Fantastic place for a date night. Been coming here for years and the food and hospitality is always top notch

I haven't been here in years, last week we decided to stop in for pizza and it was fantastic, the service was great and the place was very nice and clean. Id go back in an instant.

Pasquales is always an excellent dinning experience. Like wings? Try the Buffalo Wings Shrimp appetizer. You won't be disappointed.

This is a go to for my Wife and I when we feel like eating really nice, and not traveling too far from home. The food and service is excellent, and it is never loud because we like to talk when we go out to eat. 👍👍

My wife ordered lasagna which came to her well done with the bottom burned. They took it back and removed the item from the bill. They offered another item but we were so disappointed and discouraged that I couldn't even eat my food. Thank goodness we had a gift certificate but it felt like a wasted time and dinner out.

The cauliflower pizza is absolutely the best. My lady I am caregiver for had the bambino pizza, it was awful she said. I'd asked for a same pizza to go of the cauliflower crust. Never got it. I has to get our own silverware as she's not brought any. Never refille our beverages. I'd gotten the steak salad (black and.blue it was fabulous. The waitress blew by us numerous times and didn't ask how everything was, no refills etc. Pretty bad service last time. About a month or so ago, having stopped at same location, same lousy service from a man, and yet the food was perfect for my friend. I don't understand why employees don't do their jobs politely or with vigor as was done yrs ago. But then have the nerve now to come with check and ask if we want our change back. Hell yes. You DONT ask for a tip. That doesn't get you anything. You return the change and say thankyou for coming, please come again. If you e done your job well, you be tipped accordingly. If you didn't, you get nothing. Simple way to perform your duties.

Their pizza is delicious!! Service is great, workers are always friendly!!! My favorite place to order pizza on Mondays for $21!

I have to be gluten-free and vegetarian, therefore Italian food is often not anything I can enjoy. My lunch today was different. Pasquale's has a variety of gluten-free pasta. Today I had ravioli with alfrado sauce that was also gluten-free. If you live in the area or are passing through check this restaurant out.

The cheese and pep pizza was good and ceasar salad is one of the best in WNY.

This is a great restaurant. We had Alissa (who was amazing). I need to have gluten free options. She was able to help me get what I could eat and asked when she wasn’t sure. She was a pleasant and helpful server. I am looking forward to coming back here the next time I am in town.

Stopped by for lunch during the Christmas season. Crazy busy but you wouldn't know by the fanaomial service and excellent food. Our pizza was hot and prepared properly. Hannah Our server went above and behind even though every table was full. We had a great time and will return!

This was one of the BEST gluten free pizzas I've ever had, hands down. They have a gluten free crust and a cauliflower crust, and we went with the regular gluten free crust. The crust was perfectly crispy, and held the most delicious red sauce and cheese (and in my case, mushrooms). Seriously, if you eat gluten free, give this pizza a try.

The gluten-free pizza was amazing. Our server was great but I still called him back to make sure my pizza was gf because it was so good. He confirmed and I didn't get sick so it really was gluten free! Excellent server - we had a large group and he was patient with the older folks and helpful with suggestions. I would go here again and again!

They always have good food. Walking in without a reservation is usually fine. We like getting a booth by the bar because it’s quiet and there is normally some type of game on TV.

I really do love this place , it’s simple, they know what they are good at, they don’t try to be something they are not. The atmosphere is dim and cozy, great subs, great Italian food and the garlic Parmesan crusted fish fry is pretty damn amazing! It’s one of those meals you eat and don’t feel like sh!t afterwards, you actually feel good, not too full, not hungry at all, just right. It is a bit pricey but as I’ve read somewhere a long time ago “ it’s bad to pay too little”.. if you go here I recommend either getting a sub, a pizza for everyone to share or the garlic Parmesan fish fry. You won’t be mad. I promise.

