The manager Tom here deserves a raise! They were slammed today at 1pm. There was a woman too who’s name I didn’t see she was a Supervisor. They lead the team and got it done efficiently.

Can Never Go wrong with the Roast Beef!

Always helpful and friendly. I love Arby's roast beef, and so does my dog. There not near where I live so I'm always getting a bunch for both of us to take home.

I love the roast beef sandwich w curly fries and a side order of mozzarella sticks. And a nice big milk shake yum.

The service was prompt as was the food being accurate and ready. Very bubbly and happy staff person that provided us our food so that is a extra benefits of going to this particular Arby's.

The people working here were great. Talkative, energetic and just plain friendly. We do not have a Arby's in our town so it was a treat. They even gave my son ice for his leg, as he had just played in a soccer tournament.

I haven't been to Arby's in a while I just went through the drive-thru and I got my old favorite the beef and cheddar and it did not disappoint. I also tried their market fresh lemonades and oh my God I fell in love, amazing I wish there was a Arby's closer to me cuz I would go right now and get one!

Arby's has become my go-to place for milkshakes they haven't met one that is delicious the Jamaica one is very good too and of course the originals vanilla chocolate Etc this Arby's always has quick times through in drive-thru and if you go inside the store it is clean and the service is expedient. I do not go to Arby's a lot but if I am in the mood for fast food that this is where I go.

Very Welcoming for a fast food establishment. The staff is always willing to wait on me when I walk in and very friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. My favorite snack is Mozzarella Sticks they have the best ones, hands down. Along with potato cakes. The price is just right for them too. Roast beef gyro is another family favorite in my house.

Always quick to order anything and employees have always got my order correct. I even use their app to order ahead sometimes. Been going to Arby’s for a long time. I told them I remembered when their bathrooms were on the side of the building and you had to go outside to get to them. They added onto the side were the bathrooms are so you can walk to them from the inside of the restaurant now.

Tried the limited time brisket bacon beef'n cheddar combo. Photos attached. Bacon was well done brisket was great with the beef and cheddar. Booth was small. Service friendly. More expensive than I remember. $40+ for 3 people.

Army's was good as usual, but going through changes due to corporate take over of franchises with modernization in mind! Arby's lacks that sodium after tastes of some fast food establishments! This maybe the precursor of menu reformulation! PS I personally miss the big screen TV that was removed in the change over!

Fast of course. Food on par. One problem the cashier didn't apply the coupon I gave her. I had a semi large order so I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home. Lesson, always check you order and receipt before leaving.

This place is horribly slow. If there is more than one car in the drive thru you will be waiting 5-10 minutes. Food is good though.

Not really a fan of Arby's. We decided to stop here during our road trip to Niagara Falls. Just another fast food spot with an overwhelming menu. I gave four stars because their customer service skills are awesome.

However, the sauces were a bit too salty for my taste. The restaurant itself was clean, but the atmosphere felt a bit standard for a fast food spot. We asked for Two Gyros and one medium fries. On one of the gyros we asked for " no onions and extra tetzeki sause. The left off the tomatoes and the onion was still there.

The food was good. The service was a little weird. It's my second time, earing here. And both times very different. We will go one more time.

Placed an order this evening to be delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash was at business to pick up and they informed her they were not taking anymore orders. Could have informed customer and DoorDash this prior, instead of wasting everyone’s time.

Food is always good and fast service but someone needs to tell the guy that does drive thru during lunch time to stop interrupting and talking over people when they're trying to make their order.

Fries were greasy,lukewarm and soggy. Fish sandwich wasn't a filet of fish,but rather 3 smaller pieces of fish which caused the sandwich to fall apart when trying to eat. I'll rather drive to the other end of the Blvd for Arby's...

Fast food. Basic, nothing special. Cobbler's not good for lunch, but is pretty tasty after a football game. Must need an adult beverage to bring out the flavor.

There was 2 mess ups with our order. Their drive through was busy. I went in to pick up our mobile order. The wrap my step daughter wanted without tomatoes & banana peppers. She wasn't feeling good to begin with. It came with both on it. She did eat about half. They forgot my younger daughter's 'toy.' Luckily I noticed that before leaving. They also forgot to out in a couple sauces I requested through the order, but simply asked for them when I noticed they weren't in the bags. Overall, food was good and all warm.

It's fast food, but it is different. It's not your average burgers and fries. The sandwiches seem well thought out and the food is good. Even with sit down service, I wasn't just a number called, my food was brought to my table. That was very nice of her to do so.

Onion rings to expensive. 5 rings for $2.89. and the oil they fried the rings and curly fries in was old. They were a dark almost burnt color.

