I stay at this hotel every single week for work, regardless of price, and the reason is Antoine. Antoine is Mr. Everything, and consistently goes above and beyond not just for me, but I've witnessed it for everyone. He remembers frequent guests and knows preferences, plans ahead, and makes arrivals seamless. He ensures I get my preferred room whenever possible and has coordinated early room readiness during busy periods when had to switch rooms every night (so I could rest after overnight shifts that I never work.) My fiancé and our employees also stay here regularly because Antoine recognizes them instantly and ensures they are accommodated with the same care and professionalism. His service is the reason this location has earned my loyalty. Antoine sets the standard for what hospitality should be.

Friendly, efficient, and accommodating staff who made early check-in easy. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed a quiet, restful night’s sleep, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

So happy I stayed here for a work trip in the Buffalo area. Rooms were normal size and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. The service was excellent. Antjuan and Gaveno was very helpful. They helped with receiving my packages and made sure it was secure by putting it in my room. They were helpful with tips around the city. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Clean, smells very well, non smoking. Breakfast was great and staff. The reception as he was very nice and was very knowledgeable about everything. I can't remember his name when he start with a G and he's african american. Thank you and will be reserving again.

This is a standard laquinta, but seems to be a bit on the newer side. The rooms have hard floors instead of carpet which is great for a pet friendly hotel. It is clean and the floors are mopped between guests. Id stay here again.

When I booked this hotel for $127 CAD all taxes and fees in, I did not have high hopes but was willing to risk it based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! Front desk staff were friendly, room was clean. No complaints. Very conveniently located.

Airport pickup takes a bit but overall does the job. The rooms are very outdated with holes and broken furniture. The bed and shower (the important things) are top notch and nothing to complain about. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Decent stay for the price, went as a female solo traveler and it was safe.

The room in general exceeded expectations for this price point. Some of the bathroom remodeling displayed poor workmanship, but if you can get over a lack of perfection, it was great. Again, the breakfast exceeded expectations. There was dust where it shouldn't be and the elevator was broken, but, over-all, an excellent stay.

The room seem clean. I had no complaint about that. However, we stayed in room 215. The bed closest to the window was extremely squeaky and noisy everytime myself or my husband were to move. It kept waking us up everytime one of us turned over our moved. We could not sleep in the other bed as one side of the other bed was right up against the wall. The person sleeping on that side would of had to crawl over the other person or crawl in and out from the bottom of the bed. Another issue was the heater was very noisy and to top it off was pulled apart at one of the end corners. It was pulled so far apart you could see daylight out it and feel the cold air blowing into the room. That caused a big draft and that kept the heat turning on within minutes of it turning off. Being the heat was noisy that also kept us awake. The other issue was there was only one chair to sit on and it was broken. It would not raise up and was set low to a child level. That hotel or at least room 215 is in need of serious maintenence. Between the squeaky bed and the noisy heater with a big draft leak to where you could see outside we got very little sleep the night we stayed.

Basic clean facility, nice enough for a quick stay. We arrived very late and the desk clerk was quick and pleasant. Bathroom door stuck and shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty so that was inconvenient. Otherwise no issues with the room.

Easy check in and good location for a last minute stop during lake effect snow. One big downside was the sliding doors in the showers were a major safety hazard. I slammed my fingers between it and the other pane - someone, especially a child or an elderly person, could easily break their finger of they're not careful.

Came to visit family for the holiday and wanted a clean, affordable room. This fit the bill. I was never up in time for breakfast-it’s only until 9. Had a couple issues with the heat in the room as they just had thermostats installed. It worked fine the first night but the second night it kept turning off. It was super noisy which doesn’t make for a great night sleep. There is a fire door at the entrance of the floor and it slammed EVERY time someone came through.

Location is very nice I've been in that area before the lounge areas clean and everything would have been better had the back door area been shoveled or at least salt put out so you weren't walking on ice or even in the parking lot they did have a luggage trolley breakfast was okay standard scrambled eggs and sausage waffles. The gentleman that checked me in very professional was also back in the morning to check me out very helpful. The room was small hair on the walls in the shower on three of the walls and hair on the floor. I could not get the Privacy shade all the way down so I had about 10 to 12 inches of light coming through at the bottom it took forever for the room to really get warm and stay warm turn the TV on for a quick minute and just watched Netflix on my phone it's not a smart tv. The towels were soft the washcloths some of them needed to be retired they had black marks like somebody had cleaned their shoes and they had body wash on the sink to wash your hands instead of hand soap. I would stay there again I would just inspect the bathroom right away instead of the next morning.

