Everything is delicious, every time! I got the 'N the grass sub with chicken, opted to have artichokes on place of peppers...absolutely amazing!!! The chicken fingers are enormous! The chicken wing calzone is super flavorful! The parking lot is well lit & clean, & so is the interior of the restaurant. The gals behind the counter & super friendly & professional. Eat at Sanrora's, you won't be disappointed!

Pizza was done just right. The sauce was very good. Enough cheese and pepperoni. The service was very good. No long wait for drinks or food. Tvs to watch news and sports too.

I've ordered pizza & wings to be delivered on several occasions & have never been disappointed. Today I decided to go with the Chicken Parm Dinner. It arrived earlier than expected, piping hot & absolutely delicious. There was tons of it, so I can easily get two more large meals out of it. I'm definitely a satisfied Santora's customer!

Our pizza and wings were delivered in about 45min. Just as promised and it was like they just came out of the oven. Nothing better than fresh, hot, and taste food delivered to your home. The pizza was cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of crunch to the crust, and ingredients cooked to perfection. Our wings were just as taste and cooked perfectly. Santoras, Our Friday go to family night.

I've driven by this place many times over the years. I live over an hour away, but frequently drive up to Buffalo to go shopping. And, Sat night, I decided to stop. I looked over the online menu while in the parking lot so that I wouldn't be clueless inside. I glanced at a menu sitting on the counter and menu and prices matched what was online. Pizza was excellent. (My nickname is Dr Pizza, I know my pizza.). I only got one slice, as I wanted to try a sub. The sub was also excellent. Prices were very reasonable, (it's definitely a bargain to get a whole sub instead of a half.). I'll be making it a regular stop in the future.

First time here for dine-in, I was very impressed by the quality of the food, the salad was super fresh and the meatball sub very flavorful and not drowned in sauce as is typical. Super friendly service, really clean and bright dining space. Will definitely be back for hearty and satisfying casual meal.

I stopped in while on the road running errands for my daughter. She needed change for a $20. I pulled into Santora's, asked the very nice cashier at counter. She said ok & gave me change I needed. Her friendly upbeat personality impressed me highly! I told her I was going to put in a 5 star survey because of great customer service, she thanked me. I just needed to share with the world that not only does this place have top notch pizza, but literally the best boneless wings ever.

We contacted santora’s about bringing our field trip group into the restaurant for lunch and they welcomed us, set up our order and tables ahead of time, had excellent food and service, and accommodated any extra needs we had. It was a 10/10 experience.(Spring 2024) Adding to this review again this year (3/20/25) we came back with a field trip group, same hot tasty food and great friendly service from Kim and Danielle (who also helped us last year!) and the owner. The kids are always happy and full when we leave and we’ve always had friendly conversation and a good time!

I visited Buffalo from Tulsa , Oklahoma... I started visiting Buffalo 3 years ago.. every time I go I have to have Santora's pizza.. I got a large pepperoni, fried dough and fries.. all of it was amazing.. I wish I could have brought more home with me

Amazing classic Western New York pizza. We went for dinner on a Thursday night and were seated right away. We enjoyed their cheese and pepperoni pizza, with a classic WNY thick crust and cupped pepperoni. Delicious! Just like what I grew up with. We also had the medium Buffalo wings. Crispy outside with tender juicy meat. Very flavorful! Finally we had their gluten-free pizza, a thin crust. Delightful option for people who cannot eat gluten.

Hands down the best pizza I have had in my life! Crust is perfect, sauce is incredible, cheese and pepperoni were phenomenal!

My company just ordered pizza and wings yesterday for our Christmas party and we were very pleased with everything. I want to specially thank their manager and employees for their time and customer service. I should've listened to the manager's recommendation for what to order given the size of our group. I ended up having to modify the order and the manager went out of her way to make sure the charge was adjusted properly. I want to thank everyone at Santoroa's who helped put our dinner together. Our son came home for the first time in 6 years. He is moving to Japan to be with his wife. Our little 'get together ' got bigger than anticipated. I cannot stress enough how the Santora's staff was prepared for us. Everyone enjoyed themselves, each person got leftovers. By far the best pizza in my area! They build a pie the way I remember most pizzarias did it back in the day. No frozen crust, no canned sauce, and definitely no fake cheese. Their pizza is baked well done creating a the perfect crust and the pepperoni cupped and charred just they way it should be. Consistency is the norm at Santora's, I have never received a sub par order. The prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for and you won't be disappointed.