I’ve been several times while in buffalo area for work. Consistent and tasty Italian food. I love that they will bring you the bottle of dressing so you can dress your salad with as much, or as little as you like. I got the “Italian feast” today and was very happy with everything. Nothing groundbreaking here, just good traditional Italian and fair prices. I’ll be back

This was amazing. I ordered Chicken Parm and my husband had eggplant parm. We ordered baked garlic bread and perfect. The meals also came with rolls and a small salad. The spaghetti sauce was bland kind of reminds me of Ragu. The rest was perfect totally going to try it again and give the sauce another shot.

This has always been one of my bestie and my favorite restaurants and we always come for dinner after she does my nails. We haven't been here since the Friday of the 100% non essential shutdown in March and it felt so good to be back. The food and ambiance was delicious and comforting during these unusually uncertain times in our lives and the staff was as always wonderfully accommodating and pleasant. I ordered both the specials to go for dinner the next day and we thoroughly enjoyed both. My lemon drop martini complemented my Mediterranean chicken salad perfectly. Cheers to a full recovery for us all!

I was thrilled to hear Pasquale’s had a vegan cheese as a alternative. I got the pickle pizza, and wow it was delicious. The crust was perfect, the amount of pickles were the right amount and it was so tasty. The server did a great job, managing the bar including our table. I will definitely go again!

Pasquale's is an Excellent restaurant. Came here yesterday for my 10th anniversary with my husband and daughter. We loved it. Beautiful place, and I can't say enough how great the food was! Omg! I will definitely be back and bring my son's with me. We finally have a new favorite spot! Great job all!

Warm Atmosphere and Excellent Service at Pasquale’s – Looking Forward to Next Time! We started with the bread and oil they provide—absolutely outstanding! Fresh, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the meal. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, which came with Brussels sprouts and pasta. It may have been a busy night (Pasta Tuesday!), or perhaps just a different flavor profile than I’m used to, but the marsala sauce was a bit strong for my taste, the chicken was slightly dry, and the Brussels sprouts could’ve used more seasoning. I also wasn’t a fan of the red sauce on the pasta. That said, none of this will deter me from coming back. The atmosphere is warm and comforting, the restaurant is very clean—including the bathroom, which was noticeably well-kept—and the staff was absolutely above and beyond. I’m looking forward to returning and trying something new—there’s a lot to love about this place!

Have never ordered anything that wasn't amazingly delicious. Salads, pastas pizzas, house daily specials...you can't go wrong. And their warm, hard rolls bring me back. I often rate a restaurant by the bread they serve...omg this restaurant is in my top 10. Just wish we actually lived close. We have a customer site near here and this is our go to eating spot.

Ordered online. This is what a Buffalo pizza should look like. Cheese past the crust. Sloppy looking. Toppings not symmetrical. Plenty to almost too much cheese. Sauce and sauce. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms. We both had a Caesar salad for free dinner. My wife had the shrimp seafood medley for dinner and I had the lasagna fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Parmesan special. We had a bottle of Chianti with dinner and my wife had the cheesecake for dessert and I had the tiramisu for dessert. Our waitress Ashley was there for anything that we needed and I ended dinner with a southern comfort Manhattan and Black Coffee and my wife had an iced sweet tea would definitely recommend coming back for more.

This was our first visit to Pasquale's. We were celebrating my daughter's HS graduation. The reservation was easy to make online and they were more than happy to accommodate when I called the morning of to add another guest. Our waitress was very nice and personable. She made sure that we had a great experience! The food was amazing! The prices are reasonable and the serving sizes were large! The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. The music was at a nice volume. We truly enjoyed our experience. Pasquale's is a true gem in West Seneca!

This was both my Grandfather and my Uncle's favorite eatery. I have also been there several times over the years when I visit the area from South West, FL. Great food. OMG, the food... Everything from awesome Italian food to pizza/wings. They got just about everything if you wanted to sample Western, NY in one place but also feel pampered. I come here at least once every time I visit the area.

The place was busy when we arrived but we only waited maybe 3 min. The bread was good, but it didn't include oil, butter was in the bread basket. We both ordered minestrone soup that we both loved, very Hardy. I had pasta with melted cheese, so delicious and my wife had stuffed shells. It was quite delicious. Our waitress was also the bartender so it was hard for her to keep up but we still had a very good experience here.

