We visit Panera maybe a few times a year. We are pretty boring and don't stray away from what we like. It's very consistent and always good. We order on the tablets when we walk in, sit and wait a very short time. We have gone with our two small kids and they both LOVE the mac n cheese and can split a portion. (under there years old) any complaints we have had regarding food have been fixed without question and with efficiency.

Great service. A little pricey but the food is always good. Can get very busy and noisy depending on the day and time. (Try the Kitchen Sink cookie. It's so delicious.)

I love the Modern Caprese sandwich. The chicken noodle soup is delicious also. I make a you pick 2 from these two items. I appreciate the large baguette you get as a side as well. My kids always love to get the mac n cheese. This location is very clean and has a nice relaxed feel to it. My checkout was especially good this visit. My cashier was extremely friendly and polite. I did not go through drive thru this past visit but I usually get very good service there as well. One thing I would suggest to Panera is to change the name of the summer corn chowder and keep it on the menu throughout the year. I miss it since the took it off the menu at the end of summer.

Drive-thru order and pick-up. Given plenty of time to answer any questions about the menu. Greeted by a warm smile at the pick-up window. Food ready shortly there after. Drove home where the soup was still hot and the salads fresh and crisp. Thank you for a great lunch.

Cheddar broccoli soup is my favorite and I always order it every time I have lunch and I like their rewards plan. Sandwiches are different with a excellent selection. Check out the flat bread pizza too. Quick service

So today I pick up my mobile order , brought it back to my car to review the contents (first time panera customer) and noticed I got chips instead of baguettes. No big deal, grabbed my receipt and walked back in. What impressed me was before I got 5 steps in a manager noticed (I'm sorry I forgot your name. I'll have to come back to find out) and asked what the problem was. After handing him the receipt, turns out I screwed up my own order. He was very nice though and asked an employee behind the line to grab the bread. Thanks for being so friendly.

Hands down one of the best experiences I had a Panera. I usually don’t order Panera but the employee Alexa was extremely helpful and nice. The food was good and great customer service. 10/10!

First time there in a long time still very clean and inviting. Staff extremely pleasant. Quick service moved everyone along with minimal delay. I had a toasted cinnamon crusted bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. I thought it was over the top. Coffee was hot and fresh you helped yourself.

Went for lunch with my wife. Had the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with Autumn Squash soup. Both 5 stars. The sandwich had a generous portion of turkey. Along with the Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese I was very satisfied with the 1/2 sandwich portion. The Squash soup was creamy with a touch of sweetness and spice. Delicious with the crunch of toasted pumpkin seeds. Very happy with my selections.

Overall my FAVORITE location. My daughter is autistic and loves panera Mac and cheese ( her safe food). orders are fast, correct and taste amazing. There is one staff member who we always see ( i need to catch her name) who is always so happy. Kind and engaging. Well kept bathroom and dinning area as well!

I love Panera’s breakfast sandwiches and they have a been a weekly treat during my pregnancy. I know they are a little pricey but I’m leaving a 5 star review regardless. After getting them weekly for several months, this location has proven to be consistent in service and quality of product!

And it’s always done right, can’t say that about the Taco Bell a cross the parking lot. That’s place is horrible , their service and quality are terrible… I always get the teriyaki bowl and baguette. To-Go orders are always correct and on-time, if not early! I enjoy that this location now has the kiosks to order from! The atmosphere in this location is a little dated compared to the Walden Ave. location.

The soups, the bread, the fast casual dining at an above not cheap price. Awww yeah. You'll buy it, I know you love bread. You'll eat Thier bread because you don't know how to make your own Tom facts. You need to look at yourself and start bettering yourself and start making homemade sourdough bread like any good downtown buffalo hipster. We will work on this together Tom, one day at a time. Until you learn to make your own bread please buy Paneras. They stay with that lit bread.

A couple of weeks ago me and my wife went out for breakfast. We ended up at Panera Bread. We both had breakfast there Tammy had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel with and cheese and sausage. I have this really delicious cinnamon roll. I haven't been there often so I can't really speak about other things I have but it all looks good.

Food is delicious, staff are friendly and helpful. Just think they are overpriced. Almost $10 for a small bowl of soup is I think expensive. But tasty.

