First place I eat at when I visit Buffalo, Transit Rd location!

I have been eating here since I was a kid. I moved away years ago and always make this place a go to when my family comes back! The food has stayed the same for as long as I can remember, and the service is always great! See ya next time🍻

The best Italian Sausage sub in Western New York.

Stopped for a quick bite while in Buffalo for a wedding. Royal subs were on the menu, which are my favorite. Since I was afraid of dripping mayo on my dress, I got a Greek salad instead, which was delicious. It had lots of warm chicken, and plenty of feta cheese. Next time, I will be getting the Royal! They also have loganberry, which is a treat for me!

Vintage pizza & sub vibe. We ordered a Turkey BLT wrap and a chicken finger sub with curly fries to go. Waited about 30 mins. Close to closing and they had many customers still. Happy faces 😊 would definitely go again.

Surprisingly spectacular little place. My family got split up, half going to Niagara and stopped at the border so about 5 of us stopped here while we waited. We had some sandwiches, pizza and pasta. Its a simple place, so don't expect much more than a tasty meal, on a paper plate, but we came away happy and full.

Great job on the subs, very tasty and I really liked how even though it was crazy busy the manager training a new girl was so kind and patient with her. I worked in the food industry for years and had an amazing boss and then a boss that was a total B------- so part of my 5 stars is for the fact the manager here really knows how to be a manager and not let the big influx of customers stress her and make her take it out on her employees. She was calm, level headed, helpful, trained extremely well. People should feel lucky to work here. I see the menu has a lot more on it than how I remember the one on Harlem. I only go to the one on Harlem or in the village of Hamburg. Not sure if y'all have big menus now so will have to try something besides a sub for once. It was also my best friend's first sub from John and Mary's, which he inhaled.

Nice little restaurant with a huge menu. The place has been around for a while and has definitely stood the test of time. We got a couple of hoagies for dinner. I got the chicken and bacon hoagie and there was a ton of meat on it! Several big strips of bacon and huge cut up chunks of grilled chicken. Everything was prepared to order and I was able to customize my sandwich with extra peppers and onions. The only bad parts about the sandwich was the chicken was really dry and hard to chew. My mom got the roast beef hoagie and, again, lots of meat on there. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a separate walkup window for ordering Perry's ice cream outside. I would definitely come back to enjoy some ice cream on the patio or try another one of their sandwiches, pizza, or wings.

Started on Harlem, then drove to Transit south of Genesee St 4 weeks ago. John from John and Marys made 12 jars to take home. We as a family grew up on it, delish, down 4 jars already 😭. If you like spice, it’s awesome. We can’t wait to go back for another A Bomb Sub. They wrapped 3 for me to take home the next day. Now I make 60 meatballs at a time. Waiting for the next round of piggies ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic hometown restaurant with American family diner feels, old fashioned neighborly kindness, and a plethora of choices

Best sausage & cappicola subs in the world. We drive 3.5 hour's just for these subs and crave them when we can't get to the Buffalo area. Sub rolls are always fresh, sausage patties are a mix of sweet sausage & breakfast sausage which gives it the most amazing flavor & then with melted provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo, WOW. What a treat.

Had a Turkey Sub on my way through last Friday, and it was really good. Great bread and small touches like toasting it just enough really make John & Mary's one of my favorite cold sub stops when in WNY.

My new favorite. It is cheap and good. Something I could order multiple times a week and not break the bank.

Every time I'm in the area I usually stop John and Mary's for lunch. and when I do the subs are always fresh. no matter what kind I order.

BEST subs in WNY. They use all fresh meats and vegetables - tomatoes are fresh and bright red (other sub shops will bury unripe, yellow slices in under the mayo), lettuce is fresh iceberg and not shredded, rolls and meats are fresh. I pass 4 sub shops on my way to J & M’s on Transit Rd. You wait a bit too long for them to take your phone order but it’s worth the wait. Great staff!

One of the workers there was less than helpful, however when we explained the situation to the manager she was very kind and helpful by giving us a free coupon and compensating us for our trouble. John & Mary's is by far the best place to go for a great meal. Don't let yourself be swayed by the other guys' big advertising dollars to draw you in, only to give you a meal that's mediocre at best. You're paying for the advertising and not getting the kind of meal you expected. John & Mary's in Lancaster is a long-time staple of WNY and has been serving top-notch food for decades. Their food is always delicious and done right. Make the trip to have the best food anywhere.

