Very friendly associates. This location has chocolate chunk cookies, HUGE plus. Food was great. Very efficient drive thru. Will definitely return. I strongly recommend.
Good coffee , nice people working there but I go thru the drive thru at around 5:40 am Monday- Friday and they could really use a 3 Rd person on the window. Otherwise , not bad.
I always liked the fact that all of there restaurants are following very strict ' clean and safe guidelines , and food and beverages are always on point.
Wish there was more employees for drive-thru would be quicker have to actually leave your house 10 minutes early to get coffee to make sure you get to work on time kind of sucks
I got an iced coffee (Mocha) my friend got a Peach Flavored Ice tea! She got out side and was holding the door for me she thought she was going to drop it so she started to put it on the trash can to get a better grip and it slide out of her hand. She went inside to let them know that she dropped her drink so they could get someone out there to throw some water so it wouldn't call bugs and they made her another tea! They are a great place to go!!!! KUDOS to Tim Hortons!
Diante is an amazing employee. My truck broke down right in front of your business and Diante ran out to help me giving his time water and a funnel from his personal car. Yet he ran back in making sure the other customers were taken care of. I work for the treasury department and it’s all about customer service. Diante went above and beyond. Workers like Diante are very hard to find. Please consider your Tim Hortons lucky to have such an amazing employee. I just wanted to make sure I posted this right away!!😊😊 I just visited the Tim Hortons on ridge rd in West Seneca, NY and really wanted my van capp w shot of espresso but....they said machine was down for cleaning then I hear a sweet voice say it's ok I'll do it, I only took a piece off n made my drink which really helps my migraines!! The workers name was Emma and she deserves a great big thank u!! 💛💛 Awesome employees should b recognized!! So Emma I hope they know they r lucky to have ya there!! Also it was seriously the best capp I've ever had so far!!💛💛
Late night drive through for coffee is a really great thing. I pass through a lot late and it's such a good thing that I can get a cup of coffee. Late night drive through person was really nice as well. Friendly employees are so hard to come by
They always get the order right. Where other hortons have failed us and gotten our order wrong or missed something in the order this one seems to have a great team of employees. They work well together. We never see them arguing or yelling at each other. Give the morning crew a raise ad they really get things done in a timely professional manner.
Drive thru service is fast and they are polite. This Tim Hortons store is 24 hours and it serves the night motorists as so many of the 24/7 Tim Hortons reduced their hours just to day time. Hope it stays that way.
Customers service is amazing and all the staff is friendly and kind and all the food are delicious also the manager Karan is a great manager to the team members and to the customers too .
Got our free coffee after the Sabres game last night and got other goodies with coupons. They're great about using the coupons! No issues at all, but you have to go in, can't use them all from the car. They limit you. Sat in comfy chairs, by a fireplace! Not real of course, but nice ambiance for Buffalo!
One of the Canadian chains and the best for coffee and donuts and pastries and nibbles. The coffee was awesome and better than other chains in my opinion. While I was in Canada always went to Tim Hortons for coffee sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. Tim Horton staff are the absolutely the best in customer service. Wish we have Tim Horton in Australia.
I was there with my granddaughter & ex daughter-in-law Saturday, we saw a timbit on the floor where the employees enter to go behind the counter, 3 employees walked past it 6 times, after a half hour, we left, timbit was still there!🙄 4 employees on the counter, we were the only ones in the store, we still waited 5 minutes to give our order! Very poor if you ask me Yesterday 5/15 my son got a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, I bit in to find a LONG BLACK HAIR throughout the egg! Never will we get food from here again!😝
Great staff, location is a bit of a problem. It's right of a major highway and the entrance and exit can be difficult to navigate during heavy traffic. Food is fast! Nor even a 3 min wait every time I go. However you spend 20 to 30 min navigating/waiting to get out of the parking lot.
Glad to see this Tim's is still open 24 hours. Most of them close now at 10pm leaving people who need a late cuppa joe and a sugar infusion depending on nasty convenience store coffee if you can find any at all.
Love the dark roast coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are good for " fast food " . Independent ownership franchise. Big difference in service level from location to location. This particular location is usually very busy with good service speed.