I am never disappointed with the food. Great seafood trio. Italian feast got a bit chinsy though. The service is hit or miss though. Sometimes everyone is spot on, quick seating, quick order taking, refills on time, etc. Then, other times, the waitress is very scarce, and last time I went MY waitress was relatively good. But, as a whole, the restaurant disappointed. A couple came in after me to wait for a table, with a packed house. 45 minute wait. A waitress they knew came up immediately and took them to her section, despite the lobby being full of other couples waiting to be seating with a 45 minute wait time. Clearly, here, the waitresses can pick and choose when they get a table and who they wait on. When I waited tables there was an order the hostess followed and we were not allowed to do such thing. Who wants to wait longer to eat because you don't know the waitresses personally, and those that do go first?

My wife and I enjoy going here for a quick dinner after work. Pizza is good, as are the salads. Service is efficient and friendly.

This is one of my and My husband's go to places. It is local and the food is consistently delicious. The dinner portions are large enough to have leftovers to bring home. They are usually busy during their dinner hours but still manage to provide good service. And I love their drink specialties.

I had the Chicken Alfredo and the sauce was bland, so disappointed. Tasted like it was out of a jar. My wife had stuffed shells with meatballs and she said that was fantastic. The kids had pizza and they devoured it. We had good service with the young waiter who had our table.

We went for pizza which was very good. We got a large onion, pepperoni and green olive pizza which was very good. Slightly sweet sauce with very a delicious crust. We also got a white pizza. That wasn't as good as the red sauce pizza. It had a little too much oil on it and was dripping as you ate it. All in all we really enjoyed our meal and service and will definitely return.

Our waitress was phenomenal. My pasta wasn't quite cooked long enough. I don't mind al dente but this was just this side of dunked in hot water. Almost crunchy. Salad was delicious too.

Gluten free pickle pizza - let’s goooo! The gluten free crust is pretty average but on the upper end of average. It was cooked well and not soggy. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the pickle pizza and it was tasty!! Plenty of parking around the building and a separate spot for take out. Dine in had its own entrance. I went while visiting Buffalo. Plenty of pizza options and pickle was on the more simple end 🤣

Went on a Saturday night. I ordered the triple parmesan special(or something like that). The piece of chicken was partially burnt. The part that wasn't burnt was good. The veal unfortunately was tough, chewy, and just unpleasant. The spaghetti was also pretty good. The service was so-so. The waitress had too many tables so I had to wait to get the bread, drink refills, etc. I flagged down other wait staff for refills.

4.5 honestly. Has that older generational feel inside but overall a quintessential Italian-American eatery. Decently sussed menu with repeat variants across proteins (Chiclen, veal) and many Americanized Italian dishes. They have a pizza and wing carryout as well. Most of the older patrons will dress up to go on so don't be alarmed of you look like a bum although traditionally speaking, you should be a little presented, I went there after work in a powderpuff girls shirt and caught some looks. Only negative was limitations on appetizers for those that don't consume meat, pork or seafood. A cheese only option for hot stuffed pepper or stuffed mushroom would be amazing as the food is quite delicious.

Went to Pasquale's Saturday night after a show. It was very busy about 5:00 but we were seated quite quickly. We ordered fettuccine with crab meat. It was bland cream sauce with just some crab thrown in nothing special and definitely not worth $26.