Stopped in here for lunch. I'm always down to try new things and new places so I came here because I have never been to it before. I got Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread. The pasta sauce and meat balls were seasoned very well and it was also a good portion. The Garlic bread was good as well. The staff was really nice too. Everyone had smiles on their faces.

I see a lot of bad reviews, I am glad I did not share the same experience. The guy that gave me directions to the store was kind and patient, the store was clean (and had a cool Sopranos pinball machine) the prices are great, the wings were delicious and the staff Provided quick service. The only thing I noticed was that the garlic bread could use a touch more toasting. Ill be going back for more wings!

There were 2 waitresses at the counter when I came in for my pick up and one was friendly and sweet the other had a complete scowl on her face and was rude the times she did speak to me. My food was great, the atmosphere was friendly and clean, of the one waitress would have had a better attitude I'd be giving 5 stars for everything!

Subs have gotten a bit skimpy lately, especially for the price! And I don't recommend the taco salad at all! Gross dried meat and mabe only a tablespoon if that.

I good place for the quickie meals. Subs are good especially the chicken finger sub. Spaghetti Monday is pretty good too. Service is always quick and courteous.

Great place to stop for a treat! You can enjoy a variety of hard ice cream or soft ice cream. They have a friendly staff with both indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza was average.

I want their choice first time I ordered a steak hoagie but it was more mushrooms than steak I just want recently and ordered their shrimp and fries butterfly shrimp was very good cook perfectly fries i wasn't too crazy about they tasted dry for some reason I would order just the shrimp again and see if I can get it with a salad

I love john and mary's!! First thing I hit when I get to the B-lo. It's my home as a kid. If you never had John and Mary's, or Lanova Pizza.. You never tasted a real Buffalo pie!! There are others as well but don't limit yourself. Be open. These guys, both places are staples of Buffalo pies!!

My visit to John and Mary’s was good. I got a buffalo chicken finger sub that has tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing. It’s one of my favorite places around to get a sub. Sometime I get a burger and that is the same quality and is just as good. The dining area is a little dated and needs some work. They do a good job of getting orders out and handling a crowd of people which is good if you go during busy times

Pros and cons. Wonderful, big menu, and the food is usually very good. Staff varies from acceptable to horrible. E.g., today, I asked the girl for a single scoop of ice cream in a dish. Real simple. Paid for it. Then five minutes later a young man opens the window and asks me to pay for it. Tell him I already did. He says "oh" and walks away. Then he brings out a cone. Tell him I asked for a dish. He returns with the ice cream cone shoved upside down in a plastic dish (not even a serving dish -- more like a container you buy food in at a grocery store). And no, I wasn't the slightest bit rude. The whole thing was bizarre. There have been other incidents too, of staff being needlessly short and rude. I won't be returning. Which is a shame, because the food and prices are good. I'm just tired of dealing with the staff. They need some adults to take charge of the place.

Depends on which location you visit they are independently owned. Hamburg location is my favorite the salad and pasta are my go to.

ordered dinner for family here. food was good but ordered a large fry and never got. I called and let them know and basically they said to come back and pick it up , that they don’t do refunds to cards or give any type of credits. I was too far to come back but the whole thing was annoying as I shouldn’t be charged for something i never received due to their mistake.

Pizza is decent but it can be better. Buffalo wings, I have eaten other places and this place needs to buy better quality wings. Wings had chunks of big skins. Please buy better wings !!! Oh well each dinner have their specialty, this one the subs looks good! Once I try one of them I will update the review.

We traveled from attica to this location of John and marys because a week earilier we had great tasting food and good service. This time, we waited 20 minutes for our order and received the wrong soup. The gal that took our order was rude and condescending. My money is good everywhere and I will spend it at a business that appreciates our business! I would love to hear from the manager or owner.

Food was good but it wasn't very clean inside especially the restroom was gross. Makes one wonder what else was.

