My favorite Tim Hortons. Not for the food but they handed us our $20 back with our $3 change. We got the food and money back.

Great tims location. Staff was super Friendly. Breakfast sandwiches are perfect at this location. Super clean. I would suggest going to this rather then the Mcdoanlds off the highway just a better overall experience.

Best Tim Horton's around! The place is always clean along with their staff. The food and beverages are always right even though I order both a special way. Management and staff are super nice even at 5am. You can't ask for a better place to grab some food and coffee in the morning or anytime.

Its very weird to not be greeted or thanked for placing an order. Just seems odd. Staff is full of nice people and good employees but I dont think that is an appropriate way to treat guests.

Ashley is always friendly, we go out of our way to this location because we like the coffee and service.

Coffee, Fruit Smoothies, Iced Cappuccino, Iced Coffee....all great. The coffee is a must try if you're from out of town.

The food was good except someone else got our order and the woman that brings it to the counter was very irritated and treated us as if it was our fault. She seemed angry that another order had to be made and it was only 2 breakfast sandwiches. Plus many of the tables were dirty. Had to clean our table ourselves.

I go to this location almost every morning. The staff is friendly but the young girl who takes your order is SO quiet & can NEVER hear your order which leaves you repeating yourself. The coffee is also never the same which is weird because pretty sure its just buttons.

None of this, however, should be met with the argumentative attitude I received even after I apologized for not knowing the area. Not at all a reflection on any of the other staff, but the one girl(I assume was shift supervisor/team leader or the like) had the most awful attitude & zero customer service skills on my visit at 9am on 10/19. Sorry for the other staff working on this shift as she deserves this review, not you.

Can't get Peppermint Tea at this Tim Hortons and they had no donuts at 3:45 in the afternoon.

Nasty workers everytime I go there. God for bid if they had to serve coffee. I live across the street and see it daily. Don't really expect much but the people there are especially rude.

The tim Hortons app didn't vaplly my discount. I said something to the girl. She's like well sometimes it doesn't work. They need to fix the problem. Won't go back again.

I just had another bad experience with one of the employees tonight around 9:20 PM. This is actually the second time I’ve dealt with the same person, and both times she was very disrespectful. I really hope management looks into this, because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. I was at the speaker calling for service and got no reply then drove over to the window and she told me to go back around and she can’t serve me.Unfortunately it’s not the first time with the same employee

The staff was super unpleasant, the wait was crazy and don't get me wrong I've worked in fast food I understand it's not easy and always an in and out but that was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they constantly mess up on orders. They repeated my order back to me but when it was time to get my coffee and food all that was checked out was my coffee and then they had the nerve to be snippy with me when I said nevermind about the food because I was in a rush and was expecting after 25 minutes they would have had a bagel ready. Will not be visiting this location again.

This morning I paid extra for extra sausage and bacon on my sandwich and when I get home there was no meat on the sandwich. My wife asked for chive cream cheese and they gave her regular cream cheese with barely any cream cheese at all. Do yourself a favor and find another Tim Hortons .