This place is awesome!! We always stop here when we visit the Buffalo area. Our waitress Kim was the best!!❤️❤️❤️ she was very attentive and on top of things! Our pizza 🍕🍕🍕was excellent with a puffy crust! We also had chicken wings 🍗🍗🍗 which were very good! Our antipasto salad 🥗🥗🥗 was above and beyond loaded with meat, cheese 🧀,olives 🫒🫒🫒, onions 🧅 🧅 , peppers 🫑 and peppercinis 🌶 !!! Unbelievable! We also had an Italian sausage sub! Very good but a little spicier and thicker than the last time we were there! If you’re in the area, you must try Santoras pizza!! Many fine foods to try there!!

Popular local pizza place. Friendly service. Wings were a bit dry for my taste, but meaty. Pizza a bit overdone, but Buffalo pizza always features slightly charred pepperoni. Crust was thick without being doughy and a sweeter sauce. Family loved it.

My wife and I decided that after driving by this place several times recently we should check it out. We are glad we did. It was not a perfect visit but we did enjoy the food and we did enjoy the service when they had time for us. Pizza was good enough for us to decide that we were coming back for it on another date. Just a note. The service is nearly impossible to get five stars when you are super busy and you're waiting for a table. That being said waiting a long time for beverages and in your food also remove the star. The atmosphere was loud. Some of that loudness was due to people shouting at each other as they were next to each other I don't know if it was due to loud speakers or whatever but it takes away from the experience again.

A buddy bought dinner the other night. I have never had food from here before. The subs, chicken finger and sausage royal were out of this world amazing! I wasn't rude so I can't speak on priceas I didn't ask my buddy what he paid... I will update review to 5 stars if the pizza and wings is just as good AND IF the price is decent

I've been coming here my whole life, I even worked here for a summer. I love Santoras, alas .. this may be my last time .. I cannot justify $35 for 3 slices of pizza 5 wings and 2 drinks.. I can go anywhere else for half the price, and make the same thing at home for about $3.. Good luck .. I'll never ever pay $80 for a large pizza and 25 wings... ever..

Huge “small” salad with generous with toppings, protein and dressing. Also ordered a large cheese & pepperoni pizza, 1/2 medium of the boss’s favorite, cheese sticks and breadsticks. Pizza was very good, but expensive. Breadsticks and cheese sticks were underwhelming. We would order from again just for pizza and salad.

There is something special about Buffalo style pepperoni cup pizza. This place did not disappoint. The pepperoni was nice and crispy. The pizza itself was so soft and flaky and the sauce was really good. This place had a great lunch special of a couple of slices and a drink for $10 and the pizza was brilliant. I also added on a couple of chicken wings as I was in Buffalo area and you can never pass up having wings in this region. I normally go for buffalo sauce, but I did try the sweet Thai chili and it was a really nice mild flavor and the wings were cooked really well all in all this was a great spot for some good greasy pizza and chicken wings and I’d highly suggested if you’re in the region to hit a Santoro’s up. There are multiple locations in this region. This one is a little bit older, but the server was really brilliant and she kept coming around to make sure my food and my drink was full so full five stars to her for her effort and she deserved every penny of her tip.

Local small pizza shop with a dining room- this has been a good spot to stop in for pizza shop staples for a long time. There pizza has always been one of the better ones, and the same goes for their wings- they even listen when you ask for wings to be extra crispy, sauce on the side, etc. They also have an excellent fried dough dessert which is more than enough for four people. Prices are reasonable, and one of my favorite parts is that the offer a 5 wing option, or a 3 finger option- they don’t force you to order 10 or 5 respectively like most other places.

I ordered 2 subs and I was very specific as to what I wanted on each. One was fine but the lettuce and tomato was missing on mine. I asked to have them baked, so then you add the lettuce and tomato after. I guess someone forgot. For $25 for 2 steak subs there should be no forgetting. I ordered from there because I wanted quality and do not want to slam local businesses especially at this time. We have ordered from there many times in the past. This time, I was very disappointed.

