Busier than I expected for 3:45 on Saturday. We opted to sit in the bar area, and Brady took excellent care of us (and everyone over here). As a former server myself, I’m impressed by his ability to take care of 9 tables and the bar itself!

Went there for my birthday burger which I really loved. The waitress never came back after I requested additional fries until it was time for us to leave which she gave me a container to take some home... not the same as eating them with my birthday burger. Appreciate the kind gesture of offering the birthday burger. Waitress was not very attentive We asked for other things. She just didn't get for us. . She didn't deliver our food she delivered our bill.... We had a small child with us we asked for a small spoon that never happened we had to find one ourselves. It's for the burger it was delicious. Cook to perfection.

Brady was awesome — super attentive and made sure everything was spot on the whole night. He even recommended the blackened salmon, which ended up being one of the best things I’ve had in a while. Really appreciated how on top of everything he was without being overbearing.

Had their jalapeño burger and I got to say I wasn't impressed. Barley and spice because the avocado over powers the spice. Other than that the atmosphere was great and the bottomless floats are where its at. Don't get me started on the bottomless fries. YUMMM

My boyfriend and I went in there a week or so ago for the first time. The service was outstanding!!!! The restaurant was clean and safe. Our waitress was extremely friendly. I got a Mai Tai and their version of the black n blue burger and both were excellent. The blue cheese was in a creamy cheese sauce and it wasn’t the normal, boring crumbles. It brought it to the next level! Made for a great birthday dinner.

Impossible Burger is outstanding! Sweet potato fries are delishhhhh!!! My son-in-law had a BBQ burger that he loved. You pretty much can't go wrong. Fries are super good, especially with their shaker spices on them, but even without them. The people that were working on Friday evening 3/21/25 were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, and efficient!!

I wasn't SUPER optimistic...I worked late on a day I had planned to redeem my birthday burger...it was the last hour of the SNOWY evening when we walked in. We were greeted kindly, to an almost empty restaurant, and encouraged to stay. Our server was enthusiastic and helpful upon our first interaction. The burgers came out quickly, as ordered and the fries, and onion rings were fresh and hot! As we wrapped up our meal, Shea, (our attentive server) continued to be cheerful and accommodating. The snow continued to fall, and it could have been dinnertime on a perfect spring day. Shea made us feel welcome and made sure we were completely satisfied before heading on our way! We will definitely be back to RR again!

They are busy some nights but the flow is fast and efficient. The food is consistently fresh and prepared perfectly. I love the Whiskey River Bbq Chicken wrap! Always delicious food and prices are decent for families. Madison is amazing! We love her!

We got some burgers tonight (Feb 6) and whoever was in the kitchen making them is a god of cooking. I would come here specifically if I knew this person(s) was in the kitchen. Every customization was precise and on point and I know that's not easy to do. I haven't had a good burger in a few months and was thinking about exactly what this was. Great job!!

It’s Red Robin… no explanation necessary! Never a bad burger and it’s always cooked to perfection. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. We see the same servers here each time so I’d say turnover is low and everyone genuinely likes their job.

Nearly 18 years ago, my family went through a devastating house fire and lost everything. We were staying at a nearby hotel when we stopped into this Red Robin for dinner — just trying to feel a little bit normal again. When our server found out what had happened, not only did they cover our entire meal (which was around $175 for the five of us), but they also gave us a $500 gift card to help us through a very difficult time. That act of kindness has stuck with me ever since. Fast forward to today — we're on vacation, haven't slept, and there's a Red Robin right next to our hotel. We placed an online order, but by mistake, sent it to the Red Robin near our home. I called the Amelia Drive location to explain and apologize, fully expecting to just lose the money since no one was going to pick it up — but they gave us a full refund without hesitation. That kind of understanding and customer service is rare. This is all on top of the countless times we've dined at Red Robin over the years — the food is consistently great, the staff is always friendly, and we always leave happy. My wife and I come here regularly. The burgers are priced well. Just a little more than getting fast food, but so much more satisfying. Can’t go wrong with the bottomless fries and freckled lemonade. The bacon beer cheese fondue is always great for a fry dipper.

