Only pizza joint in town that opens at 9:00 am on Sundays. Particularly helpful during football season. For parties at home or tailgating at the stadium. How is it the other pizzerias in town are not catching on to this??? Nino's opened at 9am, was out the door at 9:15 with 100 delicious wings for my party of mostly out-of-town guests. Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone!

Fantastic pizza, I had to try a new pizza place at work because of the bills game for Monday before Christmas. We called and had a big order for 30 people, and they were capable laat a late ordering at 11 am and having it ready by 12. Pizza and wings were fantastic!

I had people over and had very specific requests about the wings. I spoke with Arton. He listened to me, assured me they would be done correctly and boy did he deliver! Everyone loved the bbq and honey mustard sauces!! Thank you Nino’s & Arton for caring about your customers!!

Nino's is pizzeria. It looks like a pizzeria it serves pizzeria type food so the atmosphere is basically a five stars for a pizzeria but for a regular restaurant it's a diner. My wife and I ordered a large cheese pepperoni and light onion pizza. It had a nice crust the traditional outside crust which is rare nowadays. The pizza was perfectly baked. It was served hot and luckily I did not burn my tongue like I usually do when I'm overly greedy for a slice. The people working there we're friendly and professional and I will go there again Good job

This week while visiting family in Buffalo we wanted wings. Instead of driving downtown to the Anchor Bar, we decided on Nino’s mid-day in familiar West Seneca. We have been to Nino’s before and were happy with our decision. My wife and I ordered a single order of Buffalo wings and a meatball sub to share. Our order was pleasantly and cheerfully taken. Within a short ten or fifteen minutes our orders arrived. The wings were prepared exactly as we had requested! Our only request should have been for additional carrot and celery sticks. Otherwise, they were fresh, with a near perfect taste, crunch, delicious. Yum! I would definitely order them again! The meatball sub was similarly delicious. We boxed up the leftovers for dinner. We will return!

Stopped at this pizza shop on our adventures yesterday. We always finds little pizza shops di it best. Well it wasn't little... but it was fantastic! First thing I always look for is cleanliness, and since riding in the car for hours, I started at their restroom. Clean, neat, and functional... check! The decor was great, they had a few big TVs on, and the staff was exceedingly friendly and polite! Which is hard to come by nowadays. My slice was awesome and husbands loved the wings! If ever in the area again, we will definitely grab a slice! * Recommend *👍

Nino's has always been one of my favorites since I worked there in the 80s. It's consistent quality and how delicious the food is has kept me coming back. My only complaint is, over the past 6 months or so, their pizza has gotten a little too salty. Not sure what changed but I'd love to see it go back to what it was.

I visited this location twice in the last month. Service was great both times. Staff is friendly and aims to please customers. This is a good choice when you are in the mood for a thick crust and like your sauce on the sweeter side. Much better alternative to pizza chains because they are generous with cheese and toppings.

Big pizza place to dine and enjoy. Staff are friendly, fries are yummy... Pizza if good, just a tad more oily than I prefer but overall, good first impression for me. Next time, I'll try one of their subs... You can smell the fresh veggies and meats when you walk in; it's so tantalizing!!

Cute little restaurant, we visited after the local hockey tournament. We ordered the special, two slices of pizza and a drink. Appreciated the cost. The staff was friendly. The pizza was ok, not our favorite. Heavy on the grease.

I had better pizza when I returned to Nino's. The first time it had been dried out. This time it was less dried out but not great. They need to get fresh pizza on that turning thing based on time, not # of slices sold. It's a nice feature for a really quick bite, but if the pizza is stiff with little sauce and even less cheese, there can definitely be more improvement.

I usually get the chicken club sub when im here. The sub is really good and they cook the chicken so it's not dry. For what I've experienced so far I would recommend this place for sure.

