Absolutely love ❤️ this place. It has decent food, reasonable prices, great atmosphere and reasonable beverage prices. If you like sports ( go bills) they have all the games on. If you go once you will definitely return. Great job BBG!
Really good service. They took reservations and were quite accommodating especially with our 1 year old twins. I had beef on weck since I haven't had it in awhile. The beef was very tender, horseradish which I love was super hot, so if u like it, may want to just try a small amount first. Only thing I didn't like about my sandwich was by the time I got it, all the juices got absorbed by the roll, turning mushy and making it hard for eat. Others I went with had broiled fish which they said was good.
The best open faced prime rib sandwich ever! It is served with a stuffed banana pepper on top!!!! 😀😀😀 Kyle and Jill have been very attentive and accommodating during every visit. Never a disappointment here! Always a great time! Live music!
Went there for dinner with my girlfriend after work, before an oil change appointment. We received a warm greeting from the host, but opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was awesome! Great personality, very funny, and always attentive. Made some great suggestions once we narrowed down the menu to a couple of things we were interested in. She had a southwestern chicken salad (a special, I think), and I had wings, because it was wing night. Not the cheapest deal on wings, but they were big, and done just right, with a crispy skin, but not dried out. I got the hot honey sesame wings, and they were awesome. I'm usually a medium kind of guy, but sometimes go for teriyaki or honey medium (honey butter BBQ at Bar Bill are my favorite), so the honey sesame sounded great, as did the maple bacon. I mentioned that and the hot honey sesame to the bartender and his response was "Hot honey sesame. Don't think, just do," and boy was he right. They're definitely in my top 5 now. They were crispy, and tender, but if I had to have one complaint, it was that there was a LOT of sauce on the plate, which can make them get a little soggy, but it's great for dipping other food in. My girlfriend kept dipping her chicken into the extra sauce. The beer selection is also great, and, again, the service at the bar could not be better. We're not in the area all that often, but we'll definitely go back again.
Amazing portions! Had the turkey club and I had lot's for lunch the next day. It was really good too with the hummus as a spread on the bread. Service was fast and our server was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
First visit. Food was delicious. We had pulled pork and a Reuben. I'm fussy, food must be hot. It was perfect. Our server, a gentleman, was right on top of things. We were very pleased. .prices very reasonable & great selection
Stopped here for dinner before an event at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Laid back atmosphere. The food was very good - they have several different kinds of hearty mac and cheese. The sangria they had was great and our server was very friendly. Check it out!
Good people! Ate here many times it's always delicious. We parked here for a bills game and they were very hospitable.
Open-faced prime rib sandwich is so amazing! The Mac n cheese dishes are also delicious. I haven't had anything I didn't like. Service is also great as well.
The food is totally amazing from here! Anything I’ve ever gotten from here is delicious! The staff are also amazing and great to talk to! Totally would recommend, this is truly Buffalo’s Best Grill!
They catered our wedding on 10/01/22 and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Not only was the food great but the service the day of was top notch as well. We got a lot of compliments about the food from our guest and even the servers that day. Having good food for your wedding is extremely important and if you're looking for a caterer look no further. You work with a lot of different people when you plan a wedding and working with Kimmarie was literally great, she took a amazing care of my wife and I and made the process seamless. Thank you Kimmarie and the rest of Buffalos Best Grill & Caterer team!
Stopped in tonight. Clean, good crowd. Delicious food! Beef on Weck, wings and some great draft beer. Prices were very good. Highly recommend!!!
We had the Thanksgiving dinner buffet & it was excellent! The layout of the food stations was great! They had a wonderful variety from starters, to sides, to carving station & desserts; everything was clearly labeled and, although it was crowded, there was never a wait-everything flowed smoothly! The entire staff was attentive & friendly! I highly recommend Buffalo's Best Grill!! Looking forward to a return visit!! The experience exceeded our expectations!