Nice looking until you see how filthy the room is. I have been to quite a few LaQuinta and staff is very friendly and lobby is clean as well as hallway..exercise room ect. Room is in poor condition and downright filthy. Even filthy cloth on floor of bathroom. Don't even want to use shower.

So many things were broken or stained in our room. Lamp shade, base, and outlet covers broken. Patched spots in the wall that were never painted over. Orange staining along the base of the wall. Dried drops by toilet that weren’t cleaned. Shower drain is black and orange inside. Toilet is loose so it shifts every time we sit on it. Stains on bedding.

People down the hall would not stop screaming at 1am. Smelled heavily of weed. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower was fairly nice. One of the towels in my room was dirty and had not been swapped. The Garden Place Hotel next door was more comfortable; I'll be going there next time.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay at La Quinta Hotel. My check-in date was November 11 and my checkout date was November 12. Before arriving, I called the hotel to request an early check-in, and the front desk staff assured me that it would be possible. However, when I arrived at around 1:00 a.m., a different staff member was on duty. He informed me that no rooms were available and that I would need to wait until at least 9:00 a.m. Since it was snowing and extremely cold outside, I requested to wait in the lobby, but the staff member refused and told me to stay outside. I had driven for six hours through the snow and was extremely tired, yet I waited in my car for about five hours. When the cold became unbearable, I went inside again and politely requested either a room or permission to stay in the lobby, even offering to pay extra. My request was still denied. Only after I expressed frustration did the staff member allow me to wait in the lobby. Later, around 5:00 a.m., he approached me and said he could give me a room if I paid him $50 in cash. I agreed because I had no other option at that hour. This experience was highly unprofessional and caused me a great deal of discomfort after a long journey. I request that you kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action regarding the staff member’s behavior. I also request a refund of the extra $50 I was asked to pay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I have been to this hotel before with no problems. I left today paying through hotels.com for a cheaper rate and then left today with a $250 charge on top of me already paying. When called to ask about the charge the very rude breakfast desk person Antwan said it was for smoking in the room. First that is not accurate at all and like mentioned if he checked the cameras he would seen that those things were done outside. I have been here before and have smoked outside and never have been charged for a smoke smell in my room nor would I ever smoke inside of a hotel room (epically when I am told I will be charged if I smoke in it.) When asked what can I do about this charge he told me I would have to speak to the GM but could not tell me when the GM would be in. After asking if there was a schedule or something he could look at and let us know he acted clueless. After telling him we did not smoke inside the room he tried to tell us we did but wouldn't run the cameras back to watch us outside. Acting as if there was nothing he could or at least pretend to help me figure this out. I will not be coming back to this hotel or any branches connected to La Quinta ever again :(

We arrived at this hotel on Saturday Aug 30th. Needless to say we will never be returning again. First the lady at the front desk seemed very overwhelmed with her workload as she was the only staff working the entire property. We witnessed her cut people off on the phone and hang up on them. Check in was okay but very disorganized. Once we headed to our room we were greeted with a hallway that stunk of smoke. Once we got inside our room the pillows had black makeup stains on them, the sheets had a blood stain on one bed, rotting food left on the window ledge and some substance smeared on the bathroom walls. The overall cleanliness of the room was filthy and we questioned if it was actually cleaned prior to our arrival. We went down to the front desk to ask to change rooms and we’re told the hotel was fully booked. No cleaning staff on site and no managers present. The woman at the front desk wanted to see the issues so she came up and started pulling pillow cases off the pillows and said this was the best she could do because there was no housekeeping working. We asked her why this room was in such distress and she replied “it’s disgusting and she wouldn’t even stay there.” We ended leaving the hotel and we were not able to find another and Expedia didn’t offer to assist us now that we were stranded without a room so we drove 4 hours home to Canada that evening. This hotel offered no other room, no accommodation, no service and no refunds. Please avoid this property at all costs as we were very unhappy and disappointed with our service and hotel cleanliness and will never return.
