Beef on weck was fantastic. Chicken wings were even better. Adhere to their heat scale. The hot wings are very very hot. Personally I like the flavor of the medium hot. Good and spicy with a nuanced balance of flavor. Just plain fantastic food!

Love this place!! Wings are amazing, completely covered in sauce (very important) and the perfect combination of outside crispiness and inside tenderness. I'm salivating just thinking about them as I write this haha. We also got the monkey bread which was also extremely delicious, but we were so full from wings it was like having a whole other meal back to back. So of course we took it with us and it was just as good later. I didn't take many interior shots, but helmets on the walls were cool and the rest of the decor was interesting too! We stopped by on our way up to Niagara falls and I'm super glad we did - highly recommend for anyone driving up the same way to pay a visit.

Great wings. I had the hot and they were perfect temp. I always heard Duffs had saucy, crispy wings. They were saucy but not that crispy. A little on the small side. Sauce was amazing. Loved the flavor. Definitely lived up to the hype. Bartender was very attentive. Cool sports bar feel.

Pretty good wing place. The sauces are pretty flavorful and all but the wings I had were a little overcooked and too crispy. Service was great though and it's a very chill atmosphere. Nice big menu as well. Would recommend for a decent wing place in the area.

Definitely one of the top 3 wing places in Western New York. Be aware that your sauce is very hot. And if you don't like extra spicy might, I recommend the fried baloney sandwich that harkened me back to the days when my mom would make us that. And tomato soup after playing out in the snow all day on a weekend in western new york, highly recommend.Although a little chaotic with all the televisions going on and noise. Prices seemed a little bit high for our area, but I digress, it's one of the top wing places in western new york for sure.

I ordered to go, Im here visiting for work from Texas and everyone said I must try Duffs. I loved the wings! So good!! I also tried the beef on weck and honestly wasnt impressed. The beef was lacking flavor. Loved the bun though. The lady at the stand who took my order was so kind! She answered all the questions I had and picked the best spice for the wings! I will definitely go here again if I get to come back to this area!

I'm definitely not much of a foodie or wing expert, but I feel this place is a typical bar/restaurant. The service was friendly and fast, but the food is typical bar/restaurant food. I know I didn't get the "bone-in-wings", but the boneless wings could've used a little more sauce. I think I got the Carolina Gold, it was okay. Should've probably gotten a different one. But I definitely enjoyed the service and the food portions were plenty. We definitely had plenty to eat. The fried pickle chips were delicious. The atmosphere is pretty good. For some reason the volume got turned up on the speakers, so that was a little annoying. The bathroom wasn't the greatest either. Kind of gross and small. If I were in the area, I'd go here again and probably try a different wing sauce and maybe get bone-in, but the boneless wings come with fries. I try to maximize my value 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Hours on the website are wrong. Went on a Sunday for lunch. The website said they opened at noon. Got there, and they were closed. The door said they opened at 4 pm. Other people were trying to go in as well. Management needs to update their hours online if they decide to change them. Went back another day to have dinner. Wings were delicious. The service was kind of slow, but she was managing a lot of tables. Seems to be short on staff. Waitress was extremely nice and attentive. Would go back.

Wings and beef were delicious. Can’t wait to have again. 3 stars because of the flies in the restaurant constantly stopping by my table. The worst was the insane amount of flies in the mens room. Holy moly I HOPE there is no fly problem in the kitchen. Give the place a deep clean before it gets too late

Certainly not the best duff's experience. Service was decent, but the wings were puny and the beer on weck had no flavor.

We waited for 45 mins for a table, which is understandable it was busy and after a Bills game. We ordered our food and it took over 50 mins to get our food. We ordered 40 wings, (10 bbq and 30 mild). The food came to our table and the mild wings had no sauce. They were plain wings. The waitress told us that there was a buttery sauce on them but all we saw was the cooking grease on the bottom of the bowl (see picture). The BBQ ones were decent. The fries were cold, we sent them back and the they replaced them with fresh ones which were good. My sons chicken fingers were mostly breaded crust, very little chicken and dry inside. The waitress never came to check on us once, and left all our dirty plates and napkins on our small table (there was 6 of us). She never came by for more napkins or see if we needed anything. It was busy, but not that busy, and if they are short staffed, that is not our issue especially when we are paying good money for food. I then waited 20mins for our bill. Conclusion…. I would not recommend this place at all. It’s ok at best and the service is terrible. There are way better wing places in Buffalo.

I was so excited for my first visit here. Heard amazing things about this place. Ordered 20 wings hoping they were amazing but they were very disappointing first off the wings had numerous amounts of mis cut wings looking like lolly pops, secondly they weren’t cook to crispness or if they were you couldn’t tell as they sat in pool of hot sauce. I like saucy wings but there were literally sitting under the sauce you had to fish them out. And I had some black bones which tells me they were previously frozen wings not fresh. Not sure if the Orchard Park location is a franchise of the original Duffs if so this location doesn’t live up to the standards.

So I was back in town for a month. I went here three times cuz it was so close. First two times were fine. Third time I got beef on weck and five wings plus two blue lights. I don't think I've ever been sicker following that meal. Woke up the next morning throwing up whatever was still in my stomach and then I spent the next 4 days driving across the country with the worst case of food poisoning, salmonella or e coli that I've ever had. I couldn't eat anything for 2 days I was crapping my brains out all the way to Nebraska. Just straight bile . When I finally got back home to Utah it took another 4 days before I got back to normal. I don't know if it was the beef or the chicken, but something was off and it made me super sick. The fact that this meal comes out in under 5 minutes just shows that stuff is being pre-cooked and sitting around until it's ordered. I've done my time working in Buffalo pizza places and it's a minimum 13 minutes for chicken wings to cook No plans to come back to visit anytime soon but I won't be going back here that's for sure. 🤮💩🤮💩

The wings were not as good as good as I thought they would be. Very messy, not Kristy, and not hot. Waitress was very nice and the vibe overall is great. Maybe I need to try a again. I will say the fries were great.

Food is usually good but today it wasn’t even average. The wings were cold. They definitely were cooked ahead of time and then just sauced when people placed orders. Very sad I usually recommend them as one of the top places in Buffalo.
