I had the bowlitto last night and I had some hesitation thinking well.. rice is usually dry at these places but I will give it a go. It wasn't! Rice is my arch nemesis and I was able to eat it for 2 meals it was so full and moist. Super impressed. We will be back. It was our first but not last time!

I see all these bad reviews bringing this rating down. I'll say this. This is a new store, a new-ish crew. Let them get their stuff together. Food is the food, always the same. Service was slower than I'm used to but again, new store. I appreciate the owners feedback with the tough love kind of approach, but I see a lot of whining in these reviews. Come on Buffalo, we're better than trashing a WNY staple. Words matter, don't tear down these folks for trying

Mighty Taco has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I love their burritos. Their meat has this complicated seasoning nobody has been able to match. It's so good.

Mighty Taco's newest location! Service was overall good for being so new. Hard-shell tacos were THICC and noticeably had more meat/toppings than other locations (who tend to skimp when filling corn shells). Looking forward to going back!

I pretty quickly got my order, much quicker than expected actually which is always a pleasant surprise. Service was great from the employee and very courteous. Would come back again anytime!

I was ignorant of mighty taco before visiting this location. The employee made some magnificent recommendations and was extremely patient with me. The food was delicious and extremely reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it.

Service was friendly & fast. I took a friend here that's in visiting from Maine. He had never had Mighty Taco before so this was a 1st and he really enjoyed it! Sad they did away with cherry empanatas!

My girlfriend and I were visiting the area from out of town, and with my being a (self proclaimed) taco connisseur, we of course HAD to try Mighty Taco, and WOW! The employees were great and worked together so well, and the food was amazing! I wish we had one around here!

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Granted, I have never gone inside, rather using the drive-thru, so I can't speak for dining-in experience. Service is accurate, polite, and reasonable in speed. The product is consistent and put together in a manner that I'm not crossing my fingers I'm able to eat it without a full set of silverware like other locations can be, or for some reason, the tortilla is completely absorbed with liquid. It sounds stupid but it's really appreciated. It's nice to see a building leased and utilized instead of sitting empty, or worse, being torn down with something built over it that could have fit in the original building.

If you need a fast lunch, that’s always consistent. Buffalo’s own Mighty taco is a great option.

Since this Mighty Taco location opened they have been consistently great. They always have our order 100% accurate. The food is hot and fresh. The employees are friendly as well.

A typical Mighty Taco location that looks clean and well-kept. Nowadays, you order via kiosk near the counter.

First time Mighty visit, wasn’t a huge fan. I got two soft tacos, one beef and one chicken. Honestly I couldn’t tell the difference really (since their chicken is ground), and both tasted a little bland. Though I intentionally left off the sauce because I wanted to try them as-is. Maybe they’re better with the added sauce. I also got the Large Buffito. It seemed to have a sort of sweet taste to me which was odd. Not sure if that was coming from their Buffalo sauce or the Bleu Cheese. Either way, I didn’t finish it. Overall though, service was friendly and portions sizes seemed worth the price. I’d give it another chance and try other items.

Ordered off the app , everything was correct and easy to get and go through drive through.

The person who was handing me my order was great, it was the attitude of the manager l was not impressed with. The employee was reading back my order from the receipt, and the manager kind of snippy told him to just call out the number. I was pleased with him making sure I was getting the correct order.

dining room isn't small altogether but the table to chair space it small and no real dividers between booths so your like eye to eye with the people in the next booth. **Anyone with a little but of weight chairs are not made for us!!!**

Every mighty taco we go to- cannot get their mighty taco orders correct! Don’t bother asking for chicken or sides because most of the time they won’t make it right, the food was edible, not good, just Okay. Also overheard an employee talking about poopy time loudly in the back as we were eating.

Edit: apologies. I was hangry and definitely upset yet honest about the portion sizes but I gotta give em a fair shake before I cast such permanent judgement. Tiniest buffito I've ever seen! I'm alright with inflation because you know what you're signing up for at the dollar sign. But this shrinkflation is insulting to the customer. Sad to see this new location is already off of places I'll come back to.

Beyond slow i shouldnt be sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes.

Waited 20 mins for a small order. Zero since of urgency. Guy behind us just left without his food it was taking so long. Very messy preparation of food. Disappointing.