I'm on the road a lot for work so I stopped here one day for coffee and to get some work done. This Tim Horton's was very busy and staff was fairly overwhelmed but did a decent job. 3 star rating is because this locations was ice cold. There's a fake fireplace to make it look cozy. Maybe they should get a real fireplace, or turn on the heat!
One would assume that pretty much all TH's across the board are about the same, but one would be wrong. This TH's has a tendency to botch my order, and I seem to get more stale and lukewarm cups of coffee a little more often at this location than at many others. It is still far from the worst location, and because of the way they operate in a well managed business sense, I've yet to find one truly unacceptable. However many times the employees seem quite disinterested in serving, and as mentioned above, there's nothing worse than looking forward to a nice hot cup of coffee, and getting old, room temperature cup of swill.
Staff was not as attentive as other locations visited. Everyone initially centered on drive-thru, ignoring waiting customers. Man's order next to me was incorrect sizes of coffee ordered. One point people came in and they actually loudly said "hello" because nobody was in sight to take orders! Garbage was filled to top. Not impressed.
The male, dark brown hair with a beard was at the counter taking order. He was not pleasant and filled the order incorrectly. I asked another associate to correct it. She did very well. There must have been a conversation between the two as he then singled me out and claiming to her he filled the order. He seemed mildly irritated. Coffee was excellent.
Asked for avocado on my bacon and cheese sandwich on a croissant no egg. They had to repeat my bread choice. I said yes and no egg. Pull up, pay and get my sandwich. No avocado. Go inside, now this is inconveniencing me as I will be late. Tell the cashier. She tells the young man cooking, I get another sandwich with no avocado. I told him I wanted avocado on the sandwich. He proceeds to give me an attitude because of his and the drive through cashiers mistake. We didn’t charge you for that, you’re getting it for free now.
Why do I order a #7 sausage, hash brown and coffee. And not receive hash brown. And then have girl argue with me about the order.
The most rude youngsters I ever met in a Tim Hortons. Impatient and unwilling to help. The coffee and food the worst quality as well.
Badly located on a very busy car and truck route. Difficult to get in and out of smallish parking lot without waiting for traffic to clear. Terrible drive thru backups at peak hours (mornings, lunch and post work) can lead to 15 minutes or more in line. One delivery truck can block half of available parking spaces. Service can be sluggish at times. Locals know to avoid this location for reasons listed above.
this location is terrible. Newly working in this part of town and the three times I've stopped the order has been wrong! Morning service at 5:20am is slow slow slow... They also do not seem to know the difference between milk and cream. I'm done there. I will go out of my way from now on!
Went to get breakfast at 9:30am on a Saturday(8/13/22). Doors were LOCKED, no sign in the door explaining why. There were employees in the store, no one came to the door. A week prior while in this same store there was VERY inappropriate music playing. Explicit language and derogatory words LOUDLY played throughout the store.
Need to fire the staff. Rudely talking to each other while waiting, asked for triple triple not enough sugar. Person that finally waited on me was rude and talking on his phone the entire time he waited on me. Place was filthy. This is why Tim Hortons isn't more successful.
They didn’t have proper bread for my sandwiches, which was kinda my issue everything was fresh I give them that and the costumer was on point but i think the bread ruined my food
I actually was coming here after I just arrived in buffalo after a very long flight and I was pleased to come get a drink from Tim hortons, especially because the city I'm from does not have a tim Hortons. How ever as I approached the drive thru window, the girl making the sandwiches came over and gave me the wrong order while her colleague was very rude and accused me of trying to take an order that was not mine. She said " nice try" I am very offended that she questioned my integrity. And I will not come here again. I think it's very immature to make a remark based on someone's inability to check the Order they hand out. I believe the girls name was Shannon. The gentlemen at the drive thru window was very polite as well as the supervisor. But I am disappointed at the quality of the other staff members. Will definitely not go there, Im not someone to tolerate that nonsense and all people should be treated with respect. And no beverage no matter how good becomes disgusting after hearing a disgusting remark . I have never been spoken to like that by any food service business in my life. It's one thing for a crew member to deal with rude customers to keep business; but for a crew member to be rude to a customer! That's just ridiculous. Now I know one person doesn't make that big of a difference, especially beIng from out of state. It's just that same reason that I would have hoped for a better experience. But I guess I can always drive a bit more to Hamburg or any other location whilst I am in town.
