I wanted to write this review to share our experience with The Grapevine Banquets. From the very first point of contact, the professionalism and expertise were evident, along with their willingness to accommodate our needs. The beginning of our experience was simply amazing! Krystina and Beverly can definitely assist you from miles away. We live in Tennessee, and the stress I thought this would cause me turned out to be blissful thanks to them. When I mention the elegance and entertainment at the venue, it truly speaks volumes. You should definitely choose them; they are hands down the best in the area. They did an amazing job with the help of the planning, decorated the space elegantly for our special day without forgetting our little touches we asked for. Amanda did a fabulous job with organizing, Christina was a wonderful women, Beverly handled all the behind the scenes and Liza was amazing. 100% recommend to have your wedding here!

Five Stars! My husband and I had our vow renewal and reception at Grapevine Banquet Hall yesterday, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The communication with everyone involved—from the very beginning until the end—was exceptional. The officiant, DJ, bartender, and the entire Grapevine staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was stress-free and asked all the right questions to ensure our night would be perfect—and it truly was, even better than we imagined. We chose a buffet style dinner with chicken parm, beef steak (so tender!), green beans, mashed potatoes, fresh rolls, potato salad, and a fresh salad. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and well-seasoned. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the beautiful facility, and the great time they had. Even today, we’re still hearing compliments! We couldn’t have been more pleased with everything, and we highly recommend Grapevine Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with amazing food and outstanding service.

She was so kind, compassionate, and supportive in helping us book the venue for my best friend’s memorial service after another venue unexpectedly canceled just a week before the event. We held our wedding reception at Grapevine Banquets, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our day. From our first phone call, Bev made us feel taken care of. She was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly—not just professionally, but with heart. Planning a wedding from out of state can be overwhelming, but Bev made it feel easy. She was always quick to respond, full of helpful suggestions, and incredibly patient with our questions. On the big day, the room looked beautiful, everything flowed perfectly, and the staff handled every detail with care. On the night of, we were taken care of by Amanda who kept the night running smooth and helped us stay on our schedule! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was, how smooth the night ran, and how lovely the space was. We got to just enjoy the night, knowing the team at Grapevine had everything handled behind the scenes. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, warmth, and true professionalism—this is it. We’re so grateful to the entire team, especially Bev and Amanda, for helping create such a joyful, unforgettable night!

We had our family reunion banquet here and it did not disappoint. The room was very nice. The food was great. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes the food isn't always prepared/seasoned well, but they did a wonderful job! Everyone has enough to eat. There was a quality sound system we could connect our phone or device to. The attending staff were friendly and welcoming. If I had one criticism, the lighting could have been a little brighter... But I think if we requested it they could have accommodated. All in all, we had a fantastic time.

I hosted a bridal shower at Grapevine Banquets and had such a great experience! The room was gorgeous and perfect for the occasion. The food was amazing (you gotta try those rolls!) and Krystina, Liza and staff were super attentive and accommodating. They had centerpieces we could pick from if we didn't want to provide our own, and the tables were beautifully set and decorated. From planning to execution they we're helpful through every step. Highly recommend Grapevine Banquets if you're looking for a great spot to host an event or wedding.

Amazing service and reception. They made my day so less stressful and I couldn’t have been more happier. I will say if you can make your reception longer do it ours flew by; 3 hours went by like minutes. Thank yous so much.

I was attending a fundraiser for a charity near and dear to my heart. Well run, clean, parking was good d sipte 800 people in attendance. Only complaint is the loudspeaker/audio system sucks. Sounds garbled, does not project well

Recently I attended a Christmas party for Arc of Erie county. All of the attendees were special needs. Some required there dinner to be pureed. We were put in a storage closet and not allowed access to running water to rinse or clean the equipment. It was a real problem. I'm requesting to be on the committee next year and if I have a say you will not have the privilege of hosting our gala. Also the food portions were small and dessert was im sure what was agreed to. 25 dollars plus tax and gratuity. No coffee was supplied. The mother of a beautiful young man.
