I was out and about, running errands, too busy to cook. My 14 year old daughter had a sleepover so my home was full of teenage girls. Dinner was MUCH easier by stopping in for burgers!
They finally made a bacon cheese whopper. Now the best sandwich just got better. The service was fast and the trash can after the drive thru was empty(very rare).
Clean, fast and tasty food. This store is worth visiting. Looks brand new, the food was served fresh and within a minute. The front counter girl was very polite and smiling. I strongly recommend it.
You just can't beat the flame-broiled burgers at Burger King and if you haven't had the chicken sandwiches on a hoagie bun and just got a lot of good flavor in the chicken and spices in the breading and a chicken's very tender but I think it's a great sandwich give it a try can you give me a thumbs up if you like it give me a thumbs up if you don't smile

Starting with the food: It was fresh, un-smooshed, and recently put together even though it was from the dollar menu, meaning your order is more likely to be put together when ordered (even after the lunch rush). The fries, not old - and just enough salt. All in all 10/10 for what you might get from a fast food location. (Bacon cheese burgers & Fries) Despite being short-staffed, the wait was not bad, and the staff that are there - incredibly nice and greeting with a smile. Not always what you expect but heart-warming. - This location, it's comeback season! - Thank you for the meal!

There is one lady that works the drivethru (missing teeth) that is not very friendly. The rest of the staff is great and the manager (I believe her name is Tina) is fabulous! She makes up for any small mistakes they have made on my order. She is upbeat and friendly every single time I see her.
I visited the DeWitt Twp. Burger King and found Brenna to exceed the bounds of quality customer service. Brenna is kind, courteous, and patient. She is cheerful and pleasant and makes visiting this Burger King a very pleasant experience. Brenna rocks her orders and her communication skills. She should be an employee trainer. Thank you DeWitt Burger King for making my day with the goodness of Brenna and my cheesy tots. You are a TEN!! And that's a good thing!!!
Super happy friendly staff! Probably the best I've encountered in a long time at a drive-thru. Food was exactly to order. We will definitely stop again when we are back in Dewitt

Place has gone downhill over the years in terms of food quality, order accuracy and staffing. Have gotten incorrect toppings or forgotten sauces multiple times despite being the only car in the drive-thru. Food sometimes does not taste fresh or has something "off" compared to how it used to be. Not sure what's going on with staffing either as every other restaurant or fast food place right next door seems to not be having the same issues. Have left multiple times this year after waiting 5-10+ minutes just for my order to be taken. Update 08/12/24 - Place has improved dramatically and is back to what it was pre-COVID.
Ordered food in the app 17 min before store was to close, when I got there 7 min later I was told they close the grill down early (30 min - 1hr?) and they had no meat for my order. I asked for refund and they said I would have to do it through the app, I said I don’t see an option for it and he said oh well I know you can because this happens a lot?? Interesting business model, BK open hours are really not open, I guess it’s only “my way” if old meat is left? I did get a refund after I did a service report in the app. I have had really good experiences with this BK and the staff, just don’t order here in the last hour and you’ll probably be ok. Update : GM contacted me and listened to the issue and apologized sincerely, I do believe this problem will be addressed with the night management for that night. Changing review from 1 star to 4 since this was first issue and it was addressed quickly!!
Great flavor and service. Very fast, but still delicious!
No bacon on a triple stack! and the lady working the drive thru told me there was no such thing as a buck double ever, when I asked her the difference between a double cheeseburger and a buck double, because my double cheeseburger only had 1 piece of cheese!! HOW ANNOYING!!! And they tricked me into getting 4 dried out cinnamon rolls!
Got our food it was nice and hot. Not cold like other burger kings. The only thing they forgot to give us straws for our drinks.
My breakfast sandwiches were cold. I dined in, but I'm not the type to raise a complaint. As I was leaving the manager asked if my sandwich was cold and I admitted they were. She apologised profusely and offered to comp a beverage for me. Not a great experience, however they went the extra mile to make it right ... Even when I didnt voice my complaint.
The hygiene was poor. There was food on the floor and stains on the tables. This was my primary concern, second one being that the soda machine stopped working mid pour. The staff were not noticeably lacking in any department beyond proper care for their work environment, however, hygiene is the number one concern for any dining environment.
We ordered the ultimate whopper but all they gave us was a bacon burger no mushrooms no onion rings. Not made right for a $10.00 burger. I feel ripped off. I called the store to tell them. They offered to make it right. Thank you Jake for your hospitality.