Had a nice lunch with my wife and one son. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. My wife had Black and Bleu burger with salad. My son had the Whiskey River burger with fries. The food was excellent. The servers were also friendly. We love coming here.

Our server was just plain inattentive. Cleaning tables around us while our drinks were empty. Cool so I order two more from the tablet and I see them sitting at the bar. I had to flag her down for those drinks and she grabbed them. Never asked if we wanted more fries until our plates were empty. Never asked how food was. I'm mad I only had a $20 bill she didn't deserve $20 at all. Then she gets the check ready for us on the tablet. Well now we have 2 full margaritas and foods gone, so yeah we are going to sit and chat. She passed twice to see if we paid. I paid finally and we still sat. I ended up finishing our drinks just to get us out so she could clean up. Won't be back if I wanted fast food I would have gone to mcdonalds

Came here today after seeing a movie. Waitress service was a little slow but not a big deal. Food came out pretty quickly, which usually rushed service like that leads to disaster. But actually, it was very nice. I just wish the lighting was a little bit brighter.

This restaurant was exceptional I don't eat ground beef very often especially in Hamburg form so it was very hard for me to find something to eat here but what I did order was delicious

The quality of Red Robin has gone down in the past several years. This time, my fries were soggy and cold, as if they were fried an hour ago and were just sitting out. My salad was smaller than it used to be and did not have much flavor. The dressing was very salty. The restaurant looked tired and in need of cleaning and refreshing. Our waitress literally threw our food down and walked away. The restaurant used to be packed all the time and it was at 30% capacity. I don't think I'll go back.

Had the fish and chips. Very disappointing, the fish tasted like it was freezer burned. Other than that everything else was fine.

It's a great location, well staffed and not to expensive for a sit down dinner. The menu is well fleshed out and the unlimited fries and soft drinks are a great deal. Corporate forces them to cook the burger either medium well or well done. No medium, no medium rare or anything fresher than that. This is NOT a deal breaker, but it is worth at least one star.

We recently became members of the Red Robin Loyalty program, and have been enjoying the rewards. Yesterday, for example we enjoyed 50% off our 2nd entree. While the rewards and discounts are generous, it’s the excellent customer service and the tasty menu selection that keeps us going back. Special mention goes to our server (Tuesday 10/21/25) in the bar area. She was so efficient and personable, keeping tract of our drink refills and our bottomless Caesar salad!

Food was okay. Fries and burger were cold. They sat forever for someone to bring them out. People were walking around doing nothing there were 4 tables being used. We ordered beer cheese and had to remind the waitress 4 times to bring it. She finally did when we were about done. I also had paper stuck to the bottom of my burger bun. They did not believe me. I will probably go back I only go once a year.

went today on a crowded Saturday afternoon. there was a 20mn wait but went quickly. our server was polite and efficient. We ordered burgers, mine was lowcarb in a lettuce bun. with a side salad. it was prepared well, had great taste. overall i had a good experience.

Its a chain restaurant. Server asked if we wanted some pinknor no pink. Burgers came out with alot of pink, very greasy and the patties not solid. Def get the feeling that they wanna turn and burn their tables here. Someone else brought out the burgers and the server was not around again until we were halfway finished and seemed bothered that we didnt want dessert. We wont be back.

Crowded but waited an overly long time for our food. My husband asked what flavor a certain lemonade was and our waitress said she didn’t know and we should look on the menu. Fries were cold but burger was good. We were never asked if we wanted any bottomless sides. Very disappointed.

