy it due to my dietary restrictions), made me ask for my money back several times , told me no one asks for that, and walked around the place laughing at me. honestly never been treated like this anywhere in my life. i hope they feel like nice people deep down inside and not the borderline abusive clique that they actually are. you really don’t know why a person asks for something a certain way, and it’s not really for you to understand. you should just be kind to people because there was nothing to gain from this situation except some weird sense of satisfaction they got from mistreating a customer on a busy saturday morning because they felt like it.