We told the waitress that we wanted 2 Large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and 1 ice water and 1 ice water with lemon. She said 2 large pepperoni pizzas and we said no 2 pepperoni and mushroom pizzas. We did get the correct orders on our pizzas but got 2 ice waters with lemons. Also the place wasn't busy but there was a stack of dirty dishes on the table across from us the whole time we were there.

We got a free salad with our pizza, and honestly it was the best part of our meal. Their homemade Italian dressing was delicious. With that said, the rest of the meal was just ok, their sauce is pretty bland, but the pizza dough was good, it was edible. Let's put it this way, we finished the salad and left the 3 extra slices of pizza behind, not good enough to bother keeping for leftovers. The place was freezing cold to sit and eat, the air conditioning was on full blast, we actually had to go to the car for our sweatshirts because it was so uncomfortable. And it was so loud! They had the music blasting, we couldn't even have a conversation with our meal because the music was so loud. I could understand if the place was crowded, but it was just me, my husband and my 75 year old mother in the whole dining room. They have a bunch of tvs on a bunch of different channels in the dining room, it would have been nice to watch that instead of the loud, disruptive music. Even after saying it was too loud and we were too cold the server completely ignored our complaint, she was pretty gruff, not exactly the friendly type. We probably won't be returning, as it seems most others have decided the same, considering we were the only people in the joint.

Some of the best, if not the best, pizza I’ve ever had. But the prices are absolutely horrendous. $4.55 for onions on a large pizza? Bulk onions don’t even cost 15 cents per onion. Outrageously over priced.

Order was wrong, they wanted me to drive all the way back from a friend’s house for a party to get a new one plus I had to bring back pizza being that I go there on the regular and was treated like that I will not be going back anytime soon

I don't understand how this place is the same owner of Picasso's and Picasso's tasted a lot better. Great atmosphere. Great staff being the sixth oldest pizzeria in the US of a is an honor to come and review it. Can't believe they're using a a conveyor oven. That's like building a Ferrari on an assembly line. Add some saltiness to the sauce two salty maybe a pinch of Parmesan salt or assiago? Good luck!

My first order of wings came from this place. I was 17 and the year was 1970. They were the best. Stopped in recently to get an order of wings and when the waitress brought them to my table there was blue cheese but no celery. What’s with that. The wings were good but they should come with the celery. If I ever go back I’ll bring my own I guess. Lol

Take out counter with a small dining area in separate section. I've been going here for years. Lately it has been hit or miss. For the money spent, I expect better. I ordered a large pizza and 5 Char-BQ fingers. They were both under cooked, the pizza had too much cheese and the crust was soggy. I had to throw them both out. The restaurant offered me 15% on my next order. Based on the slop they handed too me there will not be a next order. At $40 for one bite of pizza, there are other options out there.

They used to have the best antipasto salad. I always order without onion because I am very allergic. The last several times I have ordered, I get it home and there is onion. This time I opened it in the car, again there was onion. I don't know why they can't get an order straight. I'm going somewhere else.

The food here is not bad by any means, but it certainly isn't anything special. The restaurant reels in customers through the name and being the oldest pizzeria in Buffalo. Because of this the prices are definitely through the roof for a pizza, my order of one pizza, and a 10 piece wings (with coupon) was near $60 after taxes and delivery fee before the tip for the driver. There are better pizzerias out there in Buffalo. Although if you have Santora's on your list of places to try, do yourself a favor and just go in and order a single slice. The pizza is too expensive and not great. Little amounts of cheese, excessive amount of sauce, and way too much dough used. Im aware Buffalo style pizza is a thicker slice, than say NYC pizza, but even when discussing strictly buffalo style pizza, this place is at the bottom of my list. The best part of my order was definitely the wings. Still, I would have rather I just order from pizza hut for $25 (after delivery and tip) for the same order of a pizza + wings. Would have saved me lots of money and disappointment.

We came here today from Canada, for my birthday, and will probably never return! Not sure if it has changed ownership or the cooks are different from a few years ago when we did like the place. First off the prices are horrific! For a 6 slice and 15 boneless wings it was $38.00 which is close to $50.00 Canadian. Unheard of in Canada to pay that price! The pizza and boneless wings came, and the pizza is definitely not as good as it was a few years back. It was a bit soggy, the crust was close to 2 inches thick(YUK), and I asked for banana peppers and it had jalapeno on it. The boneless wings I couldn`t eat at all. I wanted medium wing sauce, and in Canada medium sauce is a combo of barbecue sauce and hot sauce. These wings were greasy and tasted like butter sauce! They made me sick! My husband got the calzone, and there was hardly anything inside. it was basically folded dough with a few items in it!! Sadly we used to love it here, but won`t be back!