We had Buffalo's BEST Grill cater our office holiday party yesterday. The food was outrageously delicious! Everyone was very happy with the options we chose. They arrived on time & helped set it all up. We also have a few vegans and they had no problem making separate entrees for them! Highly recommended for your party needs. 5 Stars!!!
This was an excellent Thanksgiving buffet feast at a very reasonable price. Everything was cooked perfectly and hot. The carved prime rib was so tasty and the carved turkey was so moist and fork tender. There was no way anyone could have left there hungry. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Buffalo Best Grill Restaurant! The pasta dish I ordered was absolutely delicious – cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The cozy ambiance and attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. A definite recommendation for anyone craving a delightful dining outing!
Stopped in because I was in the area and I recommend everyone try the baked goods. The pineapple cheesecake was out of this world! I would go back just for that
Very nice place and atmosphere. Food customer service outstanding. The specials are worth trying as they are reasonable and very good portions. If you are a veteran be sure to show your id for an added discount. I highly recommend Buffalos Best Grill and will continue to frequent it
Picked this place because it wasn’t a chain!!! Great choice!!!! This place has some of the best wings I’ve eaten at. The Prime Rib sandwich is to die for pepper on top will be a little warm for some people, I loved it. Matt our server was very good at his job. My only complaint was the beer glasses from the bar weren’t chilled. Here from OH-IO wish we were closer!!!!!!
Great Bills Day meeting place. Best Pizza I have had in years ! The Wings were cooked just right. They have bottles of their Wing Sauce on every table too. The owner is there to oversee its operation.
They catered for a graduation party we attended today. I was so impressed with the gentleman who delivered the food- He was caring, helpful, professional, and just unbelievably selfless- he found out we were out of bottled water and personally went to the store to get us a couple of cases. We never expected that compassion and selfless act of kindness. Oh and the food- it was absolutely outstanding!!!! Everything they made was delicious, fresh and hot!!! Wonderful company!!!
The best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. Their creamy cucumber salad was wonderful. Service was the best.
The staff here are truly amazing! After attending a Bills game, my sister and I stopped by for a drink and some food, and both were fantastic. The atmosphere was incredible as well. After we left, I realized I had accidentally left my wallet behind. One of the staff members found it and went above and beyond to return it to me. Since I live in Canada, this thoughtful staff member even mailed it back to me. I am incredibly grateful and will definitely make this my go-to spot for all my pre- and post-game visits when supporting the Bills! :)
Buffalo best catered my daughter’s funeral breakfast. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The French toast was a hit and the red potatoes. Highly recommend Kim was very easy to work with and responded fast to questions Thank you
Food was wonderful and service was great! We had the sausage stuffed mushrooms for an app, husband had the cowboy Reuben and I had 4he Buffalo best dip sandwich thing. Every was absolutely delicious! Portions were good size too, so we had to take a out half home. Nice selection of draft beer as well. I even broke out of my comfort zone and tried some oatmeal cookies beer.... Definitely different than my usual Guinness, which is also on tap, but not bad. Loved the bar and atmosphere as well. We're definitely hoping to be back!
We had our grad party catered and had the pulled pork, bbq hamburgers and chicken cordon bleu. The food was amazing. Great price, amazing food and awesome service from the beginning to end!
The food is always delicious. Very good wings!
A gem to be discovered here in the Buffalo area,Fantastic Food,Fun entertainment and really nice Folks..whatcha waiting for ? And..Buffalo's Best Bakery is a MUST ! DUBAI CHOCOLATE CHEESCAKE
We had dinner tonight at your restaurant. The food was amazing and the customer service was also amazing our waitress Grace I can’t say enough about her. She made her dining experience extraordinary. We definitely will be going back
Tried this place after driving past it for yrs. We went during the week on a Wednesday . The atmosphere is a sports bar. The menu is soup , sandwiches, burgers and a few main special entrees, so we tried the specials. Let me tell you, look at the picture, it is better than it looked. We we asked to talk to the chef which he came out and complimented him on the flavor. We will be going back.