Perfectly made drinks but parking lot not very tidy and doors covered in black plastic, kinda creepy. Update 2/20/22 Cheese left off all the sandwiches, coffee oversweetened, multiple mistakes from mobile order, unable to credit, very disappointed
Food was fast, only reason they got 2 stars. But they didnt have things that where ordered and had to switch up. They played music really loud and I was able to make out all the curse words. Doesn't bother me to much but not stuff some people may want to hear.
I am a regular at this Tim Hortons and I gotta say I probably won’t be going to this one anymore. This morning around 5:40am, I ordered my iced Coffee in the drive thru like I always do and the woman who was stirring my coffee sneezed into my coffee. I didn’t have time to go in and ask for a new coffee because I had to get to work. We’re human and we sneeze but please, moving forward please cover your mouth, turn your head away and wash your hands after. When it comes to working with food and beverages it’s just not OK to be sneezing into things that people are consuming. Also, 9/10 times my coffee isn’t even stirred really and it’s a clump of sugar on the bottom of my iced coffee. I ended up throwing that coffee out of course. The staff is very hit or miss and a lot of the times you’re lucky if you get a smile from any of them or acknowledgement and it’s very unprofessional. I’ve heard staff bash other staff members in front of guests. So, I’ll be going to a different Tim Hortons from now on.
On the 13 and the 14 of May what's 2 days in a row I got everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese and it made my stomach very upset I've never had a problem with Tim Hortons food up until the last 2 days and I really do enjoy their coffee and their food so I really don't understand what happened
Two missing items in a single order of two meals. It was an early lunch, light day shift on a Sunday. The wrap missed an ingredient, and we were given a wrong cup (even though we asked them again when we got it at the window and they had it in the store, they didn't offer). I had to go inside twice to fix those (which they did). I also asked them about their roll-up program and they didn't provide me with the correct information. Furthermore, the panini was not cut in half, and the wrap was almost falling apart. Other than that, it was good. The place was not busy and had a parking lot.
Today, I visited the Tim Hortons at 1340 Ridge Road in Lackawanna around 8:00 AM, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. The person making the food walked by me multiple times without a word, and the drive-thru crew just stood there without even acknowledging me or asking if I needed help. To add to this, the one person actually working at the front, a cashier named Khadijo (it was apparently only her second day), was juggling everything on her own. She was trying to take my order while still handling a previous customer who was taking time with their payment, and it was clear she wasn’t getting any support from the rest of the staff. All in all, it felt like the team was completely disengaged,
i had a larger order than most 4 drinks and 10 timbits, but there was no one behind me. if it was busy i would've gone in but i ordered 2 large iced capps with whipped cream (which is nearly a dollar extra for both) didn't get any whip cream. then 10 timbits when i got home i counted 7 timbits. i'd understand if it was busy but it was slow. Plus i waited for 3 minutes at the window for my timbits after they already made made and handed me my drinks. Guy who took my order was rushing me and rude at the window. take your business elsewhere.
Worst french vanilla I've ever tasted! Ordered one with espresso, turned out the one i got has no espresso in it. And they gave me a small FV claiming it was free. Just straight tell customers what you have and dont have.
worst timhorton ever i was standing in front the cashier and he didn’t even serve me he was too busy talking with his co worker, after almost 3 minutes standing there, a girl came from inside to serve me but she was not in the mood to do any work so I just changed my mind and bought a bottle of water can’t trust these guys in making my food. I hope management change this nonsense.
A new girl was told to sweep the lobby while I was there. As soon as the girl who was working counter saw myself and another customer walk in, she immediately walked away. The new girl, seeing this, asked who was covering counter. The other girl smirked, put her hands in the air and shrugged, refusing to take our orders. The new girl then asked the other new person to cover her while she swept. (As she was instructed to do). He flat out told her no, and continued to wander around aimlessly doing nothing. You think some one would've helped this poor girl. She can't do two things at once! What terrible attitudes.
You would figure with the daily complaints I hear about this location that something would have been done by now! I work at a neighboring business and only go there when I'm honestly too lazy to drive to another location. I ask for a large mountain dew, am charged for a large, then given a medium, and the excuse usually is they are out of large cups, well don't charge me for a large and then give me a smaller size! I also get the chicken noodle soup from time to time, which is really good, but I have to ask for a spoon, and ask for the chabotta bread that comes with it and that is all after waiting at least 10 minutes, FOR A PREMADE SOUP TO BE PUT IN A CUP! I could go on and on, but I will sum it up like this....FIRE THE MANAGERS AND GET PEOPLE IN THERE WHO CARE!!! Oh, and fire the kids who go to the dumpster and smoke pot on a daily basis!!!!
