We ordered pizza and BBQ wings the other day with curbside pick up. I forgot how good their food is! Pizza was done perfectly and wings were delicious!

My Mom and I have been enjoying the food and friendly staff for over 20 years! It's fantastic to see a local business hang around for so long, still have recipes that taste great, and give back to the community.

I usually get their ravioli with heavy sauce to go when I get out of work and it's too late to make dinner. AMAZING! Seriously hits the spot. They have a delicious plain red sauce. Also, it comes with a half of garlic bread. Which is gone before I even get home. :) Definitely have my business for as long as they are around.

Thelir White Pizza is best, IMO. It's the only thing I ever get & I never alter the order. I get it in their default form, no added ingredients. For me, Its PERFECT! The restaurant is a little out of the way for me, so it's a real treat, each time I get it. DELICIOUS!!

Most consistently delicious pizza. Ever get a great pizza from a pizzeria then the next time it's garbage? Doesn't happen here. Chicken finger pizza is my wife's favorite. If you go a couple lousy slices from other places you start craving their fantastic cheese pep.

A super cozy little pizza joint I've been going to since I was a kid. They've got a good variety, and Ive never tried something I didn't like. I recommend the Flips! Always friendly service, too

Saturday 3/19/22 & we're here at Cappelli's once again! :) Always excellent! Never disappointed! I travel all the way from Williamsville New York to Orchard Park for more than 15 years now, so that I can have my Capelli's pizza! My favorite is thin crust with double cheese, single sausage and light green olives! I say light green olives because they're so salty. I just want a few to add to the taste. Cappellis has the best pizza on this planet, period! 😀

Everyone here hustles. The food quality is good and consistent. The prices were higher than the nearest alternatives to begin with and seem to be increasing faster than inflation, and that's starting to factor into our thinking.

Really good food! I especially liked the sauce on the pizza. It wasn't overly sweet like many pizzerias and was just the right proportion. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, nice people. The dining area is very clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that they take pride in their business.

Cappelli's is simply one of the finest pizza establishments in Western New York! It was until only September 2018 that I've heard of the place, but haven't made it out there. What have I missed out on?! I try to order a double dough / double pepperoni pizza every week ... IT'S SO GOOD! My mouth is already watering for another one writing this review. If you haven't tried Cappelli's yet, do what I did and get over there ASAP! Worth the price 100% of the time.

We have ordered from there last three to four Sundays antipastos are great this time got wrap tuna sub and calzone yummy and only takes 20 minutes for your order it was my birthday we had great meals and we spent about 45 dollars with large portions

Cappellis is a great place for food. When they make a mistake they strive to make it right. They don't mess up every order Unlike a competitor (cough) leos (cough). Also the menu is a little different from the run of the mill buffalo sub joints and I can respect that.

After driving past Cappelli’s for years, we finally stopped in, and now we’re mad we didn’t stop in sooner! Everything was just right in every detail. Friendly people, spotless and bright dining room, and - most important - fabulous pizza! Just the right proportions, perfect pepperoni, excellent cheese and sauce and crust - we did not save any pizza bones for our dog, it was so good. Very reasonably priced, too. And the huge chocolate chip cookies really are made on site from scratch, you can tell in every bite. We have found our new go-to spot for pizza!

We moved to the Southtowns a few years ago and were disheartened that we couldn’t find good takeout like the Northtowns. And then we discovered Capelli’s! Have only ordered pizza, antipasto’s and calzones, but the food is consistently good and of good quality! The place is always clean, employees are courteous. It is our “go to” now. I highly recommend this place!

Update: went back later and placed an order for single Mild Wings and a slice of cheese & pepperoni pizza to go. Lately, I couldn't find a good pizzeria that had outstanding wings around the south towns that was close to me. Glad I ordered the wings because this has become my go to place if I ever want pizza and wings. The wings weren't over cooked, juicy and had a hint of vinegar. I prefer vinegar over buttery texture. The pepperoni & cheese pizza was just as good as the cheese one. My only regret is that I should had tried them sooner. ----‐-------------------‐-------------------------------------------------- 1pm 1-4-2020: Owner and employees nice, friendly and down to earth. They are also very attentive to there customers. I was a walk in and placed my order, personal pizza, to go. The wait wasnt long. The pizza was solid. Liked the texture of the dough of it. Had a hint of buttery. The sauce and cheese was perfect portion on the pizza.