The food is genuinely good, the service is fine but I place the order myself and pick it up, why would I tip? What did anyone do except their job?

Not terrible. Not great. I always try to emphasize in the comments to include silverware and butter, using polite terms (and I always tip on the app) and never seems to be included. I guess it's on me to not doublecheck but then staff always seems in such a hurry or irritated for asking such an obvious question I don't want to be *that person* but then I get stuck with soup and no utensils. Or bummed I have no butter. In the grand scheme of things it's kind of petty but at the same time for essentially being fast food Panera isn't the cheapest so you'd hope for at least the basics.

Great food at a great (big) price! Not that expensive really, but for basically soup & a sandwich they sure aren't cheap. The soup is great, and there are several different choices on different days. Their sandwiches are good too. Nothing spectacular but the crust on the bread is really good. They also have great bread, or baguettes, as they call em. They also have a small pastry section. I've only gotten a cinnamon roll once and it was huge! A little on the dry side but it didn't get wasted. All & all, the food is pretty good, but basic and on the expensive side for what you're getting.

The food is Great however a Bit Pricey & they took my Favorite Sandwich away! The Turkey Artichoke Sandwich, the One with the Most taste out of ALL their Sandwiches! The others have No taste! I've tried them all! Their salads are good & their Breads! The Soups are tasty too, however a little to pricey for what you get!

The Iced Coffee at this location is EXTREMELY weak and tastes like water. Possibly add more coffee when brewing or less water. A couple drops of creamer will turn a 32oz cup pure white.

It's annoying that you have to wait for a cup for the unlimited sip club. You order online and go inside to pick up your cup and get your drink. But sometimes I'm waiting a long time just for a cup.

Friendly staff and efficient. Couple drawbacks and Not this stores fault. First is that they have done away with their hot selling cinnamon raisin bread and secondly have added a mustard topping to their famous turkey sandwich. How many people do you know who put mustard on a turkey sandwich?

Mediocre at best. Line to order was very short. It took us 30 minutes to get our soup. If you know this panera, you stand and wait for your order....so this sucked! And the order wasn't right either but we all are and left....somewhat unsatisfied. I love panera bread breakfast bagels and cream cheese. Have heard great things about their soup....well...I was a little disappointed . Stick with the bagels.

Usually this is my favorite place. I just got home from having emergency surgery and was soooo looking forward to French onion soup and a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and I was so disappointed. The soup had no cheese. And the grapes in the chicken salad went bad. It was brown mush inside a whole grape and the papaya green tea didn’t have much flavor. Idk what was going on but today was not your day. But if y’all see bad grapes please don’t put them in there. That was the most disappointing part

Ordered a regular coffee and a blueberry bagel. The bagel and coffee we're good. I was putting some sugar and cream in my coffee do-it-yourself. Okay no problem there. The creamer was running very low and just about out. So I was trying to get the last few drops into my coffee. One of the cashier's was staring at me, then barking at me asking me well sir do you need that creamer refilled or not. I do not appreciate being yelled at and I didn't ask her for her help in the first place. You should be refilling it and checking up on these things on your own. You work there. It's your job. It's not my job to tell you to do your job. Have a nice day please.

Rude cashier (we inconvenienced her by placing an order), they forgot to give us 2 items we ordered and the tables were all dirty. Not sure what has happened to this location, we had never had a bad experience prior to this visit, not sure that we will be back.

Decent food, over priced though. Only highlight was that it's a date with my wife. A real restaurant experience, only costs a few dollars more. Wegmans has a better cafe. Also why does cashing out ask for tips? There's no table service, nothing I see as tip worthy. My first time at Panera will likely be my last. $30 lunch, Panera's not good enough.

Really disappointed the last few times that I've gone to this location. I order from panera pretty generously. I spent $20 this last time for a soup and sandwich with delivery and the cheese on it had mold on the side, the soup was half filled (of the already SMALL portion you get) and i ordered my sandwich without the signature sauce because im allergic to mayo, and of course it had the sauce on it. When I called the woman asked what was going on, I let her know what my issues were and she asked if i could hold, she then started taking someones order and must have forgot about the phone because she was then talking to someone else and was talking about how I was just calling to complain to get free food. I immediately hung up because my goal is to NOT get free food. I'm so baffled, so here is to my $20 lunch of a half a bowl of soup and a cookie. Thanks Panera.

