I was really impressed with the pizza at Pizza heist. just got a couple of slices to give it a try, sweet sauce, worked very well with charcup pepperoni, crust was thick and golden, but not doughy: really good. but really I was there for the wings. The wings were cooked perfection nice crisp skin, and juicy inside. Mediums were more of a mild honey Mustard was solid. but the pizza was substantially better than the wings.

We stopped going here a couple of years ago because of inconsistency with the pizza. We decided to try the Pizza Heist again. Two weeks ago we ordered on a Monday night and had literally one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten. It was before a Bills game so they were very busy. Customer service here is always very good. They are friendly and polite. Ordered the large cheese and pep special. It was fantastic. The crust, cheese, sauce-all were perfection. Today, not so much. The crust was flat and tasted yeasty-seems like it didn’t rise properly. Too much sauce, and hardly any cheese. I am not a fan of inconsistent pizza places so I probably will not return. Giving it three stars because when they are good they are great, just not consistent.

I ordered a pizza & boneless wings combo The wings were great, I wish I could say the same for the pizza, so disappointed.... The pie was part thick & part thin crust, the sauce and cheese were so uneven that some parts were swimming in sauce and cheese while other parts barely had either. The fact that this business considers this acceptable to sell to a customer is quite concerning.....

Normally they are pretty good with my order. Today was a bit Ridiculous. Plus the Order was Black and white and couldn't screw up because it was ordered on Slice. I ordered the Large Pizza Double Cheese, Double Pepperoni & 10 Fingers 1/2 BBQ 1/2 Med Special and a SIDE order of Fries. $60 my pizza was not Double Pepperoni at all. Double maybe Triple Cheese but that amount of Pepperoni was depressing, didn't even look like enough for a large pie. On top of that the side order of Fries I ordered was just thrown on top of my fingers. It's a side order for a reason. Shouldn't just assume and throw them on top of my fingers. Anyways we just ate it because the kiddo needed to eat for bed for school the next day. I have never had a bad order from here till today.

Pizza was very bland and the wings had little to no sauce on them spent $60 and drove 20 mins to try this place. Bummer but it is what it is I guess.

I used to like pizza heist, the last few times we’ve gone there it’s gotten worse and worse. Not sure what’s going on but our favorite pizza place has gotten really terrible. 6 out of 20 wings were massively deformed, and inedible. Supposed to be 10 mild, 10 medium. They were all tossed in the same sauce with the same amount of sauce. All medium. I have young kids that don’t eat medium. They also won’t let you use a gift card if you’re getting one of the specials? So a 42 dollar large pizza and 20 wings special is rang up separately and your gift card is charged 47 dollars. Crazy to have disregard like that when people are showing loyalty to your business and purchasing gift cards. Pizza was burnt, but this isnt the first time that’s happened, they usually burn half of it and the other half is “ok”, kind of awful to pay for a full pizza and only half is edible. I called to see what they could do, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then said they are calling the owner to see what they can do. I was on hold for 10 more minutes and then they said they are waiting to hear back from the owner. I verified my name and number with them and they did not call me back. It’s ok if food gets messed up or whatever, it happens, that’s fine. But to take my info, not call me back and blow me off is just not right. Sadly, we won’t be eating at pizza heist anymore.

Apparently these are boneless wings. Ordered a small pizza and boneless wings. Got bone in wings. Never got my 2 liter of soda. Called the place to inform them of their mistake and basically get told well we can’t do anything because you ordered online and once it leaves the store it’s out of our hands. Like you didn’t give the delivery driver our soda and you gave us the wrong food. A real business would make it right and just send us the correct stuff instead just get told try and get a refund I don’t care about the money I care about getting what I paid for originally. I haven’t ordered here in a long time and now I remember why. So annoying.

I enjoy a well done pizza, however the pizza I was given tonight was so burnt it was inedible. They aren’t consistent. I don’t know why the person who made this would think it was ok to serve this. I would have had no problem waiting if they had to remake. This should have never been sent out the door. The fact that they thought it was acceptable to serve this is enough for me to not come back.