Went there to do the colossal pizza challenge. Was a great experience, owner was very accommodating and encouraging of us to complete the challenge. Pizza was delicious, I enjoyed every bite of it.

Only been there once on lunch break. Got two slices of pizza. Was good but never a fan of reheating pizza in the oven. Having a heating station for slices would of been good, keeps the pizza fresh.

Good pizza, great wings. Best used for takeout but the dining area in the back is perfect for the little ones to be enjoy their pizza. Pasta Pizza is my favorite.

Cappelli's is a nice local resturant suited for familys and friends. Here you can get a pizza, wings, pasta, and much more. The food here is pretty good and the price is fair. They have decorations displaying theor pride for Orchard Park. They also have TVs so you could watch the news or a sporting event.

Power pizza was ok...lacking in garlic. Good combination of toppings and cooked properly.

We would have liked more flavor in the sausage and the tomato sauce. Overall, it was very nicely baked - a nice crust. And the floor staff was friendly and, not being busy due to the time we were there, spent time with us telling us about Orchard Park. Delighted!

One of our favorite local pizza joints. They have everything you'd expect from your typical Buffalo-area pizza joint, plus some nice unique "specialty" items; we particularly love the Chicken Finger pizza! The crust here is a bit thinner and crispier than your usual "Buffalo-style" pizza crust, somewhere around the halfway-mark between a NYC-style crust and, say, the crust at Imperial Pizza. The carry-out pick-up area is very small and cramped, so either plan on a somewhat claustrophobic wait or show up a little bit after the time they told you. Waits can be long on busy nights, so adjust your plans accordingly. (We've been quoted 45 minutes for carry-out in the past. We do not consider this a problem.) Staff is always friendly and efficient. They'll even get to know you by name if you order frequently enough.

Cappelli's has been my go to for almost 2 decades now. I was introduced to their broccoli pizza in 2003 and even though we've moved 25 minutes away we still come back frequently. There speciality pizzas are amazing. Great place for kids as its casual. Also has fried dough for dessert!

The waiting area was overcrowded and disorganized, but that's more of a customer problem. Routing folks would be helpful. Food was good. They forgot one of our items but delivered it quickly when it was brought to their attention.

Love their pizza, however, assume some kind of mistake will be made. They've given our pizza away numerous times. It once took 2 hrs to get my pizza because they gave it away and didn't start making it till a half hr after it was supposed to be delivered. When you go in to pick up a pizza, they probably won't find it because they switched up the order of someone before you and you'll have to wait while they make you another. They never try to remedy the problem either. That 2 hr pizza, still paid full. When they lose your order, no discount. Very disappointed with how they treat their customers.

It was just okay. Pizza places in Buffalo are a dime a dozen. I'd never heard of this place before but I was sent over by Towne Ford why buying a car. The staff here were very friendly and they were decently busy for it being earlier in the day. The pizza didn't have the classic Buffalo cup and char pepperoni but it still looked like (for the most part) and tasted like Buffalo pizza. All in all it was okay, but since my time in Buffalo is usually limited I couldn't go back here over places like Zahz, Macy's, Bocce, and Blasdell pizza to name a few.

I ordered two subs and waited from 30 minutes and watched the workers... the subs and salad girl was not busy and went slow as all the other 7 workers went fast! They not only took there time making my order but also messed up an order for Charlie because he never was given his antipasto and another order for Jennifer because they never put the order in so they had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of 20 that it takes for delivery!!! Very poorly managed/organized/employed

I hate doing this but, the sticker shock killed me. Stupid me didn't look at prices. I was hungry for wings. I understand prices went up, $1.99 single wing??, $37.00 for a double?? One large pizza with chess/peep, sausage, mushrooms, double wings and fries. Total $82.00! "Come on man" those are not $2 dollar wings! Staff is Great! Food is Good!