We ordered three sheet pizzas and 150 wings for my fathers birthday party. Nino's is his favorite. The pizza was excellent. Just thick enough, and the bottom was nicely done. The wings were medium, and tasty, but could have been crispier. The BBQ wings were grilled with the sauce on, which is what I like, and not just wings tossed in BBQ sauce. Overall I recommend this place.

We decided that we needed to have Ninos after not having it for a couple years. Wow, the pizza is just as good as I remember it and the wings! The flavor! Most places around their wings are flavorless or there is no heat. These were the best. Bought the sheet pizza and a bucket of wings for 69 dollars (69 dollars is with tax) for my son's birthday party and we'll be returning again and again. Update: this place seems to be really short staffed when it comes to order takers and servers. Plenty of people working on making the food. We got a large cheese pizza and boneless wings. The pizza was brought out way before the wings were done and when the wings were brought out they weren't very hot temperature wise.

Ordered here for the first time yesterday. We ordered a large cheese & pepperoni pizza with a double order of medium wings. Order was to be ready in 30 minutes and they delivered on that promise. I'll start with the pizza. It definitely makes my top 10 list of all of the different pizzerias I've tried in recent years. It was made with quality ingredients that they weren't skimpy with and was cooked to perfection. I'll finish with the good about the wings. The homemade blue cheese was decent. Carrots and celery were a nice touch even though we don't eat them. The bad... the wings looked great but looks sometimes cam be deceiving. They were cooked but definitely undercooked for a chicken wing. Probably only spent 12 minutes in the fryer when they should be in there for usually 15-18 minutes as the skins were rubbery and meat was tough to pull from the bones. Based on the fact that they've been in business many years, I think it's safe to assume this was an anomaly. The pizza definitely will bring me back for another soon and will give their wings will give another chance someday.

Pizza and wings we tried were not good at all, that will be the last time we try it there.

We have gone to Nino’s since they opened, everything about their pizza is outstanding; crust, sauce, cheese & toppings. Because people have different tastes, most like pepperoni &/or sausage which I don’t care for, when ordering we specify: 1/2 pepperoni, 1/4 sausage, 1/4 mushroom. Twice recently the sheet pizza came with everything mixed on top, not devided. We called & complained, they offered to remake it but at that point it didn’t make sense to wait almost an hour for a 2nd one. We did get $10.00 credit. Last night we called in the same order, my husband explained twice, 1/2, 1/4, 1/4, when we picked it up 1/2 had pepperoni, the other 1/2 had sausage & mushrooms mixed together. Another $10.00 credit😬. Time to start looking for a new pizzeria.

Place missing items on menu, came to eat in restaurant. Remodeling and no menus to be had to look at ( not even take out) subs were good. Fries were not even able to eaten - were cooked ahead and were not even warm when served to us, beside someone in kitchen has a problem with being a maniac with the salt.

Good steak subs. They give you a side of fries for free if you're dining in. Take out containers right on the counter, convenient. I did not like the pizza, will not order pizza again. They always have Fox news on their TV's which is a turn off but their choice. But again, good steak subs.

Wasnt mind blowing but wasnt bad either. Just your average decent pizzeria. We had a gift certificate we won, so we stopped here for lunch on our way to vacation in Cleveland. If we were in the area we would eat here again.

Husband and grandson got subs , I ordered 2 slices of pizza. They received theirs in 10 minutes, me ? 25 min for 1 slice never got the second! Always has excellent pizza , not this time .

Had my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner there at the end of October. There was definitely not enough space in the room for the 40 people that attended. We didn't have enough chairs/seating for everyone so people overflowed into the main dining area, which separated our families. The pizza and wings were mediocre at best and there was too much going on in the salad. It had olives, radishes, peppers, and some of the lettuce was wilted (I think due to the olive juice). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful though.

We have been going to Nino's for many years and have always had a great meal, however, today was disappointing. First of all, the large pizza was more like a medium. It didn't even come close to filling the box. I guess you could even compare it to the size of a store bought frozen pizza. Secondly, the pizza dough was undercooked. I'm sure this was just an off day because we have always enjoyed the food and the service.