It's probably the best BK I've eaten at in recent history as far as food quality. The wait time for drive thru was longer than it should have been. Once at the cashier window, cashier yells I hit the wrong button and walks away. I then had to wait for a manager to come up and re order my food. Nothing special #1 Whopper meal, onion rings, and an ice tea. It was good, just not fast food.

My experience today was bad. The girl on the front counter didn't know where items we're on the screen... I asked for my sandwich to be made a specific way & it wasn't. My husband got a sandwich asked for extra mayo & got none..
Again didn't get my whole order and line was so long did not want to wait in the drive thur again for 10min to get my sandwich. Sad when order and pay and leave to find out your order is wrong and your on your way home from vacation.
The store is really dirty. Both times I have been here for breakfast, my order took more than 30 minutes. They said they have to cycle the fryers. Missing items from order both times.
My first trip in for quite some time...apparently nothings changed. Cashier was too busy absent-mindedly watching everyone in the kitchen to even notice I walked in. (She did the same with the next customer also) Service is often slow, which results in part of the order being cold (if not all). Seems very disorganized and poorly managed.

went through the drive thru and when ordering sound like three different people were talking to me. Vary confusing! The chicken sandwich I ordered was dried out chicken and bun. I don't normally ever do fast food. I had a gift card to use, so I went in for a salad. They had the hardest time telling me how much was on the gift card before I made a purchase. They tried telling me I had to buy something first, I was not going to buy anything until I knew how much was on the gift card. Finally they figured it out. I ordered a salad & want to know what came on it... without any surprise the cashier could not tell me what came on the salad. This is just a sharp reminder of why fast food is a bad idea, let alone the quality of food is terrible for your body.
Went here at 920, lobby closed because they are "under staffed ". Drive thru cashier apparently hates her job, no real customer service skills. Asked to pull ahead for wait on onion rings- had to go back around the building to get my order. Fries cold, ordered a burger no bun ( allergy) had to go back and have food remade. Cashier had a smirk on her face... half afraid to eat this...
The woman working the drive thru was super helpful and friendly. We had a short wait on our food. But my fries were warm and unsalted. My cheeseburger was lackluster to say the least. I wish they would disclose that they have the Freestyle machines because I don't like the flavor of pop through those. It's a good thing she forgot my straw, so I didn't get to drink it anyway. My daughter's meal was good, so that's good. Oh and it cost $20.
Poor management. App says order in dining room so does Google maps. Dining room closed! Exceptionally long wait to get someone on drive through speaker. Obviously cannot keep staff. Worry about food quality of minimal staff. This is usually a good BK. Something changed. Mgt needs to monitor web information for accuracy. Learning to call first to restaurants with an app to see if dining room open and hours are accurate..... If they answer the phone... Burger wasn't very warm.