My girlfriend and I go there often get an ice cap coffee and sausage belt, coffee is burnt 90% of the time, sausage belt is wrong [bacon instead of sausage and or no egg] 85% of the time ... the only thing that is consistent is the ice cap . And the ice cap is not that good . I've been to the one in Arcade and there ice cap is fantastic . The one in Orchard park is on top of there game. Drink and food ready and CORRECT before you even get to the window.
If I could give this tim hortons negative stars I would. The staff is almost always rude, extremely short and have no customer service skills at all. The wait times are always high and half the time I sit at the drive the speaker for at least 30 seconds before someone takes the order. I will avoid this location at all costs!
I was once witnessed someone find a fingernail in their Ice Cap. When the customer brought it to the attention of the manager, she became offensive, while staff members standing by giggled. I did not stay to find out how the situation was resolved, and I have never returned since.
OK, for this Tim Hortons on Ridge Rd. Lackawanna, NY 14218. NOW that roll up the rim is going on EVERY cup you get the rim is freyed (obviously they are rolling them up) excuse is they rip like that coming out of the cup holder. ANYONE who goes there ask why AFTER roll up the rim is over with how come the normal cups are NEVER freyed? This is a poor Tim Hortons wait in line for drive thru OVER 7mins or more. If you're in a rush to work or don't want to get scammed out of roll up the rim, spend your money at another one , where they are honest. If you go there you'll see for yourself. Being honest because I cannot believe Tim Hortons is letting them ruin their brand name. Hope this helps ! **Update 04/19/19 - Tim rewards card works EVERYWHERE but here their system is "always" down. Ever since the middle eastern owners took over they no longer care about the people/customers **

Poor service, staff is always slow. There was a small line of customers and the cashier choose to ring up her order and cash herself out. Then she proceeded to look and text while the customers stood there waiting in line.
The worst customer service I was getting a coffee two people ahead of every complained about stale food and wrong orders then I was charged for an espresso shot from a 'free coffee ' . An obviously new employee was yelled at iN Front of customers about something so petty that it should have been discussed privately. Half of the children there look half awake or still on something . Sadly the management clearly doesn't care as their staff is out back smoking marijuana on their breaks or whenever they can . It is only the location that would cause ANYONE to brace walking in there knowing you'll be waiting at least 10 minutes while the staff figures out orders!! since I work at an establishment close by it's disturbing .
This location is the worst! They are always out of something, drive-they is VERY slow, parking lot is always filled with litter and the tables are always dirty. Management gives major attitude when you complain. DISAPPOINTED, is an understatement. Health dept should shut this location down
Terrible. This location screws up orders every single time. Ordered one of the new sandwiches and it was on untoasted panini bread. Supposed to be on a square type bun. That was the last straw going to this location. Maybe the projects would be a better fit for this franchise
I do not know why but my coffee is the exact same from every location but this one. When i come here, the coffee is always way hotter and does not taste right at all. It is darker too. It was not always like this. I have been coming to this location for many years and now I have to go to the one in the Delta Sonic up the road if I want my coffee to taste right. Also other reviews about management are spot-on. It is a disorganized mess at this place. This is also a relatively new phenomenon. Maybe the last few months.
Poor attitude when they mess up my orders, probably the worst Tim’s nearby. Consistently messes up my orders on the way to work, so I have to go out of my way to another one. Employees usually huffs and puffs, rolling their eyes when I have to correct a mistake they made, gladly not coming back as they opened another one a couple blocks in other direction
This was a very poor experience this morning. Poor attitude at the counter while ordering. Music playing way too loud for anyone to hear what’s being said at the counter. I would drive out of my way to another location next time for a better customer service experience.
Service is slow, I ordered 1 cup of coffee 4 sugar 2 cream with a flavor shot I was charged for. Got home my coffee had no sugar and no flavor shot. Complete incompetence at this location.
