Hands down... The best waffles I've ever had!! They were soooooooo good that I had to call the restaurant before I even finished eating to let them know! And I took them to go! Can't even imagine if I had them as they came from the iron! They were amazing just stand-alone but I did thoroughly enjoy the wildberry sauce too! 😋

Good tourist stop. Dined on the sidewalk with the historic views. Service was friendly but a bit slow. They brought out our order one piece at a time, so about 20 minutes and 6 visits to our table finally completed our order of simple coffee and sandwiches.

Cute little breakfast place. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint (and not that big of a deal) is that I got a well done egg with my breakfast sandwich, and not scrambled. Maybe it was listed and I failed to see it? This is easily my own fault as I'm more of a scrambled egg type of gal.

Cute little coffee shop and cafe with friendly service. Coffee was great, and a nice selection of beverages. Nice menu, have had (much) better egg sandwiches but with their menu and baked goods I’m certain there are 5 star options there

The hot chocolate was creamy smooth and chocolaty. The kind you just can’t put down because it’s that good. Served at a perfect temperature to dive right in to. Coffee was slightly bitter but robust and hot. Wide variety of drink choices Nice decor but kinda crammed seating and the room temperature was cold The workers were nice We didn’t try any food

I have loved the Lancaster Coffee Company and have been a long time customer, however the last several times I had an iced latte I was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality. I keep coming back hoping that it was just a fluke but sadly it’s been going downhill for awhile now. I’m not sure if the baristas are not trained well or if it’s the quality of the ingredients. I would like to support a small business but honestly Starbucks lattes taste a lot better. Also, I think maybe adding whipped cream or cold foam options might make them tastier as well.

Honestly some of the best coffee you can get in Lancaster. But the staff is so rude it’s not worth it. Tried it again today after over a year of not going there. Same great coffee, same rude employees

When ordering, the website said "estimated wait time 5-10 minutes" I got there after 10 minutes and proceeded to wait a total of 40 minutes for my 2 breakfast sandwiches. During this time I was standing by the pickup area right by the counter not a single employee took note or asked what I was waiting for even though I was standing there looking annoyed and impatient for literally 30 minutes. The food is good but absolutely not worth this. Especially at $18 for two very basic breakfast sandwiches. Will not be coming back

Apparently they delete bad reviews to avoid accepting responsibility or receiving any backlash so beware. My review wasn’t mean, it was honest and straight to the point when I could have been a lot more honest about it. A particular employee at the cafe on register was unbelievably rude, super short with me, and gave me attitude when I asked any questions. She gave the type of mean girl attitude where she thinks she’s slick and condescending enough to get away with it but I could see right through it. Menu items are good, but don’t expect a welcoming atmosphere.

Ordered online, after waiting 18 minutes and seeing people get served who walked in after me I asked about my coffee. Clueless staff said they “didn’t know I was waiting.” Zero eagerness. All for some mid coffee and a cold bagel. Never again.

Average place. Breakfast sandwich was amazing. Was in town, staff was clueless and made a lame comment to me about why they forgot my order. For context I’ve never left a negative review, just rubbed me the wrong way after I was kind and tipped. Would never go back based on it.

When I stopped by this morning to order coffee and a scone, I was the only person in line and I waited for service just to get a small regular coffee . I asked for creamer and was told it was around the corner, when I tried to pour some out I realized that carafe was empty. I sat down for my coffee and to my consternation the coffee was not even close to being hot. It was tepid at best. Slow service, no creamer, lukewarm coffee. Disappointed, never again