I went there as a guest the other day for a baby's first birthday and it was such a warm welcoming vibe. The space provided was such a generous size, the set up was so cute as well. The food was phenomenal- she had buffet and assorted drinks all set up when we arrived. The staff was so nice, I thought it was just self clean up but there was a lovely waitress who took our plates for us when we were done, she was very pleasant and full of smiles!!! Overall it was a great time as a guest and is on my list for future party hosting venues now!! Parking lot was nicely plowed as well! Thanks! Great job!
I got the 1/2 turkey sub lunch special for 10 bucks. I was blown away by the portion size, it was huge! I don't love turkey, but it was prepared very well and I was extremely happy with it. The bartender was very hospitable as well, will absolutely come back again!
We went on a Saturday night, were served pretty quick for a table of 7. Food was great, the kitchen seemed a little slow but it was hot and delish, worth the wait!
I'm grateful for this restaurant and it's really great workers. I'm so glad it's open late, let's me sit in booths, and had great food and great service! I'm so grateful for this place, beyond belief! I love the way the food tasted, it filled me up, and it came so quickly! I'm so lucky this place exists, I'm definitely coming back here!
Always a great stop for reasonably priced drinks and specials. Their $10 lunch deals carry into Saturday which is a nice bonus. Mondays are wing night (our go to's are wet cajun, maple bacon, and honey mustard) and their $10 Sunday omelet bar simply cannot be beat for the amount of food you get!
First time eating here and the food was amazing 🤤 I got the whiskey glazed burger and my husband got the smash burger. We also ordered the buffalo chicken dip and it was very excellent 👌🏼 Fries were crispy and the burgers were perfect! Service was great!! I forgot our waitress's name, but she did a wonderful job! Definitely recommend stopping by for lunch!
Happen to stop by this food place traveling from Rochester looked the menu online plates looks good and affordable . To my surprise the hospitality and the welcoming was exquisite, warm, and sincere had the best 15 minutes of my life . Thank you guys best experience ever. phenomenal time.OMG the Chico wing garlic parm 😘delicioso..
We came with a large group (10 people), and apparently the reservation wasn't placed, but they were able to seat us almost immediately. Service was a little slow, but I feel they were under staffed. Food was good, they had a deal for 7 dollars apps not including chicken wings. Overall had a good experience
Nice atmospere, waitress was wonderful and made the experience a good one. First time there. Lemon Pepper broiled fish was okay yes, just okay. I would have to try something else to have a better grasp on their menu because today did not wow me.
Plusses: has a dining section separate from the seating in the bar area for folks who want a quieter bite to eat. Menu is diverse enough with apps, sandwiches, salads, entrees and specials. Nice mix of tap and bottled beer, wines by the glass and spirits. Casual friendly with lots of regular patrons is the vibe, but I felt relaxed and well attended to on my recent visits. Food was served accurately cooked and fresh and it was obvious that they take time over presentation because the dishes were all plated very attractively even during service at the bar. Minuses: it can get a little loud at times when the music is playing or a musician is performing and the crowd in the bar area is having a great night. That can bleed over to the tables and booths a bit. Parking is adequate but when weather is bad or traffic is challenging, getting in and out of the lot can be a little dicey. Overall, I like the place a lot and plan on it being on my list of reliable, local casual spots that provides good value and a low key environment to relax in.
One of our local favorites. Great Friday fish fry. The weekly specials add variety to the menu. We've never been disappointed. Mariah is our favorite server, but the whole staff is friendly, attentive and thorough.
We dined in on Saint patricks day for lunch. Not many people 5 tables at most. Bartender was running around doing everything. Seen 3 other employees holding up the walls and talking. Not really sure what their roll was. Which made the service incredibly slow. At least the food and Guiness made up for it.
Ordered a big pizza and wing order for our shop. Food was great and service was great. Only reason not 5 stars is because they sliced the pizza into tiny squares. I did not request them to do so..I was expecting normal size slices.