Their pizza crust is PHENOMENAL! I would go back to Buffalo just for this crust alone! The service experience was strange and left us feeling awkward- it could have just been an off day for the staff. No one seemed to want to talk to us, and a guy who was sitting in the back came up and asked us if someone else was helping us... Then the staff appeared to get into what can only be described as an argument. It took my friend several tries to explain she was here to pick up our dinner. Despite it being early (4:30 pm), the music was blasting loudly into an empty restaurant.... Which made me glad we were picking up the order. Their chicken wings were decent. Nothing special, but a good pairing with their delicious pizza.

I tried using the contact form on your website, but it kept saying my text was invalid. So, here it goes. Hi there, I wanted to share my recent experiences at your Depew location. Yesterday, we ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza had very few pepperoni slices—only one or two per slice. While this was disappointing, especially since adding toppings increases the cost, it could have been overlooked if the pizza was good. Sadly, the pizza was undercooked and not enjoyable, as agreed upon by a group of five people. We usually save leftovers, but this time, we had a lot left because people chose not to eat it, and we ended up throwing it out. One person compared the taste to a middle school cafeteria pizza. Last month, I ordered a Steak and Spinach Sub with hot peppers, oil, and mayo. However, the sub was made with sweet peppers and no dressing at all. Overall, our last two experiences have been disappointing. We really want to continue ordering from you since you are the closest place, but I'm not sure what's been going on lately. To finish on a positive note, the wings we ordered with the pizza yesterday were pretty good.

I understand that restaurants have to cut back on costs and raise prices these days to help stay afloat (after the devastating Covid pandemic), but this is just ridiculous. This location has a rubber duck claw machine inside. See all those cute rubber duckies in that little machine? They look tempting, don’t they? And what’s this?…….OHMIGOSH, they have little knit hats on! Kawaiiiiiii! I want one! One dollar is a bit pricey for a play, but alright. I’ll try out a dollar here for one of these here quackers. Let’s see, most of the duckies are pushed to the sides of the machine. Let’s try for that dark blue hatted duckie in the back. …Alrighty, so the claw doesn’t go back that far. So let’s try for those green and red hatted duckies on the right side. ………ALLLLLLLRIGHTY, so the claw doesnt fully reach the right wall, either. Chinese construction quality at its finest. Let’s drop the claw and hope for one of these duckies. Alright, not a great grab. Didnt get anything because the claw didnt grip properly. But no worries! I’ve been here in the past, and this machine should give out unlimited tries, so I should have no problem getting it once the claw resets to gimme another try! … … Aaaaaaaany second now… … … I waited, and waited for my second try, but it never came. Then I saw the sign on the side of the machine. Beforehand, the sign said “Play Till You Win!” Now, it says “Play For $1.” This means that John And Mary’s modified the machine so that it is no longer unlimited plays for $1, but one play for $1 with no guarantee to win. Okay, FINE. You got me, John And Mary’s. I’ll play your little mind game. I’ll cough up another dollar for that stupid hat-wearing duckie. Now that I understood that I only got one play, I tried to make this play count. I moved the claw as right as it could go (and even then, there was still a huge gap between the claw and the rightmost wall) to try for that stupid green hatted duckie. Upon this drop, this was where I noticed that the claw shifts to the left upon it being dropped. The claw missed the green hatted duck entirely by a large margin and grabbed nothing. I wasted $2 on nothing, because John And Mary’s changed the programming of the claw machine. WHY?!? I’m a grown adult. I dont absolutely need a rubber duck toy. But children do. And if they see this machine, theyll want to play for one. This is where the unlimited plays comes into fruition. Most, if not all, of these rubber duckie claw machines have unlimited plays to compensate for the CHEAP 5 CENT DUCKIES that the machine offers. But now that this utterly weak claw that cant pick up duckies easily is now $1 for one try, the kids are gonna be begging their parents to put $10-$20 into this machine just for one duckie! How absurd! The only reason I played the game is because I remembered when it used to be Play Till You Win. Now, I’m never gonna play this machine again, no matter which colored hats the duckies have on! This type of greed may work at Turning Stone, but this $1 for one play deal, on a CHEAP rubber duck claw, is ludicrous! I used to not care about all the food price increases and upcharges here at this John And Mary’s, but this ordeal is making me think twice about supporting this restaurant. I don’t care which marketing experts you have lined up for you to tell you that knitted hat-wearing rubber duckies are a smart product to put in your claw machine, Mr. John. When you upset your customers like this, it’ll take quite some convincing to bring them back when theres plenty of delicious subs and wings across the Buffalo area. Food was decent, though.