Kind of disappointed. We have visited this location on a couple different occasions for a mother dauther date. The sandwich while yummy were made carelessly. Bread slices didn't match up. The avacodo was 1 large hunk. And the cashier didn't offer to warm our deserts or ask if we had a Panera card

Got the sip club and the coffee/ ice coffee is horrendous no amount of sugar/ cream can fix it, ended up walking out without the coffee. For 4 dollars for the coffee I'd expect better if I actually paid good money for this coffee, I'd go to dunkin donuts for there horrible coffee before this place.

would not recommend this specific panera.. service is incredibly slow even with no line at all and the manager is VERY rude. yelled at my girlfriend the last three times she has been inside the establishment and it is absolutely ridiculous. hope they get their act together soon. very disappointing :(

Food and service is good. Just don't try ordering the Asiago bread since they never seem to have it. The last 4 times I have ordered it they contact me that they are out. It doesn't matter if the order is placed 1-2 days ahead or on the morning for pick up in the afternoon. I don't think they look at any orders placed in advance and plan on what they need. This location is closest to me but I'll be using another location that can actual fill my order.

I got my food delivered, my sandwich was smashed to bits and my salad container was covered in crusty salad dressing. I get things happen, but this is like the 3rd time and if you try to call the store the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one picks up.

Good was Luke warm, bread was hard and borderline stale. For 25 bucks for a sandwich, cup of chili and drink it was very underwhelming. Could've and probably should've went somewhere else to get a good lunch.

It's comforting to know that the employees can check the receipt to mark that utensil are included but they never actual give you any utensils. Additionally, when they do not have over easy eggs or are just to lazy they will use scrambled egg on your sandwich even though you specifically ordered it over easy. About on par with the customer service of the world which is even more depressing.

Tuesdays are always busy with the Baker's dozen bagel special. With that in mind, this location needs to help out their front end staff when there is a line of customers. There were 3 people working the front. They were running back and forth trying to get people's orders out. The bagel baskets were empty and blocked by stacks of bagels on trays. There were so many trays that the slicer was blocked and the workers had to continually move things to get what they needed. Not an efficient environment. While the front end was over loaded, there was another worker standing on his phone and telling a story to someone else saying various swear words. I get that you want to talk to co-workers but keep the swearing of your story for a private area. Not all customers want to hear vulgarity at 8am. The manager was seen standing between the front counter and the service counter, then he went to the back to get supplies. Meanwhile the same worker who was using vulgarity, was standing in the open, on his phone and just watching the front end workers run back and forth. IMO, the front end just needed someone to transfer/restock the bagels and move the stacks out of there way. It was not a conducive working situation and you could see the front end getting frustrated about it. But they had 6 people in line and couldn't stop to stock their section. Awesome job to the 3 people up front!! Your customers saw you working hard. Management, going forward, allocate 1 person to restock the products up front or do it yourself. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hit by a moving rack or injures themselves because they do not have adequate space to work.

Was disappointed. The soup was good but the sandwich (Napa chicken salad) was terrible. The chicken pieces were so small you couldn't taste them. There were no almonds and the bread was so thick it was difficult to eat. Very little chicken salad. To add insult to injury the prices are ridiculous. Will think twice before going back. They have really gone downhill.👎

On October 20th a bus of 45 ladies from Canada stopped to shop at Boulevard Square. About 20 of us went to Panera for lunch. My sister who organized the trip ordered her lunch but could not find the water for her drink. She took maybe half a glass of your watered down ginger ale. The older man calling out orders said to her you didn’t pay for that, so she replied I can’t find the water. She may have had two sips of her drink. Not sure if he followed her outside and again asked her did you pay for that drink? She said “ seriously you want me to go back in and pay and half a glass of ginger ale?” Yes he said we call that theft! She went back in to pay and one of our girls said to her are you kidding for 2 sips of a drink? Is Panera Bread this desperate to treat someone like this? Pretty disappointing, I would encourage the girls to eat elsewhere next year👎

Normally panera is one of my favorite places to eat, but lately my panini's have been a little burned. It didn't bother me that much, but when I went through the drive thru today and ordered one after work my entire panini was black. Both the one for me and my mom. The bottom was black and nothing else. I will be calling about this, once I put the kids to sleep, but I am very upset that the paninis were black

Very small amount for amount of money and half of lettuce was turning brown and black (Caesar salad) Not enough dressing or salad in there. Flatbread pizza wasn't good and had a piece of hair in it. Def was a waste of money for sure.