Went to visit my 83 year old Mom & she offered to buy dinner. We chose to try Santora’s again as the last time we had the pizza it was mostly dough. Well this time it was absolutely awful!! As were the chicken fingers. You would think the employee filling the boxes would’ve noticed the cheese & pepperoni pizza was black 🤮 burnt & the fingers were nothing but grease. $50 later out to the garbage. It’s a shame because when Mom 1st moved to the area a few years ago, on other occasions we had good food. The manager should be more attentive. Whatever happened to having pride in the product a company is providing.

What happened to your pizza?. Since when is it standard to burn the edges and pepperoni edges and tell us that's the way it's supposed to be. I just want to start by saying, santora’s has great pizza. But I’m not sure I know anyone that is willing to pay $78 for a large pizza and 15 wings. Ridiculously overpriced, especially when picasso's and blasdell pizza are equal to santora’s in my opinion and it’s $52 for a large pizza and 20 wings. 5 more wings and almost $30 cheaper.

The food and service was great, the only issue that came up was that we had a $50 gift card that they didn’t accept or said wasn’t working. They took out our information down, but said for some reason the gift cards weren’t working at all. Why disperse gift cards if you can’t use them? It seems like a scam. Also, what if we only had enough for the difference of the meal? I think other action should have been taken.

Been coming here for years and consistently the quality is going down and the price up. Just ordered a medium Da Boss and 10 wings x crispy and saucy. Pizza was half baked, wings were dry, soggy and I got 8 drums and 2 wings. Absolutely unacceptable for almost $50. DO BETTER!!!

I ordered chicken fingers off door dash from here thinking it would be something quick before I went back to check on my baby in the nicu at the hospital. Chicken fingers were not fully cooked should have figured because the fries were barely cooked as well. So disappointing

We arrived exactly when we were told to pick up our order, but had to wait an additional ten minutes before the food was ready. The pizza was old which made no sense. Not hot or even warm for that matter, more like room temperature so kinda disappointing. The wings were good. Tried hot and bbq. Both were good. The mozzarella bread was excellent. However, the sub we ordered came in a Picasso's pizza sub box, and the sub roll was suspiciously similar to that found at Picasso's which we hate. Very disappointing. For the price, you'd get better quality with a frozen pizza from tops.

Spent $105 on wings and 2 pizzas. The steak in the grass pizza was so soggy because of all the grease. I lifted the box up a bit and all the grease ran down to the other side. I couldn’t even pick it up to eat. My adult son threw his piece away. We took the pizza back and showed the owner, who happened to be working. He never said “I’m sorry”. He asked “how old is it”? It was 45 minutes old. “What do you want”? he asked. I asked for a refund or credit. So he discounts for the pieces missing and makes us wait five minutes or more for our gift card while he helps with food orders, maybe hoping we’d leave.We got $30 of the $36 pizza. Go home, my son was upset about the way the owner treated my husband and I. Without realizing it, my son had pulled the uneaten pieces from the garbage and took them back. He had a talk with the owner and got the $6.00 back in cash.Never had this pizza experience my whole life 😳

IM NOT GOING BACK AFTER THIS!!! I had ordered a sub and paid extra for chz to be on my sub I also paid extra for extra chz. I drove away with my takeout food to my dog training appointment and ate, to find the cheese missing on the sub. I had no time to call that day because my appointment was 3 hours long and by the time I got home it was 10pm and time for bed. so I called after I got back home from work, the next day. To be treated like an absolute problem on the phone. I was told that I should of called that day because they would of remade my order. Like I said I had a long night and there was no way I could call I had things going on. The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude and not apologetic at all more of treated me as an issue that she wanted to get rid of asap. After I told her I lived 40 minutes away and I wouldn't of came back for a remake anyway she offered me 5 dollars off my future chicken finger sub. I then had a question and she just interrupts my question and says "mam like I said I'm giving you the 5 dollars off..." and I cut her back off and say I literally just have a question...she annoyingly says go ahead all I was asking was what the sauce was that came with the sub I ordered because it was not the hot sauce I asked for to be on the side...I'm sad, this was one of my favorite pizza places in Buffalo but after how I was treated, I'm not going back!