Went through drive thru at 2AM and ordered 2 bagels, one double toasted with DOUBLE extra butter explicitly stated to put double extra butter on both sides of bagel ...employee (who was African American male) was extremely rude and did not even toast my bagel, let alone double toast it...by the time I got home and went to eat my bagel realized that it had not been toasted nor butter put on it...sooooo had to drive all the way back there to have him remake my bagel and basically gave me back the same thing as first time I went...then had to call there to complain about same issue because no way in hell I was driving back there...wanted phone number for distract manager and he asked why what was the problem? And when I told him he stated to me "that's yo' problem" and hung up the phone on me so now tomorrow I get in contact with distract manager and hopefully they will fire him because he is a rude and ignorant person who should NOT have the ability to deal with customers
Every day I order a London Fog and 90% of the time its completely wrong. I get charged a different price every day as well. I have kindly commented on the price and the fact that its always wrong, all I get is an eye roll. The price went up $1.00 in 2 hours. This makes me wonder if staff could be involved in possibly taking money for themselves. I've looked at the reviews and obviously this establishment doesn't care about customer service or good staff. I personally will never go to this location again.
They refused any food service. Was there at 6:30 am and the girl told me they aren’t serving any food right now. All I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese 🤦🏼♀️
The Ridge road location of Tim Horton’s has gone completely downhill over the past 5 years. This was originally my favorite branch. They rarely have in stock things I want to order. They’ve watered down the Ice Capps - they’re not mixed properly and often times the syrup is spilled all over the top. Coffee quality is inconsistent. They don’t give out the hot sleeves anymore. I request the brown sugar and crumbles on the side of my oatmeal; they cover my oatmeal with too much. Again inconsistency in how cooked the oats are. I rarely get a toasted bagel anymore, even though I request that as well! Go to the Orchard Park location on Potter Road instead.
Having worked in retail, i know working with the public can be challenging. Yet this is what YOU chose to do so at least pretend to care. Plaster a fake smile and pretend you enjoy helping people! Far too often my order is wrong and when they do get it right, my coffee cup is only half full! You want a donut with frosting? Too bad because they'll throw and smush them in a bag making all the frosting stick to the bag. Management needs to take training a bit more serious at this location. Although this one is close to me, I'll take a drive to know my order is correct and that the quality is there.
Try to enter the building the door seems like it was stuck so I pulled on it. I proceeded in to be told that the door was lolocked and the dining room was closed by a very rude gentleman behind the counter. So I turned around and walked out did not order this isn't the first time I've had problems at this location. Very slow service and rude employees. IF A DOOR WAS LOCKED YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN FROM THE OUTSIDE
Today I was feeling nice, decided to pay it forward, and pay for the two people behind me in the drive thru line. Which I have done plenty of times at this and many other locations. The woman working the window said sure, but the gentelman behind her, im assuming a supervisor or manager, started yelling at me because I was going to " screw everthing up." I just don't think thats any way to treat a loyal customer, let alone someone trying to do a nice thing.
This is by far the WORST SORRY EXCUSE FOR A “FAST FOOD” establishment. Whom ever has “trained” the staff or is the manager on any shift should be ashamed of themselves. Every single time I try to give this Particular Tim Hortons another try (ridge road, Lackawanna Ny) I’m painfully reminded how TERRIBLE this place is. For 1 you run out of EVERYTHING there has never been a time where you have all of the 3/4 things we order ( plain bagel, chocolate Tim bits, coke and iced coffee) 2 just yesterday around 2pm we waited no lie 12 mins at the speaker to order with the car in front of us already at the window whom also waited just as long to order - to then get to the window to wait 17 mins for an iced coffee, small regular lemonade and a ten pack of Tim bits for my 2 year old - mind you it was about 82 degrees outside and yes i have AC in my car however being at a standstill for nearly 1/2 hour it’s blowing hot air if we didn’t have cars behind us and weren’t stuck we would have pulled right through. Also to get to the window to hear your staff arguing about whom is doing what because they are leaving at 3. Your establishment is a JOKE and the Tim Horton’s franchise should be disgusted that you are an affiliate of there brand. Regroup and RETRAIN your staff - and STEP YOUR GAME UP
Sign says a dozen donuts $6.99 but was charged $7.55. When I called them on it they want to discuss it rather than just issue refund. Better and cheaper donuts at any grocery store bakery.