They don't have anything great. They do have some breakfast and lunch things but just not worth going. The customer service is also not exceptional compared to any other place, so I keep going to the places that do have great service around them.

When you tell the person behind the register that the almond milk is empty, you don’t expect that person to give you an annoyed look and say “ok.” The service here has always been less than kind and helpful even since the pandemic and still now. I deleted my original review but apparently things have not changed. Don’t be in the service field if you don’t care to help PEOPLE.

My meal came with a...meal worm. Alive. Plump. Called to let them know and the first person to answer was annoyed and rude, even after I made it clear to them that I wasn't looking for any compensation or whatever (was already home). Second person came on the phone unexpectedly, and they were very nice and ensured me that they'd check for more worms. No apology though. Frickin weird man.

Iv been a sip club member for a few months now. Every time I go through the drive thru I’m sitting there for a few minutes. Today when I was almost done with my drink I sucked up a small wad of hair…I will not be back.

Absolutely DONE with this (Transit Rd / Cheektowaga) location. We order every Sunday and pick it up to bring home dinner. And almost everytime the order is wrong or missing items (this week, the only flat bread pizza on the order was missing). You call to complain and all they can due is offer you a 'pick two' if you can't come back to pick it up, which doesn't even match the cost of the missing or screwed up item. No refund unless you can come back. Good luck to everyone else who uses this location.

For being Diagnosed with Celiac(gluten Fred)..You would think the manager would know was was gluten free..Made me do an app ..That said basically everything had gluten..Go to the website ..Says something different ..Well,she didn't know and neither did i...So I don't eat ..Had too leave ..Not good

I asked for a dozen assorted bagels unsliced. I received 9 bagels sliced and 3 unsliced. The receipt says,"unsliced". I talked to the manager about the mix up. He was rude and said he could do nothing about it. Utter retards at this location. Employees probably huffing paint to screw up a order like this.

Disappointed would be an understatement. Ordered lunch for our Veteran MD, and our delivery order was missing 3 things, I tried calling - took over an hour for someone to answer the phone during their "BUSY" lunch hour, the guy on the phone told me to call back.... wait what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for everything, I just wanted what was missing to be delivered...... 2 hrs later, still haven't talked to management or got anyone else on the phone to replace what was forgotten.... How RUDE!

They only had 2 of any one kind of cookie baked and when I asked if I could make a 4 pack with other cookies because I couldn’t make a 4 pack with only one kind, because they didn’t have any, they were so rude, told me no and basically I was bothering them. Unfriendly, bad business sense, won’t waste my time in the future

In line for 40 minutes for a simple "pick 2" order and my order keep getting messed up and the customer service there is really rude and disrespectful all the way to the managers. I don't understand why they just couldn't get it together today!

Ordered stead and arugula sandwich, as I had once before and really liked it. But this time the bread was soggy and I ended up throwing everything out but the meat and just eating the steak. Very very disappointed...I think whoever made the sandwich put way too much of the condiment mixture on it which made the entire bread just soggy.... Never getting this again.... Waste of my money

I just tried to order over the phone because their website won't let you order with cash. Credit only, no one would take my order because they was busy. Fine, if you don't want to take my order I'll go spend the money elsewhere. If you don't order during busy hours at least let people place an order with cash online.

Ordered a toasted onion bagel with cream cheese and a cinnamon roll through the drive through. Got a cold bagel and a knife in one bag and a cold cinnamon roll in the other. My husband is not a fan of Panera and now neither am I . Sad! Make Panera Great Again!