I generally do not leave reviews like this because there are bad days and good days, and maybe I visited on a bad day. Unfortunately there is a very clear pattern with me now. The (men's) bathroom is always filthy. You can tell it was cleaned by someone who didn't care. Drive through is given 100% supreme priority over the walk in counter. I have waited 7, 9, and 13 (THIRTEEN) minutes just to order - and they know I'm there. Today, I waited close to 5 minutes before saying "Anyone here?" When I got no response or saw no movement, I left.
We waited for 5 min up front before anyone came up to take our order. I waited another 10 min for my meal. The store was filthy and my food tasted old. The mozzarella sticks are the size of a pencil. Not happy at all. All the tables had food on them and my shoes stuck to the floor.
Why does a person who has to hear customer have ear buds in? Cashier at drive thru window couldn’t hear me. Then they have you drive around to the doors to bring your food to you. We waited 15 minutes for our food. My wife’s chicken sandwich was inedible, all it had was mayonnaise, the bun was falling apart. I would avoid this Burger King!
I just went there this past weekend to get me and my sister some food I was missing half my order and when I went it to get the rest of it there was only one guy in there working like where is the rest of the crew you should have more than 1 guy working the whole store
Gave me Ranch when I specifically asked for Zesty,who Eats Onion Rings with Ranch sauce.Never give enough sauce, I get the largest meal and always get one sauce for onion rings.Think about this next time you think Fast Food workers should make more,maybe if you did your job correctly you would.At least they're consistent on bad service
My wife ordered the wopper jr and I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. Both the burger and chicken sandwich were over cooked. Worst food we have ever got anywhere!
Rude staff at the drive thru no surprise when they're offering only 11 bucks an hour when every other place is offering 12 to 13 an hour good luck finding quality staff at 11 bucks an hour Burger King. Ps only reason I went to Burger King is because McDonald's was backed up but after that employee was rude I came back and I'm waiting in line at McDonald's right now while I write this.

Order was wrong. Ordered 2 Philly wraps, bacon cheeseburger, fries, and chicken fries. The only thing they got right was the chicken fries. Shorted me a bacon cheeseburger and fries and the Philly wrap was a chicken wrap.
We went through the drive thru around 11:30 today. The man working was friendly enough but never asked what size combo we wanted or what we wanted to drink. We had to ask for these things. Then They never gave us the sauces we asked for. All the food was cold (sandwiches fries and nuggets). the sandwich was literally thrown together and the buns were smooshed. While it was around lunch time there was maybe 1 car in front of us so I can't even blame it on them being busy. If this is the kind of service they provide I will take my business elsewhere
If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short they tried to rob me of $23.70. I had to call the police because this location.tried.to.rob.me. read it again. Yes. That really happened. All over some old fries. So if your fries are brown or appear burnt, don't worry, they are in fact not burnt, they have just been cooked in really old oil. Dont even think to ask for your money back while offering the product directly back to them while in the drive thru, bc they will ignore you and lock their window forcing you to call the police and take their time up bc they.tried.to.rob.you. Ya learn something new every day ✨️ 10/10 wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. You have been warned, just like I was when they decided to have a no trespassing warrant issued for me 😊all bc I asked for different fries and waited for over 40 min for a manager that refused to come out of the cooler. Also if the employees I dealt with read these things (doubt they do but it's worth a shot) you know darn well I did t call you a s!&t. That would imply you were attractive enough to be able to attain that title, which we both know your uglier than a growth on a hogs arse 😊have the day you deserve.
Hit or miss service at best. And usually it's bad. Stood there at the front counter for over 10 minutes and was completely ignored as the person working front counter walked out to chit chat with someone in the parking lot. Horrible service. 0/10, would not recommend going to this Burger King if you're on a lunch break with only so much time.
I went to Burger this evening after working our 2nd Job there was no other people in line at the drive thru we ordered a salad, a whopper. and a large onion ring, this is @ 11:00 at night we get home and they did not put our onion rings with our order. I feel Burger king just stole $2.30 from us. I can understand if they were busy. they were not. They had enough time to take our money say we were all set. yet the order was not filled Correctly. This is not the fist time this has happened but it is the last time I will be going to Burger King.MC Donald's is across the street. and they have never got our order wrong. MC Donald's will be where we dine at for fast food from now on.
Paid for 2 sodas at counter, clerk walked away and never gave us cups. It took her like 4 minutes to come back so we could get her attention. Got the cups finally, but...alas...not 1 friggin straw to be had.

So sad to see what is going on with fast food stores and lack of staff. One day I went to 3 Burger Kings, all of which were closed, or unable to provide breakfast due to lack of product or staff. Today I hit two Burger Kings. One scrapped together 2 breakfast sandwiches for me and got me some lukewarm coffee. The other just stopped taking orders because their system went down.
They deserve 0 stars. Not only do they have limited hours, but they close before they are supposed to!! I had already paid for my food, got to the restaurant at 6:55 PM (close at 7). They were already closed and no one would talk to me. Just looked out the window and kept talking. Won't ever go back.