Friday evening dinner rush I get it. Length of stay 1.5 to 2 hrs. Took 20 minutes for the server to show up and give menus and take drink orders. Got the appetizers salsa and chips, maybe 20 chips at max, we were left with lots of dip because their wasn't enough chips. 2nd app. Fried pickle chips, 14 total, lol. Not trying to be picky or rude just honest. I hadn't realized that tortilla chips and chopped up pickles were so expensive. The chips and salsa 10.99 and fried pickles I think we're the same price. Never got asked for refills on any of our bottomless sides. We had to ask for drink refills. Also, waitress never came back and checked on us after delivering our main entrees. Main entrees (burgers) were very good. I've been to this particular red robin at least a dozen times, the worst experience by far. They get one more chance than I'm done. Management needs to see the issues and make changes, he was out talking with people most of the time. Should pay a little more attention to staff, just my opinion.

The idea of bottomless fries is great. Burgers are okay I would definitely get the tavern over a regular burger.

So we sat at table #77 and Mary was our server and she was great. Everything came out accurately and quickly and the food was tasty as always. However, while we were eating a large black ant fell on my daughter and then on to the table. I flicked it on the floor and got the attached photo of it. Still have Mary a nice tip because she was an all star. The management may want to get the bugs looked at though, so for that, 3 stars. We'll be back again because it's so yummy, i just hope we don't have the extra protein additive the next time around.

Ok so if you ask me you need to go there ones on your life if you are really a burger fan. But for sure there are much more nice planes around the city where you really get a high quality burger and food. The burger was in the end ok the service was very good. The restaurants has a very nice decorations. It’s hard as you have so many choices for a burger in town.

Food and service was just OK. The host should probably learn how to go 5 minutes without texting on their phone at work, though. Every 30 seconds they kept excusing themselves from the front to text, leaving people to wait to be seated. Couldn’t even put their phone away while seating people, either. It wasn’t a work device because I could see clearly they were busy texting. As I left, they still had their phone in hand, texting at the front by the door. Not a good look. Politely suggesting the management watch the tapes back from this afternoon to see what I mean.

Our service was excellent! She was friendly and attentive. I wouldn't bother getting any of the specialty drinks there is no alcohol in them. The burgers were delicious and I enjoyed the garlic fries !

I will first say the food is very good. However, This place is not handicap friendly, when I came into the restaurant I asked for a table and not a booth, because it is difficult for my wife and i to sit in a booth. I was told they did not have a table available, as I looked into the dining room and counted at least 5 open tables. I was told he had just given away the last table, and only had a table/half booth available. This is unacceptable!! I understand the restaurant is trying to balance tables and waitresses, but they also need to balance customers table needs rather than doing whatever. This is my reason for a 2 star rating. Well the best way to show my dissatisfaction is to not patronize this restaurant.

For the time it took to get my pickup order once I received a “ready” status I could have dined in. One of the burgers was perfectly fine. Side good as well. The other left much to be desired. Burger cold; broccoli looks like it came out of the trash. Oh yummy, rotten broccoli!

Have been here in the past so when husband said let go there didn't think twice. My meal was Red Robin Cheese Burger on gluten free bun with fresh. The bun was not toasted or warm. The burger was cold and not done to medium very pink. The whole sandwich was soggy! The fresh where cold. When I requested hot fry waitress never appeared back until another employ came and asked if everything was OK. Again told him I would like HOT fry. He brought immediately. Then after I started eating again the other waitress brought fry. At this point my husband just looked . He had Rib meal which was ok but cold slaw was not fresh! will think twice before going there again When previously have gone it was hot fresh etc. This time it was awful. Consistancy is a problem.

Ordered food 2 hours before pickup for my family, it came 40 minutes late and I was told that they were waiting on fries for my order. I drove 10 minutes to my house and all the food was luke warm at best so we tossed the fries into the stove to warm them up while we are our burgers. My burger beside being barely warm was also burned on about half of it to the point of being charred black, my wife's burger tasted alright she said. Bar was dirty with food left on tables. Bartender was busy ignoring customers and loudly talking to her friends at the bar. Tables were sticky. Won't be back.

Haven't been there in decades so I figured I'd give it a try. A lot of kids were there, bathroom and restaurant were not clean. My burger was not good at all and some of our food was cold. Service was good though.