We usually carryout and love their subs and wings. My problem here is you WILL wait past your pick up time. I arrived 15 minutes past my time and still waited for my food. The time before that i waited about 20-30 minutes extra for my food while the young woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and everyone else waiting and asking questions. The restaurant was fairly busy and we had to wait to be seated. Once we were called, we were seated in a booth and both the booth seat and table were extremely wet which I did not realize until I sat down and my pants got soaked. Once seated It took a few minutes for the waitress to come over and take our drink and food order. Eventually our soups/salads were brought out. The soups were lukewarm. I ordered the Broccoli Cheese Soup and as soon as the bowl was placed on the table in front of me I noticed it had a different scent. I took one bite and it tasted off, so I took a second bite and realized it had a very sweet taste to it. Everyone at the table tried it and my nephew said it reminded him of a vanilla pudding flavor, needless to say no one ate it. The waitress took forever to return to come check on us and once she finally did I told her about the soup. She spoke with the kitchen and came back to tell us the cook thought it was the soup base because I was not the first person to mention it tasted off. NOT ONLY DID THE COOKS KNOW THE SOUP WASN'T RIGHT, THEY CONTINUED TO SERVE IT LIKE THAT! Next our meals came out. I ordered baked penne with rosa sauce, it was also lukewarm which I don’t understand since it was baked in the oven and the plate was hot. There was so much sauce I couldn't find the pasta on the plate nevermind taste it. I ate less than a 1/4 of the pasta and again the waitress failed to check on us in a timely manner so I didn't even bother bringing up the issues this time. I have eaten in the restaurant in the past and was very satisfied but that was close to a year ago. I am not sure if this was a fluke or if the food quality and service have gone downhill.

The ambiance was great, the decor is very Italian with vibes of Tuscany. It is an ideal place to take out of town guests to impress. The servers were very attentive and personable. The taste of the food was DISAPPOINTING. There were 5 of us in our party and we each had different dishes. The pasta dishes were dry and not enough seasoning or sauce. The sandwiches were also dry and served on chibatta bread that was tough, hard, and dry. The muscles were good. We did share an appetizer plate that was fair. Our group goes out every month to different restaurants, I doubt we will go back to Pasquales this year.

Since this place was sold, not the same. Got a pizza and wings today. In the past, this was the most consistent place but now pizza tastes like it comes from somewhere else. Wings not great either.

takeout sucks. I have tried lasagna in many places from none Italian restaurant to traditional renamed Italian Restaurant but this lasagna has being the saddest dry no cheese one I have had in my whole lifetime. Not worth a penny $20 . Even the chicken parm not great. I heard dine in is better. Who knows.

Service was horrible. Felt sorry for the waitress as she had 2 tables of 7 to take of. My great nephew accidentally knocked over my nephews drink and I couldn’t get her attention to clean it up. Thankfully we had extra napkins to clean some of it up but needed it to be cleaned up by a busboy as there was a lot spilled. She didn’t know how to clean up the table and only cleaned part of it. Very disappointed as we frequently visit your location. After spending $220 was very disappointed. Plus her tip was included.🙁

My friends and I have been ordering from here for a while. Tonight, we ordered a chicken finger sub, a personal cheese pizza, a side house salad, cheese garlic bread, and a chicken cutlet (for those of you who are cultured, an Italian chicken cutlet is breaded and fried thin piece of chicken). The kid on the phone told us that we could get a side salad, we specified no chicken, and confirmed we could get a single chicken cutlet. He read the order back to us which we confirmed was correct, and picked it up. We get all the way back home, found that we received a full sized salad WITH chicken (which we did not order) and no cutlet. We called back and confirmed we could get the cutlet and accepted the full sized salad, as our friend left to go retrieved the corrections to our order, the manager on duty Derek called us and said explained they don’t do side salad unless with an entree which was not explained to us, and confirmed he would make us a cutlet. Come back that it was a grilled chicken and not a cutlet. We are very upset and unsatisfied. The food we received was good but cold since we had to wait so long.

Haven’t ordered here in a little while but Pasquale’s has always been consistently good over the years. Not this time. We ordered the wings extra crispy. I always arrive early and wait because I like them as fresh as possible. We live 5 minutes away. The wings were not crispy, almost rubbery and were definitely double cooked. Not the good kind of double cooked, but where they make them earlier in the day and then just flash fry them at prep time. They take on a different texture and flavor when this happens and it’s not good. I don’t like spending $60 just to hope the food will be good. So, next time we’ll be ordering elsewhere.