Went there today got a super mighty meal and a hard shell might taco the mighty had more meat on it than the super mighty ridiculous for the cost the portions r definitely not worth it save your money people

For being a new place be ready to be disappointed I know I was Make sure before you take off the drive-thru window to double check your order. I ordered a beef and cheese burrito that apparently in this location they are smaller than usual and a chicken mighty burrito that ended up being a beef and cheese burrito with lettuce and tomato. I'm reading this place 3.2 Luna's out of 10.

Whoever was working the line at 6 pm tonight needs some retraining on how to fold a burrito. I got home and every single burrito is an absolute mess. Ends falling apart and half the ingredients on the outside and rolled up in the wrapper.

The rice was undercooked ,the chicken and the steak fajita had over a 1/4 cup of juice flowing out and sogging wrap. I ended up scrapping what was left and put it in the bowl of undercooked rice. Most of the staff was well spoken. Others sound like sailors on leave...women included. Manager hides in the back!

My tacos were great, but the past two times we've come to this new one, they've messed up my dad's order. He orders two large beef bean burritos which I don't know how you mess up "Mighty taco 6 pack, and two beef bean burritos." It even says on the receipt that he ordered his burritos, but they weren't in with the rest of the food. The first time they were small, so my dad called and the response was a bit rude, today they just straight up forgot his burritos. If this was fixed and I see better reviews, we may or may not try again, but for now we're probably gonna leave our entry with a proper review. UPDATE: They continue to mess up my dad's order, they've never gotten his order correct since I've wrote this.

My issue with food is I think they left it out to long. They need to follow strict time on hot food. I got diarrhea from eating a Steak Quesadilla and 2 soft shell tacos. Wasn't pleasant

Parking with this drive through is terrible. Wait tines are horrendous as well.

Was charged $10.97 on my lunch card for work which allows for $15 a day and the old woman working the counter cancled my order, after my card was charged, was told it would go back on to the card, card was never refunded and almost lost my job because I could not provide a reciept for the lunch I never received.

Once again, come here. Even though I've had multiple issues in the past. This time I'm about to call the health department. Came here tonight 8/12/24 around 9:15. Not a single soul changed their gloves. Kid at drive thru touched multiple people's money. Then made drinks. Handed them out. Did the same with mine. Dude in black shirt (really hope it wasn't a manager) I witnessed him TWICE scratch his facial hair and neck WITH GLOVES ON and didn't bother to change his gloves. Absolutely disgusting and horrifying. I'm afraid to even eat my food because of how unsanitary this is. I was also here not even a few weeks ago and also put in a complaint to the mighty taco website about one of the employees making his food for break on top of the wrappers being prepared for my food while slathering his food with sauce!! This is crazy! I don't know who is running the store but fix this! You can see the man on camera touch his face twice with those gloves and then touch people's food! You guys were so good when you first opened and the last few months it has absolutely been downhill. The kid at the window didn't even say thank your or have a nice day or anything just handed my food and closed the window. I didn't even mention anything about the gloves or nothing. They were too focused on giggling and laughing when I was placing my order too where I had to repeat myself a couple of times. The customers need to come first and I used to be a manager at a fast food place for over five years. All of this is absolutely unacceptable. Update: I cannot believe the response that was given! You're going to expect me to come back after what I witness happen on the night shift? This BARELY ever happens for me when I come there on the day shift. The day shift actually cares and gets my order right! Night shift they are just messing around doing nothing. Watch your night shift when it's all the young kids and you'll see what I'm talking about. Clearly the manager at night could care less. It all starts from the top.

Spoke to soon evidently...2 hours ago I was going through the drive thru for the first time in months. Cuz the ONLY time my order was done right when I requested No Tomatoes was when I came inside rather than the drive-thru. Mind you I'm Disabled so this is not easy. Tonight I was in a hurry and there were too many people at the counter so I rolled the dice and went to the drive-thru. People are nice don't get me wrong but C'mon READ the order!!! This happened almost every time I went through it in November and Dec and in Jan I started going inside. I'm there a couple times a week cuz as a Disabled senior it's a pain making dinner. BUT at least I get it right. Been doing Mighty since they first opened on Bailey. I'm done

Just ordered 2 fish tacos and 2 fish burritos. They sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes until the either realized that they were waiting to be given to me in the drive through. Tried eating them, and the tartar sauce was 100% spoiled. Total waste of money and time.

If ordering for delivery never use the mighty taco app totally terrible. I want to refund and I can’t even find out who to call so disappointing from such a good location.
