Arby's is a guilty pleasure but for the mighty potato cake. There is an unseen type of societal inertia that suppresses those who would sing the praises of this humble, hot & crispy tato miracle. What about the horsey sauce you ask? It must be slathered on beef and tato cake alike. Nothing can hide from the flavor justice doled out by horsey sauce. Creamy and sharp. It is pungent like the stench of death on an executioner's axe. No, it is the stench of flavor and condiment freedom! All hail Arby's! Retribution will be ours! The Arby's hate must end! Great service by the way. Really nice.

I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.

I will say this is the Cleanest and Friendliest Arbys ive been in GREAT JOB give those employees a raise not one dirty table to be found everything was neat and clean .. we will be back marking this location one of my favorites

Best Arbys I've been to. I've gone many times, way more than I'd like to admit, and haven't ever had any issues really outside of maybe missing a sauce or something small maybe once or twice. The employees are friendly and real which is rare in fast food. The food comes out above expectations and sometimes brings me nostalgia because they will sometimes throw a regular fry in with the curly fries which is old school. With the app, I've ordered ahead of time often, and it's always ready to go and packaged well. I don't drive here so I really appreciate the effort the employees put into everything and spend a lot more money here due to the repeat great experiences. I sincerely hope the employees are occasionally rewarded for good performance cuz this place is like a vacuum to my wallet

Was visiting NY for ten days & happened to stop by this Arby's - it's not often a fast food place has the ability to impress me but this one did. The store was immaculate and the food was good but what really exceeded any expectation was the service. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for my child and they were so kind. They earned a recommendation from me & I wish my local restaurants were more like this one!

Lady behind the counter was so sweet & helpful when dealing with my grandfather. Food was amazing & staff was super friendly. The whole entire place looked super clean, for a “fast-food” place they’re really on their game.

I love Arby's rost beef sandwiches. I have to say the one I purchased today had meat that was a little mushy. I do have to say that when I got home I gave my wife the crispy fish sandwich I picked up for her and she said even cold it was excellent. It makes me wish I had purchased 2 fish sandwiches. Lol Service is excellent.

I love Arby's rost beef sandwiches. I have to say the one I purchased today had meat that was a little mushy. I do have to say that when I got home I gave my wife the crispy fish sandwich I picked up for her and she said even cold it was excellent. It makes me wish I had purchased 2 fish sandwiches. Arby's is a fastfood restaurant known for their roast beef. It's ok. Nothing special. Their roast beef is of the processed type and is definitely not even close to a representation of Buffalo roast beef but it's an option if you need something fast and aren't in the mood for McDonald's or Burger King. The girl running this location is a great employee. Very friendly and on her game with customer service.

The food is overpriced paid 11 to 12 bucks on a burger that was terrible and not worth the price I used to love Arby's food

Did the 4 for 12 meal. The buns tasted odd, but the staff at this location is great, one of only 3 fast food places I go to.

My guy and myself usually don’t do take-out and got to use coupons that Arby’s offer. The cashier was very nice no doubt but when we got home 3 minutes away, bit into our roast beef and the roll tasted like they gave us old sandwiches. Old and stale! The fries looked like they hit the deep fryer 2-3xs(old). WTH! Was it because we had coupons?? Sadly disappointed! SMH

Ordered a turkey bacon & ranch wrap & small curly fries for $9. What I got was a mini chicken wrap. They didn't tell me until after I ordered that they don't have the "big" wraps anymore. Funny because when they did full size wraps it was the same price as whatever this meal is suppose to be. The fries were cold too. Last time I go to an Arby's. If I did want chicken wraps you could get 2 and fries for the same price at Mcdonalds. Wish I had used my card so I could dispute. Lesson learned.