I'm a local and this used to be one of my favorite sub joints especially for cappicola subs but the young staff they now have are very rude and non caring. I spoke to the owners sister who was ruder than the other employees and after speaking to her brother, the owner, I realized that no one here really seems to care about anything anymore except getting your money and give lousy service

This is the 2nd time I have had issues with a DoorDash order from them. Today, 2 out of 3 subs ordered through DoorDash were wrong. I called them directly and they sent out their driver with 1 corrected sub and the other was incorrect for a different reason than the first time....I gave up. The staff was very nice but nice only goes so far. Their food is good, however. Maybe I'll try direct order and with their drivers but I won't use DoorDash with them again.

Was looking for a place that sold curlyQs and they popped up. Ordered Qs and hotdogs to go. The Qs where done before the dogs, no salt on the Qs and people who ordered after us were served before us. Lady making food was eating while doing so. Won't go back...

Today was my first time ordering from here. The girl that answered the phone was disengaged. Did not ask any questions about the order, just rushed me off the phone. The lack of customer service was definitely noticed. There was curbside pickup when I arrived but the same girl told me told that they will not do it with cash instead of just bringing out my change with my food. The girl at the counter was too interested in hanging out with her co-workers than servicing the customers. The cook was pleasant. The food was okay after I got it home and made changes to it that should have been handled when I ordered.

Went there for dinner. Restroom was not clean, food was ok but when getting ring up, the person running the register inadvertently charged my card twice. Attempted to get them to correct the issue but was told that the owner wasn't there. Left my info but didn't receive a call back. Called again but was told that owner still want there (must not work very much). After several calls not being returned I have abandoned the effort. Food was just ok. It was edible but not good not bad...

We stood at the counter too long before anyone even acknowledged we were there. They seemed busy but a "be right with you" goes a long way. Then we waited 30 minutes (no exaggeration - I checked the receipt time) for food that probably took minutes in the fryer. They started serving people who came in after me so I asked about it and it was just sitting there. Completely skipped over it. Most of the people were nice so it got a star for them. We live close by but had never been. Won't be returning. It was disappointing because I love the location in Cheektowaga.

they used to have great subs, but lately they have gone down hill. subs made wrong had to drive 15 min. back after calling then i was given the holier than now attitude from the little b**ch behind the counter. the next time i ordered they forgot my fries and onion rings. really kids! put your phones down and do your job

The subs and food is great. But they mess up pickup orders too many times and the service is not great. 4 times ive gotten the wrong sub, twice blue cheese were missing from my wings orders. Once i placed a pizza order and they gave someone else my pizza (but at least that time the gentleman gave me a large pizza upgrade at no cost). Also sometimes the employees seem like they dont want to help or be there. No enthusiasm sometimes you wait several minutes to be served. Good food bad customer svc. Update 6-5-2020 I still regularly get my orders messed up. Last saturday 5-30-2020, I got the wrong sub but was hope and could not go back to return it. I ordered a cheeseburger supreme 12 inch and i got a cheeseburger sub instead. Today I ordered a chicken club and a cheeseburger supreme sub for me and my coworkers and there was no cheese on either and no bacon on my chicken club. No lie. The food is great but Ive been given wrong or incomplete order 9 times now in the last 2 and half yrs. I can no longer support you guys especially since I moved even farther from you. It takes me 20 min just to get there and to get incomplete or wrong orders in back to back weeks, I can't support this establishment anymore.

The sub rolls are terrible! Would be Sooo much better if they used a castanzo roll. And expensive! Won't order here again not when buffalo has a million pizza places with great subs.

Last couple times we've ordered here it's been terrible, this time 1 sub didn't get any sauce, the lettuce was browning and looked physically dirty, and the onions were rotten! The other subs were similar, with gross runny blue cheese and only 2 small chicken fingers on the whole sub. Last time we're ordering here.

Won't order again. Dried out steak hogie, burnt black onions, asked for small pizza,got a large with under cooked blond crust. Too many choices in Buffalo to waste that kind off money on them. They got 2 stars because we ordered wings with no sauce,put our own on.