Fries was served cold and lack of salt. The catsup dispenser was empty. The coke machine was out of coke. And they was in the middle of scrubbing the floor the whole dining area smelled like bleach or somthing . All this happening at 11:35 am right before lunch hour. I was there at 10:05 am and ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese croissants. The lady said they only had 2 sausage patties left and said she wouldn't make more because they were starting lunch. That is unacceptable. I went to McDonald's.
This place has been one of the worse Bk that I have ever been too, I dont know if they only hire lazy or slow people but first they USE old grease and here it was BREAKFAST TIME which had such a bad after taste it was not a joke, the whole bag was brown from the grease french toast sticks didn't even come with the dipping sause, hash browns all brown and soggy. This place sucks. HIRE NEW HARD WORKING PEOPLE! I threw all that nasty crap away..I'll never go to this crappy place again.

This is the worst Burger King I ever been to, every time We have tried it , Witch has been 4-5 times in 6 months. The food has been terrible, lettuce always sauggy and brown , bread hard, chicken cold , and taste hours old . The worst one around I don't know if the people that work there just are too lazy and don't care , but it is really a shame the food there is so uncared for and bad.
This store is absolutely horrible for breakfast, always sit for five minutes before anyone asks if they can if your lucky, this morning 9/18/23 at 7:45am I sat for ten minutes in the drive thru and not one person asked for my order, I will never be back to this store and will tell everyone I know what kind service this doesn't offer, maybe the district manager should look into new help or recommend closing this store since the workers don't want to do there jobs.

April 2019. Has really gone downhill, absolutely will not go there again. Did not used to be such a rip off. Fountain soda is flat and tastes like water, cup is full of ice. Asked for a Whopper-hold the mayo: got the whole thing slathered with mayo. Stay away, go across the street.
Won't take truck drivers orders except through the app. No sign on the door saying drive thru only. Even after covid restrictions have been lifted in Michigan. I will never order from this location again
I came to the drive thru at approximately 7:30pm on August 24th. The car in front of me waited then drove off because no one came to take his order. Then I sat at the speaker for 3 or 4 minutes myself no one answered. I ended up going inside where I was not greeted or spoken to for over 5 minutes. When the guy came to take my order I asked if the drive thru speaker was not working and told him about me and the car in front of me he just said oh I don’t know if it is working or not. I work in fast food myself and I was in no way treated as someone should be. I only saw 3 employees in the restaurant and not one of them seemed to give a crap about there job. It is very sad. No wonder lots of Burger Kings close down.
Do yourself a favor and drive to Frandor. This place doesn't care about food quality, service or whether they kill someone! They gave us burgers that were clearly old. Curled up and hard. I got some random broken pieces in my wrapper. My dog wouldn't eat it. Last time we spend a time here! Disgusted and angry I gave it another try. 🤮🤢😡 Dear Owner, Do you own the BK on Lake Lansing Rd. Too? It's worse but your location has very low standards and should be closed. Shame on you! No wonder so many stores are closing.
If I could a -5 stars, I would. This place is never open on time. I sat and waited in the drive through for 25 min. No response. Even though the lights were on and 1 person inside. I honked and still no answer. Im very disappointed in the staff. I was raised that if you're supposed to start at 7am then you start at 7am. If your not ready by 7:30am then I guess you should be rolling out of bed earlier to be able to take orders by 7am. I highly suggest that other customers having issues with this place to call the st johns location. All though they may be out of your way, at least they have the decency to answer the phone and offer you a free meal.
This Burger King has the worst customer service in the world. They close early when they aren’t supposed to and will leave you sitting in the driveway forever without acknowledging you or telling you they will be right with you. They never get your orders right through the drive through. Highly unsatisfied!!!!
The few times I've gone to this location there's almost never cars in the drive thru and I'm starting to see why. The staff were friendly however after I made my payment they tried to send me off without giving me my change. After I waited a few moments to flag down a staff member to get my change they sent me to the front doors to wait for my food. I wouldn't have had an issue with the wait however when I got home and inspected my food it was all wrong. I ordered two whoppers without ketchup and mayo and they were absolutely saturated in both condiments. Almost beyond saving. So I didn't get my change, had to wait longer than usual, and they didn't get my order correct. Pretty much everything that could go wrong in a fast food setting went wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid BK in Dewitt, you'd be better off with any of the other fast food chains in the area.
They had me pull forward when there was NOBODY behind me stating that they are trying to save their drive thru time because it would look like bad service. A GUESS WHAT IT WAS BAD SERVICE TO HAVE ME PARK AROUND THE OTHER SIDE JUST TO SAVE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME
The business hours say they close at 11 but if you show up anytime after 1030 they will tell you that they are closed and refuse to make food even though they’re open until 11. I get home from work anywhere between 1030 and 11 and I tried to stop here religiously almost every evening for the past two weeks to grab dinner on my way home and every day they tell me they are closed before closing…. I will be going elsewhere always now
The order taker was amazing. But that is where it all ended. My fish sandwich was a chicken sandwich. My onion ring sauce was Bar Q. The woman was bothered. She had to get me dipping sauce 1 for a medium onion ring.t Then left me sitting for a few more minutes for my pop, so now I have a melted milkshake . Wrong food cold money well spent not!!!
We went at 7pm , only car in the drive through, it took 15 minutes to get drinks and food. They burnt the fries to golden dark brown. Didn't cook the chicken nuggets or hamburgers all the way . 😕 Won't be going back there .