The cream of asparagus soup was delicious. The strawberry salad was ample. The barbecue pork burger was a new one for me. Tasty and filling. Tanya (our server) was very pleasant and was able to make some recommendations.
Buffalo's Best Grill in Orchard Park, NY, offers a casual dining atmosphere praised for its friendly staff, quality food, and a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails. The establishment is celebrated for its home-cooking style comfort food, with a menu that boasts favorites like The Prime Rib Sandwich, House Smoked Beef Brisket, and a unique take on Pizza Logs. The venue features 7 flat-screen TVs and hosts special events, making it a perfect spot for relaxing meals or gathering for drinks. However, based on your personal experience, while the service was adequate, the overall dining experience didn't stand out as exceptional. The prime rib, a highlight for many visitors, was found to be overly fatty by your family, contributing to an overall perception of the food being average for bar fare but not compelling enough to warrant a special trip. Despite the large space being seen as an advantage for pre-game gatherings for Bills games and concerts at the stadium, the combination of the drive and the overall dining experience doesn't encourage a return visit on your part. This reflects a broader spectrum of experiences at Buffalo's Best Grill, where, alongside many positive reviews, there are instances of customers having expectations that weren't fully met. As with any restaurant, experiences can vary, and what might be a draw for one visitor—such as the ambiance and suitability for large events—may not compensate for perceived shortcomings in food quality and overall value for another.
Our waitress this evening was awesome. Didn't stop and visit too often and wasn't faking conversation. We all enjoyed having some pizza that breaks away from the typical Buffalo sweet sauce. Good selection of craft beers at a reasonable price. Enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back
I went here a few days ago and ordered the chicken fingers medium. I thought they were delicious. They were big and I felt I really had a good bang for my buck. The French fries were also really good. The waitress we had was really sweet and friendly but the service was dreadfully slow and not everyone at the table was given menus. The food however was worth the wait. I'd like to go back sometime but maybe I will shoot for lunch to see if it's faster.
A late dinner brought us to BBG. They had a great appetizer special.....most were $7. A very good deal doe some of them. We had the stuffed peppers, stuffed mushrooms and a chicken finger salad. Food was plentiful and tasty. A very good experience. They waitress did a great job as well.
Wonderful menu. Great atmosphere. Good prices. Update 6/28/20: After several months of not eating here,I was surprised the other day when I placed a to-go order and I based my estimated total off of the menu that Google posted. My whole order ended up being $20 more than the menu listed. The staff and bartender were very nice when explaining why there was a discrepancy in pricing but I feel compensation would have been appreciated. It's just a tough situation. Food is still outstanding.
Mixed but overall very positive and worth the trip... Servers are consistently pleasant, unlike hit and miss at many restaurants these days. Sunday morning omelette bar is good value, a sight to see and worthy of repeat and telling others to try. (Midweek breakfast specials at Lake Rd location also worth the trip.) Likewise with Monday night 60 cent wings, a solid winner, already enjoyed multiple times. Given how pleased we've been with everything else, we were looking forward to trying Friday night fish fry... surprised by how far it missed our expectations as being Buffalo's Best worthy...While quantity of food for an okay price was there, quality and taste were far from what we've come to expect...try elsewhere for FFF.
Not many vegetarian options. No vegan options. I wish there was more non-meat/cheese options but the food my parents got and the very cheesy pizza was delicious. My tummy may not like the cheese but I sure do. The onion chunks were a little large but it's okay I love onion's too. I have had their famous pizza log dish in the past. It was so good.
We went for a nice Valentines day dinner. We made reservations, but there was plenty of seating. The back of the booths were very high, providing privacy. The server did their job efficiently without being bothersome or annoying. We got our drinks and our food in a timely manner. The food we ordered was good but not the all time greatest. I would definitely eat there again.
It was okay for me. I had a steak pizza but it tasted more like roast beef instead of steak and the onions on it could have been cooked a little bit more because they were kind of hard but the peppers we're done very well. My boyfriend had a fish dinner that he said was very good. He enjoyed every bite.