Eat in: Great selection, love the service. Family owned local place. Definitely take pride in what they do and seems to be a local favorite. Pizza came out SUPER HOT so be careful. New to the area and so far this is my favorite pizza only place. Take Out: Will definitely look elsewhere, they are slow, disorganized and even after being told that I can pick it up in 20 minutes. It ended up taking 45 min for one large pizza. I stood in the crowded little area with all the other people that were picking up and frustrated. Delivery: I found a way you can get it delivered but it would cost $29 for a large pizza delivered using some app. Are you crazy? The food is good, eat in service was good all the other experiences were just...not.

Great food but EXPENSIVE! The pizza was good. The sauce was my favorite part. The size was good and it was hot & fresh. I have no complaints other than the girl having us buy everything separate... She said there weren't everyday specials or daily combos which was a bit puzzling 😕 large pizza 40 wings pop and two blue cheeses for $75???? ! I've gone to steakhouses for that amount (not including 🍸 )... Wings weren't crispy either. Better of going elsewhere like Ninos

A simple substitution was incomprehensible to the girl on the phone. This employee was unaware of the ingredients and did nothing to make the customer's wishes seem important. More should have been done to compensate for the mistake.

This is the only place that does not put cheese on a turkey club. Really annoying. Even better is the child that they are not teaching customer service and hangs up abruptly every time. Better that the sugar loaded Leo’s crust and sauce, but still mediocre at best . Toni’s Deli is the youngest and best pizza in town. Probably because the quality actually is in line with the price and they don’t force you to tip for imaginary services

Ordered a large. It was basically a medium. The slices were cut tiny and some parts weren't cut at all. The pepperonis did not seem cooked. The wings were very chewy. I would not normally complain but for bland wings and a large (that was literally the size of medium) cheese/pepperoni pizza delivered down the street, I think $45 was a bit steep. Not happy about that. The delivery driver was friendly and the person who took the order over the phone was friendly. Very unhappy with the food.

The wings are good, I got garlic parm and there's a lot of cheese! The pizza kinda sucks, flavorless, and I got steak on that tastes like it wasn't seasoned at all, even with just basic salt and pepper. It just tastes like dough and watery beef. Now I know not to order here, at least.

Ordered to-go Chicken Caesar Salad on a week night. For $19 the salad was quite disappointing- maybe 3-4 small pieces of pre-packaged chicken, a little Parmesan cheese and tons of croutons. The other pizzeria in town makes their salad with tons of FRESH grilled chicken, onions, tomatoes all with a $14.25 price. Cappelli’s has gotten so mediocre along with some out of control prices. Check out their wing prices- geez.

Place was best 6 or 7+ years ago. Food has gone down hill. Doesnt taste nearly as good as it once did. Sauce is different. Pepperoni taste different. Every year i gave it another try hoping it went back to its glory days. Nope. Real Shame. Hour long trips to Chop Shop for their pizza from now on.

Horrible every single time I order it’s always horribly wrong and I never have a complicated order I don’t know if it’s a staffing problem maybe a phone problem but you would think for the price and location you would get the food the way you asked/paid for it every time not just depending on who’s working . I will give it to them they make it right every time but who wants to keep ordering from a place they have to wait to get the food and then send it back and wait again . Very disappointing !!

ordered a sheet & bucket for delivery and it came to $158 and i live around the corner. To say i was flabbergasted is an understatement. That isnt just bad business that is deceptive, disingenuous and duplicitous. Im not mad, im hurt and sad. Will never do business with again. And i order A LOT of pizza.

Ordered a chicken finger sub at 9pm. Only thing "odd" about my order was I asked for light lettuce. Worker on phone was short, telling me "just so I know they close at 9:30pm and I better be there before then.". I arrived at 9:15pm to a group of 5-6 workers obnoxiously loud watching videos on a cell phone right at the front counter. They continued watching videos as I paid for the sub and left. Arrived home at 9:25 to find they only put chicken fingers and bleu cheese on the sub. I called the location several times between 9:25-9:35 p.m. to only get an answering machine that will not accept messages. Wouldn't be such a big deal if they were super busy and it was an oversight, but when you have your workers hanging out watching videos on their cell phones and food is being made improperly, then you have a management issue. Note: after speaking with the morning manager, owner contacted me. Graciously apologized for the actions of his employees. Said he is mailing me $10 credit. Offered to drive it out and hand deliver it.

