I usually love Moe’s, I’m kind of pissed right now. Me, my three kids and my husband met for lunch today and spent 50 bucks on a couple burritos, my husband noticed immediately, his queso was room temperature, because it was premade so he brought it back up and asked for a hot one. They made him pay for a new one which I feel like was crazy. To be fair, the employees were very nice, Just should have made it right in my opinion. I hate being a complainer so maybe we should have. The beans were rockhard and neither one of us Finished our food. Now I’m still hungry and out 50 bucks😭

The workers here were very rude with little to no customer service. They didn’t ask if I wanted any topping or drinks. They had a lot of attitude and bad vibes. When I asked if I could get sauce they huffed and put way too much. They also didn’t ask if I wanted to get any drinks and just told me the total. The sauce and drink area was also a mess with cups and lids all over the counter. Sauce was also spilled and the tray was missing? One side had the tray that displays the sauces and the other had them just sitting below. The workers made me very uncomfortable and we ended up eating outside to avoid their judgement.

Every once and while I get a burrito from here this past time I came in I was great with a “what do you want” so after her making my burrito I noticed it was only half the size that it usually is. So I put it off and asked for a cup to get a drink out of the soda machine and she said “it’s out of carbonation” so I just left. Not paying 15-20 Dollers for a burrito I can eat in 2 bites and an un carbonated soda.

Very disappointed with this location. Ordered a couple items and a burrito, instead of giving me the burrito I ordered I was given all the fillings of it in a container minus the tortilla shell that it was suppose to be wrapped with. Upon arriving home, and seeing I called the store and was rudely spoken to by the person in charge, and told to come back. Living 25 minutes away at 8:45pm I was not driving back. Was told I’d get a phone call the next day to resolve it but nothing. Won’t be giving business to that location again.

ZERO STARS... If I place an order online it is always wrong. Every single time. I ordered a bowl today and the rice was so hard I thought I was going to break a tooth. I threw the whole bowl out. It was a waste of money. And there is no way I am eating inside because the tables are always disgusting and there is always stuff all over the floor. My family rarely eats out but I can say with certainty I will never return here.

So disappointed! Was told ground beef wasn't spicy - it was so spicy it burned my mouth. Had to toss after just a couple bites. Went into to talk to manager for a refund or something else and she had no concern for the situation. Was told it's not spicy and it's pre-made. So she implied we were lying 😕 Seriously?! Without a doubt customer service was horrible. We spent $37 at the very least another bowl should've been provided but it wasn't. Lack of concern, empathy or care for the situation plus food was not edible. I'd give a zero if I could. 😠

Every table was dirty. The kid scooping the chicken has zero interaction skills ....very rude and short .....He gave my friend in front of me 2 scoops of chicken on his burrito.... And then tried to give me only one for the same exact burrito.... This just happened last month to me here....same kid. It's always the same kid with a baseball hat. For the second time in two months i canceled my order and walked out with no food. I used to eat there once a week... Place turned into a dump over the last year

Wow - what has happened to this location??!? Gone completely downhill since the last time I was here (before they remodeled). The place was empty when i got there, 1-2 tables of customers- no one in line. The place is FILTHY!!! Every table and bench covered in food, the floors as well. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or months - the bathroom was also gross. The soda machine also filthy. To top it off the guy in the red shirt in photo (no one had name tags on) seemed clueless and was charging me for guacamole (because a sticker on our burrito signified hot peppers- and had I not been paying attention to the check out screen would have been charged $1.99 for guacamole we never ordered). Also the queso (this same guy) only filled up these tiny cups halfway- until I told him about it, he acted annoyed when I pointed it out. Pop machine empty on flavors and not replenished until I asked the guy. Overall this went from one of my favorite Moes to one of the worst (Transit Rd Williamsville and Union Rd were also awful from previous visits). Will NEVER return after this experience.

Came to this location on transit and losson in the same lot at target and i used to come to this moes all of the time and it has gone downhill so fast. The place is filthy and they have nobody cleaning it there is food all over the floor and every single table to sit at was dirty and covered in food and garbage. I had ordered a stack which usually comes with queso on it which is also stated on the menu 3 feet away that it comes with queso but when ordering she told me it would be extra which i didn’t argue with because i just figured they switched it. The salsa bar was almost empty and everything looked like it’s been sitting there for like 3 days and yet again was filthy and covered in old and dry salsa. The freestyle soda machine which has the different flavors of soda was out of almost all of the flavorings so we politely asked if they could switch it or if they were just out entirely and the lady who we had asked rolled her eyes and got her manager in the back to do it after giving us plenty attitude. the atmosphere is just horrible and everyone seemed miserable and like they hated their jobs and frankly i don’t blame them. I will not be returning to this location again.

Went there today and ordered a burrito to go. First, I asked for light lettuce, I literally got 8 slivers of lettuce. Went i got home i started to eat it and the "spicy chicken" wasn't mixed proper so the whole half of my burrito is all very strong taxo seasoning, can't even eat it its so gross. 16.00 wasted