We were having a meal with family who live locally in Buffalo (as we no longer live there) and the experience ruined the limited time we had with them. It took us over an hour and half to get our food after we ordered it. It was only when we asked (about an hour after ordering) our waitress said "there was an issue". The food ultimately trickled out over the next 30 minutes. She forgot side dishes. Drinks sat empty. Two of our orders were wrong. We watched four other parties come in, eat, and leave before we even received our food. There was zero communication about any of the issues. When we attempted to address it with our waitress she was passive aggressive and snippy. When we spoke to the manager and saying "she understood" we received our check with a few dollars off. We paid it and left but will never return and will be sure to tell everyone else about our experience.

I went to Santora's Transit Rd location for pizza and wings. The pizza was served piping hot and was delicious, however the chicken wings arrived cold, not even warm. The sauce that was poured on top of the wings was turning to jelly, that's how cold the wings were. I informed my waitress about the situation and she promptly returned the wings to the kitchen. She returned about 7 minutes later with a plate full of wings which appeared to be the same order as before. The wings appeared to have more sauce which felt warmer but the wings underneath were still room temp. I realized at this point that this was done deliberately. I decided not to complain again. Instead I quietly paid my bill and left.

I've been coming here for years but this time is the last time due to the quality of food. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and garlic bread as an appetizer. The appetizer came out Luke warm and soggy. The sandwich had a pool of grease in the bottom that made the bread soggy to the point it wasn't edible. I was told my the waitress "it's game day" as an excuse for the kitchen. As I walked out I said "Any business that has an excuse of its game day to NOT serve quality food should be closed for business".

Wow! The owner is unhinged! That's all i can say. We will never return. First, two of three of our orders came ten minutes before my wife's food. I ordered a calzone. Unless otherwise specified, a calzone has ricotta and mozzarella, and meat of choice. Here, it is just a pizza dough folded in half, with sauce and nothing else on the inside, with a little mozzarella on top. So, it is a folded pizza with half the amount of cheese as a pizza. I ate two bites, and could not find any cheese, so I asked server if I could have a side if ricotta. She said "we don't have ricotta ". Let's go to when my bill comes with to go boxes. I asked that if I was being charged for my uneaten meal, then I would take it home (I do have ricotta). She told me to go talk to owner. I told him that what I got was not a calzone, he was rude and said "that's how we do it". I said "that's fine, but you should call it something else, because it is not a calzone". He said that because i took a bite, that I had to pay for it. Fine. Bad service..but fine. I sat down and then got up to go pay at register (not sure if you have to pay at register, but my server walked by me twice, and I wanted out of that place). I go to register, and said to the owner "what's your name, sir?". He said " get out of here, or I am calling the cops". I asked him, "for asking for your name". He walks away and picks up the phone. I am standing there the whole time with my bill and my debit card in my hand at the register. I reminded him that misuse of 911 is a crime. He came to me and asked if I was going to pay..duh.. handed him my card. Then, and only then, did he instruct his employee to take it off my bill. I worked in the restaurant industry for a long time, I have never seen this before except for on TV shows. I feel bad for his employees.

I can't rate the food because we didn't order any. I can't rate the atmosphere because I didn't go there. I did, however, call to order a large cheese pepperoni & hot pepper pizza. When I hung up, the young lady told me it was $37. I was stunned. I called back immediately (< 1 minute) & asked to cancel my order. I stated that it was just too much money. She got pissy, said, 'FINE.' And hung up on me. I'm sorry she was angry, but I was stunned at the cost and it threw me off. She did NOT have to be THAT rude.