Really want to like this place but cannot. Tried this place two different times in the last year. It has a lot of potential, but they burn their pizza/overcook it. Pepperoni and sauce are on point. Dough looks to be decent enough with good sized crust. But hard to truly just based on the pizza being too overdone each time.

Just picked up a fairly large lunch order and some of the food was great, some of it not so much. Particularly the “taco fries”. I’d actually call them uncooked covered in beef fries. I definitely did not expect fries to be stuffed in a tin container (which holds moisture, covered in shredded cheese and all the rest of the toppings to be put on the side. The fries were soggy, with a small puddle of water at the bottom of the tin, they were also so smashed down into the tin with a small scoop of beef on top. Certainly disappointed. The beef had good flavor, so I ate that off the top. Tossed the rest. Definitely disappointed for sure.

Ordered a large cheese pep 1/2 green olive. This one doesn’t make sense no matter how you try and argue it.. I live 40 mins away and have claimed Ninos to be my favorite for years. Once in a while if I’m out that way I’ll order it as a treat. The past few times definitely seemed to have gone down hill. But it’s not just here, it seems to be every place you go now a days messes up your order somehow. Silly me for not checking the box until I got home. Food was still good. Girl at the counter was nice. Kids in the back need to stop smoking pot on break.

Nino's in West Seneca is usually pretty decent however today I ordered a steak in the grass sub like I have done a bunch of times and it was very disappointing. I don't know if they switched to a different brand or they're trying to save money but the meat was almost entirely gristle. The outside of the bun had spots of barbecue sauce and some random lettuce stuck to it. I get that they're making other orders and some cross contamination is not a big deal at a sub shop but this in combination with the lower quality ingredients ... It left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.

After multiple errors on orders I had to edit my review. The latest - I asked for my slice to be well done.. Most Pizzerias would know, that means crispy crust.. They didn't even heat it up... It was cold. I would not recommend this location.

Customer Service sucks!! Refused an order for a walk-in pizza order at 8:45pm. The website said they were open till 10pm. They said they their hours changed and they were closing at 9pm and would not fill the order because the cooking stations were already cleaned for the night. Seriously!! Well, Leo's Pizzeria appreciated my business!!

Young man at the counter was very nice, very friendly, and did a great job. However the two women that were making my sub completely ignored the order and stood there and talked to each other for 10 minutes while I watch them. I did ask the young man to please tell them to stop talking and to make my sub which he did. He leaned over the counter and said to the women can you please wrap up that sub and they looked at him like he was interrupting. They finally made it after about 15 minutes. I was the only one waiting for a sub.The young man apologized twice, and then I left. Maybe for good! The sub was good or I would have given 1 star.

My grandma and I stop for Nino's sometimes to get subs, but it feels like the owners no longer care about the place. 1 and ½ subs costs $33 (before tip), the ice machine is constantly broken, and the employees seem like they feel undervalued.

Last two times there I ordered my pizza we'll done. The pizza looked as though it had been barley cooked. It's disappointing because up to a month or two ago they had good pizza.

Just drove in from Charlotte and always make first stop here for pizza. Very disappointed with large 5 topping special. They added jalapeños on it which we did not order and it was actually loaded with them and couldn't eat or enjoy it because too spicy hot! Very sad...and hungry after driving 10.5 hours.

They have good sauce and dough, but the cheese tastes a bit off. Also received curly fries that were over done, dry, and had no salt. Chicken fingers were perfect. I wouldn’t recommend this place for pizza, and I won’t be returning.

The pizza crust was tough but the pizza was okay otherwise. The fried dough was cooked in the same oil as the wings, so it had a bad chicken-y flavor, not to mention the portion was tiny. The BBQ wings were smaller than average, but they were crispy and the sauce was good. Disappointed overall, as we had great pizza from the Hamburg location about a year ago.

We love the pizza and the wings.we get them at least once a month. How ever the last few times we got our pizza, it was very dark and being a crust lover it wasn't very good to eat. There have been times where it was cold when it arrived and Burt that we had to call and complain. Having to reorder.