Stopped by for a couple Impossible whoppers and a medium fry. I went inside because if you drive-thru, you end up waiting regardless. After completing my order, I was informed by a manager that the broiler had been turned off and needed to warm up, and was told to wait. After 25 minutes, moments before asking for a refund and leaving, I was finally given a bag with food in it. Upon inspection, I discovered the Impossible whoppers were both made incorrectly (no lettuce, tomato, or mayo and somehow with cheese instead) as well as both patties were rock solid and inedible. They really took the "Impossible" in Impossible whoppers seriously.
Maybe the worst drive-thru experience we've ever had. After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time (we were told we were waiting for fries), our food seemed like it had been sitting under warming lamps for hours, especially the fries that we were supposedly waiting for. Do yourself a favor and just get some roller-weenies from the Speedway next door.
We ended up just leaving after waiting inside for too long. The workers looked like they were struggling to keep up at lunch time- although they did look like they were well staffed in terms of ratios. They never even took our order.
The food has always been sitting on the warmers for to long. I go other places that make it fresh when ordered. Ever wonder why McDonald's is always busy and burger King is always dead.
I stopped at this location with my cousin. After we both ordered, we politely stood back and waited. And waited. We saw multiple orders go out the drive thru. I went to inquire where our food was. They pulled a burger off for my cousin and handed her a tray. I asked where my food was. They said that was the only order they'd had for inside. My burger had been set aside because they'd cleared the order without actually giving it to me. They figured it out and said "This must be yours" tossed it on a tray with some fries and handed it to me. 15 minutes for 2 burgers with fries. I find that terrible for a place like this.

