Did my first pick up order today and everything was awesome ( i asked for a lot of toppings) and they nailed everything and also listened to my request in the box. Just appreciated them actually taking their time and constructing my order well. Thanks a bunch! (:

This was a great experience, the cashier / sub handler had amazing customer service, I absolutely love the quality of care that the employees show! I’d have to say my favorite employees so far would definitely be the two Hispanic women. They completely care about you and the service you receive. Food was made to a par (absolutely delicious) atmosphere amazing super clean! And everyone here is so friendly I love that! 10/10 will come again

I’m so happy with my food and the interactions I had at this subway! Myself and others standing in line were treated with the most respect from Lee and Aiden on shift! They deserve a raise! Super kind and friendly even when one customer was having a problem understanding her total. We collectively helped her take her food to her vehicle as well! I’m appreciative of the good food and hospitality! Very hardworking and friendly employees you have!

I would just like to share my opinion on this particular Subway. This is a bit different as I have not personally eaten here, however, I would just like to say how wonderful the owner of this establishment is! She goes above & beyond for her employees! She always takes time out to listen to them, she has compassion & understanding! She treats her employees like family! I can't tell you how much that means to me, as a mother of one of her employees!!! That says a great deal about this establishment!!! Thank you so much for putting your employees 1st!!! My Child speaks very highly of you & her fellow employees!!! In this day & age, it's hard to find a place of employment like yours!!! Thank you again ❤️

The employees you have are absolutely wonderful! I wish I had their names but there were two gentlemen that are so friendly and helpful! One we’ve encountered is having a Lil baby on the way and the other labeled Our subs “His & Hers”, Which I thought was adorable :) They work at night and just wanted to give them the recognition they deserve! Now a days it’s really hard to come by such beautiful, kind people. Like myself, I really appreciate that and I guarantee you it pays forward. We will be back :)

Don’t leave reviews often but felt compelled to as a former worker in the industry. My experience at this location has always been great but the two woman working today were absolutely off the charts with their work effort. Juggling take out orders and taking care of the customers in a timely fashion while still being attentive to the sandwhich making. To boot, extremely polite and engaging at the same time. I was really impressed. These two specifically were wayyy above and beyond! Kudos!!

I have been to Subway locations in multiple states but this one is near the top. Always clean, friendly staff and decent tasting food. They always get the order correct which is another plus

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The workers are always so nice and friendly even when the place is packed. Im a lifter and they always bless my food with different sauces lol. Foods always fresh qnd the serving area always cleaned. I will continue to go here as linf as its open!

Had an online order. They made it corectly and as requested. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I had a large order, and they were offering assistance. Subway is a chain restaurant, so the food is the same no matter the location. Sub rolls are typically soft, and ingredients are fine with a number of options to pick from and made to order.

Stopped in for the first time in awhile to a subway and I chose the Southgate Plaza location. I don't regret it. My first thought was that the place was clean. Second... I was greeted by a very happy, friendly woman who seemed genuinely happy to have me and my family there. Then, the gentleman behind the counter made my sub to perfection. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I give the elusive 5 stars to this location, something I rarely give. Thank you Jane and Bob.

Walked in and didn’t get a greeting or a thank you, basically a hurry up and bye situation, so not only the food consistency is down but the hospitality is in the tank. Such a convenient location but overall this place made me want to drive to a different location. Do better!

I said the roll looked burnt - they had the burnt side facing away from me. They said no, its just crispy and wrapped them quick and put them in my bag. 3 out of 4 subs burnt like this. Pretty ridiculous, bet they wouldnt eat a sub like this.

Can't give this place a lower score...almost always mess something small up. But this time I have finally had it. Placed online order. Go pick it up. Get home. 1 sub missing tomato and banana peppers. The other sub. Missing the 3 dollars worth of bacon. And not toasted... drive all the way back. At this time it's 5:30 on Sunday. Doors are locked. Look in side and the older guy who made the subs is cleaning up. I knock on window. He locks up. I hold the sub up and tell him he messed up the order. All I get is a 🤷‍♂️ followed by him turning his back to me. I have not only wasted time on this tonight. I know have to find time tomorrow...what a joke.

Horrible experience. Me and my partner wanted to get something quick to eat. The male with bright pink dyed hair ignored us while he was making subway sandwich orders placed through their mobile app. If I am eating at your location in PERSON You should be able to serve me first. A terrible, lifeless, expression was on this man's face the WHOLE time. Felt so awkward that we just had to leave. I truly don’t understand how this location is still up and running.

To the girly boy with long black hair and a bull ring in his nose behind the counter, all the attitude is unnecessary. It's not my fault you're busy. If you can't handle a dinner rush you shouldn't be working in food.