Moved into the neighborhood recently. Have ordered here a few times but every time the order has been wrong and the staff working inside is not helpful. Giving two stars because they have the best blue cheese in town! Otherwise would most likely not order from here again. Hopefully they can get their service figured out!

I don’t know why I continue to go here every time I’m disappointed. You got too many kids work in there. There’s no supervision. I don’t see one adult ever there. Where are the owners. I just got a pizza. It’s got hardly any sauce on it hardly any cheese and it’s a big globe dough undercooked I’m might as well just eat a loaf of bread. I’m all done with you people.

Was disappointed about my pick up order tonight. One got home. My pizza dough was not cooked. The bottom was cooked and nothing else was. I had to put the pizza in the oven for another 30+ minutes. It’s a bummer. I lived in the south town for years and loved it . Toppings are great but maybe you should par cook dough.

Ordered large pizza and 20 wings and requested buffalo sauce. We picked the order up and when we got home realized they had used BBQ sauce instead of Buffalo. When I called, the manager said their refund policy requires that food be brought back. We are 20 minutes away and was hoping the Restaurant would have been more flexible with their policy since it was their mistake and the distance of our drive would not have been acceptable JUST to get the order correct. At the bare minimum, they should have full refunded the wings or offered to give us 20 wings for free the next time. The only reason I gave 2 stars vs 1 is because the pizza was good and I can see where the wings WOULD be good but we didn’t want sweet tangy BBQ sauce

Freezing cold dining room - people are wearing winter coats and hats in here! Ninos used to be one of our favorites but has apparently slipped. Attention to detail very lacking - no straws, only hot drink lids, non-crispy fries, one vinegar bottle for the whole restaurant, etc. Ninos we won't be back unless reviews indicate things have improved to what they used to be!

Ordered for a office party. They forgot the 2- 2 liters of soda and plates and napkins. We asked for 2 large pizzas to be cut into squares to get more pieces out of it (it was not), not to mention the carrots and celery were frozen. We also ordered a party pizza and the slices were not consistent, some pieces were very big and some very small. Absolutely terrible! We will not be ordering from this place in the future.

I grew up enjoying Ninos pizza and wings for many years. It's definitely not the same any more. Despite being on site to pick up my order fresh from the oven, it still sat on the warming counter for many minutes waiting for staff to hand it to me to leave (and they were not busy at all), making the pizza taste somewhat dried out. We've continued to give Ninos another chance every few years, hoping new management may improve the quality. Sadly, they're not there yet.

I used to be a big fan of Nino’s Pizza but up until recently the quality of service and food has gone down dramatically. I waited an additional 30 minutes on this. By the looks of it, they could’ve taken it out 10 minutes sooner. When I arrived at the stated time, they said an additional nine minutes so I came back 15 minutes later and my wings still weren’t done. My little kids couldn’t even eat it because the burnt bottom was too hard. Also what happened to the cheese? Wings were soggy and dry/rough.

Been loyal customers for years and today that will come to an end. Yesterday we did a double dough cheese and pepperoni. When I picked it up half the pie didn’t have cheese and there were literally six pepperoni on it. Couldn’t wait for them to bake another so I wound up at Little Caesar’s for a hot and ready. Tanner comped us a free double dough for the trouble. We used that tonight and our second attempt was not any better. This isn’t the first time we have had an issue either. Sometimes the pie has been burnt to a crisp, or it hasn’t been cooked all the way. You bite into it and it is cool on the inside and doughy. Price has gone up and quality has gone down. If you want good blue cheese that’s one thing they never get wrong. They have the jars ready to go in the cooler by the register.

I ordered chicken fingers and didn't get to eat them until later at night. When i opened them I saw that the aluminium foil had melted onto the fingers. It was absolutely disgusting. I ended up throwing them away and wasting my money.