The location at 1340 Ridge Rd l. has consistently had a "broken" cappuccino machine for the last several months, not to mention they charge more than any other location in the WNY area. And broken is in quotes for a reason. The machine apparently only manages to magically work in the mornings, or it will work at night depending on which employees are working that shift. Disappointed that the location I used to go to all the time has now become my last resort.
They are the rudest staff I have encountered. My husband and I went there and ordered at the drive thru. We ordered a hot coffee and was given an Iced coffee. We didn't complain just said that we ordered a hot coffee. The satff proceeded to say if that's what we wanted we should of asked for that. They complained loudly while the drive thru window was opened about us. It was very unprofessional. They treated us as if we were a burden. Never going back there again.
Came back to update as this place has turned into a literal nightmare. Every time I come here they either can't find my order or are out of multiple things required to make their main menu items... And the people at the drive thru lack basic customer service skills when asked what is comparable to what you ordered that is out of stock.... Literally just sat there and dead stared me in the face said nothing then said, "So, what do you want?" This one fell all the way off. My trusted Timmy. Rarely messes up my order.
The worst! I love Tim Hortons, but the customer service is just horrible! I can’t remember one time that I had an ok experience with there employees, today it was just the worst, I couldn’t get my meal because the employee just decide to don’t sale anything to me, and told me to leave the place. It’s incredible that even when you are paying for something people make you feel like you are begging for free stuff. This happened today at 1340 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna! But it happened to me on Harlem Rd as well.
Poor customer service. Ordered my soup m tea. Then some kettle chips. She never gave me the chips. I was dining in. I had to get up and inquire and the lady heather said wait a minute. She serviced someone at the window. She was done and gets on her phone while I’m standing at the counter.
VERY rude staff!! Coffee is made incorrectly more often than it's made right. Never have hash browns or the donuts I request. Poorly ran overall. I've been in food service and would NEVER think to speak to customers the way some of these kids at this location do. Need better training, better management, better something at this store!
We went through the drive-through tried to order a chipotle chicken wrap they didn’t have chipotle sauce ordered it anyways and told them that they can put mayo on it instead order the meal with a Sprite they were out of sprite ordered a tuna salad sandwich they were out of that too. Then I was told that I could have chicken salad instead ordered that was told at the window that they didn’t realize that they were out of that too so I literally left hungry with my children and got nothing because I was aggravated that they were out of every single thing we wanted at lunchtime it was 1145 not like it was late and maybe they ran out of stuff totally ridiculous and I will never return
Visit on Sunday service was ok but the ladies room had a sign on a trash can outside the door out of order I see people going in so I asked if it was really out of order and the young lady that was sweeping up behind the line said that they are not letting the public use it cause people are basically nasty and they don't want to clean it. Though I was shocked that she would come right out and tell me this I said ok .I sat for a few minutes and then I couldn't hold it and a man off the street went into men's room so I headed for the door and she said mam you can't use the restroom well there was a conversation then I politely told her I'm going to use this bathroom I can't hold it any longer when I came out my friend said we have been invited to leave . She did say to me that if I went in the restroom that she didn't want me to come back .not a problem! I don't know who owns this location I just hope they are aware of what the staff is doing .
Staff was rude. I came in and asked for 4 dozen donuts. Right away I was given an eye roll and told I needed to call ahead to order that many donuts. Another staff member rudely old me that I had to call first to order donuts. Why do I need to call ahead to place an order for 4 dozen of donuts. If i was ordering 10 or 20 I get it to call in. But 4?? Never had any issues with any other Tim hortons. This staff is with worst. I Would’ve asked to speak with a manager but didn’t think it would’ve helped.
Please review! Whoever says this location is good is FULL OF S***. I’m a neighbor to this location since it has opened years ago and it’s been nothing but bad service! Bad tasting burnt coffee Un-stirred with coffee grounds un-filtered still floating around, and the fact they can’t get simple orders right or are very rude and slow. You can’t even enjoy a cup before work because you have to chance on being late or not, depending on their drive through. They are very limited on items such as donuts and muffins etc because they always say they just threw em out or haven’t been made yet. And worse of all at the speaker in the drive through they will take your order then once you arrive at the window they tell you they don’t have it so you want something else and hold up the entire drive through. They need a proper manager or strict discipline at this location!
worst crew I've ever experienced I ordered small coffee it should take no more than 2 to 3 min I was standing there for 10 min. the girl charge me and started doing something else then she asked me am I taken care of? really u just took my order I asked for a sleeve instead if handing it to me she threw on the counter no surprise there there all blacks what u expect.