I was extremely disappointed with the management at this Red Robin. Despite presenting a valid Florida driver’s license, the staff refused to serve my daughter, claiming it was invalid because it is vertical rather than horizontal. She turned 21 in June, and the license clearly states “under 21 until” with her birthday listed below, proving it’s legitimate. It’s absurd and incredibly frustrating that they wouldn’t recognize a perfectly valid ID, especially when this is a common format for younger adults. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and shows a lack of training or understanding of basic identification policies. Instead of being welcoming, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive about the situation. This level of incompetence and lack of customer care is unacceptable.

Where do I begin. First of all will this review even reach someone in management that even cares. My wife and I were at your establishment for a total of 45 minutes. Upon entering the hostess already had an attitude because we didn't to sit at the bar or in the bar area. It was 11:10 am we ask to sit in a booth, there was only one other couple there, so she stuck us in the corner by the kitchen, which was dark. We asked a waitress if we could sit in a different booth. No problem she says. So Breezy sat us down at a window seat. She took our drink order, 15 minutes later she was back ,took the food order, 25 minutes later our food showed up which was cold and not right. My order was just cold, my wife's oder wasn't made the way she asked. Someone else brought the food, 5 minutes later the waitress came back and asked, " how is everything ". My wife told Breezy not good. The food is cold and I didn't even receive my side. So Breezy told us "we'll right before you guys showed we had alot going on, do you want me to have the kitchen remake you order? I had enough. I told my wife we're leaving. So we did. We'll spend our money somewhere else. I can't imagine if the place was busy how long we would have waited. The waitresses should spend less time visiting and being on there phone's.

We came in with a large party. First the waitress was okay, but after she served us the race was on. She started handing receipts out to our group and taking money and asking if we needed boxes before we even had half of our meal done. Very high pressure to get us to leave! Not real impressive

We have dined here many of times with all positive experiences that is why we choose to come for our grandsons 4 year birthday. Our grandson was looking forward to his sundae and singing as he has seen at other dining experiences to happen to others. We were in the restaurant over 1hour 40 minutes. The waiter said that they would sing and he would get a sundae at the end. Well, the end of diner came and there was no singing, no sundae, no substitution of a sundae as the ice cream machine was broke. Come to find out from the manager that the machine was broke before we got there. The service from our waiter was extremely slow. I finally spoke out when we realized that our grandson wasn't going to be sung to and we waited for the server to return with take out boxes and bags over 20 minutes. The manager on duty didn't seem to care at all to find a solution. This left a very sour feeling about ever returning to Red Robin as the manager seemed inept to provide any empathy for our grandsons 4 year birthday. Also he didn't even get a balloon upon arrival or exiting.

My family and i went here on Saturday for lunch. We all ended up with food poisoning. I ended up in the er because of it. When we called to talk to the manager he kept telling me there was no way. He told me the doctor didn't know what he was talking about. I was only calling to let them know that something much had happen. Very disappointed how we were treated. Definitely won't be going back.

Worst food I have ever gotten from them, wings not cooked all the way. bacon cheeseburger was ordered with no tomato, no mayo cheeseburger was covered with mayo top and bottom. Will definitely not be ordering again from this location. With it being chicken I don't need to get sick because the wings were not properly cooked. Lids not out on all the way on the food. They definitely have Gone down hill would you eat that bacon cheeseburger in the photo. The wings where like left over wings someone returned that where not cooked properly and they figured they put them in a to go order. Total of 76 dollar order never again. The only memory that happened with this food was to make sure I don't order from there again

Was served a dirty plate with pink stuff stuck to it. The fries were cold when they were served and were not fried correctly. The Bathroom was the worst part, it was dirty and there is grime all over the bathroom sinks it was very gross.

Went there first time tonight very disappointed I always go to the one in Amherst but after moving to Hamburg decided to go here and was a major let down. Took forever for someone to take my order and for my food to come and the employees there disregarded my complaints the only nice person there who was actually helpful and listened to what I had to say was the manager with the long hair but besides from him the service was completing disgusting. I was excited because the reviews were high for this location, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were fake. WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN.