Absolutely terrible, first of all it took forever to be served, and when it was served, it looked like this(Look at photo for details) the pizza taisted like battery acid and the cheese slid off, would not recommend because we gagged and threw up afterwards when we got home. Over all 1 out of 5 taists horrible, we had to eat it with forks and we threw up after!

This is apparently perfectly fine for Ninos as when I told them they burnt my pizza, I have to drive down there again and show them photos because they have no email or way to send it. Burnt, hard as a rock and the non-burnt part is the crust. Unacceptable.

Updating my review from 4 years ago and downgrading from 3 starts to 1. I have been going to Nino's for 25 + years and it's very disappointing to have to write this review. I ordered pizza and chicken fingers for my family on 11/1. I went to pick it up and there was a girl behind the counter who told me she couldn't wait on me and that it was someone else's job. She then screamed for a girl named Emily, telling her to do her job. This girl then looked at me and said she could wait on me but wouldn't out of spite. The pizza was awful - undercooked and bland. I used the Nino's Facebook Messenger account to write about my review and received a message that the issue would be sent to the owner. I called Nino's a few days later and the woman on the phone, after I explained my situation, said that they discussed my situation at a team meeting that day and that the owner wanted to talk to me. I suspiciously left my contact information and haven't heard anything back in over a week. The pictures below are what I spent $46 on.

This restaurants is filled with snobs who have never had a real days work in their life. They favor employees and are racist. Their food sucks, multiple times I've ordered and nothing was ever good. Wings nor pizza and I've loved in the area for 10 years now. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially for a place of enployment. They fired my boyfriend because he was black and didn't even have the audacity to say why via phone, email, or text message after working a 6 hour shift the previous day. Sorry to even give them one star. Staff is filled with privileged teenage girls with nothing but attitude and terrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza it may have been been a Tony's frozen pizza it was awful and a order of breadticks that were hard as a rock got a blue cheese for 35 dollars what a rip off nino's used to be so good the prices went way up the food isn't good at all I don't like leaving bad reviews but I like to get my money's worth so disappointed a 15 minute ride each way not worth it I won't order from them again which I liked them I feel like I was robbed today

Last few times we been to Ninos the pizza dough is not cooked all they way. Had them remake another for me and it ended up be the same way. Got refund but not for the whole pizza??? Odd i thought. So Weeks have gone by tried it once more and it was worse. Dough raw again and the piece I got was missing part of the dough... not sure what happened there but I will never again eat pizza there again. It was so upsetting that they can not get a pizza right.

well my family and I used to like it there and gave them continuous business until now....they suck. Absolutely horrible my dad went in pizza was so burnt and didn't even show him until AFTER he paid. Nothing they could do gave him a 3 dollar voucher thing that was the best they could do lol what a joke. My daughter got a taco salad tonight & said it was the most disgusting salad she’s ever gotten. Lettuce was awful & the meat tasted BAD. She wouldn’t call to compline & just threw it out but I feel they need to know there product was not good & we will not it order there again. This should really be a 0 star rating

I’ve been a customer of Ninos my whole life, but they have consistently gone downhill. Tonight, my family and I went in at 7pm to place a dine-in order. After we stood on the “table service” side waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes, the employee finally told us to order on the takeout side. Halfway through placing my order, she let me know their dining room was closed (at 7, with the lights on) and we were welcome to wait for our food but could not eat it there. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 8pm, but an order placed at 7pm cannot be consumed on site? Make it make sense.

Tells me rdy in 45 I come to pick it up 45 min later, not rdy. Tells me to wait 8 minutes, wait 17 min still not rdy, now it's 4 min guessing that could be idk an hour. Never again. Its fine if a pizza takes time but dont give me a timeframe when it take more than twice as long.