Only stars for the server who was by herself poor thing. She was kind and calm with a friendly demeanour. Wings were not great by far and the mini burgers for the kids not cooked enough at all. Greek Salad was good. Mac and cheese for kids stuck together as were some fried in clumps. Ceilings are dripping water from multiple areas.
We got the fish sandwich. The fish was extremely thin, about 1/4 " thick. Was more like a lettuce sandwich. Took a look at a regular fish fry, and the fish was very thin. I've eaten a lot of fish frys, but unfortunately I can not recommend this place for fish. The staff was extremely friendly.
Food was good, servers were nice but they are obviously short staffed because it took a long time to order, get food and get our check. Over an hour and a half for lunch.
My 1st time here. We were excited to try this place. In our opinion, I didnt think there was a big variety of food. More sandwiches and burgers with a limited selection. I went with the fish Italian style. It didn't have the flavors I thought it would. My husband had the wings- they were average.
We waited 1 hour for our appetizer because the waitress thought it was our main plate. ALL of our food was WAY Over cooked! Brown chicken fingers in buffalo sauce that should have never been cooked, smoked brisket that was soggy and the loaded fries never had scallions! The only thing that was good where the drinks we ordered and waited over 15 minutes for.
The bartender was sweet but the appetizer was messed up. They offered to remake the app but I took it as is. It also took quite a while for the food to be ready. I ordered, waited 20 min, drove there 20min and still had to wait 20 more min.
Service was great, and the price very was reasonable, but the food being prepared out in the open at the omelette bar had a frightening amount of cross contamination. The cooks were handling raw meat with gloved hands, then grabbing vegetables and cheese with those same gloves. They also used contaminated gloves to handle pans and then touched those same surfaces with bare hands, further spreading contaminates. At no point during or after the process of handling raw meat did either cook change their gloves or wash their hands. After seeing this, I should've known better than to eat the omelette, but I did, and I suffered food poisoning for it. One can only hope that the actual kitchen has higher standards for food safety.
Guess I just arrived at a bad time. A weekend evening with a live performance about to start. The one waitress couldn't handle the crowd in the dining room and some of the patons took to storming the bar for a beverage. By the time the bartender got to me, she said theybwere out of my first choice- a very common and popular bottled beverage and couldn't even suggest something similar in its place. I asked for a cocktail instead and she just poured the spirits on top of the sour mix in the cup. I don't know if she couldn't find a shaker or didn't want to take the time to make the drink properly. Please equip your bar with the tools and knowledge of the staff to be successful......I did have the beef on weck which was outstanding! The French fries were very crisp and tasty too.
Very poor service to start. Waitress kept forgetting things. Slow to get beverages refilled. We both tried their made to order pasta, which was AYCE. I am a pasta lover and thought it was mediocre at best. The chef disappeared halfway through the meal. Someone from the bar came over to cook our second dishes. Not sure I'd do it again. I'm always willing to give a place a second chance. Will see next time.
Seems like a nice place but I won't be back. The food was less than desirable. If your going to serve burgers and steak well done, why ask how would you like it cooked especially when you order medium rare. The kicker is when an order from my party was sent back, it was 20 minutes before the replacement was received. The wait staff was nice, the cook staff to be reevaluated. I was not the only table to have complaints of the food.
Wings were average but holy cow, what did they do tot the pizza? It was way too oily, couldn’t taste anything but burnt dough. Def will not go back.
We have come here for Easter Brunch for a number of years. This year was by far the worst. It appears as if they just try to shove as many people in as possible. We were stuck in the back corner despite asking for a specific area months ago. No place settings. No drinks. Had our food and had to track down not one , not two, but 3 servers before we had silverware to eat with. The servers were very busy. They did their best considering the circumstances. The food was always worth the extra hassle but this year it was not. Hashbrowns were standard frozen diner hashbrowns. Everything was barely warm. Pancakes were overcooked and tough. Really just disappointing considering the price hike. The only silver lining was the desserts. Strawberry cheesecake bar was light and airy. Carrot cake was phenomenal. The whole dessert table looked incredible. Could barely get out of the restaurant as new families funneled in and blocked the entrance, greeting each other. Felt like we were herded like cattle.