*edit So there is a pizza deal on Wednesdays and they are open until 9. I called to order s pizza at 8:10 and was told that they were out of pizza ???!!??! So, not very good pizza that they don't even have on a day they specifically want to sell pizza. Hard pass from now on. * It's typical pizza fare, nothing special. Decent food but I've had better elsewhere. Just don't order the fries. $5 for around 20-25 fries is a bit steep. The amount you get is less than a small at every other pizza place.

For years J&M had THE best capicola subs. No longer. The last few times the Cap quality was marginal, but today it was just horrible. Constantly pulling hard gristle like chunks out of our mouths. My Royal sub had the same chunks as my wife's Cap did. Like so many things nowadays, quality is down and prices are up. Looks like J&M is off our do again list.

Great food as per usual, grew up in Buffalo area but expo guy would not stop coughing while prepping fries. Stepping away to cough is fine but homie was open mouth coughing without trying to cover up while prepping. Not planning on coming back anytime soon.

Chicken wings were not cooked properly, slimy. Asked for extra mayo on the sub and got hardly no mayo and sub was soggy, pizza looked like it was 2 days old, just nasty. Will not order again

I don’t know what has happened here in the past year, but all I can say is “gross”. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The rug in front of the register looks like it has never been cleaned. Several tables were dirty. There were flies everywhere: on the windows and the sills, both dead and alive. Nothing has been wiped down including the windows and doors. Very minimal staff and the ones that were working seemed more interested in a visitor than the customers. So much so that they had no problem leaving two large containers full of what appeared to be bleu cheese open on the counter, mid-way through filling little cups. All open for the flies to enjoy. The food was marginal. Won’t be back.

Family's been coming here for years and this is probably the last for me. We called in a large order of 12 subs and only 4 of them were correct. 4 chicken finger subs and only one was right, the cheese was hard and dry and 2 hot were dry. Whole subs were only made as halfs and missing toppings as ordered. Definitely disappointed in this order from times past. If we hadn't driven over an hour for the pickup I'd definitely be going back for a refund.

Ordered 2 hot dogs. 1st time order was wrong, 2nd time order was wrong. 3rd time food was cold. Asked for my mo ey back and was told they technically couldn't do it. The remade the order and after over 45 minutes they still didn't have 2 simple hotdogs made. The manager was rude through the entire experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have heard so much about John and Mary’s. So, after years of never have eating there, I was going to give it a try. My parents were in town and I said that I would buy them lunch. My mother had never had a Royal sub before so we ordered one to split. My partner ordered a Turkey club and my father ordered a second Royal. The Royal subs had THREE slices of cappicola. The turkey club had four slices of turkey. The condiments were Negligible and the veggies were soggy. Disappointed. With all of the many places to eat, I will not be returning to John and Mary’s.

Food took forever to get, only 2 people were in the place eating. Chicken finger sub was horrible and cold. Basically a head of lettuce on a bun with a tiny over cooked finger with barely any sauce. Fries were cold. Female worker in charge was loud and obnoxious, ended up leaving without finishing food. Will not return.

Was so disappointed. I have had a craving for a steak hoagie for months and while visiting family we went there for a early dinner. After having to repeat out order a few times some items still came out wrong. After finally getting our order the steak was a thick cut!! Every other J&M restaurant I've been to in the area have shaved steak. It was horrible especially after wanting it for 3 months!!

I’m not sure who orders take out just to have to reheat it at home… I ordered over the phone, was told 20 mins. My husband goes to pickup, as we have a newborn and a toddler at home. We live 3 mins away. When my husband arrived, he was told it wasn’t ready. After waiting for another 20 mins, he asked the woman at the counter what to expect. She asked him his number (64) and proceeded to tell him she was only in the 50s so it was gonna be awhile. After waiting more, he approached again. Turns out the order was just sitting in the back. So long, that our extra crispy wings were room temperature and chewy, and the pizza was lukewarm. I’m glad I waiting 45 mins in total to feed my child mushy pizza 5 mins before his bedtime, and had to reheat my wings on the grill to even make them edible. $60 for cold, mushy food, an overtired hungry toddler and a miserable experience. I’ll never order here again.

Do not order the steak souvlaki it is terrible the first time...(yellow lettuce and unidentifiable meat) and when they where nice enough to fix it... The lettuce came back Green this time with still unidentifiable meat. That's definitely still not steak!!!!!! A steak'm would of been better!!! Very angry, I'm out of work and when I do treat the family it shouldn't go in the trash!!