Ordered two turkey subs to go, opened them up when I got home noticed something was missing, if you guessed the turkey was missing you would be correct…………. How do you make a turkey sub and forget the turkey…. Honestly worse place to get food I’ve ever been to

The reviews from those that were good do not know how the quality of the food has declined since the new owner/management change or simply will call any "pizza" good... Over the past two years I have seen a steady decline at the Orchard Park location and now they are terrible.They have different management now and it is apparent their first task was to lower the quality of the food! They think customers can't tell ...First they changed the brand/quality of the cheese on their pizza (I suspect part imitation due to the rubbery texture)and they put less on the pizza,The Italian sausage they use for subs does NOT even taste like Italian sausage! Flavorless! The lettuce they use is cut mostly in large chunks and not even green! It is Yellow! It is in such large chunks it just falls off! Their Fries are HORRIBLE! Way too DRY... Be warned,If you order Mushrooms on your pizza along with the Pepperoni they put LESS Pepperoni!!! WHAT?! I am sure they have and will continue to lose MANY customers including me.There are SEVERAL Pizza/sub shops in this area so finding another is not a problem.Another issue is that 9 times out of 10 they screw up your order! Totally incompetent employees. Save your money and time and don't go here! Pasquale has good pie ;)

Our family has been ordering from Ninos for many years but unfortunately it is not at all as good as it once was. The pizza is extremely bland and greasy. Too many bad pizzas to ever order again however, my grandmother wanted a sub today and she lives around the block. I took my 4 year old and ordered 2 subs and two fountain drinks. My 4 year old doesnt drink soda so I asked for an extra cup for water. The man stated he wouldn’t give us one because too many people steal pop 😳🤯 I thought that was extremely rude. She’s 4! We already purchased two drinks and there are free refills! He stated they lost thousands of dollars because of people stealing soda which is comical. Why not make it so it’s not self serve? That was the last straw for me. Too many other pizza places with better customer service and better food.

I've ordered here 3 times this last year. Each time I've ordered, I have asked for bread sticks. Each time I go and pick up my food the breadsticks are sold. Today I ordered two batches, called an hour in advance. It was on the receipt. If you ever use a credit card and are getting breadsticks, I highly recommend ordering somewhere more reliable

Bring your own straws! This restaurant finds it unnecessary to provide straws to their customers. They make you drink from lids and cups that are handled by employees. Food was good, but I will choose never to return simply because they are too cheap to buy straws!

Used to love Nino's but it seems they've followed the trend of overcharging for sub par quality and service. Ordered a large pizza and 20 wings, asked for it to made for a specific time. I showed up 10 minutes early expecting to have to wait for it to be finished but it was ready. Pizza was undercooked and sloppy super greasy and cold by the time I got back to cheektowaga. Never given Bleu cheese with the wings except the extra ones I asked for at check out. Disgusting for $52.00

Thought 3rd time would have been a charm but was wrong. 10pc chicken fingers was ice cold and each piece was the size of a silver dollar. Fries were cold and hard. Full size turkey club had no bacon or mayo and was a mini sub. The time before that, we asked for a 7pm delivery. Girl showed up at 545pm. She took the food back and came back at 7 with same food. Cold pizza of course and cold wings. Yumm. Time before that, again cold pizza all sauce and barely any cheese. NEVER AGAIN. They used to be soooo good.

got a pizza there last night and it was TERRIBLE .I think they used tomato soup for the sauce as there was no flavor to it .Also there was oil where the sauce should of been ( was probably going to make a white pizza) on the bottom and the cheese and other toppings just slid off the whole pizza when you picked it up to eat.Very disappointed and very surprised because I ordered from here before and it was good. However this was my first time back ( and last) since they hung up on me when I tried to place an order at 8:35 pm saying they were closed. Well so much for trying to stay close to home way too many competitors in the area with better product....IMPERIAL HERE I COME at least I know I will get a GOOD pizza from them....