First, let me start off by saying I don’t have a problem with the food here. I’ve never had an issue with the employees either. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER ORDERING THROUGH THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM. I had used their online services many times in the past. That is, until April 2nd. On this day, I ordered some food for dinner. I ordered and paid online using my iPad. When I went to pick it up, I was told they never received my order. She asked if I ordered from the other Arby’s on Erie boulevard. I said I didn’t even know they had another one on the boulevard, but didn’t believe I had. I tried checking my email on my phone and never received one. Since I wasn’t 100% sure that I ordered from the right one, I went home to check my iPad. Once I got home, I saw that I had ordered from the correct store. I also received a confirmation number. So, I returned with my iPad. However, since they didn’t receive the order, she could not give me my food. So, I ordered and paid…again. I had paid with Apple Pay the first time and it showed as pending. The cashier told me that this had happened to other people so I thought the charge would not go through since I never received an email or food. On Monday, I saw the charge did go through. I tried contacting them online twice explaining what happened. It said someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did though so I guess I’m just out the money. So, if you decide you want to order from there…just go there to do so. Don’t order online.

I ordered one combo meal, a sandwich and the potato cakes. It was $24.90! They asked me what kind of sauce and then didn’t give me any. Found out after I got home. Have you ever eaten their sandwiches without sauce? Well don’t- it’s bland…. The crinkle fries weren’t cooked long enough and were old, droopy and cold. The potato cakes were old and stale. I doubt I’ll ever go back. Worst $25 I ever spent

Update on 4/5- I have filled out the complaint form over a week ago and not even an acknowledgement of receiving it. Wow! Ordered Chicken sliders and it was literally a chicken nugget on the bun. For $2.19 I think this is way overpriced! Plus fries were cold.

The staff is second to none. From the cashier to manager, they all deserve better than the quality of the food. Very friendly Curly fries were oil soaked, cold and soggy. The roast beef tastes like a mixture of metal and soap. It was also cold. The cheddar for the beef & cheddar was way too much and soaked the entire outside and inside of it. It was so bad…,I won’t ever go back. The Arbys at Destiny was amazing. Delicious food, but they are now closed.

I would just like to say I don't go to Arby's very much however I saw an ad for a 2 for $6 sandwich looks so delicious on the TV so I decided to try this Arby's again very disappointed again cold cold sandwich the guy at the driveway told me that it would be hot cuz I told him before you guys are always give cold sandwiches I got the sandwiches and of course they were cold I had to go home and put it in the microwave I'm done with this Arby's now I know why there's nobody ever there hardly any customers are outside,, and even though it was noon time I figured it would be nice and hot no no no still cold I don't understand why very few customers were there thank you

We don't normally do fast food or franchise restaurants because of the lack of quality or service. This place was no exception. Overpriced, overcooked, and unfriendly service.

I ordered through the drive today. I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich and received one with a blended sauce on it. I was too far along in my travel to go back so I ate what they gave me. The meal made me so sick that I had to excuse myself from meetings that I was in...not once...not twice...but three times. Eventually I went home sick from work.

Went through the drive thru told them I needed a minute they rushed me, didn't give me any sauce for my mozzarella sticks which should just be standard, didn't say hello or be polite in the slightest just wanted me out of the drive thru as fast as possible.

I enjoy from to time a root beer float, which I absolutely enjoy. However on this day, Oct 31, 2022 at approximately 2:15, I drove to get myself something on the healthier side, and ordered a turkey and swiss sandwich and the hot loaded fries. Service was as expected, I recieved my food and drove off. I got to my destination and when I opened my sandwich the meat smelled spoiled...really badly spoiled. I did some further looking, and there was things in between the sandwich I couldn't identify. So disappointed I couldn't go back an fix this issue. But please check your food before consuming it. I am a unsatisfied customer.

My current visit to this Arby's they didn't give us our cherry turnover, we caught that before we left and went back to the drive thru window and got the turnover, upon we getting home and about to eat we look and they didn't give us the chicken nuggets for my sons kids meal. The time before that they had me pull up so they can make my order, when they were making my order a girl came out and gave our drinks, she handed them to me and didn't make sure I had them and a whole large soda spilled all over the inside of my car.

It took 20 min of wait time to receive a disgusting disaster of a meal! My fries were raw in the inside and soggy on the outside! My Hawaiian Deluxe fish sandwich was soggy,drenched in tarter sauce, cheese was non existent, lettuce wilted and brown in color, and fish filet slid out the bun more times then I can count. To top off the worst Arby's experience of my life my fish sandwich was missing a tomato and my cheese sauce was watery. A waste of 40.00! I want a refund! What a bad way to end a long work day!!!!!!

Ran deliveries for them 3 times each time had its issues. Delivery drivers should not be going thru drive-thru to begin with as the fact the window is above our vehicles makes the social distancing not effective as we have direct contact from person to person via food items with no space. Everyone else has us set up to go inside in a limited number and receive the orders. Not to mention we can not wait a half hour in drive-thru to run your order that is only paying us 4 bucks. We are worth more than 8 bucks an hour. (First trip). Later delivery went good. Lady was nice. Allowed us to get order without waiting in drive-thru thank you very much (second trip) Following day third and final delivery from this store. Sat in drive-thru 20 mins, get to speaker give name, wait another 10 mins at the window, girl asks me to pull ahead from window after handing me a portion of the order, I said no thank you I waited all this time to get your delivery I will just sit here while the order is finished. Mgr comes to window and demands me to move ahead. Look, you don't have any right in this world to speak to me in such a manner as he did. He was very rude and his demeanor was disgusting, I would have demanded to speak to a manager but unfortunately he was both the problem and the boss. Not good!.