We ordered a small cheese pizza and a large chef salad with ranch dressing. The pizza crust and the top of the pizza were burnt black, but the bottom crust was soggy and undercooked. As far as the salad, if you didn’t know what you were eating, you’d never know it was “supposed “ to be ranch dressing. Absolutely no flavor! We spent $30.00 for this meal, which was a total disappointment. Goodbye Santoras. This was our first and last order.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced I’ve been coming to this pizzeria for over 10 years, but after this experience, I’m done. I picked up a to-go order of 15 medium wings, and when I sat down in my car, the box leaked everywhere - on my jeans, the seat, and the floor. There was so much liquid that it poured out. Luckily, I had a garbage bag in my car, or the mess would’ve been even worse. I went back inside to let them know what happened. The girl at the counter didn’t even apologize. I told her about the stains on my jeans and the mess in my car, and she just took the box (still in the garbage bag) and walked to the back saying she'd be right back. While I was waiting, the owner came over and asked if I was being helped. When I started to explain what happened, he cut me off mid-sentence to talk to another customer like I didn’t matter. About five minutes later, the girl came back, handed me a new box of wings, and just said, “Here you go.” I said, “That’s it? I get a repackaged box of wings?” She said they made new ones and then huffed and walked back to ask the owner "What do you want to do with this?" in an annoyed tone. The owner says to me “I don’t know what to tell you. Have your car cleaned and send us the bill, and we’ll submit it to our insurance.” Still no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience - just a cold, dismissive attitude in front of about 7 other customers. It’s not the mistake that upset me; it’s how they handled it. I wasn’t rude or yelling - I understand how tough customer service can be because I’ve worked in it myself. I just wanted them to show some basic care and acknowledgment. A simple "I’m so sorry this happened" would’ve gone a long way, but instead, they acted like I was an annoyance. After over a decade of being a loyal customer, this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

This was the worst calzone I've ever had. Must of had less than 3 ounces of meat particles, loaded down with veggies that were bland as all hell. Also no cheese or seasonings. Its supposed to be the " world's best. " lol.

Pizza was great, customer service was terrible. Stopped in for quick slice, I was getting work done on my car next door and even though there were only two tables sat in the entire restaurant I was told by the girl at the counter I am not allowed to eat my pizza (which I bought there) inside because I purchased it at the counter. I would’ve even tipped the server. Not offering a place to eat inside for two minutes is wild to me

My wife and I went to Santoras last night. I ordered a steak blue cheese sub. When I got the sub, it was open face and baked. It wasn't a sub. It had shredded steak and bacon. It was very bazaar. You couldn't fold it or it would crumble. There was no blue cheese on it. If I knew it had bacon I wouldn't of ordered it. My wife ordered a BLT sub. It was mostly lettuce and the roll wasn't a sub roll. Not toasted and soggy. The waitress never came back to check on things like refills. I guess just stick to take out pizza.

Undercooked, floppy, dough ball of a pizza and the Italian baked wings were ridiculously overcooked. Just look at how dry these things were. I get it’s a Bills game day but this was bad. $76 for a sloppy medium white pizza and wings cooked to a crisp. Gross. Buyer Beware! Manager offered me 20% off my next order. Don’t worry pal, there won’t be a next order.

Ordered a pizza for the first time in years from this Santoras. Very disappointed in the pizza. Hardly any sauce or cheese and overcooked and dry. Free chef salad had mostly wilted lettuce . Won't order again.

Keep in mind I haven't ordered from here in a while and thought I would treat my guests. Ordered a bucket of wings and a sheet pizza. The pizza was limp and under cooked dough, the wings .... sucked! It's like they re-fried them to sell them to someone else. Dry and no flavor. I needed a drink to wash them down. For the astonishing cost of this purchase was ridiculous. Never again! Very disappointed! Not sure what changed, but it was a change for the worse.

Ordered a kitchen sink pizza with extra sauce and cheese which I ordered thru door dash. Pizza was burnt, no extra sauce or cheese and was a deep dish. Called Santoras to complain and they sent to contact door dash and door dash they said couldn’t help as not they’re issue. This is the 4th order I’ve been disappointed in and it will be my last order as quality has deteriorated drastically

I have given Santora’s Pizza Drive-In multiple chances, because my 10 year old son enjoyed his dine in experience there with family members. Based on his experience, he has asked me to buy pizza from Santora’s about 3-4 times since then. However, this will be the last time I do take out from this pizzeria. The pizza is ALWAYS BURNT, NOT overdone, but BURNT, on the edges of the pizza. Also, the pepperoni is ALWAYS BURNT. The pizza is usually hot and somewhat edible after I have to remove (cut out) the burnt parts. I should not have to doctored up a pizza! This is totally unacceptable for the expensive price I have to pay. My spouse calls the pizza “a mess” and refuses to eat any slices. He urges me to take back the pizza and get a refund. My son has finally given up on take out and asks “why do they always burn the pizza and pepperoni.” My response … 🤷🏻‍♀️😒.