Gone downhill recently. Can't follow simple instructions. Clearly ran by local kids who need a job and couldn't care less about something other than their phone. Foods been messed up royally everytime. Place is a mess. Half the doors r locked with no direction where to go. This place probably will be run down in a couple years. Someone needs to step up and show the 12 year olds how to work and comprehend. Had good pizza the first time but since then it's made us sick. Never been actually cooked which if we can't cook a pizza let's face it is anything else cooked properly. I've gotten food poison symptoms 10 mins after eatting here 3 times in a row. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Really bummed out by my recent pizza from this place. I paid $25.70 for a Large Double Cheese, pepperoni and sweet peppers and get this skimpy thing. Certianly doesn't resemble what I ordered as there is bare spots everywhere. Ninos, you really need to do better because I really feel like I got ripped off. I really wish I could post a picture of it here...

Last time I ever get food here. The person in front of me in line was picking up the exact same thing I ordered. They charged her one price and charged me $5 more. When I asked why they gave me some line of BS and refused to give me the price the lady in front of me received!

So get this. Even after acknowledging the order was wrong on TWO subs, they only give you a $10 credit. You offer not to eat the subs you got and they can deliver. But the policy is only $5.00 per incident. While you spend $25 plus tax. Used to love this place. We will not order from here again. And my co-workers won’t either. Great business plan.

Don't know what's going on here. Used to be great. Not anymore Pizzas just OK but their subs are horrible. Chunks of lettece,not shredded, roll tasted stale and their oil is NOT oil. Taste like creamy Italian dressing. What a disappointment. Never again. Save your money!

I want to start off by saying, this place used to be great. Everything here used to be incredible but as of the last 2-3 years or so, absolutely not. This place had viciously downgraded in quality so bad, its a crying shame I can only get breadsticks here, because its the one thing they can't mess up. Sub? It was like they grabbed half a brick of cheese and put it on mine, making it so gross and inedible I got it refunded. Okay cool, maybe a mistake happened, couple days later? A personal chicken finger pizza. Drenched with absurd amounts of sauce and cant even pick it up. The one night I went here with my family on a not busy night? THEY LOST OUR PIZZA. HOW?! This places quality took a hit as the teenagers just started doing whatever they want.This is the first and only place where I've actually had to get my food refunded due to there being an absolute lack of consistency. Hopefully there is a huge management overhaul before I have anything other than breadsticks...

Been coming here for many years and it’s slowly gotten worse. Today was the last time I’ll order there. $82 for some subs that sat too long while we waited for the pizza, making them soggy. Breadsticks that were as dry as croutons and a $17 chicken salad that was a bowl of lettuce with hardly any chicken. These places are too expensive for such bad quality. I agree with the rest of the reviews - just a bunch of kids there, none of whom care about making things right.

Ordered "jumbo" wings, only to have received 3 broken wings with broken bones sticking out and 4 of the smallest drums I have ever been sold. If you charge $32 for 20 "jumbo" wings, you should have some quality control.

Ordered a sub for pickup last night went to eat it today found an extremely long hair in it called to inform them and the “manager” told me the policy is they have to have me come back in to inspect the food personally or there was nothing they could do about it and because I got it last night I was out of luck, there’s plenty of pizza places around where I won’t ever take my chances here again

Rude manager, calls you a liar when found something in our food, and is stand- offish. Poor business. Wish I could talk to an owner. Hopefully he wasn’t one. They did provide a credit but were not friendly after being called liars.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub. “Classic thinly-sliced sirloin tips sautéed in our own special steak sauce with melted cheddar cheese, sweet peppers and onions.” Dry. A couple onion slices. No peppers detected. No sauce detected. No cheese detected. It’s a dry sub with some steak and a couple onion slices. Do better.

Burned twice. I’m done. Ordered sheet pizza and wings for a family party in January for delivery. Order never showed up. Had to drive there and was given my lukewarm pizza and wings with a small cash discount. Just ordered a sheet pizza and wings delivery for my son’s birthday party. Food was late. Wing grease leaked all over pizza. Celery is brown and shriveled. I tried to call to share my feedback but the phone is constantly busy. Nino’s used to be the best. Went here for many years and had nothing but great things to say. Sad to say I get a better experience from Little Caesar’s.