Busy lunch time. Someone must have took my order by mistake. Lady behind counter was unapologetic and said "I called out the order number, nothing I can do now." She offered me the other order the person was supposed to take. It was almost the same but not exactly what I ordered. Disappointed -- understand it was busy. Service was poor -- you should review your order proces.

The pizza tasted like it was microwaved at a gas station and the wings were low quality, chewy, and grainy. The customer service was poor at best. You gotta love when people see you waiting at the counter, and don't even acknowledge you. Will not come back.

Awful customer experience. The subs are delicious but they have no conception of what it takes to make a customer happy. They constantly mess up orders and don’t do anything additional to rectify it. They continually say “there’s nothing we can do” and take zero responsibility when they make a mistake. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time. There are lots of other sub joints in buffalo. Has seriously declined over the years!

We ordered from John and Mary's because it was my daughter's birthday and that is what she requested for her dinner....cheeseburger sub. Well, their food is usually very good but this time they got the order very wrong. I would have been ok with that except when I called to let them know I was told things like well you didn't pay for the wrong thing and well we were busy and it was shift change and these things happen as if I was inconveniencing them to have to make the proper thing. So I called back and told them to just forget it we would order from somewhere else to which I was told please don't bother to come in. Not to mention no dressing for 2 of the 3 salads we ordered and brown lettuce on my sub and no mayo which was ordered. So if you want good service and good food don't go when they're busy!

Lame! The Ham sub special was NOT so special! The worst sub I ever bought anywhere! They Cheap out on the ingredients! Not worth $11. Go somewhere else! Subway is better believe it or not!

Ordered hot dogs. Not cooked in the middle it was cold. Gave it to the cook and he didn’t put it back on the grill he put it in the microwave! Gross!!! Worst hot dog ever. Really! How do you screw up a hot dog???

This place is disgusting, dirty and rarely cleaned, not to mention run incredibly poorly, at the detrement of anyone unfortunate enough to work or spends money there. They don't pay their employees fairly while also stealing tips from the employees. Lucky if the fryer oil is changed out a few times a week, they've been cutting the food you eat on a moldy cutting board that the health inspector said to get rid of for years, they just hide it when he comes around. The food is all frozen and prepared by teenagers, nothing is homemade and everything is overpriced. There are many many many better places to spend your money in the Buffalo area.

I called to make sure the ice cream side was open. As my granddaughters were coming over and they wanted ice cream. The girl rolled her eyes, like we were bothering her. When my granddaughter ask for a banana split. She was rude hmm no we have no banana. If you do not like your job. Find another place. If you are having a bad day it's ok to. But being rude. Well that wasn't nice.

Pizza by the slice is horrible, it old and expensive. Toasted hoagie are not toasted(just the bread). I called ahead of time and asked these questions and nothing was the way I was told. I will not go back. 25$ for a sub and 2 pieces of pizza, nope save it. Wouldn't of complained if it was good

We live close by, order fairly recently; ordered a small pizza today that was HORRIBLE! We had one piece left and threw it out! Management should pay attention!!!!! It was a thin crusted pizza that tasted like we threw a frozen pizza in the oven! What happened to the good food we use to get???? :-(

We ordered a take out sub and loaded fries. There was more bread than meat, the lettuce was one clump not evenly dispersed. The fries were okay but we were splitting them so I guess we should have ordered 2. I was still hungry after eating a half of sub with very little protein! I used to love John and Mary's but like a lot of things since COVID they're cheaping out on their customers. Unfortunate, as I work close by there and was hoping to go there for my meals sometimes!

I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza for the 2nd time because the first time the pizza was dry and undercooked barely any sauce so I decided to order it again with extra sauce hoping it would be better this time and it was even dryer this time and still not well done bake as I requested . So dry in fact I had to buy a jar of sauce to dip the pizza in which is not something i do with any other pizza place . Good dough good cheese good pepperoni just needs more of the pepperoni and way more sauce because you cant even taste the sauce because it was almost nonexistent. Thought about calling but its probably busy as its 6pm so i thought I'd leave a review instead . Maybe an owner see this and will make it right but only time will tell. If someone does make it right I will be willing to change my review and give a fair rating. Treat the customer fairly and ditto!