My husband and I frequent Panara and had ordered the Pick 2 for dinner- the salad and sandwich combo. We did get our food in a timely manner; however, his salad bowl was 3/4 filled and mine unfortunately was half full. I had also odered extra cilantro for my salad, but didn't get any. Our Nappa Almond Chicken Salad had less than half of what we would normally be served in a sandwich, pretty much nonexistent. Very disappointing visit.

Ordered a mango smoothie as I can’t have the strawberry banana because I’m allergic to bananas. When I tasted it, I tasted banana and I even had a friend try it as well who confirmed it. So I went up to the counter and told the employee that I can’t have banana and I could taste it in there. He told me they don’t make banana smoothies and it doesn’t have any in it. Turns out that when I looked up their menu on the website, there is banana in the mango smoothie. So glad I didn’t have an anaphylactic response although I’m currently having a mild reaction to it. Employees should be educated about what’s in their products, could’ve ended badly for me and for you guys!

I won’t be eating Panera anymore! I thought if I waited months and tried again to order from here it would be better. Every time I order from here my order is WRONG. It was really frustrating when I was stuck at home and the deliveries were always wrong, but I think I’m even more frustrated now. I thought if my husband went inside and picked up the order it would be correct. NOW I’M WONDERING IF THEY DON’T GET A TIP IF THEY INTENTIONALLY GET THE ORDER WRONG. I can’t believe I have continually paid so much for this food and it’s never what I want.

Had a very strange and bad experience at this Panera location. The staff is remarkably inhospitable and went out of their way to make it clear, while I was eating my meal, that I was unwelcome. Don't stop here and waste your money. If you really need Panera's, it is worth your time to drive to the next location.

I just ordered 3 everything bagels and 1 cinnamon crunch at the drive thru. I even asked for the 3 everything to be sliced but not the 1 cinnamon crunch. When I arrived home I had 3 cinnamon crunch and 1 everything. The order was not that difficult. I guess I will have to check before leaving the window. Unhappy people here.

We order from here once a week because my Husband and I both work 14+ hrs a day at times so we need a quick healthy pick up for dinner. Every single week that we pick our order up its WRONG! Wrong dressing, no extra dressing as ordered, missing the chicken in a salad that COMES WITH CHICKEN.... these are SALADS PEOPLE, not 5 course meal, totally ridiculous!! I'd give negative stars if I could. Check your order!!!

Not worth a $40 trip. They didn’t have the drink we ordered, then forgot to give us one drink. We didn’t get utensils. The Mac n cheese had noodles that were frozen solid. And the employees didn’t even give us the time of day.

Buyer beware! Sooooooo disappointed!!! The food never showed up to the 16 hungry professionals who were awaiting it. When I called, Lexi said she was the manager and she took no responsibility for the almost $250.00 worth of food that was missing and explained the drivers a third party. I did ask they deliver it ASAP as I was in a tough spot. Apparently only a portion of what I ordered showed up, I've tried to call 3 times today and no manager or associate answered Tops breakfast pizza is delicious, I'll be door dashing that from now on!

Whenever you come here later, expect that they have nothing you want. They clearly don't produce enough of popular items to satisfy demand, which might be their excuse for their excessive prices. As for atmosphere, I can't recommend eating in. Before the remodel, this place used to have a homey atmosphere with soft lighting. Now the place is brighter, but also less inviting. If it felt like a homey little cafe before, now it feels like a hospital cafeteria. Soulless and only there because it had to be, not because they actually want you there. On top of it all, service is slow and inconsistent, likely because of corporate refusal to pay higher wages out of a common corporate delusion that there will be a wave of people coming into the workforce soon (There won't be).

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Went Sunday at 10am. Waited in drive through line for 20 minutes, not joking. One car in front of us. Get to the window and they said the front was busy. Fix management and make both drive thru and front priorities. At least give people a way to pull out of the drive thru lane if they are waiting too long. Could have removed the wood barrier and put it back together and still been waiting. And on top of it no silverware in the bag. I don’t write many reviews but people should know that this location is not meant for speed or customer service. Park at target, set up in the parking lot and make home made bagels and breakfast sandwhiches, it’ll be faster.

