Pizza was nice and had a friendly staff, and a really good deal!

We don’t order Pizza Hut often but we wanted the cheese sticks. Our order was ready on time and the service was friendly. They also have the butter garlic sauce, which I prefer for dipping my cheese sticks. We would order from this location again. Please note this location is not for dine-in.

I placed my order on the App. The food was ready quickly & upon arrival. The staff was nice & greeted me at entry. Food was made correctly & it was hot & fresh.

This is not the same Pizza Hut pizza I grew up with. Pizza Hut used to be consistent and delicious wherever you were in the country. But these new take-out Pizza Hut's have dramatically changed their recipes. Not enough sauce, not nearly enough cheese, disappointing crusts, and just a cheap fast food appearance. This is why i don't order from Domino's--well, add Pizza hut to that list now too. Thank God Buffalo has so many great local pizzerias! Last time I visit Pizza Hut to get a bargain (Buy 1, Get 1 free). Disappointing and waste of money.

The store was also super clean and you could see back into the kitchen which was also super clean. Will definitely be back.

The quality of Pizza Hut had really gone downhill these last few years, so I was apprehensive when they finally brought a takeout location to the area (not to mention, it's Buffalo and we have so many great local pizzerias so why would anyone go to Pizza Hut.... yeah.. this girl right here). Lo and behold, this was probably the best pan pizza and breadsticks I have had from Pizza Hut since I was a little kid participating in Book It. The location is super clean and well-staffed. I will be going back! :)

We get takeout from this location all the time. (Transit/French-Depew) The food is always fresh and hot. They check your order before you leave to make sure everything is correct. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they work hard-the place is clean and even though it is busy, they have the orders going out quickly. They have it running like a fine tuned machine. It’s Pizza Hut pizza, it has a distinctive taste, different from other pizzas in Buffalo, but that’s why we like to have it once in a while - to change things up. This is good old nostalgic pan pizza and bread sticks-delicious!

I would say their presentation of food is great, shows it’s prepared with love and care. The amount of pasta was great and valid. Pizza was crunchy and nicely baked. Would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. Service was great and they followed all the instructions provided with the foods. Will visit again!

The pizzolis that I bought were very hard and dry.

The pizza was great!! The Pasta and Cinnamon sticks were not so great! Pasta seemed like it had been cooked before and then reheated so it was burnt like on the top! The cinnamon sticks were stuck to the bottom of the box!

Bottom line the chitown tavern pizza= sucks. Born & raised in chitown had hundreds of tavern pizzas and this is not even close. Sad.

I ordered my personal pan at 2:27 PM, told it would be ready in 15 minutes or 2:42, I arrived at 2:52 pm and was told they didn't have any ordered for me and it would take another 10 minutes to make my pizza, they took my order at 2:55. I only have 1/2 hour lunch and it is getting late, finally at 3:15 I got my pizza, not happy at all.

Was up all night with stomach cramps. All i ate was 2 slices and 4 boneless wings. Made no sense

But they couldn't even understand what I was saying when I was telling them. I just wanted two heart-shap pizzas to be picked up. I picked up the two heart-shaped pizzas brought them home. They honestly looked so delicious. I had them well done and they were perfectly well done except for when my daughter was chewing. Her pizza and a huge hair was melted inside the cheese and the dough that she ended up choking on and throwing up. I work in hospitality and I completely understand things happen. But there should be no reason that a hair should ever be in your food. I can actually even understand if it was on top things happen, but the fact that it was actually melted in is completely disgusting. That's what they make hair nets for. By that point I was already annoyed. So I didn't even bother calling and complaining. I feel like they do have good food it's just so gross when things like this happen especially to a young child.

Takes literally 30 minutes for a fry and bread sticks while workers make themselves pizzas and eat and sit around laughing in the front of the resturant not doing there jobs

Ordered a pizza online for cheese pepperoni onion and green pepper stuffed crust. Show up no pepperoni ask me if I want it remade and they remake it then proceed to charge an additional 7 dollars for the pizza. Can't even talk to employees because they don't speak English properly. Joke of an establishment.

Ordered online and it said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Once I finished check out it then said 2 hours so I called the store to confirm. They said they were very busy so it probably got pushed back, no problem I just want to grab it at the proper time. When all was said and done the guy didn't know what he was talking about because I ended up eating burnt melts that were sitting there for 90 minutes after they were done. The cashier stood there chatting with a friend who was showing him stuff on his phone for about 5 minutes before he finally went to go do his delivery and I was finally taken care of. Terrible place

I cannot recommend going here. After eating the pizza I got violently sick. I will never return because I don’t wish to go through that again. If you are thinking of going here to Pizza Hut I would think twice about it.

We ordered our food early in the afternoon for a 815 pm pick up tonight....I arrived about 830pm...I walked in, not once addressed, asked for my order...again no verbal response...young man with pink braids tossed my order on counter and walked away...zero words...I had to ask if this was mine to which he nodded and walked away...terrible customer service...I don't care how good food was I would not return...

Then I looked over the rest of the pizza and found another hair. I called the restaurant for a refund and was told I had to call customer service. Called customer service and was told the only way to submit this type of complaint was on their website. So I did that and received an email that someone would reach out within 3 days but I never heard from anyone. So I sent another email and they still didn't respond. I called the store again and was told I'd receive a call back but didnt. It has now been over a month with no resolution. They clearly don't care about their customers and this location should be investigated because of how dirty it is.