Food was fine, nothing special, the ice cream is a joke. This is a two scoop medium. Smallest $5 ice cream I've ever seen.

Went back for a second visit for another shot absolutely the worst they need all new cooks worst food and and wast of money chilli cheese dog no way more like hot sauce and a onion didn’t even get the whole order that gave the rest to me in a take out container went right to the trash

I recently stopped here with my three kids, my brother and my niece. We ordered a cheese pizza kids meal, the adult two slice of cheese pizza and a drink combo, spaghetti, chicken fingers, a royal sub and the Greek steak hoagie. While ordering my brother noticed the pizza warmer behind the counter and asked the girl if that's the pizza we'd be getting. She responded "it might be". This pizza looked like it had been in that warmer since the day before. After looking at it, I realized they couldn't give us that nasty pizza because we ordered 3 slices of cheese pizza..the warmer had 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of pepp. I went to the counter when they called my name and on those trays were a plate of two nasty stiff black cheese pizza slices and another plate with 2 slices of pepperoni pizza from the warmer. I nicely let the girl know that I didn't order pepperoni pizza, since my kids don't like it. She said "that's all we have". I asked why they'd take my order and money if they didn't even have it. She looked me in my eyes and asked me AND I QUOTE "can't I just take it in the back and pick the pepperonis off?" Silence from me. It's not often I'm speechless. Eventually I responded no. My kids would know there was pepperoni on that pizza because it's "spicy". This girl got an even worse attitude with me saying she'd have to make a fresh cheese pizza and we'd have to wait 10 minutes. I didn't mind since our other food was as ordered. While waiting for some CHEESE pizza, we got to enjoy the Greek steak hoagie and let me tell you....HEAVENLY. it was SO GOOD. Eventually they call my name for the pizza slices and my brother went up to get it. The girl nastily slid a pizza box towards him and said we could have the whole pizza since they wouldnt sell it all by the end of the night. This pizza was so underdone, soggy, disgusting...it was clear they were displeased with having to make us what we ordered. It was bad. I had second hand embarrassment for whoever owns the establishment because WHO ASKS IF THEY CAN PICK FOOD OFF LIKE THAT? It was a terrible experience. I'll never be back.

I placed online order and waited the full 40 minutes that it said that it would be ready at. I walked in and they told me that they didn't have the order at all they said that they would grab their manager. The manager never came over never addressed it or anything. After waiting a couple minutes I left the restaurant without food without a refund and no one helping me at all

HORRIBLE!! Ordered a sub online and went to pick it up. Provided my first and last name and what I ordered. They handed me a sub bag with my first name on it. Drove all the way home and saw that it wasn't my order. I called and told them. They admitted the mistake and said bring it back and we'll give you the correct one. I asked if they could deliver it at this point. No. Then I asked if they planned to compensate me for the inconvenience. The response was: we are compensated you by switching out the sub. What? Clearly you don't understand how compensation works. Then the kid hung up on me! Never again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Completely disgusting!!! Ordered a chicken finger sub and when my son bit into it a piece of lettuce fell off and thats when he seen the worm on it. I called immediately and was told to bring the sub and worm back. When I got there the girl at counter just gave me money back for the sub never even a sorry that that happened or anything else. So I asked if they threw out the rest of the lettuce and She went on to tell me how lettuce comes from the ground, and that it was taken care of because I had my money for that sub back which she also told me that they never do cash refunds. Nobody wanted to eat the rest of the food we ordered so that went into the garbage as well.

Ordered 6 subs, onion rings, and chicken fingers with fries. Got home no fries, no sauce, & then when I went back to the restaurant found out my wife’s sub was made with cheese. My wife is allergic to cheese. Told the 20 year old supervisor this, & she gave me attitude. Place was total chaos. All young people working with no senior supervisor is crazy to me. I won’t step back in this establishment again

Do yourself a favor and Skip this place. Depew deli and Louie's deli are both better priced, with better food and service. I was originally going to get a pizza on Wednesday their pizza night and was told it would be 30 minutes. I couldn't wait that long so I got a chicken club wrap and it took 45 minutes for my food to come out. I went up three times to get on my order and only when I asked for a refund did my food magically appear and was cold. I wasn't the only person asking on the status of my order either.