I was enjoying my night and I decided to stop at cappelli’s to order a large cheese pepperoni pizza. It took way long than 20 minutes for them to make which was the promise time. I ate the pizza which was burnt and the sauce tasted like tomato soup. About and hour later I became a track star and went to the kwiki fill bathroom and had food poisoning. They also didn’t have. Cream corn on the menu, wouldn’t recommend.

Hands down the worst pizza I ever had. Some guy named Gerard or Gerald was very rude. Way over priced. Don't waste your time or money here.

Very unsatisfied with the chicken fingers, asked for medium they came plain and the size for the cost was ridiculous! They didn't even come with french fries with that price! The chicken fingers should be even proportion size, a couple of them were so small. There was barely no chicken in the chicken finger, need a different supplier for your food if you are charging that price! Unsatisfied customer!

Pizza was burnt like the white house became today. Bbq wings... Where did the sauce come from? A school cafeteria? This establishment has gone way down in quality in the last 15 years. Where was the adult for quality control to double check the child laborers work?

When I called to order two pasta specials the guy didn’t even know what I was talking about. Didn’t know it was on the menu or believe me until I told them it was on the menu online. It said extra meatballs were .94 so I ordered two of them on the side. The guy told me I couldn’t do that because it wouldn’t be a special. Are you kidding me?? Than we picked them up there was barely any sauce on it so we had to ask them for more sauce. The girl cashing us out didn’t know it came with salads. Does anyone who work here know the menu?? It was great food but not for the price. Never again!!

Orders a chicken parm sub, made sure it had the peppers I ordered. Got home and started to eat, there was no chicken in my chicken sub. Just sauce and cheese.

A year ago my husband and I moved to Orchard Park and ordered our first Cappelli’s Pizza. It was wonderful; also convenient since we live less than two miles away. We had a year of great pizza until tonight. Tonight, we ordered a small pepperoni pizza and cheesey bread at 7:35pm for delivery. We were estimated 45-60 minutes including delivery. At 8:45 (70 minutes) I called to inquire on the whereabouts of the order. I was told it was out for delivery with several other orders and would arrive within 15 minutes. At 9:11pm the delivery was brought to my door. Immediately opening it, the food was completely cold. I called the restaurant to figure out what happened—listened to the hold tone mention that deliveries were always hot—then someone picked up. The man snarled yes after I asked if it was a manager. He gave two options: 10% off the food or new food being sent out. Waiting potentially another hour or more for food seemed as ridiculous as 10% off the cold food I already had. I refused the additional food to be redelivered and then was quickly hung up on. For a local business that prides itself on customer service and quality, it’s very unfortunate and quite disappointing that this would occur in the small neighborhood pizzeria.

Typically has been a go to place for us lately.... however last night I ordered a Tuna Wrap and 20 wings and was charged $40? Seems a bit out of proportion with the quality of food I received. The Tuna Wrap was basically just a taco shell. There was next to nothing for Tuna fish and it was completely unseasoned. The wings were mediocre at best. Hot, extra crispy means I want them hot not medium. This is Buffalo after all. Overall a disappointing interaction from what I had considered one of the better pizza places in and around O.P. Back to the drawing board for our pizza joint delivery needs

They forgot our order of 2 chicken tacos. When after 40+ minutes we checked on our order they admitted that they forgot. In approximately 10 more minutes our tacos were brought to our table having been microwaved to the point that they were as hot as the Sun and almost transparent with the edges crispy. Unable to begin to pick them up to eat them the lettuce and tomato’s were almost ablaze they were so hot. Very disappointed they should have made new tacos instead of serving what they did. Only a taco no chips on a plate ablaze X 2 for $19.13 plus tip was left when we ordered. Very disappointed.