We placed an order for pizzas earlier than when we were going to pick them up. The lady assured us they would be ready when we asked for. Then time came and went to pick them up and nothing was made. They said the order was never placed or lost. We have loved Pasquale's and willing to pay the high prices for the food, but when a household who has a new baby and dealing with other family members who have health issues want a break from cooking dinner tonight now has to figure something else out makes us not want to support this establishment again!

We were greeted by a very pleasant hostess and seated in Wil’s section. He came over took our drink orders and left. Came back set them on the table, no napkins said are you ready. We placed our order and he left, we got our salads and had to ask for rolls, finally we get them, no bread plates and only 2 butters, we had to ask for more. Our dinners came out while still eating the salads and we again asked for more butter. Never asked about cheese, just put dinner down and took the salad plates. Shortly after he came and put Togo containers on the table and said I’m sure you are going to need these and left the bill. I said boy, you never even asked about a second drink, our response was, oh did you all want one. Not once did he ask about coffee or dessert or even how was everything? I did ask him if he was in a hurry and we were his last table and he said no, why? We dine at Pasquales’s quite often, it is the only place I order pizza from and have never encountered such poor service. I usually enjoy the dining experience and have a pleasant meal and evening, not last night, it was very discouraging!

We used to love it here. Today we brought our whole family for my Son's birthday and were treated so horribly by the hostess and then the server probably could have saved it but her attitude wasn't much better - we expect and are used to a much higher level of service at Pasquale's than we received today. We decided to leave and patronize another restaurant - in this climate, things are expensive and I couldn't imagine sitting there and spending our hard earned $ with people who could care less whether they have our business or not. So disappointing.

This place was my favorite for a many years so disappointed at the decline of the quality of the food. How could you take such a good thing and decline it that bad. Economy prices blah blah. So decline quality and raise prices really. If someone was smart they would open up shop and offer good pizza for 22 a pie and make it good and watch all the business. They would succeed for its all greed. Just like during covid burger king offered 1.00 burgers and had mile long customers and made profit. Wake up. You were the best now the worst. And drove by the other day your business was empty quite unusual hmm.

Two consecutive days I ordered a toasted ham sub and both time I received a non- toasted sub. The second day I mentioned to the young man that yesterday I didn’t receive the sub toasted and he assured me it would be toasted and it wasn’t.

Soggy, baked in lettuce all over the bottom of my cheese and pepperoni only pizza. Such a shame as it is normally very good

Stopped by again after getting a tough chicken parm a few months ago...this time I tried the chicken alla Rosa and it was just as tough as the chicken parm..asked for a sharper knife but the table shook when trying to cut it..no more

Ordered a assorted sub for lunch at work. Unwrapped it and had one slice of ham in it. Nice job!! Never going back.

I ordered veal Parm. The veal was so tough. I couldn’t eat. It told the server and he says yeah it’s usually like that. That was real encouraging.

Ordered food to have family and friends over picked up food was given the wrong food then got to drive back to the restaurant then got to wait in line again to get my food which is done given to me cold and then the food that I ordered was also cold by the time I got home so I spent $70 on food that nobody ate. I think it would be common sense, but if one of my employees gave somebody the wrong order in an hour later, they had to come back and swap it out. I would probably make them a fresh order and not serve them cold food, knowing that they’re already going home to cold food because of my error, but I guess common sense doesn’t run in this business or they probably actually just don’t care which was quite evident by the fact that I was given the wrong food then had to drive back then had to wait in line and then was given cold food. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very disappointed…came in a we wanted a variety of food some pasta some wants a sub We were told we COULD NOT get a sub Hmmmm weird was told it was to much for the kitchen staff to make a sub even though they are a Italian restaurant/pizzeria that makes subs. Pasta dishes were definitely not very good. Meatballs were mushy and bland NO GARLIC …. Eggplant was non flavorful and honestly tasted like a greasy slop of mush Drinks were not refilled and service was exhaustingly slow. We definitely will NOT BE BACK