My family and I visited for Easter brunch. Our reservation was for 10a.m., which was the first time slot. The food was cold right from the start and the only way you could get it hot is if you had ordered from the omelet station. I can say most of the food was tasty and there was a nice variety, however I was sooo disappointed in the pancakes. Not only were they cold, they were kind of grainy. My favorite is pancakes, what a let down. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I hate to say this, but based on the food mostly being cold, I wouldn't come back for a brunch.
This place was recommended by a friend. Went for dinner. They gave us the wrong appetizer. My husband's burger was dry and bland. French dip was bland. Both restaurant and bathrooms were dirty. It was almost like they closed the night before without cleaning. Our server was very sweet and attentive.
When we arrived, the hostess took some time to get to us, she was sitting in a booth talking with another worker. My drinking glass was filthy, I had to ask for a different one. The toast on my BLT was burnt on one side, no mayo on the bread. The waitress was new, and did quite well for not having anyone training her. She was the best part of the trip. I will not go back. 45$ for a beef on weck and BLT!
Don't use this place for a wedding. Very disorganized and tacky. The list of things wrong are too long to list. Maybe use them for a football party but never a wedding. Late setting up and communication is bad. Give up the weddings and stick to informal gathering.
I've been doing a lot of different restaurants like trying new once. But Buffalo's Bes the worst restaurant I have ever been to the roast. Beef was chewy. It was so fatty. I couldn't eat. I'll never go back there again.
My aunt And I came here for dinner we waited an hour for an appitizer then another hour for our food we ended up getting it to go. The service was horrible. Couldn’t even come tell us the food was gonna be awhile or to come get us another water. The food when got it to go to take home was horrible. The mac n cheese was so dry and old. Never again would we come back. If I could leave it zero stars I would.
This was our first time and will be our last. We were not impressed with the food tonight. The roll seemed dry like a few days old. My husbands burger was just alright nothing to rave about. My daughters nachos she ordered she didn't like because the steak tasted funny. I tasted and my husband tasted and it tasted like their was bbq sauce on the shredded steak which the waitress never mentioned when we asked what was on the nachos. We have to be careful because my daughter is allergic to pineapple and some bbq sauces have pineapple juice in them. I had heard that the food was good there so that is why we went. I know we probably should of sent the food back but I think we were just hungry and just wanted to go. The only really good thing there for us was the pretzels and the booth we sat in were huge. It was a bit loud but that I expected seeing the Sabres were on tonight. So that didn't bug us at all. Staff was ok.
I don't know why I thought today would be any different. Service BLOWS. I understand being understaffed but we just sat there for 40 minutes waiting for a drink order at an outdoor table... Nothing. Got up to leave, made eye contact with the waitress talking to another worker, didn't say a word or apologize. This happens every time even if sitting at the bar. Do not go here unless you have 2 hours to wait for terrible service and basic food. Also very loud and belligerent people. Very rude.
Ordered pizza and wings for pickup, pizza was eatable but the wings were terrible. Soft, rubbery, alk different sizes and some not cooked all the way. Needless to say they went right in the trash and I will not be ordering from there ever again. This place used to be great...