Worst managed Tim Hortons I've ever gone to. The staff is a mess, giving out the wrong change and arguing with customers, not handing out cups for water and forcing you to buy a bottle of water, forgetting people's orders, etc. Go to ANY other location and you'll be fine.
Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. They're always miserable and the order is always wrong. I've gone everyday for a month and it never once got better. I've simply stopped going because it's just not worth it. Pick a different location. It's worth the few extra minutes on your commute to go elsewhere.
This was a very efficient establishment for years. Some of the staff is rude. They run out of the same items weekly and there machines break weekly. I'm not sure if they still time the drive thru but there is a delay between every vehicle. They also don't accept the Tim's reward card because they say it screws up the register. No one knows how to properly refill the hot chocolate machine so it's usually watered down. When I tried to talk to the male manager he put his hand up in my face and said were working on it.. Some of the staff need to wash there uniforms. The only goos thing is there are so many locations you don't have to tolerate this.
Very bad customer service. Ignored the fact that people were waiting at the registers. A customer actually had to say "Hey, ladies, is anyone going to take people's orders?" for anyone to acknowledge us. The person at the register then acted as if we were inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. She then grabbed the wrong muffin and acted like it was our fault. The cleanliness of the establishment was very poor. We stopped there on our way back home, we don't have Tim Horton's where we are from so we thought we would try it. Will NEVER go to another Tim Hortons after this experience. Corporate needs to set them straight.
I would give a half-star but, ya can't. I'm a Door Dasher. I went to this location for a $7.00 order. When I arrived, they had NO bagels and NO donuts. I repeat: NO donuts I had to inform the customer who then, cancelled the order after cursing at me. I lost money! The sidewalk was NOT shoveled yet, there are 3 workers conversing behind the counter. This place is ridiculous. 👎👎👎
I wish I can give negative zero but no rating like tht Everytime when I go to order tea/coffee for 5 to 7 crew of my worker who work overnight In drive thru as soon as I order she greeted me with ugh u again even I dont finish my order she cut my order she didn't let me finished my full order to finished. Even I confronted her so I can solve the issue telling her is I did anything wrong with her or problem with me she ignore me She is white girl around 18 to 26 year old I been regular customer of this store for long but other server have no issue n serve me well only her
Came to this location at 5am want to order 3 orders of bites, coffee and a donut. Was told by the manager they dont sell food till after 6am. So if a business is open at 5 am then my question is why do they not sell foot till 6 am.
Asked for a simple BLT, got everything BUT that. They threw deli meat, cheese, lettuce inbetween a ciabatta and called it a day. Come on
this is the worst one you can go to. either your stuff is made wrong or its made super messy and leaks all over the place. given multiple chances and nothing ever changes. no one seems to care. highly do not recommend.
The girl with the nose ring is so rude and i’ve ordered a hot chocolate 3 separate times and they see me and my partners face every morning ordering the same thing. last time they gave me a iced coffee i cannot have caffeine due to medication i take and my partner called and they gave us a free one next morning. then today we said frozen hot chocolate and she MIXED BOTH for whatever reason.??? it’s not okay. with the coffee on the side of the drink.
Drive through staff … can barely hear them! Out of the dozens of Tim Hortons I may go through during my work travels every month it is the only store that you have to eat 3/4 of a Boston cream doughnut before you actually find the Boston cream.
We only come to this Tims if it’s after hours for our usual location. The drinks and food are standard Tims quality, but the service here is kind of odd. There’s never any pleasantries from the order takers or the employees at the window. Just a “what would you like” and often times a completely silent interaction at the window with no response if you thank or greet them. Edit: came back again and we were ordering the 2 for $7 iced capp deal (works on any iced capp flavors except limited time). This tims doesn’t charge the drinks properly and instead of putting the items in as pumpkin ice capp or caramel iced capp, they put everything as the default flavors, and then add the flavors and such as extra flavor shots and add ons to make the drinks come out to more expensive for the customers. When we pointed out that they didn’t put the drinks in right, she argued with us. “You said pumpkin iced capp, I put an iced capp plus pumpkin plus whipped topping” yeah no. I’ve been coming to Tim’s for years and that’s not how it works.