They ALWAYS get the order wrong. It doesn't matter the time of day or if you're ordering delivery or pick up the order is always wrong. I've had multiple occasions where they just don't give me my entire order. I call them and am told I have to come in to get a replacement. Like if I can come to the store, I wouldn't be ordering delivery will I? And it's not like their food is cheap so you literally miss out of $10+ worth of food when they don't give you one item.

Placed and order through the app & the driver left my food sitting on the side of the road 1/2 mile away from my job & had the nerve to send a picture of it. (Wish I could upload it) What I'm disappointed in is the customer service. My order should have been compted for the inconvenience and wasn't, becuase Panera uses Doordash as their drivers, I didnt chose them. DO BETTER Panera

I ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich. It had 1 piece of thin beef layering whole sandwich and hardly any cheese. Very skimpy for the money.. My wife ordered a chicken salad and we ended up going back to counter for dressing.

Went through the drive thru tonight to get 3 bowls of soup and the 2 bowls of broccoli soup were super watery. Very disappointed when paying just about $10 for a bowl of soup. I could have drank it through a straw it was so watery! Hopefully this is not the norm now or we won’t be going back.

I will occasionally order the baker’s dozen of bagels at this store because they were at one point in time a quality product that would be good for either a quick breakfast in the morning, or even for a sandwich, but the most recent visit, the quality of the bagels was terrible. To preface, I’ve come to this restaurant before, and usually, at least the quality of the bagels is decent. That isn’t to say that there won’t be some sort of issue with the order, whether it be if the bagels are pre-sliced in a way that they’re actually able to be eaten, if the actual quantities of what I wanted are correct, etc. Well, this past visit, I swear they put all of my bagels in the parking lot and ran them over with an 18-wheeler. They were flat as frisbees. I don’t know if they’ve changed suppliers or if I got a bad batch, but regardless, they were very disappointing. Upon realizing this, I figured I’d call the store to inquire and see if there was anything that could be done. First off, it takes a lot of nerve to have your answering machine telling people that you’d prefer I call when it isn’t “peak meal time.” Why would I care whether you guys were busy or not? Maybe your restaurant should be staffed in a manner that allows for the phone to be answered. Second, I called a total of 3 times. Not a single time was during your peak times, so what’s the excuse for that? Finally, I like how the answering machine also says something along the lines of, “if it’s an urgent catering request, please stay on the line.” The answering machine still hangs up on you! What if I had a large catering order? I’ assuming you can’t contact the restaurant? I guess both the quality of food, along with the lack of customer service, left a bitter taste in my mouth. I don’t plan on coming back, and I hope you guys read this review and train your management on how to be more responsible when there’s a phone ringing. And as far as the bagels go, they need to either change suppliers, or throw out the ones that look like the dozen I recieved.

1st time visiting Panera. No likely to go back. Indicated to cashier that we had never been here before. Placed our order of sandwich and 2 donuts. Cashier handed us a bag and said we were all set. So we left with our takeout order. Upon returning home about 20 miles away to open bag and only thing in bag was donuts. NO SANDWICH. called and spoke to manager and explained what happened. He apologized. I asked to put credit on my credit card Said could not do. Had to drive in another 20 miles to pickup sandwich. Was never compensated for experience. Will not be going back!

The place inside is an absolute mess if you’re looking to dine in. Debris all over the floor, overflowing dish bins, and unclean tables. When I went I saw a table I was about to sit at that was unclean & featured a receipt that had been sitting on it for 45 minutes plus judging by the time stamp on it. Seems the employees just simply don’t care.

Ordered on the app for delivery, just extremely disappointing. I got a pick 2 with a Caesar salad and a grilled cheese, the sandwich was burnt on one side, had barely any cheese in it, and my salad container wasn't even filled half way, definitely not worth the 15 dollars this cost, and if you try to call the store to complain, the phone will just ring and ring and ring.

I am never really impressed with the quality of food or service at this location. Here is a picture of the disgusting sandwich I received last time I was there. It had the paper underneath and it was just literally thrown together with no care. This has happened a few times. Also at this time the girl who took my order was rude and kept interrupting me like there was a huge line... I was the only one. The worst part was she was a trainer.