If you want hair in your sandwich. This is the perfect place to go a bunch of girls with a hair hanging. Down, you bring back your sandwich showing their hair in it. They act like it's no big deal and they can make another hairfield sandwich What a joke no wonder why burger king's a dying business
I would like to preface this review with the fact that I never complain and I've never left a bad review at a restaurant, i know customer service is hardpbut my experience today was heartbreaking. I came to this location on my lunch break despite my fiance telling me again and again this is the worst location in the Lansing area and to avoid at all costs. I have always had a soft spot for this location because Dana Gates gave my son his first job, he worked for her until he graduated and I was always impressed with her professionalism and communication skills. I was aware the quality of this location has gone down but not to this extent. I waited in line at least 10 minutes before I got to the speaker and then at least 3 at the speaker before I asked if they were open and someone told me they would be with me shortly. What felt like 5 minutes later they asked what I wanted. I was placing my order and asked for a large shake. I want to assume they left their mic on by mistake because they told me "they only come in one size, fat-a" I heard laughing in the background and I just ended up leaving and going to Taco Bell. I assume they have cameras near the speaker because I am not a small guy. I am bigger than I would like to be but I have lost 80lbs in the last year and I am so proud of myself. It sucks I was treated like this, the shake wasn't even for me, it was for my probably not even 100lb coworker... Needless to say I will not be spending my money here.
I gave this place a couple of chances they can't seem to understand about no bun one it literally gave me pickles in a box I forgot about the meat completely the person in charge cussed at my boyfriend all of our food is cold and we had to go back drink was tea or something instead of a diet Coke I tried to have him make it right but they didn't want to they finally made it right and then it was really poorly done, no gluten free buns so i just asked for no bun they had no idea how to do this more than once so i won't be going back ever
Dark haired girl and ginger man all over each other within customer view the otherrl day. If they are a couple they should keep it at home and not at work, this was unprofessional behavior. If either of them are married I feel sorry for their spouses. They both looked like managers but didn't act like it
Whoever the manager is needs to be retained on how a store runs. I don't know why I keep trying to give these people chances. Never should it take an hour for a burger and chicken.. pathetic and sad. They must not care about the customers.
I told myself the last time I went here it would never be again… But I found myself wanting a chicken sandwich. I pulled up to the drive-through and the guy says welcome to Arby’s. Can I take your order? That should’ve been my first clue… But after him asking me four times if I’d like anything else and me telling him four times now that’s it… I waited in line for almost 15 minutes before I drove away without my chicken sandwich. This is the worst Burger King ever and I will never go back!
They just dont care. The cooks were better then the service up front. Refused to drop fresh fries
Rudest experience I have ever had. I asked for a whopper Jr and onion rings. I requested it fresh. This was an issue. They tried to give me one that was not fresh then I called them on it. Now employees are saying "I hate when people watch you make the food". You are absolutely correct. I have a special order. They dropped fresh onion rings which will now be cold because now we are waiting twice as long for the patty through the broiler. When it should have been sent when the order came back. I then requested a refund because now there'san issue with my order. At this point, Idk what they are gonna do to my food. I worked at Burger King for 15 years. Now another employee states " Everyone used to work at BK." The manager comes up to give me a refund. He tells me " To have a better day" Nah B make sure your employees do their jobs and make the order how it was requested. If someone asks for their food fresh thats what you give them. You don't try to get over and do what you wanna do. Customer service isn't what it used to be. Smh
Pulling people around the building like you’re Culver’s is weird. There is literally no one in line. Order fast food and have to wait like you’re at a sit down place. Having to wait 15 mins for BK is crazy. Edit-got home and didn’t have a burger I ordered. Also called the number on the receipt and went right to a VM of a man talking about nothing. Couldn’t even leave a Voicemail. Please avoid this place and make them step up their customer service.
Whoever owns this location should consider hiring an adequate amount of employees instead of filing their pockets with BK gold. Came here on a Friday early evening and the staff wasn’t enough for the amount of ppl trying to eat whoppers. Saw a large number of cars leave due to wait. Ur lucky we really wanted double cheese burgers
My bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was just a plain crispy chicken not a big deal, i asked the manager and she said can I just add the bacon and Swiss or so you really need it remade. After waiting 20 minutes for my food with 6 workers present the drive through not open and 0 other customers ordered infront of me. I told her was ridiculous to wait that long and she pissed off myself and about 10 other people in the lobby that came in after me. The manager then stated I'm pissed off that there are 10 people in my store. How hard is it to get an order correct with 4 items on it and 6 workers. I gave her the food back and got my money back. I will never return to this location until that manager Brenda is removed. I will also tell everyone I know not to do business there until she is gone. What a shame if your that miserable Brenda work in the back no customers need to interact with someone like that. A simple rush on 2 chicken bacon swiss would of saved your a lot of trouble.