Waited for one hour all we got were iced teas. Ordered a dozen raw clams as appetizers didn't even get that in an hour and the attendant was at the shell fish table doing nothing. Our waitress took our drink order and never came back. Just like we (wife and I) will never go back. We were offered our meals at no charge if we stayed, I said "you eat it" VERY DISAPPOINTING!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
We came here for a late dinner (9pm) on a Friday and we were seated immediately. The table sat at was just cleaned. It was incredibly loud from the bar area, my husband put pieces of napkins in his ears to block out some of the sound. There was some belligerent patrons in the bar but it almost echoed into the dining area. I asked for any recommendations on the specials and the waitress shrugged her shoulders at me. I ended up ordering the grilled chicken over penne (chicken supreme) and my husband ordered the Buffalo dip. We ordered the nachos with queso for an appetizer. We received our drinks in about 15 minutes. We waited about 30 min for the nachos to arrive. The tortilla chips for the nachos were freshly fried. On top there was melted white velveeta that was room temperature with sour tomato pieces and pickled jalapeños. The tortilla chips that weren’t touching the tomatoes or jalapeños were edible at best. The other chips tasted like the back of your throat after vomiting. They were $7. My husband went to ask for silverware and there was no waitress to be found. We received our entrees 15 min later. My husband her for some silverware and she brought it over shortly afterwards. My husbands Buffalo dip with fries looked and tasted delicious. My grilled chicken with penne was set down with a nice looking side salad. The chicken dish looked disgusting. It was a yellow colored pile with flecks of carrots and slimy onions on top. The chicken (which looked boiled) was buried under the slop. My husband tried it first and had to spit it out. I tasted a small amount of the sauce and it tasted like it could’ve given me pink eye. I ate my salad. The waitress came by about 15 minutes later to check on us. She was very kind and asked if I liked my dish and I said no. She offered to take it off of the bill or she could get me something else instead. I opted for the beef on weck. She brought it out within 10 minutes. The beef was cold but had good flavor to it. The Kimmelweck roll had a lot of salt on top (easy fix though). The French fries tasted delicious! We got charged $7 for the nachos, $18 for the buffalo dip, and $18 (cost of chicken supreme) for the beef on weck (which is normally $17). The waitress gave us to go boxes and left the check, I immediately put my card in with the check. We left at about 10:30 by the time my husband had to go and find the waitress to cash out. By the time we left our stomachs and heads were hurting between the noise and sour food. Very disappointing.
Food was the best part of this place. The wait staff was awful, and with 8 in our party, we had a 20% tip added automatically, so for awful service, they got almost $50 in tip. And only 15 people in the bar, including workers the food took 4 ever to come out. Would never recommend this place to anyone. At least not if they are my friends. Enemies ok enjoy.
No ambience, (place is laid out horribly) Warehouse bar in the back, chopped up dining room. There were two tables besides ours in the establishment. Our food took over an hour to be served to us. Definitely not much of a menu. Couple of sandwiches, burgers, deep fried food. (Kids menu at best)
Never had a problem with this place before but who were the bartenders last night? Rude and completely avoided serving us while they were hanging out playing darts. Wild. Will not be back.
i started going to the line dancing nights here on tuesdays because my siblings and friends go here. i just wanted a place to hang out, as there aren’t many places for a 20 year old to go out around the area. however, i was told by the bouncer that i needed to have a parent with me the next time i went because i am underage. and i totally understood that as i do work in a restaurant and am completely aware of how serious underage drinking can be for an establishment. last Tuesday, i went back with my parents and the same bouncer was completely rude to me. he had said “no we’re not doing that anymore” i responded with that my parents were in attendance this time and he still told us “no”. he didn’t even explain. i just think it was unprofessional to tell me to bring my parents the next time and then when i do, still turn me away. also, the same night i was turned away, there were kids about 12 years old there. like i said, i'm a server in a restaurant, I’ve had to refuse service to underage kids so i completely understand what you guys are trying to avoid. but the whole situation is just very confusing.
We ordered take out. It was supposed to be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. We got there at the 50 minute mark. So our food should have been ready but I stood there waiting another 15 minutes before our order was ready. We ordered burger and fries. The fries were cold and soggy, my burger was cold and the cheese on it was burnt (black) and the burger had zero seasoning, the second burger was flavorless and was cold as well. I will never be ordering from here again. I will also add that there weren't busy.