Says it's open 24 hours. I just tried going in and doors are locked. False advertisement at its finest
08/31/3025 at 10:10pm they no longer serve food after 8 PM. Seems kind of worthless to be open.
Yeah, this morning I had a door dash order and you guys were open according to the app. Ya'll confirmed the order and started preparing said order but the second the dasher got there "Oh no we're closed." What are your hours then? Google says 24 hrs. Door dash said open at 5:30am. Explain. Oh, and I didn't get my food besides my 2 donuts and bad coffee.
I have been going here over time and this location specifically is ran bad. The coffee is old In the morning and is not brewed fresh and they don't even give out roll up the rim game cups. Very sad. However, when the group of young girls are working it's noticeably better customer service and quality.
This place is really bad. I try to avoid this location at all costs. The employees are rude and barely look at you. The food is always like warm at best and old tasting or overcooked. The French vanilla I got this morning is barely half filled of the way filled so I paid for half a cup of French vanilla. I definitely will never go to this location again it sucks
I am currently sick and so I looked up 24hour Tim Horton’s. I assumed because The Tim Hortons is 24 hours that they would be serving food at this time. (7pm). Once I got to the drive-through speakerphone, the employee asked me to wait a few minutes and so I did. Once the employee was ready, I then asked for A chicken noodle soup and she stated that they did not have any soup. I tried to order a ham and Swiss sandwich, then she stated they are not serving any food other than donuts and cookies for the rest of the night. She was not at all nice. She was laughing as she told me they were not serving food for the night. I highly recommend trying a different Tim Hortons.
Just left this location, super rude they handed me my pumpkin ice coffees not even stirred and when I asked him to stir them please and walked away didn’t even take the other one my boyfriend was handing back to him stirred it super quick and rude didn’t even say a word his body language said it all curly haired orange head I’m pretty sure he was a ginger but could be wrong. Had glasses my boyfriend said thank you he just closed the window on him disgusting miserable workers
I usually go to this one to get my coffees and today at 2:50-3 I went here to get my coffees fixed because both my pumpkin ice coffees from a location in Hamburg were made wrong! I pull up they tell me come to the window and as I’m there I hear some older lady say super rude “ain’t no way both those coffees were made wrong” window was wide open I heard her clear as day! So I kindly brought my drinks in and left them on the trash can for her to try sense I’m a liar :) see how yummy those metal tasting coffees are.
This is the worst Tim Horton's I have ever been to. My first visit to this restaurant was last year when my long lost friend and I decided to go inside, have some coffee and catch up. The coffee was just fine, but that is where the "just fine" ended. During our entire visit we could hear the staff talking about inappropriate personal topics LOUDLY and using profanity. What I could only assume was the manager was heard berating an employee in front of everyone and then talking to staff about that employees response. Completely unprofessional. My friend and I finished our coffees but decided to not visit this Tim Horton's again. A couple weeks ago that same friend and I were cruising around and decided to stop in and give it another try. Huge mistake. When we walked in there was a female and young toddler standing at the counter talking to a male employee. While we were ordering that toddler was put onto the counter and literally began walking on it. As we were only getting coffee, we weren't too concerned about and grabbed a seat to chat. We hadn't even opened our coffees before a man dressed in an exterminator uniform and holding some type of spray asked us to get up so he "could spray our area". WHAT?!??!? How is that even okay? Not only did that happen but when we questioned him about spraying poison where we are sitting, he got an attitude with us. Obviously not an employee there but still. I am not a complete idiot and do realize that food businesses do need to spray at times to keep infestations down but do not do it while customers are patronizing your business.
The coffee is okay, my food orders are always messed up; and I messed up I mean the food is always some how ruined by the manner in which it is handled. It's like they intentionally put the donut in the bag upside down, my chicken panini had a giant chunk missing from the bread, and they used the chicken salad mix instead of the correct chicken.
Order taker not pleasant in drive thru, no pleasantries from the guy at the window. Passed me the food while looking the other way. I think he mumbled something nice after he handed me my cold bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit. Yea, we're supposed to be more supportive of the understaffed restaurant maybe these employees should have taken the easy way out and mooched off the government because their attitudes and lack of caring just shared off another customer.
